As soon as my daughters and I entered we were kindly greeted and attended to. I purchased the deluxe pedicure as a service and can’t complain. The tech took her time, was polite and didn’t hurt my toes. I was also given a choice of a complimentary drink and the MaiTai was so delicious.Honestly, I was a little skeptical going in because of previous reviews but I’m glad we decided to give them a chance.The facility didn’t have a strong chemical smell which is a huge plus as well.My daughters got nails and they came out beautiful too. So, I would definitely be back and would recommend the nail shop.

This is 5hours after I done my nails(Gel)… Not to mention the lady that did my pedicure scraped my feet so hard I could not walk on the back on my heels it was completely RAW… went into the nail salon the next morning for a refund because this wasn’t my 1st BAD experience there the OWNER agreed to refund but told the nail tech to remove the polish off my toes with a attitude… after being a customer since they open I will not be returning they are more concerned with the looks of the place than they actual SERVICE!

The best thing about this location is the customer service. I’ve gotten a different nail tech every time I’ve gone but they’ve all been super nice and attentive to detail. It’s difficult to make short nails look nice but I think they do a good job. The one time they didn’t, they fixed it right away. Even though they close at 7:30pm some days, I’ve stayed until 8:20pm before and they were so accommodating and happy to be there. Complimentary drinks are also a plus. The guy who seems to be the owner is always there until the last nail tech is done, showing how much he cares about the shop. He always opens the door if he’s available and even gave me a free bottle of hand sanitizer and a bottle of lotion on my last visit. Would definitely recommend.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I took my lady up there and Her nails look like they were rotting and decaying when we were leaving. Her nails looked better when she came in then when she left. This is the last place on earth you wanna take your woman to get her nails done. It’s like a nail sweatshop where they squeeze in as many clients as possible and have terrible service

One of the best Nail Spas in West Houston. I love the price and the service. Not too many salons pay attention to time they spend on your service. Just in and out. With them putting each service attached with time, it allows the nail technicians to pay close attention to details and give good service . I dont mind paying for that and they are actually competitive with other salons in the area but not the same quality of service, much better. Plus the drinks..🔥🔥🔥I started going here four months ago and I will be here regardless where I decide to live in Houston. Its worth the drive and time and money well spent.

Great work and beautiful place but business is picking up and people with appointments had to wait OVER 20 MIN I was a walkin and still left before the people with appointments. I will give them another chance before I find a new location. Everyone there is nice but a receptionist is needed to help the owner he runs the front and bar alone! Please hire more help to seat people and serve them accordingly. I was there for 3 1/2 hours.

Nice, spacious, clean and neat nail salon with very friendly staff.Only one complaint my nail polish started peeling off 2 days after and it completely fall off 3 days after the visit. I went Wednesday and It didn’t last until the weekend, when I needed it for.I know as a mom I might need to get something more durable than the basic one but still it has never come off so fast from other places (considering that I usually don’t do dishes or anything with water the day I get my nails done) I Hope they can get better products to give them a 5 star next time.

My experience in the beginning was great but the last 3 times I’ve went they were terrible! My nails are always uneven you have to tell them how to do their job, if you get a Design it’s going to come off in five days, they change the price EVERYTIME you go to get a full set at first it was 35 for my feet then it was 37 she said the nail tech added two dollars just because! Then the last time was 45 said they decided to change the price like what in the world!!! They that short on money they try to jip you out the correct price and it’s nothing worth it found plastic in my drink and they have poor customer service NO ONE IS PROPERLY TRAINED!! I spend almost 200 EVERYTIME i go i will not be back!

This place has good service and the wait time was really low. customer service was good however they are excellent upsaleswoman ... and will run the bill up itself you arent carefull. Once again services was awesome but they will upscale real slick with a smile

I have nothing but good things to say about Planet Nail Salon. Booking online was easy peasy. I was greeted at the door with warmth, and the clerk already knowing my name and what I was scheduled for. For $40 I was pampered like a princess. I was offered food, drinks, different scents for my Volcano Pedicure, and a large array of polish colors to choose from. To top it off I was met with a warm neck wrap, and a choice of an extended foot massage, or neck massage. The technician completed my pedicure with a wonderful massage, and precise nail painting. I was afraid to stray from my usual place, but I cant say Im at all disappointed! Happy to find something closer to home! Definitely a returning customer.

