Sugoi Nails is the best! I have never been more satisfied with the quality and service they provide. Jacob is always such a delight to converse and catch up with, and the staff is always so sweet. I am a habitual lash addict who continuously sees Andy for my beautiful fix! My time is valuable, and I immensely appreciate that I am in and out of my lash service within 30 min give or take. Most places can take hours! aintnobodygottimeforthat! Ill let the pictures say the rest!!!

I have been coming here for the past 4 months for eyelash extensions and mani/pedis. This place is great, their service is top quality! The owners are very friendly and everyone is super polite. The establishment is clean and trendy, and has a relaxing vibe go it. The eyelashes last around 3 weeks with proper care. I highly recommend the spa pedicures because the massage is AMAZING!

This is my new favorite salon! There are a vast array of color selections in every type of manicure. All of the technicians are fabulous.

Great upscale ambience, super clean, customer-focused service. Amazing selection of colors, brands, and formulas of nail polish...literally 2 giant racks go floor to ceiling. Tess did an fabulous job on my mani/pedi and I loved her massage so much, I added 10 minutes of shoulder massage while nails were drying. Even more impressive was that within 36 hours of the manicure, almost half of the polish had flaked off for no reason. The brand I chose was a new organic brand I had never seen so I chuck it up to a bad bottle of polish. When I called Sugoi, they made it right, no questions asked. Not the cheapest place, but not the most expensive either. This is my new go to nail salon. Oh, and pick Orly polish...that is what they recommended when I went in for the polish change...the picture I attached is 4 days after, not one tiny chip and on natural very thin nails!

I bought a set of eyelashes on Groupon for $55 but the actual price at the salon is $75 so you only saved 20 bucks, I dont think it is a 150 value like they say, plus the eyelashes where ok nothing great Ive seen better the guy only took 30 min to get the job done, you can see the difference but they only last less than 14 days, they really dont look like the pictures, fake eyelashes from Sallys look better, I dont think it worth the money i wouldnt mind to pay more for a beautiful set of full eyelashes, they show something in they pictures and is not real, plus I leave a review on Groupon and they do not show it, they only show the good reviews. I dont know about nails or other services but dont waist your money here for eyelashes.

Ive witnessed my friends nails done horribly recently and not once did a manager come to resolve the situation. Ive been here before and my nails have came out decent at times but when Ive done a set of lashes they were very thin and few applied, could hardly even tell I had any in. Over all would not recommend this place.

Beautiful and relaxing salon. Amazing polish collection ! Floor to ceiling shelves of nail polish. Organized by color . I love that. Knowledgeable staff. My heels feel great. I give it 5 stars .

Never been here before but went with my friend after work .We didn’t realize they closed at 7. They were so kind and genuine to do both our nails. The atmosphere was amazing and the prices were fair. The nail techs were so nice and did an amazing job. I’ll be bringing more friends and coworkers here! Thanks again!

Great service and my pedicure looked great. I ran out of time (I didnt plan well) and wassnt able to get the polish done. The technician was great about offering to do it later that day or the next if I came in. I really appreciated that.

It’s just sad that after over a year of being a happy & loyal customer to this establishment, this is how it all ends... I want to let the management know at Sugio nails and spa; it is not the mistakes that are made that impact a business and how it THRIVES, its is HOW YOU HANDLE the mistake to rectify it after it happens. . How you make things right at the end. That is all that matters at the end of the day.I was burnt on my eyebrow after receiving a wax from the owner of the salon. Terribly disappointing to say the least so I wanted to make sure that they were aware of what had happened. After calling a couple of times and being put on hold decided to text them... let’s just say the lack of professionalism was astounding... I will not be returning ever again. (See photo)

I fell in love with the amazing customer service they provide. I was so excited and happy with my lash extensions that I forgot to pick up Starbucks on my way home. :( Great application as well. Andy is pretty much just awesome!

Passing through town and found good reviews so decided to try. I usually find I dont get as good a job if the ladies know I am from out of town but they did an excellent job! Mani/pedi very reasonably priced. Clean, relaxing, and professional. Will definitely come back when I am in Houston. Thank you so much.

Been going here about a year. Well staffed by experienced folks and the atmosphere is that of a day spa, elegant with very comfortable massage chairs for pedicures. I fall asleep every time in those chairs. And I have never been cut, or made sore or even tickled during a pedicure or manicure there. The staff is top notch! Its not the cheapest place in town, but its totally worth it.My girlfriend is very very particular about her nails and lashes and since she found Sugoi she wont go anywhere else.I have rarely had to wait at all because there always seem to be a lot of staff ready to get you started, even with a decent amount of people already being served. Jay at the front is very friendly and outgoing too.

Awesome find, super clean, professional, great prices and even better with the cash discount... theyve been busy every time Ive been in but you definitely feel pampered as though you have the entire place to yourself. Highly recommended, my go to place from now on in memorial!

