No nail bed , Crooked nails. Gets upset when told something is wrong. Service isnt how it used to be. Save your time & go somewhere else.

My nail lady was very nice and she conversed very well!!! Also my nails came out perfect... got the perfect shape!CORRECTION** I’m editing my review bc in the past 3 weeks I’ve gotten a full set and 2 refills due to the nails falling off so quickly I thought it was normal until one nail fell off in there was literally fungus growing under my nail I went up there and they basically said that was normal and replace the nail and made me pay for it all I will say is you definitely will get what you pay for

Love this nail salon, I’ve been going to Hoa Lam to get my acrylics for about a year and she does a beautiful set every time. I get my toes done here as well, but if you’re picky about pedicures I wouldn’t recommend this salon. Personally I’m not picky and my toes look cute either way so idc.

I love this place , Lam always offers a great customer service makes you feel so welcome, she is the best . I have been going there for more than 4 years already!

They were nice but the work quality was really poor. This has been so far the worst pedi and mani I have gotten and this was my first time here too. I could of done this myself..she messed up my toe and the finger next to it and she only fixed one and not the toe..she didnt distribute nail polish well I think she honestly had a hard time seeing ..and just fyi I had them done yesterday

Hoa asked me to wait 10 min and she will started with me, I waited 25 min and her appointment showed up... all she have to say I have an appointment and asked me to come back!! I wasted 25 min waiting that I should of went somewhere else and get them done. My first visit and last. Horrible experience. Please know your appointments before you make other people wait and waste their time.

The ladies who attended me were very kind. My nails came out nice, too.

Horrible, this place is 3 minutes from my house I thought to give them a try it was 5:56 when I walked in, 3 people 3 employees, all I wanted was a manicure waited for about 15 minutes and finally one lady tells me she they are all busy and to came back in 40 minutes.. like really why don’t you just say that when I walked in not to mention they close at 7. BS

They cant even do most of these Nails and they didnt even do my nails coffin like I asked and then they charged me $5 more at that!!!

VERY friendly and accommodating. The wait is usually minimal, if any. I have always been treated with utmost care, regardless of the service I have received. I especially LOVE their pedicures. I never feel rushed (1 hour on average). If you really want to feel pampered, get their amazing facial (I recommend you book this ahead as the esthetician needs to block out the time for this private service).

Ive been going here for i think a year or a year and a half. I get manicures done and theres a new lady that doesn the manicures. She sometimes is in a bad mood and either cuts you with the things they use or doesnt do a good job on your nails.

I love how they treat my mom the serves is raelly good

Ive been going here for like a year getting my pedicure done almost every 2 weeks by Lam but it wasnt until recently that she started acting funny and I didnt like my toenail color she didnt want to change it and I was willing to pay extra... Im disappointed in my recent service...

Fast, great service. At low prices. Got a full set of acrylic nails 3 1/2 weeks ago for 20$, & i still have all nails on... ofcourse theyre grown out & not look so nice now, but at least they last not like other places that dont even glue them on right & cost 30$+ !!!. I also do my eyebrows here, waxed with the young asian girl... i love them everytime!!! :) & get both things done in about 45 minutes which i go on my lunch break & tell them that im kind of in a hurry they dont mind & have 2 ladies work on my nails at the same time! :)
