These nails cost $70. I requested coffin tips and I got this. Also, not even 48 hours after I left and theyre already falling off. Would not recommend.

I went in for a simple gel pedicure and the lady who did my nails did a great job. Although I didn’t like that they don’t use plastic to line the pedicure bowls my hope is that they are cleaning it after every use! Other than that it was a nice experience

Service is quick, the employees are kind, but overall service is NOT so great! I always get shellac polish at other nail salons, but the shellac polish that was used at this location is chipping like regular nail polish. My sister went with me and they rushed her pedicure and had to re-polish one nail a few times ... well never visit this location again

Im not too sure what the name of the lady that did my pedicure was but Tracy did my manicure she was freaking awesome I would love to go back to her again or anybody there they all seem to be very nice and I give them a five-star rating

Came in explained what I wanted. They sat me down started on my pedicure. While the lady is half done with my pedicure she stops to tell me they can’t do my nails and if I can come back. Annoying bc if they would have been upfront in the beginning I would have just gone somewhere else.

I’ve always had my eyebrows done here & figured why not try my nails. I’ve had my nails done here 2xs and they do an amazing job‼️ They definitely take their time and focus on their artwork. I love it here & recommend it if you’re looking in the galleria.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is probably the WORST experience I’ve ever gotten!! I asked to remove my last set I did to get a new one which was a overlay. I asked for thin acrylic and the lady that did them started yelling at me for telling her how I wanted them which was extremely rude. She also used the SAME gloves she used for the client before me and that’s extremely disgusting!! Before she was even done with my set I told her I wasn’t liking them. She then asked to pay! Long story short I WILL NOT BE BACK. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

I like the lady I got. She had firm pressure on the leg rub and was nice to me (even when I had to tell her I had an appointment and needed to hurry toward the end of the pedicure). She did clip me a tiny bit once (no blood) , but was very careful not to again. Much appreciated. Will return.

Needed something quick. Received shellac for short nails and the wait was not long at all. They close at 8 PM in a shopping center so that was convenient instead of going inside a mall.

I paid for a higher tier pedicure and was completely underwhelmed with the entire experience. So much that I didnt bother getting my nails done and went somewhere else.They did not do all of the things listed under the description of the pedicure and rushed the massage portion. They werent friendly and my shellac polish is already peeling off my toes and its day 2, its not worth going back to get it fixed.There are plenty of other nail salons that do quality work with friendly attitudes.

Great customer service I had got a refill I called about 630 30 mins before closing and they still took me as a walk in she took about 45 mins to do my nails (refill) short set. Quick and work was pretty good.

Tell me why my nails look like a middle schooler painted them after leaving a professional salon. Or why they chipped almost immediately. Never coming back. I gave it 3 stars because I really liked the fact that they dont try to make idle chit chat with you, and the woman who did my pedicure did a great job at removing my calluses.

Very impressed. Holly did my fill in. Fill was 20 bucks verses the standard 15 but I expected that as my nails are pretty long. She was very thorough, took her time which I love didnt rush. She hand buffed my nails with the file AND the drill then buffed again with the block making them extra smooth. Application of acrylic was perfect as well as her polishing. I was very satisfied and will be going back. I think I have my spot now!

I only get my nails done once a month due to budget purposes and I would never go anywhere else. This is every girls dream. You will not be discriminated against because you are young. I was looking for a new nail salon and came across this place. Bonnie is the best! She does a great job and is super nice and helpful.

Do not waste your time or money at this place. Very cheap and inexperienced nail techs. I got my nails did and 3 days later one broke. They fixed it. Then 3 days later 3 more broke. I’m out of town on a trip by this point and two completely came off. I came home and visited the shop to let them see and they tried to blame it on my upkeeping. I’ve never in all my years of wearing nails had this happened. I will never go back or waste my money. Find another shop

This place is horrible. Esthetician named Holly is very disrespectful and most do not know how to do your nails.(To the owner) She will little by little scare all your clientele away. She got really bad vibes and attitude.They treat clients horribly in front of everyone and they just don’t care. Never coming back to this place.

