If I could give zero I would, but then again the lady who gave me the pedicure was awesome.It was when the time to do my nails came.I told the lady in a white coat about 5 times that I wanted them shorter (preference & because of my job). She didnt understand or probably acted like she didnt. In the end she filed them a bit, but I could tell she was mad as she was very rough and cut me with the filler. She was speaking in her language, but said very well in English that short was ugly. Then once I was going to get a color she said she didnt know how so she sent me with another nail tech and disappeared.This new tail tech did her best and the color looks fine, but its bumpy and the nails arent even shaped correctly. They also dont clean under.I had read reviews and because my cousin said it was good I chose to ignore and now I regret it.Read the reviews, stay away from this place. I am frustrated with my experience.***Update: my nails only lasted one week and 6 days before they popped off. So the ones that didnt come off....well I removed them. Wasnt about to go around with only 6 nails done.

The man that did my nails made this the worst experience I’ve ever had. He wouldn’t quit telling me to loosen my finger muscles but he was LITERALLY DOING THE MOST, I don’t get complained at for being too stiff when getting my nails done. He had everything on the highest speed, he didn’t check the lengths of my nails (other hand is longer), he didn’t try to blend the fake nail from the real nail, you see he didn’t care to fix whatever the hell is in my nails, my nail beds were burning at one point. I just wanted it to be over. Never again am I getting my nails done on that side of town.

So in an empty shop and an entire hour before closing, I was turned away. Not if this was the last nail salon on the globe will I return here. Zero stars wasnt an option.

Ive been going to them for several years now. Their customer service is pretty good most of the time. They do pretty good work. The prices for service are reasonable. Every now and again they get crowded on weekends, especially on holidays. And some of the nail technicians do a better job than others.

I have been going to this Salon for years and well known in this place. Only one person does my nails and does a beautiful job. Her name is April. She is in school and it is a shame when I see how beautiful she does people nails and when its time to pay, they dont leave her a tip. But it never stop her from doing her job. I love her and her work. So if you are in the neighborhood, stop by and ask for April and tell her I recommend her.

Came in for a simple pedicure- all nail polish are OLD and GUNKY. Took layers to get any color on my nail and got left with lumpy and thick polish on my nails and skin. On top of that, the Lady who cut my nails cut them at an angle and completely uneven and crooked. When I asked if it could be fixed she told me that’s how my nails grow!!!! WHAT. My nails do not grow pointy and at a crooked angle. She refused to fix it when I asked and became angry when I said I was unhappy with the service. NEVER COME HERE. Save yourself the trouble.

My eyebrows are uneven. My toes have nail polish outside of my nail bed. Around 7 o’clock before even starting my nails, they told me they needed to emergency close. I had a special occasion for tomorrow and now my nails will not be done. They’ve used the excuse to leave before!!

This was the worst experience ever! The girl that’s doing my toes doesn’t know what she is doing. I’m telling her “white tip” and she begins covering my toes with white polish. I just needed a color change which means sometimes the toes need to be filed before you put a fresh coat of paint. She basically took my dark grey polish off with polish still in the corners and begin putting a clear coat on my nails. I had to tell her to remove the polish and file the remaining nail polish off. This was beyond frustrating if I wasn’t pregnant I would have just got up and did them at home!! Can’t wait to get out of this uncomfortable chair 😫😢

Ive been coming to this salon for a long time only because the nail tech that I usually use is really good at pedicures. However after my experience today never again will I patronize this place. They are rude and liars, the sign says they close at 8 pm. I enter the building at 7:10pm ask for my usual person. They tell me shes gone for the day and wont be back until Monday. (Which was a lie because I saw here dip behind the door of their waxing room with wax on her upper lip) I asked if someone else could do my feet and they proceeded to say theyre closed and then started yelling at me. I let them know that I know theyre lying because the sign clearly says open until 8pm. If they were just honest and said that shes leaving for the day I wouldve respected that and went back on another day however every lie always comes to the light because while sitting in my car writing this review guess who I see leaving the nail shop, yup the nail tech that I usually used. Well they wont be getting my money anymore.

