Reza is amazing! Reza cuts my hair every 3-4 weeks and does such a great job. He’s knowledgeable and professional and always knows what to do with hair. I trust him when I’m unsure on something and he rises to occasion.

Was in Houston for a the weekend and needed to whip my fluffy covid beard into shape. The boyfriend suggested HHN as it was just a short jaunt from their house. He pointed me to their website to book an appointment, which was quick and easy, with plenty of times available just 24 hours prior.We were greeted at the door by the Reza, the owner, who welcomed us inside. The location is clean and bright with additional seating for those waiting or those traveling with you. They held to my appointment and were ready to proceed as soon as I walked in, which I love!Richard helped me with a zero buzz for what little fuzz is left on top, and then went to work on my fluffy beard. They were meticulous in their efforts, with clean, even neck lines and a nice squared manicured look along the cheeks, while fading out the sideburns from the ears down to the primary portion of the beard. They went the extra mile to really tidy up around the nose and corners of the mouth.They finished up with a wonderfully chilling balm for my big dome that helped wipe away the heat and mugginess of Houstons summer, then a quick oil for the beard before sending me on my way.I long for this kind of service where I live but can never find it and so it was a lovely treat while traveling. Cant suggest them enough, and if youre looking to support a local Queer business this is the place to head for a quick, friendly, and professional trim.

Reza is fantastic. I totally get any reservations for spending $40 on a haircut as a guy. Before my first visit here I had never spent more than $20. The experience and quality is worth it. I have never had a haircut that didnt require product to stay how it is cut. It has been a few days and it is still staying and looking great.

Always get a nice haircut here. Great friendly service. The location is conveniently near local bars and shopping, so if you catch yourself not looking trimmed up for the party, its easy to swing in and get a new look. The prices arent bad, considering the quality of the stylist, I could pay a $100 for the same cut in River Oaks. These guys are awesome, and thats why I keep returning.

Reza always does a great job. This is not just a salon, but a place where all are welcome to be themselves. It is a salon when friends get together for casual conversation and relax.
