I absolutely love this place. Selene is my preferred nail tech, but she’s since left and I can’t seem to find out where she went. I have BDD on my left thumb, and she’d always remember to make it shorter when doing acrylic enhancements because that’s what “natural” means to me. She was always very aware to make sure everything was perfect and I value her being respectful about my “funny thumb”. I’ve been there since, and despite me telling the tech “please make my left thumb shorter”, she made it equal in length to my right thumb. Not only did I not feel heard, but I couldn’t use my left hand efficiently since I’m not used to the thumb being so long. I love the place, but I miss Selene.

Love coming here! I refuse to go anywhere else....Ill wait till they have a opening for me to come get my nails done! Great at any requests you may have

The lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job and took her time to make the treatment I was paying for worth every dollar. The reason for 3 stars is because of the rude young lady at the entrance. Businesses should work harder to make the first person you encounter a more pleasant one as they tend to leave lasting impressions. This one was rude and short with me for absolutely no reason. So much so that I won’t be going back even though I love my pedicure. Customer service matters.

I came here once and had the rudest experience ever. The staff was fine but that front desk receptionist girl was so rude. So unprofessional and had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen. Made me want to never come back. Today, I called and made an appointment for a medi pedi. The girl on the phone sounded different and turns out they got a new receptionist. The medi and pedi was great but the receptionist truly made my day. Made the experience 10 times better. One step in the right direction. Just her greeting and being so welcoming was nice and refreshing. I never write reviews and I had to make an account to write this one.

Had a simple overlay for $55, total of $65 with cuticle work. They didn’t last long and look like this at two weeks, not worth it.

Brian is AMAZING! I went in with some pretty botched acrylic nails that I had recently gotten done, and he was able to fix them for me! Not only did he fix them, but they are beautiful! Definitely recommend!

I came to this nail salon because it was the only one near me open past 7 PM. I had a great experience with Ryan! He did such a great job on my nails and didnt hurt me at all. He was friendly and easy to talk to 😊 will definitely be coming back and asking for Ryan again!

This spot is bomb my nails and still bussin swear the vibe in there is off the charts you feel the zen and great energy as soon as you sit down.. thats my place when I come back to Houston

My wife was literally robbed , I was on the phone while they attempted to add charges that she never had or even requested, something that was supposed to be at around 50 , ended up being 90 and then on top the nails came out horrible so I’m left with a crying wife and waisted money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND,

Wow what can I say about this place! From the moment that we walked in the door, John and Linda treated us as if they’ve known us for years. Everything was top notch from the cleanliness to the customer service. We got the Pumpkin Pedicures and they were amazing! The best service my mom and I have ever been received. We will definitely be back!

Been here once and loved it ! My nails and toes are always on point after leaving here. Love the atmosphere and energy, great people with great skills. If youre looking for a new salon, I definitely recommend this place !

Only one person who knows how to shape nails no one knows how to apply acrylic And smooth it out good enough. Your nails should not have lumps in them smdh

So so happy I passed by here to get my nails done. This is not my usual spot but starting today it is. Once you step in, youre immediately welcomed and started on your mani/pedi. Imagine, getting pampered, hands and toes while drinking a mimosa. Sounds like a mini-getaway from a busy life. Recommend this place to all.

I love love love Fizz Nails I go every 2 weeks for my usual pamper dates. Marie is the sweetest nail tech and she always brings my nails to life and gives me exactly what I’m envisioning. My pedicures are to die for and I am always pleased. The staff are also amazing I will recommend this nail shop to anyone who live in Houston or visiting. I loved it! I asked for a set of coffin nails and the designs were VERY complicated because they were prom nails and they gave me exactly what I wanted. They turned out PERFECT! The nail tech was very nice and listened to my every want and demand and she always checked up to make sure I liked them! 10/10 highly recommend !!!!

Just received the best mani and pedi I’ve had in a long time. Diane was great and super patient with me even though I had acrylic on. She is such a sweet lady. Ella did my toes incredibly well. Definitely coming back to Fizz!

I loved this salon! They were super accommodating to fit me in at the last minute even though it was the night before Thanksgiving day. I had a great first experience and will definitely be coming back!

Tried this place because it had different kind of name and in a good location. From the moment I walked in, just drab behavior from all inside. Ive never had a mani pedi with two people more uninterested in my life. It was like I ran over their dog. Their furniture and decor dirty. Also you get high on nail polish/remover fumes they need better ventilation. I will not be back.

Was here 2 times. First time got a refill done and it turned out ok however she did cut few of my cuticles. I enjoyed her excuse though which was “oh sorry. I cut my nails all the time too”. The second time i stoped by to fix my broken nail. Technician name was Mary and she did a very bad job. My nail came out wider then the rest and she cut my finger under the nail so bad that it bled hard!! It would not heal after a week!! It got infected so i had to chop off my nail

Wendy was wonderful. It was so refreshing to receive wonderful customer service when I walked in the door to when I left. Wendy was articulate and very friendly. She is a big reason I will visit again soon.Laura Collins

Not impressed. The nail techs stand while they do your nails and the counter isn’t adjustable, so some girls have a harder time making sure things are done correctly. My nails were done all uneven and crooked. Some have thicker layers of acrylic than others and I had to ask the tech to make them more even. Over priced for the quality of work done.

