Fast and quick service. I was really pressed on time and saw that they were located inside the mall. Sooo convenient! I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they gave me exactly that. I dont live close by any means but I would make the drive for their fast and speedy service. They are great!

The people are very sweet but I think understaffed. The place is very dirty from the chairs, to the hot towel steamer, and even the UV lights. I’m super glad they are open late but don’t think I’ll come back.

Do not go! I did the color gell and they dont even cut the nails. I can do a better job at home myself! Worst Ive ever had! Save your time and money!

I went here like two weeks ago on a visit to Houston. I was trying to find a local nail spot so when I do move here I have my connections. Never again. It was a waste of my time and money. They did my nails and didnt have the print to put on them. So I ask for several different styles and they kept on telling me they didnt have it.So Im thinking to myself why so u have the styles on display then. Then they tired to force me to pick styles that they liked. I said no and that became a big issue with them. The girl who was doing my nails got up and left and was very nasty.The manager started to yell at me cuz I asked them to take of the black gel when I told the lady I didnt want that to begin with. Im not sure that you guys are aware that you are in customer service. I think you need to speak to people better. Especially you dont know what type of clientss dropping by. I will not tolerate disrespect from anyone. So its a no from me coming back to your salon.

I went there for my birthday and the lady was trying to push an add on service on to my friend and being very rude. On top of that my cuticles were not cleaned out well, my nail polish lasted a day before it comply pealed away without me even picking on it. It’s been only three days since I was there and I already need my nails done again. I could have don’t it better myself and for way less than what I paid for.

I went today to get my nails done. First of all they popped my acrylics off instead of soaking them. I mention that it hurt and the lady didnt care. i requested a shellac manicure and it ended up looking horrible. My nail shape is off and the polish looks bad. I wouldnt even give them a 1 star. There is a no refund policy and they wont redo my nails. Save your money and do not go to this place.

This is the worst nail shop in the galleria dont do it. I went and my shellac was chipping the next day, my French tip was uneven and spotty. THEY CAN NOT SHAPE NAILS PROPERLY. After a few days the acrylic started breaking away like it was old or something. I couldnt even get a refill to fix this. I had to go to a different shop and they had to completely take them off. (so glad it was not a fungus or something). Also a deluxe pedicure should come with nail cleaning. Why do I have to tell a worker to get the dirt from under my toes?! Paying $150 for what exactly? Also give people itemized receipts and stop adding on extra charges for bad service. I will never go back to this nail shop, a waste of time and money.

I really dont like giving negative reviews but wow. I felt it was necessary to warn people about this place. I didnt write a review last time because I thought maybe it was a one time occurrence. The service here was awful! The lady I had asked me 4-5 times if I wanted gel nails and I repeatedly told her no. She got angry because all I wanted was a manicure. She then upcharged me and tried to keep adding extras to get more money all the while doing a quick and poor quality job. The first time I went here I was treated very rudely by the initial person who was incredibly aggressive. Please just walk a couple more minutes to a different salon in the mall. Its not worth messing your day up.

My time spent here was filled with customers complaining about unexpected hidden fees at check out, including myself. I’ve never seen a worker get mad because a customer refused a service they don’t want, but today I have. Today was a horrible experience and I hope anyone reading this takes this into consideration.

05-22-21 I will never step foot in that place again. I was treating my mother inlaw with mani and pedi and I need a tip add to my nails and polish. My mother laws nail look great. In the mean time my nails look awful the lady was out right rude when I asked her to to please paint the sides of nails cause they werent painted she got made when she finished and I noticed I didnt get all that I was going to be paying for I asked if she could finish and she got angry and said know your nails look just fine. I wouldnt have even given this place a 1star but it wouldnt let me leave a review if I didnt. I had to have a another worker fix my nails while the other lady that did my nail in the first place was cussing me out from the back room. Do not get your nails done her are have your friends or family go here they are awful.