Fridays visit cost me 4 hours of wasted time! I left very upset and unhappy! I believe the nail tech was named Anna, though by the time I left I had 4 nail techs try what was their best to fix their mistakes. I went in wanting Coffin Shape chrome nails. They sat me and handed me the samples the normally pull out on the looped rings. 3 were similar in color one shade a tad darker than the next. I picked the one that looked like it had black shading around the silver Chrome. I asked her was it meant to look like that, she said yes. I said well that cool Ill do that one, instead of my original choice of the white chrome. I said many times over COFFIN SHAPE. I was interrupted many times explaining to her what I was wanting and was told over and over by 3 techs to do powder, its same price but better. I said thats not the issue, would their be a different affect using powder Vs gel??? Was told no its the same. So I agreed and she began by using black powder. Of course me thinking its for the black outer color affect. I let her do her work while I watched tv. Nails are not coffin shape! I had my husband come in to Pay in advance so he could leave to get his hair cut because we had a party to attend that night. Still needed to be back home in time when kids got home from school. I arrived shortly after 1pm, didnt leave until just about 5pm. Then came time to put the silver chrome on top. The nail techs switched and I asked the new lady how much longer, was told it should take 10 minutes so I was like ok yeah Ill have time to make it back home. Well she looked like she was struggling the whole time. I had to tell my husband to leave me there go home for kids and then go get his hair cut since were running out of time. Him and my son both got their hair cut way before they ever finished my nails. Ok so the chrome was not looking right she couldnt get it to cover all the black. I told her wasnt it not suppose to show she said no its not,, I explained what I picked. She stoped me and said there is no black I know because I made the samples those are mine. Meaning she can do those samples and only her. She went on to say they should have never used powder only gel when doing chrome. Then they switched techs again, Annas back and rubbing the chrome for a long time then gave up told me she was done. I told her no there is still black empty spots all over and around my cuticles and edges black showed through. She kept saying finished go wash your hands. So I was frustrated and just went to wash. I walked back, straight past her and went to complain. He looked at them then explained all the areas that were not done correctly. They sat me down. 2 totally different techs begin fixing them at the same time, crossing my hands back and forth. The lady tech began to pull out different silver polishes (some with glitter in it!) to cover the black so none showed through. I was upset about them having to use polish. Then she starts rubbing chrome over silver polish. When she finished there was no chrome affect. They looked like plain silver nails. I was horrified! The original tech whoes samples they were comes takes a look and was shocked,she said she didnt know why it didnt work. Then added more chrome and was rubbing super hard. It started to show and she said to the other tech...Oh its because you have to rub hard. So she began and then stated to tell me next time we dont do. I asked what... she said nExt time you want to come we dont do chrome for you. I told her ooh dont worry there wont be a next time! Im never coming back here, ever again! Nails looked better than they had before. Still not impressed or satisfied. It was late and I just ready to be done. The pictures are nexts day early morning ending results. I always came here to do my nails for past few years, not often, and every time I got a set I was not satisfied, but never complained. This particular service sent me over the edge.

I love Sugoi for 3 reasons: they will tag team mani/pedi at the same time, they’re clean, and they know how to wax eyebrows. I went to a wedding a few weeks ago, and the girl doing my makeup said my eyebrows were perfectly shaped! Thanks Sugoi!

Ive been coming here for over a year now and can say with confidence that Ive found my eyelash soulmate. Before coming here Id gone through several different techs and what they all had in common was that theyd make my eyes burn, would take way too long, (an hour and a half for refills), and charged too much, (different prices for varied lengths and materials of lashes, ie: Mink vs. Synthetic, etc). After all that, they were sub par looking. Andy on the other hand is a state of the art eyelash tech! He makes your eyelashes look so beautiful and natural (Ive gotten many of these compliments. Btw I recommend the volume ones), his prices are so reasonable and affordable, no pain and my personal favorite: he is quick. No more than about a half hour.Additionally, if you get nail work done on the same visit, you get 15% off eyelashes and he gives a 5% discount for cash paymens.

What a wonderful Nail shop! So clean and everyone is so nice. Not the normal nail shop. No smells and TVs everywhere. Nice music playing through out!

Dropped by this nail salon to get a manicure and pedicure with my mom as a Mothers Day Treat - the total came to $170. It was a TERRIBLE manicure and pedicure. Its one day later and the gel is peeling off already. That is NOT including tip!!!!The owner (I assume the owner?) made several comments about how rich he was as I was checking out. He told me he bought his mother a Mercedes last Mothers Day as a result of his growing wealth. I mean, how inappropriate! The whole experience was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and SKIP THIS PLACE. I wish I could get a refund for my $170 and take myself elsewhere.Edited to include response from owner: he only buys Porsche.

Do not get your eyelashes done here. I went to get my eyelashes done 2 weeks ago, the eyelash tech that I got was super nice but the procedure only lasted 30 min. I felt that the work was rushed and the eyelashes were not put on properly. The place is clean and maybe they do a good job at doings nails but not eyelashes.