My 1st time at this location was the day before mothers day. I booked an appointment in the morning and Im glad I did. They were very busy but the staff was very friedly & professional. The beverage service including wine made for a very festive atmosphere! I was very please with my nail tech and my Mani/Pedi. The tech was gentle and took her time to do my nails and to make sure I was pleased with service.Overall pleasant experience, I will definitely return.

Tai did a great job on my nails , if you are willing to wait because they have a lot of clients , then it’s a great place for your nails. Come ready with pictures of what you want done so there’s no miscommunication and ask for a beverage/drink if you want it because it won’t be offered to you

You really cant beat their prices and selection but sometimes the customer service here is severely lacking. Also give yourself enough time because it can be a wait even with an appointment. Some of the nail techs are amazing though

Our first visit here for a couples mani-pedi was pretty great....but that was a while ago.This latest visit was absolutely terrible! The pedicure was fine, until the tech cut my nails too short when I specifically asked just a light file. Then they proceeded to cut 2 of my fingers down to the bare minimum and EVERY FINGER WAS CROOKED!!My wife had the same issue, but to add to the issues she wanted a clear coat for her manicure. What they actually did was a base coat that chipped off literally an hour later.All of this was about $100. Save your money....

Literally the best. They immediately speak when you walk in the building. They offer drinks. If there’s a long wait they always warn you. They offer drinks (alcoholic & non alcoholic). I always love the outcome of my service. The prices are reasonable. Overall the best like I stated lol. 10/10. Always a relaxing vibe even for my 3 year old.

I’m never coming back here or recommending anyone to this nail salon. The staff was really rude to me because they didn’t know how to do the nail design I wanted. They started talking amongst themselves in their language which is fine but one staff member started laughing at me. I felt really uncomfortable the entire time & the service was poor.

They didnt hv the holographic nail art I was looking for.My nails were ok but start lifting before it was time for my refill. But overall the salon itself was really nice and inviting. I received a free alcoholic drink and the service was friendly and fast...

Love this new nail place. Super close to my house , they have you waiting in massage chairs that actually work! and they will also provide you drinks while you wait as well. Super bomb and positive atmosphere.

Second time here and what a let down both times. If you want basic and a drink then come here. Unprofessional never have i been this displeased with a nail place. So upset i came here and couldn’t even get what i wanted done. If i can give ZERO stars i would.

Place is very clean and organized. People are distance from each other. Very sanitary. Loved my nails! The only small complaint is they did not offer me a beverage. No soda, or even water. I have no problem paying for it but I was not even given an offer to do so. Everyone else around me received a drink or was offered one. I’m not sure what that was about... overall still was a pleasant experience and will come back for sure

This place is too expensive for bad service service I spent over $200 each time I went only to have my nails fall off within a week I thought it was just me but I also noticed my daughters nails fell off just the same I would not recommend anyone going there they do not shape your nails correctly they say you do have a free drink but they dont offer it and if they do they bring you the wrong thing.

I am giving them 3 stars because the salon manager is so kind and attentive. I started coming here when they had their grand opening and I have been a loyal customer ever since. My nails were always beautiful and high quality...until they opened after Covid began. Every time that I come now, I end up going back within a few day, when I can find the time, to have a complete correction done. I make a point to tell my techs every time to NOT leave a gap in my nails. I was even advised to switch to powder instead of gel over acrylic so that I would never have an instance where I have gaps. My nails are usually incorrectly shaped as well. Some are round, some are almond and then I have ones that are completely crooked. In the pictures I am posting, you can see the huge gaps that were left by a tech who has had me MANY times. I am disappointed because I love the atmosphere and have brought many friends who now have their nails done here as well. Sadly, I will be looking for a new nail salon. I feel like the work has become sloppy and rushed. I understand that their work is becoming difficult because of all the Covid restrictions, but that is not an excuse to leave this kind of finished product.

