What can I say it’s the worse experience I had here. I use to come here but it got bad within time nobody knows how to do nails in there any more or designs. I stopped coming here for that reason and decided to give it another try since I didn’t want to drive so far for my regular nail tech and I regret it so much. They rush you first of all and talk mess like nobody understands what they are saying. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They leave acrylic all on the cuticle even missing sides of your nails with the acrylic. They don’t even do the apex rite on the nail. It’s just awful. I was there about 30min and seen about 3 customers complain about something they messed up on. Some of the employees are really rude and look like they don’t even care to work there. Not even 2hrs later I’m missing rhinestones

I had an enjoyable time at the nail shop today with my mother. We decided to go to 3d nails together. My nail tech was Tom he did a very very good job and I must say that all the people at 3D are very professional and very qualified in this shopIve been a client of theirs for a while now and Oscar is really cool and does a great job also he has taken care of me several times in the past. They do great lashes here to.💙🤗

I really like this place. Affordable and good quality work. Tom did my nails. I just showed him what i wanted and he did em in less than an hour. I got my eyelashes done by Annie. Very good, fast and just the right amount. Very good work. I recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

This place has gotten very ugly and don’t put in effort anymore. Rush to do everything and don’t even try to create a bond with their clientele. They used to offer beverages and were so nice and cared about their work. Now get them in and out and take our money is their new motto.

When I arrived no one was at the front desk so I signed in and sat down. 10 minutes later an employee comes to the front and didn’t acknowledge me at all another customer walked in she immediately took them to get a pedicure. I got up to tell her I need it a full set and pedicure. I told the tech that I wanted them short and decided to do an overlay which she left the nails uneven I had to fix them at home. She didn’t even asked if I want my nails square or round. The pedicure was good. My first time going and will not be going back.

Go to Junie for lashes! She is the best in Houston! I started going to Junie a few months ago after going to many other lash artists whos work did not last. Her lashes retain for weeks and weeks, she always accommodates me and I get compliments from everyone! Can not say enough good things about her and her work!

I came in today for pedi-Mani soak that I listed on sign in sheet. Set down was waved to be seated. I repeated verbally soak only no clipping or cutting. I want to keep my natural nail. Do not want artificial nail after soak. The worker decides to trim a little to lot. After I kept saying soak only . I was told it will take too long to soak so they file down top. My tip of nail isnt the top of my nail. So since Im a waist of your Time to soak appropriately. My money has no business here. Get in the soak busniess for natural nails! Customer preference is there nails not the worker decision. Dont waist your time commenting it will take too long.

Last Monday I went in for a full set. The very next day one nail popped off. Then another nail. By Friday 3 nails had broken. Will NEVER return to this establishment

Love “Tom” he was so patient with me and my difficult designs but didn’t seem annoyed and he worked with me which is awesome with a nail person especially these were my birthday nails 😍 the end was just gorgeous I give 4 stars just because pedi took forever to get even the water pouring already 😞 and am in a hurry will be returning for Tom !!

Never go to the woman named Mimi, she told my 10 year old like 3 times she was fat and hurt my baby girls feelings. I told her to keep her comments to herself I didnt complain because Ive been going to her for years and now she has refused to take my appointments after she was at fault. I just text her for a pedicure she said she was busy. I call the place and was told it was not busy.

So I went to just get a manicure and regular nail polish with my mom and I thought that if they do really good acrylic nails that doing simple nail polish wouldn’t be that hard but obviously I’m guessing it was.The man that was doing my moms nails did her nails way too thick so she told him and he did them again but after he finished.He didn’t even have the audacity to not take the little fuzzys off her nails from the cotton ball he used to take off the other nail polish.On the other hand the lady that did my nails was pretty nice but she didn’t even paint them right.I still have spots that she didn’t even paint and just left it like that.So me and my mom are very disappointed at the people and at our nails if I could leave a 0 stars I would.Also here are some pictures the white ones are mine and my moms are the clear with glitter.

It was my first time getting my eyelashes done at 3D nails by Juni and if you’re thinking about getting them done do it!! They came out looking so good and even tho what I got was a little expensive it’s totally worth it they last so long. But if you’re thinking about getting them done bring a blanket because it gets cold!

