Peter is the best! I’ll wait hours just so that he does my nails! I’ve been going for over 4 yrs now . I always how him what I want and walk out with something better!!

I had a great time here, I am a male, and I got a pedicure and manicure done from Kaylee. I was just staying for the weekend and recommended to come here.This place impressed me they were very punctual and professional and knowledgeable.They were very understanding and always made sure they understood my English,even tho I couldnt quite understand theres. The price was affordable and not overbearing. I dont post all the time but I felt like this place needs a better rating so Im posting 5 stars from me. Thank you Kaylee, thanks Peter and thanks to the whole staff for making me feel comfortable and relax.

My 1st visit & will definitely be coming back. 1st of all, the staff are extremely pleasant & welcoming. Although I dont indulge in alchohol, they offer their guest drinks while being serviced. Technician Nhi (pronounced Nee) did my nails. She was so sweet & did such an amazing job on my nails! She deserved every penny of her tip and some! Thank you!!

I went to get my nails done on Saturday I requested for nails to be done kindaThick considering I work with my hands and they will break off if done to thin. The nail tech totally disregarded my request and only did 1 nail correctly and by Monday my nails were breaking off. Not to mention that total lack of concern about any request to have my nails done my way considering I’m paying for it! I went in Monday after work, I was told they do not offer guarantee on refills and I would have to pay for my nail repair. Why would I pay when I didn’t get what I paid for the first time. I asked to speak with a manager none available. I called today no manager available. Nail time is therapy if you looking for that beautiful relaxing experience you will not get it there! What u will get is treated like a number after they rush job you and take your money! Now I see why they only get 3 stars

Called earlier in the day to make an appointment. I was told by the receptionist that they did not accept appointments. I was told to come in before 6:45. I got there at 6:20 and was told to come back the next day because they were busy. Had a very important occasion the next day. Was unable to get my nails done .

Very rude and unprofessional. Will rush you and have an attitude because your taking a few minutes to look for a color. Will not waste my money here again.

They were very accommodating. Worked together without any issues. The only reason Im not giving them 5🌟 is because I walked away (not really paying attention [my bad])with my big toe half done and my daughters manicure started peeling that night.

First and last time coming here. The young lady who did my nails must have had a bad day because she rushed to do my nails and did a sloppy job. I came for a refill with powderAnd when I mentioned she had made a mistake she acted like it was my fault or a problem to fix. Then I tried to ask her about why the powder wasnt looking right and if she fix it because it looks awful. She gave me an excuse on why there was nothing to do. Then left powder on my hands and under my nails. Didnt try to dust off my hands before making me wash them with only water. I have never had an experience like this before. Im highly dissatisfied with this place. If I had not shown up 30 minutes prior to them closing she wouldve had to start from scratch. I just wanted 35 dollars for nothing

It all started great but once complete😒😪 my nails looked odd, not what I expected. I literally felt like crying. They look awful, I didnt have time to stay and complain since I had a meeting to go to and I was 30 mins late .

Called in for a appointment. At the appointment time they still aren’t ready they said a 15 min wait that turned into a hr. When I asked how much longer all was said is they don’t know. Then once in the chair the whole process was rushed and horrible.

I’ve been going to their old & new location off 1960. I’ve already had great technicians do my mails. The owner I know from going there Arties you that you’ll be taking care of professionally!!! Nails been on point since day-‼️

My friend and I went to get our nails done. I got an ombre powder overlay and she got a basic black powder full set. She paid $40 (full set is only $20 elsewhere) and I paid $55 after being told it would only be $33. Their flyer lies and says currently 20% off but when we got in there they said they no longer do that. My nails came out messed up and we werent offered any drinks even after we asked. On the way out of the door the guy was talking trash to us basically saying that if we come in earlier in the day we will get better service. Overall horrible service. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!

