As a walk-in for a pedicure, I didn’t wait too long to get started- about 10-15mins. I got a deluxe that included the hot paraffin wax and stone massage along with usual scrub, cuticle care, and polish. Palazzo has a very relaxing atmosphere, friendly/attentive staff, and lots of colors to choose from! I left, feeling very well pampered and feet in excellent condition.

Nail polish application sucks. This is the last time I visit this place. Paid $30 for this.

Ms. Lou is a very kind elderly lady who takes her time and you can tell she takes pride in her work. She is very tentive and polish good to where I dont have to tell her to get corners/edges. The atmosphere is relaxing and the place is very clean. The only problem I have is her coworkers telling me they dont know who she is when I returned.

Extremely un-welcoming. I’ve literally walked in and out of this place, twice. The mood is off. They don’t greet you upon entry. When they finally did acknowledge me, it wasn’t pleasant. I’ll NEVER return to this place. No way.

Went I to have a simple pedicure with shellac. I left out with a damages toe nail because the technician didnt want to take her time to soak the overlay off but instead pulled it off and ripped my toe nail out of the skin. I asked for a 30 dollar pedicure and was charged 58.00. This place is horrible I wouldnt bring my dog to get his nails done here. I am suffering with a damaged toe nail because they were to lazy to just allow the nail to soak but charged me to take it off. Rip off at its best. If you want healthy nails and a fair price do not go here! .

I would honestly give it no stars. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !! They use the same buffer & filer on everyone. The buffer & filer should not have scratches or look white. That’s very unsanitary. They are so rushed they don’t do their job right & over price. They don’t even disinfect the station they worked on after finishing w a person. If you tell them they did something wrong they give you an attitude.

Daisy was a lifesaver, Ive gone to several places where it seems the thing is big thick overly done obviously fake nails. Im a business professional and needed a different look, technicians would nod and say they understand that I just wanted a nice simple nail. Id always come out with an unnatural, thick, wide set, the last atrocious set made me want to give up. I went to Daisy and her face displayed my feelings towards the old set, I explained what I needed, she gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for, Ill never go to anyone else if I can help it.

It was a very great experience I love my nails it was my first time going I’m extremely happy and will definitely be going back

I had a fill in on my acrylic nails wiht gel polish on them. Daisy did a great job as always and had a polish change on my toes as well. Great job! I had an appt and was seen immediately. Very happy with the experience.

If I could give zero stars,I would. The lady who did my nails acted like she was in such a rush and they were so sloppily done. There’s parts of my nails without polish even on them. She didn’t go all the way down on my nails so it looks like they are already growing out AND I got shellac polish so they would last longer but pieces are already chipping off. My toes are no better. Will never go back here and will never recommend this place. Horrible. I payed like 70 dollars and now I have to go somewhere else to get my nails redone less than a week later.

I’ve been using this shop for the past 3 years and I must say Daisy and her sister always do a good job no complaints they’re friendly it’s clean very professional and most of all a welcoming environment!

This was my first time back since everything shut down—So glad y’all are back open!Le took care of me with a relaxing pedicure and manicure. She is so caring and sweet. Very attentive and helpful! This is my only place for nails—I recommend them to everyone!

I was disappointed with this place because my nails had bubbles and little bumps. They also have Patches on the side and different shades of blue. The bottom of my nail wasn’t cleaned right and left a bump. Also there is glitter on one nail from the powder she used on the girl before me. Not to mention my nails have indents on them, that are noticeable. We also waited three hours to get our nails done for them to come out like that, I do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

I’ve had a couple of manicures done here and like the way my nails come out. My daughters like theirs too. I’ve also had several pedicures, but I didn’t like that service. I felt as if they were rushing so I didn’t get the full relaxation compared to other places. Also, some of the staff are not professional. They are forceful in their tone of voice which makes you feel like just walking out. But because it’s convenient and when we do get our manicures (which is not often) we do come to this place.