I went there the lady was nice. But she was very sloppy while doing the acrylic. It was dripping all over my hand. Then I asked her for oval shaped nails. Next thing I know she made them boxed shaped. Then I noticed my middle finger nail on both hands where crooked. I guess you get what you pay for. The only thing I liked about them is there variety of nail polishes.

Prices are affordable but the service is horrible. I had my nails done with them not long ago and i didnt like how the nails looked so bumpy and big. After having the nails for two weeks, I decided it was time for them to come off. had to pay extra money at a different nail salon to had nails removed. The nails wouldnt come off after applying nail remover chemicals and I was told the nail associate that the nail shop where my nails were done were using dental powder, the powder is so hard it can break your nails. My nail did break in half, and I was in pain for at least 4 days. Never ever coming to this nail salon. The prices are reasonable but its not worth it.

This was my very first and my very last time coming to this establishment. They were kind of friendly place is very small and I wanted to get my lashes done. The lady was finishing up somebody smells and informed me that I would be next. Two more ladies came in to get their nails done she told me I would have to wait an hour and a half to get my lashes done. How rude of you. Do my lashes cuz I was here first and then you can do their nails. SMH I guess my money was not a good enough here. That is fine found another nail shop that did want my green dollar bills. Waste of time!

HORRIBLE PLACE! Got refill on Dip nails with what was suppose to be a Jade green, when she finished they were aqua and with the poor application I didnt bother to ask for color change. I returned 3days later for removal. The woman used the drill, cut me 3 areas and thinned my nail plates so bad I had to ask her to just stop service. They are literally cracking more each day and bleeding. Use nail boards on natural nails! This place has been open for yrs- no excuse!

I told the nail tech her to cut my nails down a little bit she cut them halfway. After I let her know I wasnt happy with her service she asked me to wait for the guy next to her to finish his client so he could finish my nails. He tried to fix them but my nails are crooked as well as uneven like noticeably different lengths. The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. This was my first and last time here.

This place is not good if you want to get fancy nails mine are all uneven and miscolored. I only had them for 5 Days and 3 nails already fell off. I dont do any hard work I am a book keeper and I never had my nails fall off so fast and on top of that I paid 30$ and these nails are not worth it

Usually I don’t review my experiences because I I don’t really run into any issues but on this day which was last Friday 08/02/19 I went to this nail shop to get just TWO nails fixed which all I wanted was for them to make two of my nails a little longer because the nail shop I went to prior to coming to this one had filed it down to short and they were already getting ready to close so I just figured why not just get it fixed somewhere else that stays open a little later Mind you It was like 7:02PM they closed at 8PM so I get to this nail shop the lady ask me what am I getting today ? I said I just want these two nails longer .. they had the exact color I wanted (shellac) the lady had the nerve to tell me.... “you need to go back to where ever you Came from because no one wants to do it & we are about to close” then I proceed to to say “I DONT MIND PAYING FOR IT I JUST WANT IT FIXED” btw they didn’t close until 8 it was 7:02 ! she then goes on to say “No”I just had to stop & catch myself lol and politely walk away.. but Anyways with all that being said I would never recommend this place to anyone because their customer service is horrible ! & What She did was Wrong I was also going to Tip her for even trying to help me with my nails but she decided to let Money walk out the door ... just be aware of these nailshops because customer service is EVERYTHING !

The older lady with glasses who has a table in the corner near the second door did my set. Did NOT do a good job at all!!! Messiest set Ive ever paid for & it was very sloppy! I even got my eyebrows done and one is thinner than the other!!!After sitting for an hour & a half with my nails soaking in acetone & being moved back & forth between technicians (im pregnant & the fumes from the chemical gave me a head ache, I told them that & they still had me sitting in the stuff) the lady takes me to her table. She cut my real nails down after the first tech told me they wouldnt. Then she glued TWO of the tips on crooked. I told her 3 times before she put the powder on & she insisted that I was mistaken. Once the powder was on she wouldnt let me wash my hands & scrub off the mess they created on my skin from the acetone soaking off the previous set I had. She used a fan to dry my set instead of the UV dryer, & before putting the clear coat on she didnt sand down the color to even it out. You can tell there are bumps & dents in my nails just by touching them. You can even look at them and see. This is the second time this lady has done my nails & both times were the worst sets Ive ever paid for. I will not be going here again!

