I had my first appointment with Tom Tom (thats what he told me to call him) last night and I was very pleased. Staff was friendly and even took me as a walk-in at 6:30. They closed at 7:00 (I did not know this at the time), but they were very professional and eager to assist me even though it was almost closing time. $25 (without tip) for a regular pedicure. The detail was great and Tom Tom took his time. They have both male and female technicians. Love the feel of the space, the quality, the prices and the friendly vibe. I would have gotten better pictures, but I didnt want to photograph other customers. For the time of day, the place was still pretty full. I will return. :)

I have been to a lot of nail shops and this one is the best one in Houston. These people know what they are doing!!! They are kind, professional, clean and affordable. #1 resort nails is very relaxing and they do a great job. They go above and beyond by satisfying your beauty needs.

I made an appointment for 12 , came in and wasn’t serviced until 12:40 because the nail tech was late. She rushed through my nails and cut my cuticles in spots and they are bleeding. My nails are crooked and not shaped well. I wanted my nails longer and she started cutting before asking the length. I received the wrong nail color. Looking at them from a far you might not think they are not bad but as someone who is used to getting acrylic nails this is not what I’m used to. I’m just over all displeased with my service. This was the first time I’ve been here but I’ve always heard good things about the place. This was the worst acrylic nail set I’ve ever received!

My girlfriend and I called this place and they said they could take us. When we arrived, the had us sit and wait for upwards of 25+ minutes. My girlfriend just needed a full set of acrylics. The male nail tech kept being rough with her nails, and hurt the integrity of her nail bed. She made it clear that he had hurt her, but he made no effort to correct his technique. My girlfriend is a licensed cosmetologist and she said that he clearly had no idea what he was doing. The service at this nail salon was horrific. We actually had to just stop the man and just leave. Truly disappointing.

I haven’t had my nails done in a while but these were the best i’ve ever had done. They were so nice and professional and did a great job recreating the nails I wanted done. 10/10 would recommend, great technicians, environment, and reasonable price. :)

This place is convenient because it is close to my house but I have had many bad experiences here when it comes to nails. Nina is really the only one who can do them very well. I love her. The other ladies I have had do not do them properly. I just went to get dip nails on Friday and one of them has already fallen off. Very sad about that when I spent over $100 on my mani and pedi. I didn’t want to write a bad review when this first happened because I thought it was a one time thing but after happening about 4 times it makes me very sad. Love Nina and Tom though! I’ll be back just asking for one of them.

Love the ambiance and atmosphere, but I wish the staff would stop stop STOP HAVING private conversations in a foreign language. Most Westerners consider this rude? Why do you treat your customers like that? If it happens again, I will not tip.😩😖😵😞✂💅😖

Male manicurist charged me 30.00 for a plain manicure no polish. I was there 3 times before and paid 15.00. I called back by phone and was told 15.00 was the price. He was dishonest and gouged me. Be careful.

I usually go there to get my nails done. But yesterday, the lady Nina was very unprofessional. She was already late to work but I waited patiently for 40min for the staff to come in. after she started the work, her phone was constantly ringing and she didnt miss any of it, any customer who came in she started talking to them and taking care of them while I was sitting there, although there were more staff who were free and could have done it. the nail polish now is supper thick on one nail and thin on the other, doesnt even have a equal shade plus the fact while she was busy on her phone she filed on my skin, the tips of my nails dont even have a color and it is as if I have these nail polish one for a week already. I am sorry but I will not go back to your salon anymore.