AWFUL experience with manicure and pedicure. Nails were cut and filed crooked on both hands and feet. After telling her MULTIPLE times to re-file them, she insisted she would buff it out. Pedicure was extremely fast and you could tell she did not care about the service (not to mention she was asked by the hostess to take another customer after me and she refused with ask someone else, its already 7pm -- though the website clearly states walk-ins are welcome until 7:15pm just FYI) - she did NO scrubbing and no actual massage. Paid extra for the lime and coconut pedicure and did not receive any of the additions mentioned in the description. They also do not have standard pedicure chairs - you sit on a bench with pillows............no thank you. Nails were not painted evenly at all and began chipping not even a full day later. Staff was rude and not customer service oriented. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I love it - always fast yet the dip and acrylic nails are done well and last a month plus! New pedicure chairs are nice, and complimentary wine, champagne, and water!

I have been here 2 times. The first time my nails came off within a week and then I said well maybe I will get them done again since the design was beautiful but I was disappointed coming in the next time because the same thing happened they fell off quickly. Plus they are overpriced for the amount of time your nails are on. You need better glue

Was there on yesterday, frist I was told that I at the wrong location. That was incorrect I checked my phone and it was the correct location. Lady was nice about got me in the young lady that did my pedicure could not get them shaped correctly and she one side noticeable shorter than the other, when I tried to tell her about she just kept saying later I fix. The last straw was I paid for a particular spa treatment and she didnt do everything that went along with the pedicure. By this time Im so hot , and that Ill fix later never happened my feet feel like wood this morning. I was able to get an appointment at my reg spa cant wait to get there.Oh the lady be that did my nails excellent job.

You would think with COVID they would have enough time to clean. Yuk

Horrible service !!!!!!!!! Do not go here !!!! Over priced ., inexperienced nail techs. !!!!! The pedicures SUCK !!! They have cute “ pedicure names “ but you will be highly disappointed with the little effort that is put into your pedicure. I highly suggest that they steam clean their furniture. It was filthy !!! Here are my reccomodations ;1. Hire trained nail techs.2. Lower the price of the pedicures, or include more work. 55 is a lot to pay for a half done pedicure.3. Clean up. Steam clean the furnitureI could go on and on but I’ll stop here.

Fizz is the only place I will go to! Great locations (one on Washington Ave now too!) and great staff. Always see Elaine for both my mani and pedi and shes the best! They always offer a drink and help with color choice if you dont know what you want. Both locations are awesome, thanks Fizz!!

In my search for a new nail salon, I found that most of the places I went to had mediocre work and most of all the customer service sucked. However, my experience at Fizz has been quite the opposite. I usually have to stick with one technician, but have been satisfied with each one I have tried lately. I have already recommended this place to friends and would strongly encourage anyone to try it that desires good service all around.

Im not a picky person as long as you do a good job. It was my first time here, my pedicure was rushed. I noticed she didnt file/buff on my left foot. My issue was the pedicure lasted about 30-40 min which was not worth the price I paid... $66. She barely did any cuticle cuts, just nipped a few here and there. The massage wasnt even a massage, she just squeezed my calves and moved it back and forth. Ive been to many places that equal to or more expensive but at least I got a pedicure that was worth my money. Overall $66 was not worth the pedicure here.

This little gem is right next to Grottos and right across the street from Hotel Derek. Ive been to Fizz more than a handful of times and they definitely do not disappoint!Fizz is one of the very few places that I know that actually offers DIP GEL, and theyre great at it. I have a preference of just regular gel but thats only imo.Upon entering youre greeted by a receptionist whos sweet and accommodating. They seat you and offer you drinks, including the ones that are offered after 5 oclock! ;DI always get the milk and cookies manicure with gel polish add on, something about the exfoliation and then rinsing it with REAL milk just makes me feel so luxurious sometimes. TREAT YO SELF!My favorite pedicure is the HOT ASH pedi, have your tech repeat that a few times really fast and youll get the joke.It comes with a tea soak with flowers, a hydrating clay mask, hot stones, paraffin, and a little longer massage. I mean what else could you include into your pedi?! I find it super relaxing especially with the aroma given.They really offer quality work here, based on the photos given, I think everyone here is great but if you ask me Id go to Chloe and Vivian you can count on them for a job well done!

The ladies were nice here, I felt like I was being upsold on services. I got the lime and coconut pedi dont get that one because they dont really do anything special. I got an expensive ass manicure and 2 days later it fell apart. I am from Chicago and I have never encountered this, I know it was regular polish but dont you all use base coat or something I wasnt expecting weeks of wear but its only been 2 days and my 30 to 40 something mani is all chipped! I will never come here again.

Took the Mrs here to get her nails done and was blown away by the service. The technician was very nice and detailed oriented . My lady is very particular about her nails and this place went above and beyond to put a smile on her face.!!!

Horribly expensive for no quality. Went for my cousins wedding with a group of 5. Everyones gel lasted less than a week. Choppy job on the trip and polish. Pedicure was not relaxing!!! Wouldnt even give one star if I didnt have to. Save your money - paint ur nails ur self instead of going here

I got the chrome nails paid 85$ for them and its worrh it as long as they last 2 weeks less than a week and one popped off like it was press on nails from walmart.. My co-workers say the same not worth the money.. Wont be back!!!