Updated Review:I went back to the shop and the experience was like night and day. A HUGE thank you to Cindy, Hailey, and most of all, TRACY!!Absolutely incredible service. Naturally, there was some apprehension about my previous experience, but these three women completely made it right. The staff even pulled up the footage and verified the error at the cash register.Tracy also did an amazing job on my nails. She redid my entire set and shaped them beautifully. I have been in pain from my first set for two days and Tracy totally fixed this with my second set. I had been having trouble picking up and opening items and now I am good to go. Please visit this location and ask for Tracy. She does beautiful work and I cannot wait to show off my nails. There are bubbles in my top coat and my thumb nail is crooked. I have lots of rough edges on my set as well. She refused to offer me a complimentary beverage until Alex yelled at her.Ask for Alex instead. My friend had her nails done by him and they were MUCH better. Do not trust this lady!

Junie who is my lash technician, she is very good with taking care of my lashes, she takes her time and is always prompt to start as scheduled. I recommend her to anyone wanting extensions.

I came here a few minutes prior to when they’re supposed to be open and there were seven people in front of me. That’s fine, people are early birds like I am. I had called the day before and was told they didn’t do appointments, yet women walked in after me claiming they had an appointment. So I was lied to about the ability to make an appointment and at least four people (who didn’t have appointments) who signed in after me were serviced first. It’s obvious that they prioritize people who are getting more done as I waited an entire hour, saw women get helped before me, before I decided to leave. They’re rude and this is not a place to go to if you’re only planning on having one thing done, because they’ll make you wait all while women who plan on having multiple things done are seen first.

They did a beautiful job on my nails. But one of my nails popped off in two days. I will still revisit maybe just ask for different nail tech next time.Edited: went in today and got the nail fixed and also got a pedi.Love this place original post was 3 stars and i edit to 5 stars because they made things right with my nail that popped off

Look I have been a customer here since they opened and just got a real awful experience well my daughter did! The nail tech is Oscar! He did a bad job on my daughter’s nails and we ask for someone else he started talking bad about my daughter to another tech! I need someone to contact me ASAP I spend a lot of money in this nail shop!

It was my first time coming here and it will be my last. It was 30mins before I was attended,the guy who did my nails did a good job thats why Im giving them three stars. He gave me a low price to,but the lady who did my daughters nails didnt do a good job and charged me $100 for nails that should have been $60. Then when I got to the chair to get my Pedi I waited another 35mins for someone to start on my Pedi. I chose a true red color and some how lady was confused with the colors and painted my feet a orange red color, when I realized it i told her I didnt want that color and she said it would be an extra charge to repaint them. So I said no,lady didnt even shape Im toe nail nor did she cut them. At the end I paid an arm and a leg for something Im not happy with. But Im not going to repay to get it fixed. Next time Ill just stick with my usual nail salon.

This was my first time having service done at this nail salon the tech that did my nails didn’t do such great job and another nail tech named Hannah was very kind to fix them. I wanted to tip her and she didn’t want to accept it I definitely recommend Hannah very detailed she hand drew snowflakes on my nails and added a glittery touch to it!! As I went into the shop I was very pleased with how clean the shop was ,but when the lady that attended me was almost done with my nail set she started drilling the nail not only did she drill the acrylic nail but she was drilling my own skin , and it’s not one finger I am complaining about . She didn’t realize I was in pain not until when she started buffing out aggressively near the skin area and she saw blood coming out , overall this is a horrible experience . I’m never coming back

Service is SLOW. All these people working here and they still manage to work slow. Me and my mom got our hands and feet done and they cut my moms feet MULTIPLE times. When I was getting a full set he was putting too much powder on my nails making them look thick. He was barely paying any attention to my nails because he was too busy trying to watch the football game. When the woman before me got out of the chair it was NOT disinfected. My mother got nails shorter than mine with no rhinestones or jewelry and I still paid $50. I will not be back.