I’ve been coming to this salon almost over 2 years. I always receive good customer service and Daisy always asks me about myself and my family as we do tend to come to this salon often. I came in yesterday 12-17, to get a dip set done. I didn’t mind the wait I’m very patient cause I do know other customers deserve to have good work as well. There was one lady there, I didn’t get her name but she was new to me. I always try to give the new ladies a shot because I know everyone does ask for Daisy. Unfortunately I left unsatisfied with my nails and that never happens. My nails are very lumpy and I received multiple cuts on my cuticles. I still did leave a tip for her because she was also very patient with me but overall I was just not happy with this particular experience :(

I went into this establishment with my mother in law to get manicures for my class ring pictures. The nail techs were very attentive will return!

Absolutely the best in town!! Every nail technician is an artist & tremendously talented! I am always satisfied when leaving. Never shall I ever go anywhere else! Can’t beat friendly service & beautiful work.

I love Palazzo nails! I have been coming here for 6+ months exclusively (except when I was on vacation). I love all of the ladies and the atmosphere. I feel like they respect me as a customer. My feet always feel like they have been in heaven when i leave and my nails are amazing. I show my ladies a picture of what I want and boom - they do it! My mom comes with me 90% of the time and loves them too - the other 10% she goes with my dad. My son comes here with me for pedicures too. Today the littlest of my family joined and they took great care of her! I will try to post some examples of my nails. Oh and the price cant be beat for the quality!the

I enjoyed my experience on Thursday at Palazzo Nails&spa . Compared to other times I was a regular customer, but things got too be rush couldn’t us the manicures you preferred. But with so much competition in same area it is a very professional place for my services and relaxing .

Nice large nail salon. Most of the ladies speak English. They offer free cocktails while you are having your nails done.

Not what I expected and ended up bleeding in my cuticles . Not only that my nails were on crooked and have been told more than one to fix before I leave and they still wanted to charge me over $40

Ive been going here since they opened... 3 or 4 years now. Daisy and Helen are great. They try to get everyone started ASAP so that no one is waiting too long. Pedicures are very thorough. They check to make sure you dont have any ingrowns. Always clean. Facials are good too. I was one of their first customers and hope to be a last.

Had my first ever pedicure here and it was great. The chair massages you as they work. I opted for the $35 parafin wax package and glad I did. I was amazed how complex and thorough the treatment was, and how deliciously relaxing. Ann was my pedicurist, a 22 year old Vietnamese girl, very nice. I enjoyed this and my feet really needed it. As a bonus, she straightened out an ingrown nail in my thumb, so I had to give her a nice tip. Ill be back!

I get a pedicure there every month. the people are professional and quick. I go between 2pm and 5pm, no traffic no wait time . plenty of colors to choose from .great service . the cost of a basic pedicure, I think, its $30 I get the one thats between 35 and $40 depending on if I need a great massage😊

Called ahead of time to ensure I could get a refill and pedicure at the same time as to be time efficient after the girl said she was going to come do my nails in place of the woman I typically love doing my nails and instead of starting during my pedicure she went at sat at the front and waited untill my pedicure which was only supposed to be 30 minutes (took 1 1/2 hours) was over then asked me to come back tomorrow. Thanks a lot.

Helen is amazing. She knows how I like my fingernails and delivers every time. Holly gets my toes nice and pretty.

I try to use local businesses in my area to help out. However, sadly the service from Palazzo was the worst mani/pedi experience I’ve had in a long time. Based on the rating I decided to give them a try. It was a 20 minute wait soaking before the manicurist began, then an hour just for the basic pedicure. (There was not a line) The manicurist didn’t even know to use a base coat, messy polish (short jerky strokes) and sloppy topcoat. I finally told them I had to leave without the manicure but they insisted to do it. I hope they were just having an off day.

