Went in for the first time for a full set ombré and pedi & absolutely loved the work they did. My husband even thought they looked nice ! Going on vacation so wanted to try something different , I usually just get manicures at a small place near my home but was recommended by my sister who usually gets full sets . Service was very good my daughter who is 3 years old got polish mani and pedi and her nail tech was very patient and sweet!

I love this salon. Kevin always does a phenomenal job on my nails. He takes his time to always provide great quality nails that look good and last. The prices are very reasonable, which I love as well. Ill continue to be a customer as long as Im in the area!!!

Ive been coming here for years (but with other people working here). I always came to do my pedicure here and I love it. Yesterday 06/10/2021 for the first time I did my Gel Manicure (Alaya) did it. OMG she did a great job. Thanks a million. :)

So today is Sunday , and of course I’ve been coming to sunshine nails for a while now ... I originally came to get two nails fixed but also wanted my nails cut down and a color change , so after waiting for 15 mins the guy finally comes after grabbing my color I chose and then goes to tell me “oh no we don’t have time to do all of that today we are busy, you would have to make a appointment “ since I’ve been coming here over 6 months ago I HAVE NEVER NADE AN APPOINTMENT!! they just lost a loyal customer !!! I really do hate it but no I just can’t and won’t deal when my money is good anywhere !

Well this use to be my go to nail salon until today. I literally got my nails done a week ago and my nails were all lifting and 5 had already popped off. I called to speak to the owner and he said to come in and he would fix them. So I went in and they said to just do a new full set because the price os the same to replace 5 nails. Ok I figured that was what they were planning on to begin with seeing as the other 5 still on my nails were lifting from the edge and would come off like the others anyway. So after literally 3 hours and 3 different people my nails are finally done. I then go to the counter not really expecting to have to pay seeing as just literally a week ago I paid 70 for my nails the lady says 15 Im like that is fair. I was going to tip that anyway. I hand her my card and she gives me my receipt. It says 50.00. 50.00 after paying 70 last week. I was already late to get home to let my dog out so o signed and left. I was so upset. That was the last of the money I had in my account and so irritated at how my nails turned out. They feel lumpy and they dont at all look like the design I had prior. It sucks to have to find another salon I use to love them but to go and charge me full price when it was their mistake I wont tolerate not to mention nor even doing a better job the second time around.

Words can’t explain how happy I am I found this nail salon. Their customer service is excellent! They pride themselves in their work and it shows. I was going to post a review the first time I went but I wanted to make sure their service was consistent so I went a third time and they didn’t fail at leaving me a satisfied customer. I’ve called 45 minutes before they closed to see if they could still see me for acrylics and a pedi and they stayed 10 mins after 7pm. They didn’t rush, they didn’t mess up and I left happy for the third time. This is what won me over. I highly suggest anyone to come here.

Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. We walked in & were helped immediately! They did my nails, my mothers, and 2 sisters in under an 1.5hr & everyone walked out extremely satisfied! We will be returning. 🤗

I honestly loved this place, they did my pedicure nice and it lasted weeks and I did my acrylics! One of my big things with my acrylics that I have anywhere I go is that they lift as soon as they grow out but let me tell you I went a whole month without getting a filling and not at all did they lift, they would have lasted me longer if I didn’t change them. I’m definitely going back for that same quality. One thing that did bother me a bit was the wait to get them done. But it was Sunday so I understand it being busy.

So this was my first time going there and I was supposed to have Henry do my nails which when getting there I confused him with Kevin 🤷‍♀️ Because my daughter usually goes to Kevin but anyways; I had to get my nails done by this young lady I wish I would of remember her name she was soo nice and did a wonderful job with my nails ; not to mention my pedicure was great too I think I’m gonna keep going there instead of hopping around to different nailsalons.Thank you Sunshine Nails.

Bad customer service walked in no one asked what I needed, and when I did ask for prices the guy looked annoyed. Not getting my nails done somewhere with that type of attitude.

Called and asked about the price for mani and pedi, was very pleased with the price they mentioned over the phone but once I got to the store they changed their priced and were asking for $20 more than the price mentioned. I told the person that I had called and I was told a different price and he only said sorry I dont live around the area and I had called to make sure of the price. Very unprofessional!No confusion on what I want and have been getting as I can remember.