Love it here! I have been coming here for a year and it has always been great. It does not matter who you get, your nails are going to be done correctly. I usually ask for mine to look natural and that is exactly what they give me. They offer complimentary drinks... its nice. Dont go when they are going to close tho, they tend to stop accepting 30 minutes from closing time. Recommended

Theres no shop doesnt have the solution to take off individual eyelashes I feel thats because they want your original eyelashes to rip out so you can keep coming back to them they also dont do nose waxing

Went here on Friday 7/03/2020 to get a non acrylic shellac manicure and pedicure I paid 100$ On Saturday 7/04/2020 my shellac was peeling so I called and advised I was out of town and would come in to have them fixed however when I got to the location to have my nails fixed they told me they were not going to fix them nor were they going to provide a refund! Customer service was completely disrespectful and rude. I’m definitely disputing with my bank for a refund this is unacceptable. If a customer pays for a service it should be provided and especially for the price!! I will also be reporting to Tdlr for health violations and unsafe practices!!

Very upset I paid 109$ for a mani and pedi. Called before I showed up to get my nails done and asked for the prices. I got clear nails with butterflys on them. If I would of know they were going to charge me so much, I wouldnt of got them. The man never informed me how much, he just added them butterflies and said okay. Its sad because my nails came out really nice but If I cant trust you, I cant support you.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I came in to get a full set with shellac and a young lady in the front started to do them super rushed. She over filled my nails from putting powder on and made them go from medium length to nubs. I had the manager come over and he said thats done at every nail salon and you should expect that. They cut them off and refused to fix them and refused to take them off. Told me to go somewhere else and pay them to take their mistake off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU VISIT A BETTER ESTABLISHMENT THAN THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST GIVE MONEY AND TIME AWAY.

Trinity who did my waxing was gentle and did pretty much exactly what I asked for, which was a thin layer of wax, and a longer, thick brow because I’ve had bad brow experience with thick layers of wax. She made sure to ask if my skin was sensitive and what kind of after serum I can put on my face. She gave me a choice of aloe Vera or oil, Aloe Vera was very soothing and my eyes didn’t water like they usually do because she was gentle and affective.

I love this shop. I specifically go to Peter. Ge always does a fantastic job on my nails.

Love coming in and getting my nails done by T. He is a perfectionist as am I and I never leave unsatisfied! I am the pickiest person and with him I can just give him a idea of what I want and give him creative freedom. He does amazing work!! I have been coming here for years, And I recommend this place to everyone!

Customer service is always perfect! They offer free wine and refreshments. They actually care about how your nails look when you walk out the door. Shape is always on point. No matter who does your nails, the quality is consistent I usually do private nail techs but this salon is private tech quality. My new favorite nail salon!

I went here yesterday and I must say I would never go back again! First I was just rushed and my service was poor bc my nails were short. I just wanted a manicure but they barely soaked my nails and she butchered my cuticles. She then proceeded to polish my nails with blood on my nail bed! Very nasty and unsanitary!

I gave 4 stars only because of the prices. I called beforehand and was told a price but when I got there, the price was different. Steven did my nails and Vi did my pedicure. The customer service was really great. I’m picky about my nails and Steven listened to my concerns and corrected to my liking without getting an attitude or rushing the service. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service

I went in just a few minutes before closing to get my eyebrows waxed. Staff was friendly and I was able to get them done right away. The lady who did them was professional and did a really good job.

I really enjoyed my time here! My nail tech was T, he did exactly what I asked for & even when I asked for accommodations & was really particular on how I wanted my nails, he new exactly what I wanted and had no problem adjusting. He has cool tattoos & has a great personality! Chelsea did my feet & eyebrows and I love her! She slayed my eyebrows 😁😍 shes very sweet and soft spoken.. she also did an amazing job, she always made sure I wasnt in pain. Im new to the area, so to find a salon close to home is a plus. The prices are definitely higher compared to other salons close by. However I did feel like I paid for great technicians and a great atmosphere!

Pete is my favorite nail tech. They are kind of expensive but well worth it. You get what you pay for. You also get complementary alcoholic beverages during your service.

