The salon itself is very nicely decorated and feels fancy. Wine is always appreciated lol. I had Phoebe and she was very nice and i love how my nails turned out. I had the manicure and Im not sure it was really worth the price jump versus just getting the gel polish but the prices were in line with everything else in the area. Its close to home so Ill definitely be returning. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

I got a pedicure here and was really happy with it so I decided to get gel polish a few days later. I am extremely picky when it comes to my polish and oftentimes rather do it myself, but this is hands down the most perfect manicure and polish application I have ever received. Jenny did an amazing job and I highly recommend her and this salon!

Its too expensive for no reason. My nails are flat not a proper nail bed, a professional nail tech will know how to do this. I did (full set and pedicure) color powder nails for $60 full set, (regular almond shaped nails nothing fancy) tell me why was I charged an extra $3 for gel top coat??? One coat? this is a step that already comes with doing any type of nails why is it an extra charge. Save your coins dont think its worth it!I should mention that this was the second time I was here, the first time I was told a different price and at check out it was another price (higher). The nails where not perfect and one broke after couple of days.

My appointment was at 4. Showed up early. It is currently 5:47. Ive never had a dip manicure take this long. There was gunk left all over my hands even after I asked for something to get rid of it. I mentioned multiple times I wanted to get a design on my nails. At the end when Im supposed to be getting the design done they tell me they cant. She offered stones instead. I said that would be fine. She didnt know how to put them on and they ended up falling while I was still there. She decided to put clear nail polish over the whole thing. It just looks horrible.

Leo was my technician. He was prompt and thorough. Did an excellent job. The salon offered a variety of beverages when I arrived. I will definitely return.

It was my first time going today. Im very picky on how I have my nails so I try not to ask for too much when I visit a new place. But I gave this place a chance. I tried something new with my nails and Tom did such a great job! They were attentive and friendly. Tom made sure that I liked how they were coming out during the process. He talked to me like a person and not just a customer. He also helped me make a decision on a couple of things for them. The price was reasonable, the environment was clean, and the people were kind. If youre thinking about it, definitely give it a shot. Ive tried a lot of nail salons and finally decided that this one is my spot! Thanks to Tom! I love this place! Highly recommend. The place is clean, everyone wears masks, you can see they sanitize thier equipment. When you walk in before you enter main area they have a hand washing station. They use plastic bags in pedi tubs (changed per client). They offer complementary drinks while you get serviced. Chairs have massages in them. Staff is friendly. My daughter and I have come several times and we love it here. No appointment necessary. Nice atmosphere.

Great service, but not the cleanest place. I like this place and have come here for a year, but am now looking elsewhere because of cleanliness concerns. Now with Covid, I was disappointed that masks were not worn by several patrons, and they did not wipe down chairs, or clean any surfaces between customers. For this reason, I have been concerned for the cleanliness.

I do not have any negative comments whatsoever. They have a very welcoming environment, and they know what theyre doing. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved the service, it was my first time to this location and I will definitely go back. All the employees are so nice, the location is amazing, the music is relaxing, everything is so neat and clean. I left feeling so relaxed and happy.

The staff themselves were great and super sweet, however my nails didnt last but 4 days and they started to pop off. I am not happy with how much I had to spend and how long they lasted.

Went here with some of my friends for the first time a week ago. Got a gel - shellac manicure. The girl filed the ends of my nails AFTER finishing polishing them. I went on a vacation out of state so I have not been cleaning and messing up my nails and starting 4 days ago they started chipping! That was only 3 DAYS after I had them done. I called yesterday to see if they would fix them for free and they said yes. I went in this morning and more of my nails had chipped off. I asked if they could just charge me half for a gel polish change and they refused. I even explained how the girl filed my nails. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have never had a shell come manicure chip before 2 weeks! Do not pay for shellac here and honestly, I would not recommend after this. I will not be back unless their owner or manager reaches out and fixes this but I highly doubt it. Ill be going back to my usual place.

I LOVE Borgata ! I’ve been coming here over the last two years and they are ALWAYS quick and provide an AMAZING customer experience which is super important to me. And to top it off, it’s nice and clean!!! Yesterday I was running late in preparation for an international trip and they went over and beyond to ensure I was happy before leaving ! Love Borgata! Pedicure lasts at least 2-3 weeks, and their ambience is terrific. Great music, super relaxing, and whatever adult drinks you need.