They accepted me as a walk in, super clean, efficient and very relaxing. Staff was very friendly, but allowed you to relax as well. Great color selection and pricing. Very pleased

The eyelashes extension is very bad first when they did it for me she stick the eyelash extension on my actual eyelashes and after 5 days I went which is today to take them off she used Cotton ball and water to take them off she didn’t know what she doing because they were busy and she do Niall but they made her do eyelashes she Took off my eyelashes and my eye is red I like the place for nails only not eyelashes

Horrible waiting time . I went to get my nailed fixed since it had only been 48 hrs & my nail chipped , I was so upset & the lady receptionist could not let me know a time of when I would get help ; they have permanently lost my services !!!!

First of all, there were no plexiglass between myself & technician. He started working on my nails and then left me in mid service to help a new client! (I guess they were short staffed?) If you are short staffed, have people wait to be taken care of! Dont rush through my time to help someone else!! Also, the technician was not sanitary! He clipped,filed, buffed,and sanded my nails and NOT ONCE did he ever clean the area! My hands were in all the excess waste that should have been thrown away! Save your money and go down the street to King Nails on Westheimer & Kirkwood! Amazing facility. Super clean and amazing staff! Worst experience I have ever had in 30 years!!!!!

I am very pleased with the care that went into my nails and the service that I received. I went in about an hour before they closed and the wait wasnt very long. I was greeted upon entry and the nail technician that did my nails was named Na. She is very sweet and funny and communicative; wanting to make sure I was happy with how my nails were coming out. She made the experience quite pleasurable. I will ask for her each time I visit. It was my first time getting a french ombre, and both Na and I loved how they came out! lol. I think I found my nail spot and technician! I was also served a nice hot green tea :)

Poor work, hurt me while doing both manicure and pedicure. Not good ventilation. Its like a sweat shop. The polish peeled off soon after within 2 hrs. Never will come back here again.

The look and the feel of the place was so nice and the staff were also, however, when I told Song what I wanted, this is what I got- UNACCEPTABLE!!! Take a look, I will not be returning👎🏽👎🏽That is polish left behind when he kept saying it was dirt😮 That is my pet peeve, Dirty Nails! So he decided to change the price from $32.99 to $23.99. And I’m not much for reviewing places online 😄I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first seeing some of the low reviews but decided to give it a shot and needless to say I will be coming back!Quinn is my nail tech and I will be asking for her everytimeThe front counter guy is also very friendly, they even treat you to 2 complimentary drinks, it’s a shame I can’t start a tab 😂If you want to feel like royalty I’d book an appointment asap 💖

First visit (Dec2019): Cindy was great! Fair prices. I did the dip for my nails, I received a stamp card at the end of my service. 10 stamps gets you $25 gift card!Second visit(June2020): Pedicure was great! I don’t know the name of the woman who did it but she was fantastic. For my refill it was a different story. I had to get them “fixed” and they still look bad. Too thick and shaping is off. Amber did my refill. It’s been one day and the clear coat already coming off. I have to schedule to have them fixed at a different nail bar.

I was there to do my pedicure today, a lady called Nancy did my pedicure, and I must say that’s the worse pedicure I have ever done in my entire life!!....My advice to whoever that’s going to go get a pedicure, pls don’t let nancy do ur pedicure

I stay by this place and couldnt wait for it to open. This place is lux and affordable. Upon walk in I was greeted and immediately taken to a pedi chair. The manager David was very nice. He informed me of the many complimentary drinks that can be made at the full service bar they have. He also informed me of the private rooms for parties and other services they offer. They also have snacks. The egg roll was good. He checked up on me periodically. This stood out to me since no other nailshop in this area offers much. Lana did my pedicure she was nice and I didnt not have to remind her to clean around my nails. While getting pedi Melissa gave me a complimentary shoulder massage. I informed her of my kneck pain and she brought out a muscle rub for my neck/shoulder. The pressure was just right. I was able to unwind and felt important. The atmosphere is clean and calm. I will definitely return

Linda did an wonderful job on my shellac manicure and my eyelashes. Linda was very sweet, patient and explained everything to me. Linda showed me that she cares for her clients by asking if anything hurts that she would stop. My eyelashes feels weightless, like they arent even there. Linda made me look and feel beautiful. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for pampering me today.

