I love this nail salon. I am a regular for the classic pedicure. Ms. Jenny is always a smiling, sweet face and does an exceptional job! Im sad when she is gone and happy to see her return. When she isnt available Ms. Kimberly is a close second for me. Thanks ladies for keeping my toes so cute!

First time coming here and they attended me quick! the lady doing my nails was super nice & did a great job. These nails are definitely my favorite nail set that i have ever gotten!

I would of given it 5 stars but the place needs to be more updated. It needs relaxing music playing most of the time is loud..Maybe also needs more variety of drinks. 🍹🥂I asked for a mimosa and was a bit sour..i go to Mrs Nancy for pedis 👣and Mrs Sue for nails💅I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They did a great job!

Everything was good until they did the last two coats of my shellac. Has spots in it, could have done a better job myself just didn’t have time.They are cheap but probably won’t come back. Want something done right guess you have to do it yourself.

I come here very often, because i appreciate the services, which is very good and comfortable. The staff is very kind, and they dont have no problem fixing things. It is a very clean and sanitized place.

I been coming here for about 5 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere because they do good work. But when I ask for a color and you show me one and I don’t like it because it’s not even close to what I like don’t get mad at me. I am paying & tipping. So I want to be sure I get what I want. And as my nail tech your job is to make sure I am happy. That is my only complaint. Make sure your client is happy. The owner is a very nice person who always greets everyone who walks in and asks what they want done and gets you seated immediately when not so busy. But this last time I went no one greeted me until she walked out she was the only person so who said hi to me. She’s very good with her customers

If youre in need of pampering....This is the place to go! The ladies are simply amazing and so accommodating. Everyone is so skilled in their art form. I always have a nice experience when I go. Im sure you will as well. Higley reccomend!!!

Got my nails done the lady was to rough with them. There is glue on my cuticle that does not come off. She messed up the shape too. Would not recommend 😐.

I was referred to this nail shop by one of my co-workers I saw her nails and I loved how pretty they were so I was a walk in and they took care of me it was done in a good amount of time I love the nail tech because she took her time she didnt try to rush me or talk me into getting something that I didnt want. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she took her time doing my nails and examine them and made sure that there were no areas that were messed up made sure that the powder wasnt too heavy on my nails and too bulky she did in the exact way they came out so beautiful she was efficient they were clean and very professional I will definitely be going back 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️

Received the worst pedicure ever and I have been coming her since 2015. Lately their work has not been the best. The tech was skipping over steps, nail not smooth, polish was horrible. I was in the chair for an hour and half as she try’s to fix her work, it was bad to fix. I never complain or write reviews but this deserves zero stars.

This place is the worst they are always rushing to finish your nails when someone else walks through the door. You explain to them that you want certain colors and show them pictures and they start questioning and putting buts. Although they are very nice they don’t do what you ask them to do. You pick a certain color you want your nails and they end up choosing a different one and when you tell them it’s not the right color all they say is that it’s pretty and that they will charge you more for removing the color that you didn’t ask for. DO NOT RECOMEND!!!!!!!!

I cant say enough good things about this place! They were very quick to get me in a chair for my pedicure. My nail tech Tori was absolutely amazing. She did an awesome job on my pedicure and manicure. I left feeling so relaxed and pampered. I cant wait to go back!

This is my second time coming here and Cathy has done an amazing job on my nails! I will be coming back to her from now on. I haven’t had to wait long both times I have come in. I’m sure it’s best to make an appointment ahead of time to avoid the wait. Thank you Cathy!!

I have been here 3 times and each time it gets worse. The owner is constantly yelling. Very unorganized and each time I have gotten the owner as my tech and im there 1.5-2hours for a full set because she is more concerned with getting on to people than actually taking care of you.

Everyone was really nice and sweet. The lady took her time with me and we had a fun conversation. The price was really good for their service, $33. They gave me water and they were giving random massage while waiting. The place was really clean and quiet.I finally found my nail salon. Great experience!

Do not spend your valuable money here. I never do reviews but I will gladly take the time out to make sure no one else has to go through the inconvenience and upsetting experience that I did. The only thing of importance to this nail shop is pedicures. I’ve been coming here for some time and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when you make someone sit for an 1hr 1/2 to get ONE nail fixed (that THEY did) that’s where I draw the line. Instead of just getting it out of the way, you allow 4 people to be seated ahead of me I’m assuming because they’re getting full sets and essentially paying more than I would for a broken nail. Go somewhere where you are treated like no matter the cost, customer service matters! The owner doesn’t even communicate with the customer directly when there’s an issue, she makes her son or a tech do it. Again, unprofessional. I will never give this place my money again. God bless.

Got my nails done here for my Birthday with my sister and the lady that did her nails kept switching back and forth between her and a different client. My sister nails looked okay, but they were thick and bumpy. My nail lady was nice, but I asked for matte nails and she gave me gel acrylics that had a slight sparkle to them. I asked if they had sparkle and repeated I wanted matte and she assured me they didnt have sparkles. I paid $45 plus a $5 tip, so I paid $50 in total. A day later, one nail popped off and the nail with a design on it started bubbling and pealing. I went back to get it fixed a few days after and they charged me $5 which was reasonable, but when I tried to pay with my card they said I couldnt because they only take card on a purchases that were over $5. It is illegal to do that, but I didnt feel like arguing with the lady so I just gave my nail tech a $1 tip so I could be over the $5 limit. Its been a week and three of the nails already popped off, one of them being the same one that popped off before.. Ive seen the nails and glue they use here on Amazon for $5-7. I paid $56 over all for nails and customer service that was not worth it.