My daughter and I have been coming here since early 2017 when we moved here and it’s been perfect. Coco is my go to girl and my daughter sees Hailey regularly. Mary, the shop master, is always attentive and caring about how we’re taken care of. I love this place. All the folks here are just wonderful though so no matter who you see, you’ll be pleased with your experiences.

Called for a last minute pedicure around an hour before closing time, and the rep was very welcoming and encouraged me to come in. Not only did Abby do a great job, but there was also no rushing me to leave. The salon is very clean and many color options. They offered me something to drink more than once. Service was exceptional from the phone call, to the welcome, to the pedicure, to my departure. Definitely will be visiting again.

It was ok. But you kind of get what you pay for I guess? Beautiful shop, offer wine and other drinks, but the service was meh. I would have been fine with sitting for two separate services, but having one girl try to do acrylics while another tries to give you a pedicure was a hassle 🤷🏻 they took the same amount of time to do them at once, that the other salon I usually go to takes to do them separately. The shape of my nails was not what I wanted and it seemed rushed towards the end. Again, id try again, get the services done separately maybe. Overall, beautiful, clean shop, and everyone was super nice, but it was sloppy service/work imop.

Finally found a place close to home that has great service!! Great customer care and you don’t even need an appointment. Staff is always friendly and offers you something to drink. I always get dip powder and they do an amazing job, I don’t have a specific person because they are all great! They also add in a little massage after my nails☺️ I highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting this salon. I booked a full set and basic pedicure. I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately greeted at the door and they started on time. Mia did my nails and she was AWESOME! She had great customer service and technical skills. Ive gone to other salons in the past and experienced either an okay technician with great customer service or vice versa but never both. I really appreciated how she proactively sought feedback the entire time she serviced me. Instead of waiting until the end to ask if I liked the shape, color, etc.Ray unfortunately provided the service I typically experience. His technical skills were good and I like the finished product for my pedicure HOWEVER his customer service skills were lacking. Coincidentally when he servicing another client I observed her commenting on his attitude. Not sure if today was a bad day for him or if this is standard Ray. Regardless he may want to consider raising his soft skills up a few (okay a lot of) notches.I will return again for a refill with Mia but will definitively request another tech for my pedicure.Peace 🌼

I got a exfoli-sea salt glow pedicure, a dip manicure, and had them add on a 5 min shoulder massage for $83 (not including tip). The staff was friendly, and the dip looks great. The reason Im taking off 1 star is because they didnt lotion or massage my arms at all for the manicure, and they couldve definitely spent more time on the bottoms of my feet. I came home and had dead skin hanging off the arches of both of my feet (gross, and I know I shouldve probably checked the bottoms of my feet before I left). I will say if my dip lasts a full 3 weeks, I will come back and ask them to lotion and massage my arms. Im still on the fence about the pedicure.

This was the worst pedicure experience Ive had. The quality of my pedicures have been going downhill since I started going here a few months ago (rough heels after, tiny knicks). This time, my big toes were cut badly and theyre swollen and infected. My heels were also very rough still. I called the nail salon this morning and was told that the manager would have to approve a refund, and I would have to come in which is reasonable, but that the manager wasnt there and they couldnt provide a time when they would be there. No apologies, didnt even ask my name or technician. They were very rude on the phone. I would stay away from this place at all costs! I will not be back.

I saw these recent reviews and I wasnt sure if i was in the correct place. Borgata it is very clean and relaxing. There is a commercial sterilizing machine and the techs always used packaged tools that have been sterilized. The store is overall clean and well kept. I have been to several nail salons over the years, and I consider myself very picky. This salon is also well-ventilated. I never smell strong odors while I am there. They do a great job keeping things aired out and clean. Timmie for the tidiest gel manicures and pedicures. They offer complimentary back massage chairs, and relaxing music videos. The bathroom is clean, and they have a HUGE selection of polishes-- any color you could ask for.I have found this salon to be more affordable in comparison to other nearby nail salons.