Very disappointed with the service. The older asian lady that did my nails suggested I get my nails medium length, when she cut them she left them too short(I usually get the coffin shape). Before she continued with the acrylic I told her that I was sorry but I didnt like the length. She rolled her eyes and said it would cost me more. I had to get the assistant guy that works the front desk to explain to me what she meant and for him to tell her what I wanted. As she was pulling the short nails off my natural nail she snagged very hard and hurt my nail. I told her that if she was upset to please let someone else do them and she didnt listen. So I let her finish and these are the results of her sloppy careless job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

It was more than a little overpriced for the quality of service. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. The polish job was sloppy and came off within days. I normally get my nails done every other week but I had to get my nails redone immediately. I spent 3-4 times what I normally spend. Everyone there was very nice, they just didnt do a good job with my nails.

The interior is amazing, the workers are friendly. In my opinion it is overpriced but it is worth it. I asked for a facial and the girl couldnt suggest me one that suits my skin type.

Ive never done this before but this time I had to....the only reason why Im even giving it 3 stars is because they at least painted my daughters nails correctly but I am so upset, I went in for a simple full set nothing special but the lady I got couldnt even file my nails correctly! After many attemps and her cutting me I decided I would help her by doing it myself (I felt bad for her) but the damage on most of the nails was just not fixable....Im so upset never have I had this happen, I will now have to go fet them re-done somewhere else :(

Pretty tacky decorations inside. Every time I go there to get acrylic nails they either one or two fall off in the first week. always misses a spot while painting nails. Otherwise staff is nice and pretty clean.

I got 4 services done at the appointment. Mani/pedi, lashes, brow. The mani/ pedi was great no issues. The lashes within 2 days where falling out. Called backed & they would not fix. They stated that they would fix them for a discounted refill price. I explained that it had not even been a week and they had been falling out ever since the 2nd day. I was I formed that they only have a 48 hr policy, which is nowhere on the site ( tried to go back to site and the site was down) I explained that I would be challenging the charge with credit card company & they immediately threatened me with lawyers and things(unbothered) & informed that they had did a 137 more lashes since then and had no reports, mind you it had only been 4 days at the time (you do the math...).I did challenge the charge & also reported them to the BBB for faulty product & services.

The first time I was there I LOVED IT. Great job on my nails and they were so sweet. The owner talked to me and told me about how he decided to own a nail place. I thought I found my place.This time it says it closes at 8pm on the open sign, so I show up at 6:45...the lady said they were about to close and no one wanted to stay to do my nails. I said I needed them done and she said to come back tomorrow more than 15 mins before they close. I said that was unprofessional...she said sorry that is the way it was. I was quite upset and left.

Seen a Groupon for fairly good deal on eyelash extensions, looked at reviews to make my final decision... needless to say i most definitely won’t be going. Owner seems to have a very bitter attitude towards honest reviews of paying customers. Not a place I would want to spend my money, and for any one else curious about the good Groupon deals and just want someone else’s opinion just look at all the previous reviews as I did to make that final decision.

I had my lashes done for the very first time and I didn’t know what to expect. When I got home my sister said the lashes were not put on properly. I called to speak with Andy, who did my lashes, and front desk office said he’s not allowed to talk on the phone. So I tried to explain what happened and the person on the phone started to laugh and then was talking to other staff there and they all started to laugh. I was getting upset and asked to speak to the manager. After several minutes of explaining the poor quality of service and rudeness of staff the manager finally agreed to allow me to get my lashes redone but he refused to give me a refund. I will never go again. Warning to you.

Love this salon-! Pristine salon great atmosphere, kudos to the new owners-! EVERY ONE is super sweet-! Ivy is the best-! I get the dip acrylic #2 and it lasts for three weeks-! Love the pedicures, regular or spa-! 5star for sure-!

Worst lashes ever ! Only lasted 9 days! I went last Thursday to get eyelash extensions and right the next day i got them done they started coming down . I have done them before at other places and sometimes a set they last me anywhere from 3-4 weeks . This is ridiculous I will NVER set a foot in this place again . So disappointed.

Went here a total of two times, the first time my eyelash extensions the guy took less than 20 minutes to apply, within the same day they started to fall off... the only reason I went a second time was because I had a gift card, they took me about half an hour after my appointment, the girl that did my eyelashes was really nice and took her time (she was temporary, she was filling in for someone else), what made me uncomfortable was that their receptionist or whoever he is made small talk with me... he asked where I worked and when I replied with the companys name he said ewww... I tuned him out after that. Anyways, I wont be going back anymore.Edit to response: I was planning on booking a second appt and came across my review from over a year ago, your response reminded me why I didn’t like your business and your receptionist sure as hell said “ewwww” because he was familiar with the company I work for. Clearly you weren’t in the conversation. Good luck trying to achieve 5 star reviews with that attitude.