Not a good place I asked for Peter because he was the one that did my nails and they told me Peter quit or he fired as he say and told me he couldnt do nothing about it

The receptionist started off well enough but forgot what I came in for and didn’t want me to sign in. I came for a refill with powder and eyelash extensions. It’s like as long as I was paying attention she did my nails correctly but the end result is powder caked under my nails. The eyelashes are uneven and missing in places, certainly not worth $35. I’ve gone other places and paid less for better service and results. These people are over priced for no reason.

Customer service always great from the time you walk in til you leaving. They take good care of you and are very patient. You have to make sure they understand what you want else youll get royal treatment with the bill to match it

Dee is the BOMB, she’s been doing my nails since they opened, long lasting and EVEN. Mr. New is BOMB at pedicures. And the tall young girl is BOMB at eyebrows. Those 3 will NOT disappoint. Others have done my nails when Dee was absent, yes I’ve been upset. But Dee, her sister, tattooed guy.....is the truth!

Ive been to this shop 6 times. Out of the 6 times, I was pleased with the service 2 times. I feel they rush through their work. Two times I went and paid two different prices for the same work that was done. How is that? This last time I got a shellac polish change and it only lasted a week before it was lifting and peeling off. Ive been getting shellac for a long time and thats never happened. Shellac polish cost too much for that foolery. Not sure if Id be returning.

I was a licensed nail technician from 94 to 99 and I was very impressed with the service here. I had a full set of solar nails done by Tweety and she is a sweetie!! I will definitely be back even though I live 70 miles away!! Worth every penny!!

I love this place; didnt regularly get nails done till I happened upon Paradise. I love the long lasting products they use and the impressive customer care. I dont even mind paying a little more, and I am Frugal Fanny.

I was pretty happy with my visit. Every one was nice and courteous I got my acrylics taken off a shellac manicure. The process was pain free (Ive had horrible experiences in the past) and my nails are healthy and look great. Fair price at $33.00, I would back.

I got a haircut here for 85$ yeah I said a 100$ haircut no coloring , no nothing she didnt even use clippers like I asked but you be the judge before and after pictures .

I came in today (1/7/18) for a nail fix !! Just one nail and someone walked in after me and because she wanted a dip/ powder they took her before me ! They said it would take 5 mins COMPLETELY RUDE !!! This place has really falling off since when they first opened! I used to love coming here now it always seems like they are just sooo busy and then no one that I’m familiar with still works there. There are too many nail shops for Any Shop to act like that.

Staff rating for me has gone down since the original owner sold it. Had been sold twice since then, so 3xs total. One guy threw a tool because I told him he cut my nails too short. We had a loud altercation. He was rushing. I don’t even get my nails done here anymore because they are always rush jobs. Always uneven. Customer service is not up to par. I love “New” he takes his time on my pedicures and paint jobs are always great!

Very disappointed in the eyelash service. Got “individual” eyelashes done on Tuesday. They started falling off by Friday. Totally off by the next Tuesday. I have never had individuals fall off so quickly and in chunks. I went in to discuss and was just informed that it may have been how I cared for them. I never wear makeup or use facial chemicals and this has never happened when I had my eyelashes done.

Prices are crazy... But I always have a great experience when I go... Everywhere else I would go my nails would break so easily but since I have been going here I havent had that problem... So I would rather pay more for my nails to last longer rather than pay less for them to break tomorrow... And thats not an exaggeration...

Terrible management. Wrongfully charged and not given refund as promised. Top coat for basic manicure is the worst. Nail polish didn’t even last 1 day before chipping. Would not recommend this place.

NO STARS.They are lazy and rush. They will let you sit and wait for over an hour and then tell you they are closing.I had to argue I was present an hour before closing. They rushed through my nails and screwed up twice then proceeded to tell me where the nail is lifting up that it is a fungus -_- they still wanted me to pay in full for a nail job that was half ass because they were more concerned with being closed and leaving. Then providing quality service and work!They are very unprofessional, they will over charge for poor quality work.