My cousin and I went here because our usual place was closed for remodeling. The staff is nice as is the business, but communication and talent was a big problem. They do basic work, nothing fancy or trendy. My nail tech spoke very poor English, so it was hard for me to understand her, and she definitely didnt understand me. Another nail tech kept having to interpret for us. My manicure is nice, but not want I wanted. Its very plain, and looks nothing like the pic I brought in. I wont be returning.

Considering my experience with the place today, I think their price is unbeatable. Came in feeling very safe and comfortable as I was greeted and everyone smiled. I can see sanitation is their priority as staff clean up and sterilize their equipment after every use. The lady who took care of me took her time to make sure everything is right and did not rush me out like many other places that I have been to, and I have been to a lot! Very gentle and skillful. They have good quality products for you to choose as well as a lot of beautiful colors. Pretty much nothing to complain about as I am very satisfied with my visit today. Worth every penny. Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had! I did the stone therapy pedicure and it was fantastic. They even give you a shoulder massage while your nails dry. I wish I was not just passing through I would go all the time!

Mia is the best. When I schedule an appointment I dont have to wait for my nail tech to finish a walk-in to finish. I have gone to many nail shops and have made appointments only to have to wait 30 minutes or more then told to come back because they started giving someone else a manicure or pedicure. This nail shop honors their appointment times at least Mia does.

I recently moved to the Heights, and Ive tried several nail salons. Looks like Ive found a winner in Borgata! The salon is very spacious and clean, and Vy did a great job with my nails. I like to change colors with my refills, and she was very careful to make sure the old color didnt show through. Glad to have found a place that meets all my needs!

Came in here several months ago around 1-1.5 hours before closing. I get that they were at the end of the day, but all I wanted was a pedicure...yes, I got the 70 minute treatment, but because of what time it was, the technician rushed through the whole service. I asked for red wine, I was given white wine in a tiny plastic cup instead.Other than that, she did a good job on my nails and the staff was friendly. I do not know that I would go out of my way to go back, but if I was nearby and really needing a pedicure then maybe I would stop back in.

My first time here, but not my last. They have so many services in one place. I got a signature pedi and neck massage with Coco, and a paraffin wax manicure with Tracy. Both ladies were very friendly and skilled. First time in a long time Ive walked away 100% happy with my nails. I felt very comfortable, and everything was well-organized and clean. 10/10 would recommend this salon.

Had a full set, 4 nails broke the same day of service . They tried to fixed the issue the next day but very unsatisfied. I normally never write bad reviews. The service here was very awful I will never come back !! ( the managers stated , they wouldn’t refund the money because it was like eating at a restaurant. I have been going V&H Nails on Irvington Blvd. for the last 20+ years, but they were closed on the day I had an event, so I chose Borgata this once. I called for nail pricing before I went. When it was all said and done I ended up paying double what I was quoted because they kept adding to it. The quality was NOT worth of price at all! I took my 7 year old daughter to get a manicure while I was getting my nails done. All they did was paint her nails and didnt offer anything else. For a spa, I kind of wanted her to have an actual spa experience. There were customers who were given wine and other drinks without even being asked. I waited quite a bit of time to see if we would receive the same courtesy but ended up having to ask for a bottle of water. They did not bring one for my child. I feel like this service was selective and very poor. I was extremely offended about being treated the way we were. I left extremely upset wishing I had never gone.I will never ever go there again and I highly recommend know when else does either. V&H Nailspa is a bit pricey, but still the best in my opinion. You truly pay for quality

Great atmosphere wonderful service

I paid $45 for dip nails and they didn’t even give me anything else. Just painted my nails and said Bye! Seriously, if I’m gonna paid that much for a painting my nails, I expect at least some lotion. My hands felt AWFUL - I had to scrub them (myself) for 10 mins to get them feeling back to normal. Seriously terrible pricing structure.

We made appointments here for 11 they called us at 1030 to ask if we could change our appointment to 1130 and we said fine. When we showed up the lady wasnt even there we waited for 20 minutes, the lady said she was right here when she wasnt wven close. We ended up just leaving and this isnt the first time this has happened to us here! We have been going here for a long time it is just disappointing because we really liked it dispite the constant appointment mix ups, but this time was unacceptable.

I got gel nail polish, they came out beautiful, really well done, and lasted a long time! :) Lady sure knew what she was doing!