OMG!! I found this gem while out shopping & had the best pedi of my life! You get a real spa experience complete with shoulder massage. This is my new go to!! The environment is relaxing, the staff is nice & professional

I have been coming to this salon for the past 3 years since I moved to Houston in 2017. Nina is my nail tech. She is thee Best! My nails are always finished with perfection , the salon is clean , the staff is friendly and they offer water lol . I come every 2-3 weeks . I highly recommend

The atmosphere was calm and inviting at first. After I was seated the ladies were speaking to each other in there language, you know the feeling you get when you feel like your the butt of a joke. It felt very uncomfortable and didnt feel very inviting after that. Then afterwards another customer left, and I was asked to move to her seat without anyone worker taking any of the nessasery precautions to sterilize are wipe anything down are even change the towel are equipment afterwards as if we are not in the middle of a pandemic. I did ask for her to clean and sterilize the area and she did, The nail technician did a good job she moved fast and was very detailed in how she did my nails. Afterwards I went to seat and get my nails dried under the lamp that to was not wiped are sterilized as customers left. So I did ask again if someone would sterilize one of the ladies came and sprayed inside with alcohol and walked away leaving it wet. I wasnt very satisfied with that. My over all experience was not bad, but not too great either. The nail tech Nina did a good job on my nails.

My first visit was great. I got nothing but compliments and they lasted. The second time I went they put me with someone that was obviously new. They started lifting in less than a week and were super thick. I went back within a week to just start over because they started to break off. The owner started on my nails but got an appointment and had her husband finish instead. I am unsure how he has a license because there is NO WAY this man passed his manicurist course. They were the worst nails i have ever had and damaged my nails. Shame on me for trying to give them another chance. The staff is nice but after 2 bad nail jobs i will never go back.

I went to get a full set on Tuesday and by next Tuesday my nails were already lifting and one popped right off. This was my first time going and Ill be going back today to see what they are going to do about my nails. I spent my money and I expect to have my nails on longer than 1 week. Not what I paid for.**Update** So after going back to the nail salon, I was assisted by a nice lady named Nina. Not only was she able to fix the broken nail but she was able to fix all my nails at no cost. Thank you so much.

Very nice salon! Everyone was very nice and they did excellent work! I got a pedicure and dip nails, and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be going back!

I received the BEST service at this establishment today. I walked in roughly 5 minutes before closing and still received amazing service and quality work. My services were dipped nails, a lip wax and a pedicure. Lynn and Nina are wonderful.

Wayyyyyy over priced. $55 for a simple toe polish change & gel manicure? Thats insane. The other place I go (which in full disclosure, actually is nicer & more luxurious) is only $38 for the exact same 2 services. Service was great & prompet, but so is the other place I go. I only checked this place out because they are a little closer to my house, but for a $17 savings, Ill keep going to the place thats 5 miles from my house.

Best place!! They do such a great job! So friendly! Neighborhood feel A place where they know you by name! Soooo many color choices! Been going there since I moved to the area 2 1/2 years.

Last time I ever go here. They put me with some new person, who had no idea what they were doing. Nina came in to fix after she had already messed my nails up(uneven, didnt refill correctly--missing spots). I liked that this place was close to my house but I always leave here feeling like I wasted money and clearly I did. Two nails broken, same day, going elsewhere.

Go for the pedicures. they are super relaxing, and include a great massage.

Left my nails really crooked and looking disgusting. 45.00$????? I just paid and walked over my normal nail technician by my house to get it fixed. they had to file them all over again. My nails were uneven and thick. Did not have a natural look. this was my first and my last time trying this place. Only if I could post pictures.

Lots of pedicure chairs. Seems to be pretty clean. I was a walk in customer and only had to wait for about 5 minutes. Not bad for lunch hour. Not too many OPI choices compared to my normal place but the had a decent selection of OPI and other brands as well.

Been here 3 times & 2 times I was over charged & the 3 rd time nails were uneven & crooked and broke the first week. The worst service & they push up sales so aggressively and the language barrier makes it even worse. Every time I left feeling robbed & cheated. I rather drive & go where they can clearly communicate & treat me like a human being. Horrible!!!

Clean place with relaxing music, a lot of variety to choose from in terms of brands, comfortable and clean chairs. Overall a very nice nail salon.

The files all my nails crooked and did a terrible job on my cuticles. It was clean, so that’s why I gave it a two, but I could give myself a better manicure and pedicure.
