I absolutely loved coming here, and will definitely be coming back. For the longest I’ve been searching for a good nail salon I can go to and be satisfied with, and they are it! I got their deluxe spa pedicure, and all I can say is wow. They outdone themselves. Not only did they massage my feet and legs, but they also gave me a neck massage, shoulder, & arm massage! I highly recommend coming here. So worth it, and worth every penny. Thank you Anna!

I know I’m picky on my nails. I love coffin pink and white ombres with a very specific shape. Amy did amazing on my nails! She went above and beyond to make sure they were perfect. I will definitely be coming back to have her do them again. Thank you so much!

Jenny the owners daughter was very rude she began throwing my stuff around when I was trying to get settled in for my pedicure . She was very aggressive I began crying as she took away the colors for me to look at and gavr them to someone else to look at. causing me to have a panic attack.She did not ask me if I wanted to have something to drink but she asked the lady next to me. My family has been coming here for years and Ive never had this experience. She was rude and did not apologize. Almost dropping my phone and book in the water.

Luna did my toes today and they came out super cute. She’s gentle and pays attention to detailsAmy always does my nails and is always open to changing it up to my liking. She also does my eyebrows and leaves them looking good all the time.

I made an appointment online for 5 pm, but when I showed up they were too busy to take me and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I wait in my car and come back inside after the 30 minutes and they asked me to come back the next day. What is the point of taking appointments if they don’t make time for them? Why not just tell me they can’t take me that day instead of wasting my time for 30 minutes?

Nails technicians did a an AMAZING job. They took the time to look at every detail and very professional. Ambiance is relaxing, warm and soothing. Will for sure be back!

We were walk-ins for Deluxe 2 pedicures. Nice treatment and luxurious pedis. My friend got a free 10 minute shoulder massage for his birthday. Friendly staff. Pretty atmosphere. Place to dry nails.

This place is terrible the nails were ok but splotchy and the service is horrible when i got my daughter and her 4 friends an appointment they didn’t even do them at the same time when they said they would!! they didn’t even finish the nails and took 3 hours NEVER go there!! 😡😡😡

My first time here! And i loved my nails!

An inexperienced lady did my friends dip-nails. They were big and bulky. Then when trying to fix her mistake she split her finger open. When the manager was informed, she did not come to see the problem until 20 minutes later. When she finally did, we were treated with dismissal and a cold attitude as if my friend had did something wrong. Very disheartening. The other caucasian ladies they were dealing with were treated with respect ... But when my indigenous friend had her finger split open she was met by the manager 20 minutes later with What do you want.Will not be back, will not be promoting.

Im so happy that I found this place! The salon s very cute and clean and very relaxing atmosphere. My manicurist was super gentle with my nails and very professional.i love how she took her time but the same time was quick. I have dip nails and it was incredible service. I have found my new nail salon and cant wait to be back.

Ive enjoyed my experiences here so far. This was my second visit, and I was just getting the gel polish off of my nails to allow them to rest before my wedding. I had gotten them done here three weeks ago and on top of receiving lots of compliments on the work done, they lasted almost perfectly until yesterday. Im not the kind of person to get regular manicures, but when I get them, Im certainly be back to visit Cece! Shes a sweetheart, is attentive to my requests, and does good work!

Thank you so much to Mai she does excellent for acne treatment, my skin improved so much after the facial she gave me. She explained the process and was very informative and gave me tips to keep my skin clear. She was so sweet and amazing. I look forward to going back for my second facial.

I enjoy coming here to get my mani/pedi. Its very relaxing (even on a busy day), theres never a long wait time, the staff (techs and receptionist)are super friendly and patient, they go out of their way to make sure that you leave satisfied and I receive the same positive energy and greetings whether coming/going. I have my pick of techs that I prefer/love to work with but if they are not in or available they are very accommodating to have other techs assist or help schedule the next availability with my preferred choice. They offer complimentary drinks and they give great massages with the mani/pedis. The only negative thing that I have to say is that there isnt clear notice when a staff member leaves/plans to leave or has changing hours. Other than that I enjoy coming here and they will continue to get my service! 😃😃😃

Went in today for my first visit Im so glad I did! Mani/Pedi were both great. Ana did the pedi and the added hot stone massage. Wow! I cant wait until next time. Amy did my nails. She did such an outstanding job! They look really good and she was gentle and careful I made sure to get both ladies names so I can make an appointment with them next timeHighly recommend!