I got a gel manicure here one week ago. Three nails are chipping away. Some of my nails are thinner than others. I went in and spoke with the lady at the desk (she is the one that did the manicure) and she asked what do you want me to do? I told her that I didn’t want all of them to chip or break. She offered no resolution other than to tell me that the gel is just polish and that happens sometimes. It’s funny I’ve never had this happen before after 6 days!

They provided good manicure and pedicure services. However, the young man who did my nails would/refused to communicate. I tried making conversation. He never replied. He spoke in Vietnamese to his fellow saw n personnel. No. Not right. Not going back.

Broken nail my regular place was closed never been here before until today! Great place and service.. they did an awesome job! Will definitely be back... might just be my new regular place from now on! 5 Stars.

My third time here, first two experiences were good, this visit kinda disappointed. The kid doing my daughter nails acted like he didn’t want to. The girl doing my nails gave off a rude vibe, I came in asking for acrylic, she decided to do overlay (guess because it’s quicker). There were two other guest who walked in and that’s when they really rushed through it. My right index nail was not long to begin with and it’s totally crooked. Short crooked nail makes it look weird. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I only came after a friend referred me but too bad didn’t work out. Must now look for yet another place to take my business.

I havent been in a while so I decided to get nails and pedicure refill. I unfortunately, did not get the techs name who did my nails. She was not very friendly, as a matter of fact she seemed a bit impatient and distracted. This would be the first time I did not like my nails after going to Sunshine Nails. The tech that did my pedicure was amazing, although, the color did not match my nails which I was told would match my nails, I still love her work.

Let’s start with the pros...They did a decent job on my nails and toes. Just simple, one color, no designs or anything fancy. I don’t like all the crazy stuff. Toes were much better than nails but it wasn’t a terrible job. Wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. They offer complimentary beverages but so does every salon for the last few years. They are nice enough. Don’t really speak much to you but that’s fine with me since I just like to relax anyway. They seem to care about not hurting you as my pedi tech stopped immediately when I flinched but it was just because I am super ticklish. The stone massage was nice too.Now for the cons...Since they charge about the same as everywhere I have been, I would think they should have more updated stuff. Their chairs that the techs sit on are falling apart, the massage chairs are old, rough and worn. the customer chairs for nails are uncomfortable and scooting it to the table made me nervous that it was going to break underneath me and I weigh 135 lbs so it’s not like my weight was crushing it. Also, as soon as you walk in you are hit with an overwhelming smell of chemicals. It smelled like when people used to get perms and the chemicals they used on that. I know nail salons have a smell but this was pungent.I was really hoping to find a nail salon that I loved and could bring my family to since moving to the area but I think I’ll keep looking.

I had Kevin as my nail tech when I went in I had reall nice service and je was really friendly. The place was clean and I had really great service. Will ne coming back. :)

Came to this place as an emergency to get a full set in a hurry. The man when I called, said to come right away, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and seated, showed him a picture of what I wanted & the lady went to work on my nails right away, they came out super cute! She followed the picture to the T! Will def. b going back!

I don’t recommend this place simply because of the nail tech does not know how to do the design you asked for they won’t tell you they will just attempt to do it an mess your nails up then over charge you for something you didn’t even ask for 😞 I was very disappointed.

First, If you have a business in beauty your nail salon should be up to date with the latest trends. thats why I stopped coming to them months ago.Came here to get a refill and pedicure today 07/19/2019. I was getting pedi done when I asked if they had glow in the dark polish (for the second time) the ladies froze and looked at me as if they didnt understand what I was saying. When the male nail tech rambled something and I wanted to make sure I understood what he was saying he appeared at that point to raise his voice?..I just wanted clarity but what seemed to be him shouting I left that establishment. I will pay for disrespectful service!

Best pedicure Ive had!! They are so thorough. I get my nails done here every month and they always do an excellent job. However, they take their time. Youll be there for a while! Also, if you come first thing in the morning they are sometimes not ready for customers. They are understaffed in the morning.