I went here this weekend for my birthday weekend and it was okay. They didn’t hurt me so for that I give them 2- stars. They gave me a good color really happy with the color. I wanted my nails square round the shape I came in with and the lady gave me oval how doe that happened???I wanted a refill because I only wanted to pay $20 or no more than $25. Well Ended up paying almost $40 double than what I really wanted to spend Kind of pricey if you ask me. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back. Plus it wasn’t Shellac or Powder just regular nails full set for that much. I think I was over priced.

I come here faithfully every two weeks to have my nails & toes done. I spend $100 plus each time. Today I came in to have one nail repaired and I was treated poorly by Jenny. She acted as if my nails wasn’t done there and was telling the other ladies there that she work with. Very unprofessional. This nail shop will not get my business again.

I’ve been to this location before. This time around I invited a friend with my husband to do our nails. This was the week the city had reopened salons......they were NOT busy. We came in for the regular mani pedi and it took them 3 WHOLE HOURS to have everyone serviced. Mind you they were not busy and at one point I was waiting a whole hour before I could get my nails done. I was at one point ready to tell them I no longer want my nails done and leave. The service was extremely poor and neither were we offered anything to drink. I’m never coming back to this location. It felt like they were giving better service to some people and to others not so much. The crazy thing is they were not busy and they kept us there for such a long time. Never again...

I would give them a bigger star rating if they could do a good job every time not just sometimes. It’s like I can go there one day and they do a great job then get someone else and it’s horrible. One person did not finish my pedi just cut cuticles on toes and polished. My feet were still rough on the bottom the lady was made that I asked her to do the full job I paid for (soak, wax, scrub to soften, & and massage 10 minute). I don’t like attitude when asked to do the job I paid for my wife.

We called and they said come on, no wait. We got there and went inside and waited to be helped and no one ever said anything so after about 10-15 minutes we just left and then as we are walking out the door they wanna say, can we help you SMH

I’m giving two stars cause the place is clean inside. I contemplated writing this review, but I’m just not happy with my service. Went in for a shellac manicure earlier this morning @ 9:15, so they were not busy at all and there were plenty of nail techs available. The one I got put with Kinda seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing AT ALL. It took her over an hour for my manicure. She barely filed my nails, some are rounded and some are squared. She struggled putting on the shellac because she didn’t shake the bottle of brand new polish before she applied it so the color was separated from whatever chemical is in the shellac and came out splotchy each coat so She just kept going over them about 3-4 coats to try to make it look nice, while getting the polish all over my fingers & cuticles. When she went to clean off the polish around my fingers she used a dry nail brush that had lint all in it so then lint got in my polish. Once it was time for the top coat all my polish “bubbled” up and I mentioned it to her and her solution was to just put another top coat over, which didn’t help what’s so ever. The “massage” wasn’t a massage at all, just her putting lotion on my arms and hands. I chose not to complain to a manager when I was there.. I guess because my nail tech was a lot older and I could tell she couldn’t see and had a hard time keeping her hand stand.. won’t be coming back

For sone reason I have been here several time by myself or with my mom. They will always forget to offer us a drink. We felt the discrimination all the time like how come that lady whose walk in after us get a drink and such. The nail service tho are nice and the price is reasonable if you are unsatisfied with your outcome they will always fix it for you.

Horrible! I came in and stated I needed to have my nails done “shellac and pedicure now because I had to get back to work. . They were pretty empty. The guy at the front said ok. They start on me then a few other ladies walked in. He came over took the lady off my hands and told me to wait. I expressed again I need to get back to work. Long story short 20 min went by and no one. I do believe because they started he thought I would stay but again I had to get to work. I will not be coming back

As soon as you walk in you are greated my a friendly receptionist that offers you a beverage and a comfortable massage chair to sit in. They accept walk ins. Mark the nail specialist helped me choose my nail color and did a wonderful job while being entertainingly witty. The pedicure was relaxing. I would recommend going with the deleuxe, worth the extra 7 bucks. Only complaint I have is I wish she would of shaken the Polish bottle better for my toe nail color. I hope this establishment keeps the same service as this was my first time but will not be my last!!!!