Got there 45 mins before closing on a Thursday, (they close late so points for that), and my nail technician Michelle spent an hour on my making my nails PERFECT. I felt very cared for and relaxed! My rounded white tips cost $33 and it was $40 for powder. Reasonable. 😊

Came here for my full set and Im in love! The lady gave me a whole bunch of advice to take care of my nails and what to do if its break! I love her what are talented lady! She did a really good job with my full set and the shape colors are just incredible

Great service!! All 3 times Ive gone the tech took her time and really paid attention to me, giving me perfect results! Ive gotten a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. All 3 came out perfect. Zero issues and lasted over a week (rare for me!!) Good price too. Will definitely be back again.

I had super high hopes that I had found a new nail place! I got a full set of “sculpture nails” from Bonnie and they were perfect the day I got them. Unfortunately, within 2 days I had already had a crack on one of my pinky nails. Not to mention, every. single. nail., the acrylic is lifting at the bottom. When I went to get the cracked nail repaired, I also asked why such short nails were lifting in 4 days(to the point of being able to “pop” them off), and they had no response. Literally nothing to say. I’m sad that I thought I found a new nail place, but apparently either their products are out dated or the application is wrong.

Absolutely fantastic! Mai helped me with my nails and she has a very gentle touch and shes gifted. The prices are phenomenal as well. I will definitely return.

I really like this salon. I came here this evening for the first time for a shellac manicure. I went somewhere else last week and the shellac was bulky and pealing off in less than a week. Holly did my shellac manicure today and was very meticulous. She did a great job and was very kind. I will definitely be coming back!

So many fake reviews on this place. Penny Sharp and Fiona Fletcher have the same pick, and Tina Moody had the exact same review just worded different as Penny Sharp.--------------------------This place has really good reviews, really decent prices, and they are open late, so I was excited to try them out. I wanted a full set of nails - $25 on their site, and a regular pedicure - $15 on their site. Somehow I ended up being charged $48...The chick doing my pedicure cut into my toe with the nail clippers. While she was cleaning my bloody toe, she told me that I had no cuticle and that is why she cut into my toe....what?One of my big toes is really messed up color wise, it was just very bubbly. Another toes was covered in polish I had to clean off after I got one, and one toe wasnt fully painted.My full set was a painful hassle. The chick doing them just kept globbing on more acrylic until my nails were so thick and misshapen. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she would file them down, but she never really put much effort into making them thinner and even. I told her they were too thick and so she started filing again, after a while there was just no progress and they were ugly and uneven. Finally, I asked her to stop and told her I would just finish them on my own at home. At this point she starts telling me she wasnt finish, and I explained that I was. Three other women came up at this point and another lady asked me to let her complete them. She did a much better job, but I know that the only reason she put effort into making them nice was because I had complained. They still arent that nice, but they are way better than what the first lady was doing.So, I was charged $48 instead of $40, and I just didnt care to argue. I wanted to be out of there. I am happy that their regulars are satisfied, because they dont put any effort into their new clients. I will definitely not be going back.

Im honestly being nice enough to give 2 stars,but honestly I went today in hopes of finding a new nail place and instead I got weirdly shaped nails with way to much gel. She had put so much acrylic that it took her for ever to filed them down. I had hoped that since her nails were done nicely ,she would of left mine looking amazing, but it was the complete opposite. Not only was it expensive (53$) for short nails with gel, but she left so much acrylic on the bottom of my nails and dint completely take it off. My nails bled thought the filing I wont be coming back any time soon or ever. They were very welcoming but putting someone new that doesnt seem to know what she is doing is a no-no .