That was the worst experience in my life. When I originally went in for my first set and spent $75 I was rushed and nail power was applied to thick as u can see in the pictures. I did not leave happy that day. I only return because 3 places told me they cant take them off. When I did return to have them removed, I was sat down immediately .I told them I only needed them remove then she pulled out nail tip and start to push under the set I had on. I said i could have done this at home. by that time she had snatch off the entire pinky nail and did not care or try to make it right

I asked for the pic of the nails; they do not look the same at all, but still similar and cute. Can’t say I was 100% satisfied as I wanted the same shape of the ones in the picture, but my nails still looked good and I received a lot of compliments for them. I got a pedi and the set done, was not expensive for it to be in Galleria, I was expecting it to be more expensive. Not the best techniques, or what I wanted but still cute.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Ridiculously rude- terrible experience. When asked to assist finding a color on the wheel of a million colors - they were frustrated, did not want to look at photos and basically told me to let them know when I found a color, otherwise they walked away. Very unaccommodating and did not care to be kind and help answer questions. They do not deserve your service.ALSO - They are scammers and try to charge different prices each visit - my girlfriend showed the exact same photo two trips back to back and they quoted 45 one week and 65 the next! On JUST a full set!?

Please be careful at this place. You will be surprised how much they will charge you at the end. They will constantly be pushing you and offering you to get something you didn’t ask for. Even though I declined every offer, they still charge me $50 extra claiming I agreed to this or that. Stay away from this place or make sure you pay before your service. Plus the work they do isn’t neat at all.

Decided to have a girls date here...thought this would be a great place because it was in the galleria... Nope, their prices did not match the website. .once we decided to stay and what services we wanted the nail technicians kept offering and insisting on higher services...one technician had just started today...several ppl walked in from past days asking for do-overs.....Got the citrus pedicure but I felt like she didnt scrub enough ...they didnt let us know about the .50 cent surcharge for credit card( although it was just .50 cents) and to top it off they dont even serve Mimosas....

Mena was amazing! She did a wonderful job on my pedicure and was so nice and friendly. My toes look fantastic! Thank you!

Great people, quick service, quality work

I was able to get service right away. The prices for pedicure start at $22, mine was $28. The guy that did my pedicure was friendly. There was nothing special.

I went here with my girlfriend they did a good job but the prices were absolutely high for no reason & not only did i pay 90$ for ONE FULL SET , two of my nails broke off within a week. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The ladies here have no respect for your burning finger as they sand down your nails. I clearly told the lady working on my hands that this nail was sensitive and she proceeded to work aggressively. Then the lady doing my toes got into a verbal fight with her coworker about sharing tips, the argument continued as she was bad mouthing her as she ate her noddles in the corner. It was bad vibes and unprofessionalism all around. Not to mention the bad paint job. It’s been a week since and my toes are chipped, my nail polish was applied sloppy and I have a broken nail. I returned to get it fixed, but they turned me away and told me to return later. I have had bad experiences at salons but this is by far the worst. Don’t come here.

Wow, what can I say this place is just wonderful. Sam is my go to for mani/pedi. She is so good. All the ladies are good, but Sam is my favorite.

Do not go, save your toenails from cuts, your time and money! I ordered Mani&pedi special, and the guy didnt care much, didnt clean cuticles, very clumsy, cut my big toe didnt even apologize. When it was time to put the nail polish I was told its $5 extra charge for the nail polish with silver cap, no sign for extra charges when you pick the color. Terrible experience. Picture is following day after the service. Usually if nails done property they still look fabulous next day. And in my case as you can see nothing is done, even the polish not even. Stay away from California nail salon located in the galleria by the Nordstrom store!

The young lady who did my nails today was being super aggressive and rough on my hands. I asked her to slow down because the was hurting me but was only interested in getting me to spend more. Nails look okay but she ended up cutting me 3 times. My birthday is in a few days and my hands hurt so badly.

They were fast... Friendly ... The quality of the male manicure was just bad ... For 18USD I would expect a better job ... The lady was also watching the people go by from the shop while doing my nails....

This place is amazing. Im a regular client there and the ladies (and guy!) take VERY good care of you. They offer you water and a fan if youre hot, and the ambiance here is extraordinary! My girl Mimi is a true artists! My hands always look photo ready and last forever! She takes good care of you. Everyone is friendly and considering all you get the prices are very affordable. I highly, highly recommend this place.

I tried it out cause its so conveniently close to my employer. I had the hot stone pedicure but sadly the stones werent even hot, they were just barely warm. My friend as well got a pedicure and she was cut twice. The nail tech who did my nails did an excellent job with shaping and applying the polish. If I do decide to go back itll be for the basic pedicure.