DONT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. SHE USED WAY TOO MUCH GLUE. I HAVE GOTTEN MY LASHES DONE BEFORE AND THEY NEVER USE TOO MUCH. SHE OBVIOUSLY DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING. THE GLUE WAS STUCK TO MY SKIN ON TOP MY EYELIDS AND MADE IT HARD FOR MY EYES TO OPEN AND CLOSE, WHICH MADE THEM STIFF. IT ALSO IRRITATED MY EYES.SHE DIDNT REFUND ME BACK MY 30 Dollars. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I started with a nail job that specifically asked not to be filed down with machine but to be buffed out and you guessed correctly she still filed down my nails and even my finger got only 1 color because supposedly more than 1 color would be extra. So i got a pedicure which lasted 10 minutes with the led light to dry the shilak that i got charged $10 extra for & still 1 color. So finally got my lashes done that i had to return after 20 minutes after leaving because they were not glued down to my own and you can so obviously see the separation of both and had to wait 30 minutes to be attended.. At the end paid $120 for all 3 services which in all could of been better served for my money. Never coming here ever again & this was my first time pampering my self for our family trip that I totally regret!

Horrible service! I went in to get a full set, asked for coffin nails, towards the end I told my tech (Alex) that I wanted them COFFIN SHAPED ann he argued that they were coffin. I asked for the file and started filing my nail to show him how I wanted it, then he said to me If you dont like you can go home and do yourself... I replied with I came here to get my nails done, that is so rude of you to say to a client. I paid $40 and tipped him $5 for his time (after they tried to give me a cheaper price, I told them NO I will pay full price)... Worst experience in my life with a nail salon, I dont recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional staff. Will NEVER return to 3D Nails and Lashes.

So yesterday was my first time going and I honestly wasn’t happy with my nails. I got powdered but when I went outside my nails looked more as they were done w nail polish.. one of my nailsWas All sided so I told him to fix it, then another one wasn’t even coffin shaped and I also told him about it. I just wish I could’ve got a better set for the money i spent.

I have previously worked for Ken Do (Houstonnailboi) and never saw him clean or disinfect anything. The other shop in Cypress had A LOT of cockroaches in it, so buyer beware!Response to owner:If you would like to make thing right, have Ken Do return my tools and drill because he currently has a theft report against him. He is a thief and a liar.

“Diane” did a great job on my manicure, except on my pedicure. I asked for a white and she chose a pearl like color. All she did was rinse my toes in water, put 2 coats of nail polish on, she didn’t bother to trim my nails or nothing. I won’t be doing my pedicures there anymore except my manicures. I recommend going to Northline Nails & Spa. It’s affordable and they do an amazing job and will take their time working on your pedicures.

They act Siditty, and their rude to customers. They think their in Beverly Hills. But really in the ghetto. I would not recommend.

Oscar did my nails today and they look and feel amazing! Loads of options of colors. My favorite place for years.

They are a rip off. Tracy did my nails and filled my skin and over charged me for a refill. I noticed when I walked in there are no prices visible. I should have walked out. They will charge you what they want. I refill was $25 dollars. If you get a design they charge you different prices for each finger. I paid $45 dollars for a refill and two designs one in the ring finger. I promise I will never go back and you should go to Queen nails across the street.

I loved it. It was my first time there but I felt welcomed and everything was perfect from the color to the shape it was perfect. I will def be back. A lot of colors also, I always get shellac but got ombré.

Staff is awesome and laid back. Theyre really nice and always let you know if something you request is going to be extra, before they do it. They ask constantly if your nails / nail color are good enough for you or if you want to change them. I love this place and will become a regular!

The ladies in that places are always talking bad about someone. They dont directly say it but I can tell. The place isself is very beautiful yet the people are not. No not by their looks but their attitudes and the way they want to things their way... I thought I was the customer and I was the one who decided why and how I want my nails. Now I normally dont do this ( post online and write a bad review) but I want their and wanted a color change I had one nail polish and when I told her I wanted color change she suggested a powdered color, look I know its her job to upgrade and sell and get more money out me, thats okay. But as I kept saying no she kept and kept insisting and that point I got mad and said no!!!! Then later one o told her I wanted 3 coats of nail polish because the color I picked was super light and I know how it was going to turn out of I left it with two coats. She didnt listen to me and only did 2 coats I then told her and she thought I only wanted in one finger and she put in one and then told me to my hands to dry... Like why is it so hard to understand what I want??! I made a simple request, its not like I told her to make a dragon design and make it all with glitter and have it with fire coming out of its mouth!! No!! I just simply asked for 3 coats and nail color change?