First, things started out poorly. They were understaffed for a weekend. Then, they told me that they charge extra to scrub feet with the scraper. The UV light for my feet was built more for 2 hands. It was awkward and I had the push down with my foot to keep it from falling off the footstool. I never got a massage on my legs. Im not from Houston, but for a salon that was rated so highly, Im disappointed in the results.

Bad experience!!! I do not recommend not only was the lady rough with my hands but I have cuts on multiple of my fingers to prove the bad service. Not only are they rude but they want to blame you for their mistakes. Your better of going to Chic nails spa prices are the same but way better customer service.

Overpriced and Rude. I got a full set, regular pedicure, eyebrow and upper lip wax. The technician didnt push nail bed back or condition it after the full set. The acrylic was up so high that my nails needed to be redone the week after (did not get it redone there) and 2 of my nails were filed at an angle. Dry glue and acrylic was left around my fingers. I would like to say it was a rush job but the full set took almost 2 hours to complete. The pedicure was done in like 10 minutes (granted it wasnt a spa pedicure) but it was a basic wash and polish. Nail cutting was additional price and softening the skin was additional price.They did not shape or file my toenails. The lady who waxed was extremely pushy and didnt want to wait for my hands and feet to be done before she waxed. I sat at an uncomfortable angle for her to wax. Upper lip was average but eyebrows were below average. I know they cant get EVERY little hair, but there were many strays left. All of this couldve earned them an average 3 stars, however, they spoke in another language and pointed at my feet and laughed. I tried to make a joke about my small toes to one of them while they were laughing but they kept on talking in their language and called another one over. Only one of them kept a straight face and looked down. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and very unimpressed with the quality of work.

All these reviews are lies ! This nail place is the worst! There was like 5 Asian ladys and 2 of them were just sleeping on the job and the other lady was picking at her teeth ! And did not even was her hands !!! Like how gross and the lady doing my nails did such an awful job ! Not even one day my nail broke off .. Just please do NOT GO HERE ! Its not worth your money ... They use the cheapest acrylic and are very unsanitary

Honestly awful. I didnt have a good experience here at all.I came in for a polish change and told me I HAD to get a fill in first. I had just got a fill in a week ago (from a different horrible place)... But okay. Well I finally agreed after telling her 3 times I didnt need it.This place was my only option since everywhere else was closed and I had a date to go to after. I couldnt have my nails looking a mess.Anyways the lady didnt know how to take off shellac polish. She used the drill file right down past my real nails in some spots towards the cuticles. Soo painful. Didnt even get all the polish off.Another girl came and took over to do it right, after my 6th ouch.I didnt even get offered a cut down or sides filed. Which Id rather do myself so my shape doesnt get messed up with their careless work. (Ladies you know how hard it is to keep that perfect shape you finally achieve).Well looks like another lesson learned for me. This is another nail place I will not be going back to.

Im only giving 1 star because I have to. The lady that I go to, I have been a customer of hers for YEARS and had no issue until she moved to this location. I have been here now many 3-4 times and yesterday was IT! First of all they need to step into the new millenium as far as their gel/shellac selections go. They dont have the color change or the chrome.But here is the major issue I (and some others as I can te from other reviews) have with this place. Their prices change on a whim. There is no price list in the location at all. So what you see on the website is not what you get! I take my own nail polish every time I go. Yesterday I found a pretty gel color so I took that for my nails. They proceeded to have a non english conversation about my polish. (There are no words in their language for gel/shellac/fill in apparently). So at the end my lady smiles and says $60 or $55 I cant remember. They tried to charge me $20 for the gel polish. But remember, I took my own!! I went OFF!! I did not pay $20 effing dollars but upon my research on the site they still screwed me out of $10. This is just the final straw! It has happened before where if I wasnt paying attention they would have price gouged me! Im done with them. My message is BUYER BEWARE! Go in and verify their prices or at the end they will try to stick it to you! I hate that my lady is there but she lost a customer until she moves.(PS They also need to figure out why it always smells like sewage in there!)