SO SWEET! I called about an hour or 30 minutes before close last night, I could tell on the phone they didn’t really want to but they said yes, so by the time I got there it was 10 before close. They still asked if I wanted a Pedi, I said yes and it was wonderful! They worked on my nails and feet at the same time,They were so funny to talk to! When the lady was done with my feet she helped him on my nails. They stayed and hour and a half after close to work on me and I appreciate that more then they know! I NEEDED my nails done for this show I’m working at. They stayed super friendly and did a wonderful job!! My legs are relaxed from the salt scrub that I didn’t know I needed until she offered! Heavenly ! Since I’m in heels for 9 hours standing a day. My nails are gorgeous even if they rushed , still looks fantastic. Im not used to nail salons being so nice! Just be nice to them and they will treat you wonderful ! Pays off to be a good person!

The technician tried her best but she could have just told me she didn’t know how to do a marble design on my nails. I would have chose something more simple. But she tried anyways and I ended up with paint splattered nails instead. Looks nothing like I pictured. Next time be honest and say you don’t know how.

Mina was my nail tech and she did amazing! I am very particular about my nails and she was very kind and professional, did everything perfectly. She will be my go to nail tech from now on 💕

Great atmosphere, with very nice music and gentle lighting. Staff very hospitable and polite. Direct and very good at explaining what they offer. Clean facilities, and they work very well together. Makes for a gentle experience in Galleria area Houston. I will be returning. Highly recommended.

It was too bad.The woman who was refilling my nail, hurt my skin by her emery board. She couldn’t even polish my nail in a beautiful way. You can see the shape of nail polish brush on my nails. She destroyed my own nail. I can not show my nails to anyone from the back side. The material she used is still stick firmly Under my nails. my nails are too sharp I could injured my face by scratching it. I came home and I fix it myself. She also behaved unfriendly. So Embarrassing.I wish I could show the pictures.

I started coming here after my nail tech left out of the city. Sam is everything! She is so sweet, very fast with nails! Her foundation with nail will stay on for a long time. I just finished getting my lashes done by her and I AM OBSESSED!! I never had lashes before and i was very scared and she made them so natural for me!! Thank you Sam for everything you do! I recommend and tell everybody to go to her! Also everybody else in the nail shop are so sweet and friendly! A place call home!

Super fast service. Especially if you’re a mall employee, full set done during my break. Staff is very attentive to details, they also offered complimentary drinks and a portable fan for this Texas heat. I’ve been here a few times being new from a different state and so far they continue to impress me.

Mimi is by far the best, nail technician Ive ever had. She is truly a miracle worker. My pedicure and dip looks natural and amazing.When I tell you she can make something out of nothing.( I prefer not to have tips, but I wanted a little length) she is an artist with her brushes. Thanks again Mimi.

The quality of service I received today was very poor. I was in and out of the chair in 30 mins. and that with the technician on and off cellphone walking around then she spent on my feet.WPlease do not spend your money with this place.

This place is great! They did an amazing job on me and my sisters nails and we gave them a tip! I was worried about getting my nails done because some of my nails were a bit on the shorter side, but they did a great job on my nails! Definitely worth a visit, but be prepared to spend if you want your nails done and done right!

My daughter (14) and I came in for a basic mani and pedi ($35 on the website). The lady continued to push a $60 pedi on me. It was unbelievable. Made a scene and everything. She only backed off when I got up to walk out.

Went to get a pedicure and manicure. Tiffany worked on me and she did an outstanding job with everything l. It was Husbands first time having a pedicure, Mimi worked on him she also did an outstanding job. We highly recommend both of them. Took their time with both of us and we left feeling totally relaxed and revitalized. Great job ladys!

I had a very pleasant experience. I was in and out fairly quickly. Amy was very delightful. She made some suggestions which I agreed to and I am glad I did. I am very pleased with how my nails came out. I definitely will be coming back!

Got my nails/w powder Saturday evening. By the next day the were already cracking at the corners and I sticking from the top of the nails by the cuticles. Didn’t wash dishes or anything that would cause them to do that. Very disappointed especially after paying 100+ for pedicure and nails that didn’t even last 24 hours.

