Plush is just the best for pedicures and manicures in Houston. I’ve gone there for 6 years, appreciating the healthy atmosphere without the often toxic smells of other places. Such a comfortable space, convenient front door parking as well as such a nice staff!

This is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Way too much nail polish so my nails still aren’t fully dry three hours later. They are smudged and dented, since they used way too much polish. Do not go here.

I have been coming here for years and they are always so sweet. I have lately been asking for some random designs and they always say okay and wing it and I’ve been happy every single time. Thank you very much !! :)

They saved my life. I cried but my nail recovery was quick and she was very patient with my pain. I had broken two nails, down to my flesh , I mean truly miserable but now my nails are repaired and I won’t go that long again. Thanks Plush, you saved me from my misery.

Ive been to many, and this place gives you the best customer service! They put in the work, remember your color (wow) and give you lots of nicities for free like fruit and flowers in your water (pedicure). HIGHLY recommend!

I have been to Salons all over the world and this is quite the little gem here in Houston . They go above and beyond to make you feel valued , not rushed and quality service . I have had everything from a facial , lashes , mani/pedi and waxing . I highly recommend .

I have had way better service at this place. Neither lady that did my manicure and pedicure listened or did what I asked for. Spoke with manager and she wants to make it right. This is the only reason I didnt give them one star. I miss Kayla.

Owner allegedly has had an issue with me going back and forth with rescheduling for the year and a half I was a customer, yet never bothered to express this until she passive aggressively did not respond to my messages for an appointment. She also posted our private conversations on Yelp and made a fake profile to vote “funny” on my negative reviews of her business and my other reviews. When I told her how unprofessional that was, she said “Don’t tell me what to do. I know what to do.” Do not appreciate passive aggressive people who treat others poorly and give poor service just to make a point.To the owner: How easy would it have been for you to respond to my message in a timely manner and say “I am sorry, but we can’t keep rescheduling your dates. I can make room for you on this day, but moving forward can you please make it a point to keep your appointments?” No, she decided to try to make a point, which ended up backfiring because you not only lost a customer, you also lowered your ratings. But hey, keep your pride when you go out of business! I also suffer from migraines, which was the reason for my rescheduling and explicitly told you that. Thanks for the empathy!And if you don’t like rescheduling, then put a cancellation policy in place. Pretty simple.Update: The five star review from Jessica Bateman on here was created a few hours after I posted this review. I am ninety nine percent sure this is a fake account and review.

The quietest, most relaxing nail shop I have ever been to. The chairs dont massage your back while getting serviced, but it wasnt a bad thing. Im just used to it so it was a shocker for me at first. They have a good range of polishes and a friendly staff. Kim took good care of my feet and I will return back to her.

Always the best. Every one there is amazing so it doesnt matter who you get. Very accommodating and there talented out of this world . Just say work your magic if you want a nail look thats out of the world.

Extremely nice place and friendly staff. Overpriced services and my nails never come out perfect. I have visited a few times whatever services I choose I always end up paying $10-15 more than expected or the menu. Additionally the quality of my nails are average if that. I think the coats are too thick no matter how long I let them dry before I leave I end up with a smudge or nick on my nails. Finally the shape is not what I ask for even after asking for them to be refiled. The service is great, but the work is not the quality I expect for the price.

I called last minute and they made room for my friend and I. They were kind, attentive and highly skilled and did a great job on our nails. Thank you!! 😊

Great place for anyone looking for relaxation. I dont get any nail work done here but I do get back massages and/or shoulder massages and they are awesome. The hot stones alone are worth it. Definitely know how to pamper me when I come in :)

I got the dip put on my nails and by the next day my nail had cracked and now three days later my nails are starting to chip. I loved the color but the quality was bad and it was more expensive than any other place I have been to. I didn’t get anything else done but I would not recommend getting the dip here. I gave them two stars only because they were so friendly.

I have been to many salons in this area and other areas in town. In my opinion, this is the best salon. The women are delightful. The place is pretty, the atmosphere is relaxing and soothing. I highly recommend this salon.

My friend and I loved our pedicures. We will definitely come back. Everyone was friendly.

Incompetent staff. Had a girl who had never cut nails before, took almost 2 hours to get simple manicure without polish. She had to be replaced with another girl who basically gave me another manicure. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Located in Rice Village. They do use liners in their pedicure tubs. Cozy atmosphere. Good place for your run-of-the-mill mani/pedi. Prices seemed reasonable. Technicians were friendly and not super chatty.

I decided to come here today because of the reviews on yelp and because it is close to home. I called beforehand to see if they have any availability. She said yes, so I came right away.I arrived around 3:30 and was greeted by the front desk lady. It wasnt that busy there, since there were only 2 other people. I was getting the basic mani and pedi, and also needed my shellac nails removed.I really like the decor of the salon, very cute and pretty. However, that doesnt compare to the service I got. The lady at the register came to remove my shellac (she was chewing gum so loud and hard), all I hear is her smacking her lips and it was so annoying! BUT the worst part was that she was RUSHING and trying to get things done.Then there was a couple (who brought their dog in as well) that came in, so she switched with another lady there and went to go help them. She completely forgot to do the cuticles on one hand, and forgot something else on the other hand. She was also rushing and I dont know why! My nail polish was done badly, so much bubbles! I would NOT come back here again :(

First of all, free parking may be challenging to find since the shop is in Rice Village. I lucked out and found side street parking just as someone else was leaving. I made a lunchtime weekday appt the day before, so the ladies were already expecting me when I walked in for a regular mani-pedi. I immediately noticed there are only 6 pedi chairs, which may have been intentional for good luck, so its a small shop but clean and cute. My only criticism is the pedi chair, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The chair itself is unique that its not a typical adjustable massage chair, but rather a mini leather seat. Still comfortable, but not the standard. So because I have shorter legs, the chair literally had to be pushed forward towards the foot tub. And since the chair sits so low to the ground on the raised platform, standing up took a little more effort than if my legs were bent at a typical 90 degree angle. As for the color selection process of a standard pedi, I appreciated not having to rummage through dozens of nail polish bottles sitting on the shelf. I got to choose my color from the plastic nail samples on a key ring as if I were getting gel or shellac, so that was convenient. I did like how real citrus and cucumber slices were used for the pedi. I was offered a complimentary beverage, service was friendly and I was satisfied with both mani and pedi. As my nails were getting done, I noticed several regulars walk in and the techs immediately recognized them which speaks to their loyal customer base. I would return here again.