Very disappointed worst service when you break a nail and it’s an emergency you expect them to treat you the same. Went for my birthday April 27 spent over 100 on manicure and pedicure as a treat loved the service broke a nail and wanted it fixed forgot the color didn’t bother to help me they gave me the colors to figure out even after I asked. When they put the color they stated that even If they put the same colors it would look diferent that I needed a refill. Asked how much they said $35 the nails cost $40 last time and check the prices for refill on the website it didn’t make sense. Told them to just take off the nail and I’ll leave worst service ever. I had a girlfriend have the same issue today at work went to her place fixed it she didn’t even remember the color and they didn’t even charge definitely changing places. Once the lady saw I was mad she said I need to pay more attention next time because they see so many people here don’t go here your just a number customer service sucks

I havent been here in a while. But each time I come its always the same. I love it here.

This place is hit or miss. We have been customers for the last two years. Tina was such a wonderful person but I learned that they fired her a while back. She did an amazing job. Now when I go in I will only let one person do a full set. I haven’t learned her name but she is the one that charges you at checkout. The pedicures can be good if you get an experienced person. The place is clean and if you ask for a drink they bring you one on the house. And yes expect for them to talk about you in their native language when you complain. And if you find something you don’t like make sure you tell them before you leave.

Got a matte burgundy on my nails and they which scratch and look pretty tacky. I expect next time to be exceptional after this

I was a regular customer for almost a year. Then I noticed a change. Women that come in with designer bags and expensive looking attire are catered to by the owner & her close friend/relative. I have forgotten their names because it’s been a few months and I have found a new/better place for my mani/pedi and facial needs. The owner is sweet and very good at what she does. The problem is that there is only one of her. And she is almost always there and everyone wants her. (Over worked???).I tip really well but apparently not enough because my service kept getting worse and worse and there was less and less effort being put into my mani/pedi. I think maybe they just got to comfortable with thinking I would always come every 2 weeks. They do talk about customers in their face in their language. But usually it’s not the manager or she’ll down play what the staff is saying. But she still goes along with it.They have a card they give for either 10 or 20 percent off your service once you come so many times. I brought my daughter with me and she received a child’s pedi while I got my usual shellac mani/regular pedi. I used my discount card and she gave me the percentage off of my daughter’s service and not mine and in addition it was about 20mins until closing and they seemed to have a need to close early so they were rushing my service and rushing me out. That has never happened to me before.That was the last time I was subject to their service.If you get the right technician they’re fabulous. But if not.... well .....I went every 2 weeks like clockwork and they’re really close to my home so I didn’t sweat it. But the increased greed that I witnessed and the decline in service led me away. I found a BETTER shop that offers more and better services in the Target shopping center and haven’t been back. I hope they work on the greed issue and realize that people do understand their native tongue.

My first time here on a a Sat afternoon...my regular salon was packed. I came in for a standard pedi. It was ok...Im use to more time being taken on my pedi at my regular salon. This was the quickest pedicure Ive gotten in 4 yrs. I guess the $25 pedicure consists of washing the feet and polish 🤔...because thats all I really got. She didnt use the pumice long enough on my heels. I had to finish smoothing my heels out in the shower when I got home. I would only only use them again if my regular salon is to full.

Ive been going to this location for a while now...a year. They have been very friendly until last Friday..my anniversary weekend when I decided to get lashes done for the first time...only because she bribed me to getting them done. I told them I had to hurry and head home to leave out of town once they finished..I was told they are suppose to last for a week..but I noticed she kept trying to get one part to stick..i then was like they going to stay she said yes. I left on the road for about 2-3hrs they started coming off..I played $25! I called her she like come up here Sunday or Monday after 3..I come they wanted to put the same lashes back on AGAIN..Im like nooo I would like my money back ..they didnt stay on past 3 hours..and I paid $25..so then the lady goes to the register Im so sorry I see Im so sorry, but then bust out with we still have to charge you $5 for the lashes because you had them on ....wth of course dummy she put them on and they were suppose to last for a week and didnt last past 3 hours...Lost a loyal customer greedy ******!! Then to top that off when the hell you start calling ppl you dont know their names..Hey You Girl to get their attention when they talking to you?? Unprofessional.
