Theyre fast and good. My nails lasted for over a month, and I use my hands a lot for work.Update: I always come here, and hands down best pedicure and full set place.

Asked for oval shaped nails but instead of doing what i asked she did what she wanted bad business

The service is good and I like the Monday- Wednesday specials. They could take more time with massages. However, because I go on days of special. Its safe to assume, you get what you pay for.

I come here from time to time when I am not running around every where! The only thing I dislike is when I call they tell me a price but when I arrive and get done what I am asking for they are asking for $10 more than what they told me over the phone! But overall everyone here is very nice far as customer service wise! I miss Nina and the ones who have been here for years! Please just take a common courtesy that whoever give you a set price over the phone should never change when we arrive and get done what we are asking for! Have a blessed day!

I normally like coming to get my nails done here by Tom.But since Tom is out of the country I have had bad experiences the last two times. Bad nail polishes. Not stay on long. The whole atmosphere.Tom treat his customers very nice,he is very professional. Like his work.My nails look very nice & neat & polish stay on longer.Hope Tom is coming back soon.

I usually come to this location due to the convenience. I came in today to get a refill during my lunch (1:15 pm), immediately was told to come back later and they were too busy. They only had two ladies getting pedicures and a lady that walked into the establishment before me who just wanted a manicure. Granted they didnt tell the lady before me the same information. They lost my business.

Worst nail shop in Houston! This nail salon does not know how to treat paying customers. The greeter at the front lied and told me that the wait will be 5 min. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes to be serviced. Once I finally got service, the nail tech rushed my full set. When I complained to her about some of the problems resulting in rushing, she did the bare minimum to fix the problem. If you want to be lied to and want a half done job then this is a place for you. Otherwise go to another nail salon that knows how to treat paying customers.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Racially profiled for there machine not working and they assumed I didn’t have money after calling and showing them the amount in my account. They proceeded to lock the salon as if I was going to leave without paying. Then I get home put lotion on my feet and paint chips off. Completely disgusted with their service 👎🏾

If I could give this nail shop 0 stars that would be GREAT! I came here today on a FRIDAY! I should’ve known something was up when there were only 2 customers getting services on a FRIDAY afternoon! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Thank god I was only fixing a broken nail 🙄

I got a staff infection in my hands and feet in jan when i went, the tech cut my toe open and i didnt even know! I am a diabetic so some parts of my feet dont have feelings, so if i didnt go to the er for my nails i wouldnt have known of the cut! But because i am diabetic i have been battling my toe issue almost 7 month ending up a month ago in the hospital for 2 weeks on iv antibiotics!! Please do not go here, i have 7 months of proof.

The pedicures and manicures are very good, Also it’s very neat and cleannnnn inside. Thats what I love and the service is excellent.

Decent job on my overlay. Didnt really care for the way she shaped them and didnt clean around them very good so I shaped them myself cause the English is pretty bad so I couldnt really explain I didnt want my nails rounded. Will wait a week or so and have another shop clean around the cuticle with a polish change. Paint job on my hands wasnt very good....looked like the polish was thick and I had to keep telling him to make sure and paint the sides, but my toes were ok. She also quoted me one price and then charged me a few dollars more for shellac removal when I told her to begin with it was shellac and we were clear that was included in what she originally quoted me and they should have requoted me when they claim they realized not waited until the end

First time here. They were nice & the faculty looked clean. I actually saw utinsels that had been autoclaved. Not enough English-speaking staff and horrible paint job. Not always about the company but the technician. Guess it just wasnt my day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My technicians name was honeymoon he was the rudest person I have ever had as a nail tech. I showed him exactly what I wanted with a display that they had. I assumed that they would know what color to pick since they were advertising that certain design. I should have known to leave when he said he didnt know what color the bottom was and rudely told me to just pick a color. Once i saw how horrible one hand looked ,i asked jim ti chengr the color. I was even willing to pay for the change, yet he refused. Now i am left with 2 different designs, and horrible ombre job , a few hours before a big event. I am headed to get them redone at another place. BEWARE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE WORK.

Would have given them a better rating, but yge over charged me for my nails. The sign out front said 20% off, as I got to pay he tells me he only received 5 off off my services whch was 40 5 dollats off is 29.

Tried this place after a horrible experience at another salon in the neighborhood. WOW-There isn’t enough space to share details... I don’t think the lady who did my nails had ever done Nails before. Terrible.

Absolutely love this place! I drive 45 min from Cypress to see kai! Hes the best at getting ingrowns out with minimum to no pain at all! Great energy, And my nails last 3wks before needing fill in. Great prices 42bucks gets you fill + pedicure with stones on one nail! Ask for Kai you wont regret it! My heels are smooth too OMG

This place has terrible customer service and I got into with the owners .And they put me out they dont no how to talk to people.Greet people or talk to there workers I see why they lash tech Tina went down there to 7 days and work why they lying telling people she on vacation.