My overall experience was nice...I got a pedicure and she did a awesome job. I also got a full set of nails while getting my pedicure and it was very disappointing. Instead of letting me pick a color from the samples they have, she asked what color I wanted and then brought a few jars of powder over...I did not get hot pink like I wanted. Not sure if they didnt have or if there was a communication issue. I had to hold my hand up the entire time...she didnt switch sides, I had to reach my right arm over to the left side of my body because I was in the pedicure chair. I had asked her to file the sides, where the acrylic was stuck to my skin...the end result was thick, crooked and uneven set of nails. Very unhappy with the nails. But everything else was awesome.

And so we have it the best Esthetician I’m the salon is Mai!! She works magic and will have you GLOWING ladies/gents. Don’t hesitate to book her ASAP

Mai is an amazing esthetician! She did a wonderful job on my facial, extraction and microdermabrasion. The two nail techs that worked “magic” on my pedicure and acrylic fill, were thorough and precise. The owner is kind and the staff is prompt, polite and always helpful. I have tried every nail salon in the Heights but will continue my business here. Wonderful place for ALL my needs!! 😊Thanks Girls!!!!

Terrible service...This was my second visit to the nail salon and I received poor service, I attempted to allow different technicians to perform my pedicure and got worse results than before. When I got my pedicure done multiple techs had to work on my feet because the first one cut me and I was bleeding; then she left to tend to another customer. The second tech cut and reshaped my nails, complete redo of what was just done. Ive never known licensed technicians to not complete a pedicure. Im unhappy with the service I received and would not recommend this nail salon.

The salon was well taken care of and very clean! I got the simple Mani/pedi and the tech were amazing. I will make this my new spot!

I got nails, toes and a facial. Which were all done gently and to my liking. The facial I was sceptical about but I would definitely go back. It was worth it.

I liked this place at first but recently when I went back for the 2nd time there was a young girl in maybe her 20s who was just rushing me.She kept looking at the the clock and was being a little aggressive.Its like she couldnt wait to go back and sit down 🤔😡. I could understand if it was busy but there was 4 people in there and this was when the first opened.I paid for the Super Deluxe Pedicure but for what.I honestly would expect this from a Classic Pedicure Come on 😒REALLY? There was nothing DELUXE about it! Unfortunately will not return.

I can not even begin to express how wonderful this place is! I always bring in crazy fun designs and they spend time making sure I leave with perfect nails! I brought my boyfriend in with me this last time and he had an amazing pedicure!

Usually have a good experience at this salon but today I was told to go sit in a chair shortly after arriving, they ran my water which was too hot..the tech used a bucket to take out some of the water and run cooler water into it, then left to work on another customer. No one was paying attention to my water and it overflowed and I could barely find anyone to notify that it was overflowing..the tech came back and used a bucket again to take out some water. Then I was left sitting in cold water for 15-20 mins while she worked on the customer next to me. I would much rather have waited in the lobby until there was a tech available to work on me than be sitting in cooled down water wondering when someone would come work on me. Not impressed by this visit.

Ok job at best. I been 2-3 times, never really a huge issue, a few fixes needed here there but that was all. My last visit though! Definetly wont be back.Couple weeks ago I called and asked if they were busy, they told me to go Im 30 mins. I was on my way from work, so figured what the heck Ill just wait inside. As I walk in one of the ladies asked what I needed, I said I called a few mins ago, I was told to come in 30 mins. I know Im early. I dont mind waiting WELL this lady legit screamed at me IT IS NOT 30 MINS YET . So I repeated I know, Ill wait. I was already Im this area. I know, at this point I should have left, but I REALLY needed my nails done. Well 30 mins passed, then 45, then an hour. YES, 1 HOUR PASSED and still nobody called me up. At least 4 people were sitting around doing absolutely nothing. I finally left after about an hour and 15 mins. I could not believe the unprofessionalism I experienced that day. I went to another nail salon down the street where I receive the best customer service and the best nails Ive had in a while.