Great experience! Mimi is always able to help & does my nails very good. Ive done them here many times & they always look good & last a good while. Highly recommend!

The worst.. nail technician cut me in my big toe, she saw the face I made because I was in pain but didn’t even apologized! My nails were poorly done. First and last time I’m doing my nails here. I rather pay more in another place for better service and quality.

If you look on yelp, which I did not before going :(, there review is 1.5/5.0. I definitely agree. They charged me $60 dollars. Pedicure was less than 10 minutes long. Shellac and pedicure were very messy. My nails are peeling/breaking as they did not file them well. Three days after pedicure, paint is already off an entire toe. Please do not waste your money. I usually dont leave reviews, but I have to warn you.

When the explained very calm and clearly she wanted it redone they were in such a hurry to get out the door that they refused and told her to come back on friday. This is the second time I’ve tried California nails because they are open late. Both times they did a horrible job on my nails. While I was explaining to the manager that I didn’t like my nails, she walked away and sat down. That is not great customer service at all. I will never go back..

Too much foot traffic which causes them to produce very low quality work. Not thorough and rushes to get the job done. Since my hour plus here, three other customers have complained.The plus is they’re open late. The unsanitary piece is the hose in the water bowl that supposedly “moves the water around”. Do not come to be disappointed.

Overall I had a great experience. I went in for a refill and the guy doing my nails filed the acrylic too low. Almost see through, you could see my nail showing through. I brung it to his attention but he insisted it would work.

Do NOT go to this place! They are very scandalous! I ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money for cheap service and got robbed of my money! My nails are already chipping with half the paint coming off in one day!!!!!!!!! I told Mina not to do the hot towel on my hands because it was extra money and she did it anyways. She proclaimed that the massage would be for a while and it took a total of 5 minutes. Im talking I dropped 200.00 bucks on myself and my little girl. Her polish just came off as well! The chair I sat in was broke and a pos. Basically I should ha e stopped the whole process and walked out, but I didnt. Sadly regret it and I will go back this weekend with pics of my nails and demand some kind of justice.

The lady cut me 3 times while filing my nails. Then just quit and put polish over without buffing. Paid 40 for refills. My nails look like I let my child play in nail polish. Would never recommend this place. Ladies were rude. Would not listen to what I was asking her to do.

My nails are uneven and terrible I thought because it was in he galleria they would be good. Please dont go here. They painted my nails all outside of the nail on my finger. I had glue stuck to my fingers because she was getting the glue on my hands. She kept trying to get me to spend more money and its very annoying to tell someone over and over that you only want the manicure. This should be a relaxing experience and instead it was more of me repeating myself and denying her extra services.

I love this nailshop! Traci always welcomes everyone in with a smile. Sam and Charlie are my go to nail techs they always do a great job. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ami who is new, and she has great customer service!

Worst experience in my 18 yes. Of getting my nails done. They want to charge 5$ to take off your old dipped Polish! Thats part of the service first of all, and then she cut me using the electric filing machine. I told her that hurt and that Im diabetic and she would just apologize and kept every so often hurting me. Then when I told her she didnt put the same liquid on both hands, she snapped and said let me do it Im professional. This escalated to calling mall security and then the police. She gave her self a $5 tip and told the officer I owed her now 40$ when she quoted the security officer 35$ .... I ended up paying 67$ for a crappie job! I have never written a review, but this was such a horrible experience I came home and had to. Hope you all go somewhere else and hopefully their business going down will change their customer service. Customer service is key to any business.

This place is horrible. I want sparkle on my nails. The guy pitched a fit. They gave me two different shades of red on my feet and hands. I do not recommend. I wish I could give them zero stars. Rude techs.My nails look horrible for our anniversary. They said with the pedicure came a ten minute massage. Which was just her rubbing in some lotion and hot stone. Horrible.I think the guy was talking about us.

This is the WORST nail salon Ive ever been to. The nail tech literally didnt know what she was doing. She filed a few of my nails vertically before I realized what she was doing and told her to stop. All of my nails were super strong before I went here and now majority (8/10) of them have broken. Thank God I didnt get my normal Shellac from here. I only went because someone asked me to come out that night and I didnt want to go with chipped polish. Please save yourself. If you absolutely have to go I would just get a basic buff and polish change ( no cuticle or shaping).