I have been coming to this location for 4 years and I have never had an issue before until now.I am not a regular customer. I mostly do my nails on my own, at my own time and at home because I stay busy all the time. Every two or three months I come in to get a very nice mani and pedi done, get my cuticles removed and just make my finger nails look a little more appealing because I use my hands to type a lot.Today, I showed the guy who helped me an image of some nails I saw on Pinterest. It was regular polish on all nails, with one differed from the rest. Mind you it was not a complex design at all, just a different nail polish with some glitter on top and that’s it. He seemed annoyed by my request of color for that different nail. He then started putting on an old glitter on top and it wasn’t staying put, all it needed was some nail thinner to smooth out the glitter polish we needed to use, but instead he said I don’t think this is going to work honey. I told him Ok, that’s fine, I can do all the same color then if that’s the only glitter color you have available”. To which he replied, So what you want me to do?, I told him Go ahead and do all same it’s ok. When he finished, he said I had to wait 30 mins because it was regular nail polish and it was not going to dry soon. I mentioned to him that I’ve never had to wait that long for nails to dry, they usually get them done and once finished they move me to a different section and they turn on a light for my toe nails and finger nails, ten minutes and I’m out. He again told me, it was going to take a long time. I didn’t want to argue so I said okay and ask him to charge my card but he said he was just going to put it to the side and I could pay later.At this point I was beyond annoyed by him. I understand the way they work, they try to get you to upgrade to a different product/service every time, which a lady mentioned to me when I was getting my pedi done.I know the guy does a great job with the other nail styles because he has helped me a few times before. I do not understand why not give the customer what they are asking for? Why did I get attitude when I asked for something, isn’t he supposed to give best customer service possible while at the same time provide great quality work?Needless to say I was not happy with the end result. One of my polished fingers ended up with polish on my skin, he did not even care to clean it up a bit.And since they like to speak in their own language while helping their customers(just like in every other nail salon), I’m sure all the employees knew about it because when someone finally charged my card, I didn’t get charged for the services I got, I paid less than the amount it was supposed to be. My nails dried up in 10 minutes, just like every other single time.I am never coming back. I know me conducting business with them does not affect them, I just wanted to share my experience so everyone is aware of it, and maybe the owner reads this post and can do something about it. I do not know the name of the guy, but he has been there since I started coming to this location maybe even before.One bad experience is all it takes for businesses to lose their customer’s loyalty....only thing is not all employees understand what it means when they behave a certain way to a customer and what consequences their actions may bring into the customers perspectives.

I will never go back I was recommended to come here by a friend and it was amazing at first awesome job lady was super friendly, but I guess they got lazy or they were having a bad day i was so unhappy with the work, I was also there forever usually I’m in and out. I was there on a saturday went back on a Monday to get them fixed. I thought I would be able to live with it but I just could not so I paid the full price Saturday and Monday the guy manager made me pay again so with tip I basically paid $95 for powder nails “ridiculous”. I could understand if I waited a week. I work in an environment if the customer is unhappy with the work and they paid for the service we take care of them 100% in this case I guess there businesses does not work this way sad to say!!!!!

This was one of the worst experiences i have had at a nail shop. I went in to get a simple manicure and she, Jasmine, seemed like she dis not know what she was doing. Initially she was buffing my real nails with the machine which i asked her to stop and she continued. Then my nails started burning b/c the machine was too harsh. After about three min another customer came in without an appointment and she begun to rush. She was being extremely rough throughing my hands around and doing things quickly and incomplete. She did not finish cutting my cuticles and she slapped the lotion on my arms and quickly rubbed it in. I will never go back to that establishment. I go to salons to relax afyer a long day or week and that left me with nothing but anger and disappointment.

My regular nail shop Nails by Chelsea was closed and I decided to try a different place I went to this place sunshine nails and it was a Terrible and expensive place, I ask for an ombré and got something completely different the worst part is that I asked the lady if she could do it and all she was worried about was how much was going to cost me,it took like 3 hours and still didn’t get what i wanted i had to settle for a random color to fix what she had started with I got a pedicure and they left my feet in the water for so long that my feet looked like prunes and didn’t even bothered to turn on the massage chair! Worst experience will never go back there again! BTW I still got charge too much! And didn’t even get an apology!!

Very upset with my first visit here. Had to come all the way back to get them removed after they messed up on the color and length of my nails. Obviously they need to update their color wheel if its going to be that drastic of a color difference. Never going back. And to top it off my nails are now so short after them taking them off that they hurt and are ugly.

Friendly service, they recognize me even when I havent been in in a long time. The quality of their work can last over a month!