Worse experience ever in a nail salon. Got shellac and it was so messy and just not done well at all. It looked like I needed a refil already because there was none on the top or sides of my nails when I asked him to fix it he just kept putting more and more coats and it looks really bad. The pedicure was done nicely I cant deny but by the end they tried to charge me 45 for it. Do not recommend!!!!!

I was in a rush & came in around 7:15 (it wasn’t to busy) to get two of my nails fixed. The lady who was helping me told me she couldn’t do shellac and wouldn’t be able to assist so I left.Once again in the car I Thought to myself“why can’t one person fix the nail and someone else apply the paint(as they were not busy & this is ultimately what they ended up doing anyway)”So I called them to ask what was going on & the guy who answered hung up in my face after about a 20 seconds. Now I could understand this if I was being loud ah belligerent, but I remained calm; using an even tone.Considering the fact that I was still in the parking lot, I got out of my car and walked back into the nailshop where he avoided making eye contact with me. Instead he chose to scream at the other women in the shop.The lady who actually fixed my nail (the same one who couldn’t do shellac) apologized as we just had some miss understanding.But the way the guy spoke to them & the way he handled himself in front of customers is enough to convince me never to cone back

I will never come here again. The man that did my nails was very rude after he kept trying to upsale to me and get me to do the shellac polish. I couldn’t do it at this moment so I declined and told him I only wanted a refill with regular polish after that his attitude sucked and he rushed through my nails and my nails look like pure trash. He layered my acrylic on very thin and refused to give me a cut down without charging me extra and I have never had to pay extra to get my nails clipped and the paint job is also very poor. So I now have long, thin, raggedy looking nails all because I wasn’t able to spend the amount of money he wanted me to. Im really in shock right now cause this isn’t the first time I’ve been here, I normally receive ok service here but I guess I didn’t have enough money this time.

Worst place ever. Dont recommend it to anyone. Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Went in for a full set and a pedicure. I was told I would get my pedicure first. I got there at 3PM the lady was done with my pedicure and 4:30 sat in the waiting area till 5:30 I tried to remind them that I was there for a full set and everyone just ignored me. At 5:30 the lady who did my pedicure told me to pay her and that they were not going to do my full set. I asked her why If I had been sitting there for and hour and no one said that they werent going to do it. The lady said I got there at 5 and that was closing time so I had to leave. To come back tomorrow. But I was there way before 5. Take your money elsewhere. They dont deserve one cent of yours! Their pedicures are not that good compared to other places. The only reason I went there was because I was doing shopping in that area. But never again. Dont ruin your perfect relaxing day at a spa to have it ruined by the most un professional rude people ever!

I am always happy when I leave the salon. You can either have a bad attitude or a good attitude, and that determines how you feel about the service rendered. Helen does a great job on pedi-manis. It is not perfect to my standards all the time, but I only pay $23.00 for them both and if I cant do a perfect job every time, then I should not expect if from anyone else. Find someone who does a great job and use them over and over again. Helen knows when I am having to read my homework, she will leave me alone and not try to have conversation, but when I can talk we have a great conversation. Give it a try.

The lady who did my feet did a great job. Lady who did my hands, not so much. I didnt make a diss about the crappy job done on my hands. I tried talking to the lady informing her that she halfass did my nails, I get powder so there is no reason apart of my nails shouldnt have color and the feel be partially on my nails she puts oil on my hands and massages it as if somehow that would cover up the crappy job. Wont get my nails done here again. I didnt like the previous job done on my nails but gave the shop a second chace. Not again.

Roaches on the seats were u get ur pedicure she used used tools got mad when I requested a new package for her to open Infront if me then she asked if I wanted shellac polish for 5$ more so instead of ten dollars it will be 15$ I said sure and then when she rang me up she said 30$ how do you go from 15-30?! Top that off the polish was messy just a horrible experience dont recommend go across the street kns nails thats were IL be going now.

I have been going there for about 6mos now....but just yesterday I went to Hanna to get my lashes done and now my eyes are super swollen, red, itchy, and flaky.I think I have an allergic reaction to the glue....wahhhh I love my lashes.