I had a great experience with nails a couple of times but after my second visit I got pressured multiple times to upgrade and add service though I explained several times why I couldnt and didnt want it. Ive been happy with the times I have been there, but after 5;+ times of asking and trying to pressure me into nails , eyebrows, service etc I dont need or want I dont feel comfortable going back. They also tried to offer me color on my nails that did not come close to my color I picked for my pedicure. She said its close. Really?!?!

All I have to say is that if you are and established client DO NOT go with anyone else other than your regular ladies! I made that mistake today.I sat there crying today cause the lady hurt my toe so bad cause she clearly did not know what she was doing I had to keep correcting her and I had to ask for someone else to help her...and to make it better she kept getting phone calls and left in the middle of my pedicure to go outside.For the amount of money I pay to get a good pedicure they need to have better service.Update: my toe is swollen from when she hurt me...I’m so upset!

Ive been going to this Salon for 2 years. Jenny is the only manicurist I go to, but Im sure there are others who are equally good. They are always prompt in getting to you. Ive never seen a single person have to wait when I go, unless maybe theyre waiting for a particular manicurist. Its very clean & everyone is friendly.

As soon as I walk in I ask about chrome/metallic nails. They show me where it is. I’m looking trying to decide if I like their colors and this lady keeps asking me if I want it. I told her I’m trying to look if I want it or not and then she tells me the price (as if I can’t pay for it) and then walks away. Then I get my nails done. The lady is very dry but..whatever. She doesn’t talk to me the entire time and she texts periodically while doing my nails. No one asks me if I would like a beverage or anything. I hear a lady come in after me and they’re all nice to her and ask if she wants anything to drink. I’ve been here on more than one occasion and it has never been offered to me. Needless to say I’m never coming back. I only gave it two stars because they did my nails ok but the customer service sucked. There are many people in Houston who does nails. I’ll take my business elsewhere ✌️

Do not come here! I used to come here all the time. The service has definitely went down. I got my nails done on a Thursday and one broke the following Tuesday. I go back in to get it fixed because it hasnt been a week and she tells me its going to be $4.. For what?! Your poor quality of work?! Normally it wouldnt cost anything if you came back within a week. I will not be coming back, they are rude and does not care about customer service.

I like their work, but the top clear coating came off really fast, it only lasted looking good for about 2 days.

My deluxe pedicure and manicure were ok. Clearly the place is popular and very busy. As I had time to spare I opted to get a Brazilian wax. My technician firstly didn’t wait for the wax to set and it was very jarring and painful. Then she took a phone call and was trying to remove the wax strip with one arm nestling the phone against her ear and having a conversation. The result was enough to literally make me howl with pain even though I regularly get Brazilian waxes. I refused to let her do anymore and she insisted I pay her $20 for the little strips she had done. She was very unpleasant and completely unrepentant for the pain she caused. She seemed to think I was unreasonable for not allowing her to take a call while she was trying to wax my nether regions. Overall I am sure there are better salons in Houston and I can not recommend this at all.

Certainly not the best nail shop around. As a man getting a manicure and pedicure I often feel as if Im being swindled. For that fact I rate this salon at 2-below average. My pedicure was decent more of an average quality, I went with the deluxe pedicure. The products used were nice quality and she spent a good amount of time on the sole and the nails. The manicure however was extremely poor quality. She didnt even trim all my nails and the ones she did were jagged and had sharp corners. She also did not buff or shine the nails at all. I will not return to this salon.

The ladies (nail tech) gets so upset if I tell them I want a basic pedicure. I’ve been coming here for a while and sometimes I have time to do 50 dollars pedicure but today I can’t stay here that long. They do face expressions and you can easily tell they’re mad as soon as I tell them I want a basic pedicure not coming back ever again!!!

Love this place. I have been maybe 3 times now. Yes make an appointment or else get on the waiting list. Gel manicures are always very high quality. Artwork is superb. Great!

I normally I have really great service here. However that changed today. I went in for a cut down, refill and to fix a broken nail. Manicurist kept hurting me. Filed all my nails uneven. Never apologized for her service. Very disappointed.

Very busy nail shop, but everyone here is nice. If you want to come here Friday or Saturday, then you must wake up early to be able to get in and get out in a decent time. I mostly get my eyebrows and eyelashes down here

Ive been a customer for years, started of okay couldve been better. About a week ago, I got my nails, toes, and eyebrows done, the total was $80!! After constantly getting the same thing all the time for no more than $50! Where did the extra $30 came from?? Be careful when being charged people!!!

Please SAVE YOUR MONEY! They are so unsanitary! I will be reporting them. They use materials on different customers before cleaning them down. I have a physical condition that developed after visiting them. They are also so rude!

Nail tech was very rude, had a bad attitude told me she wasn’t going to give me a 100% service even if I paid my money. She was mad cause I asked her to redo my nail because she polished my toe wrong. I have my 8 year daughter and she’s trying to decide on a color and the other lady is rushing her instead of answering the questions my daughter is asking her.

I would give this no stars if I could. I’m beyond angry!😡 Took my daughter to get her nails removed and ripped off the nail instead of soaking in acetone first. They ripped off the first and only nail along with an eight of the tip of her actual nail too. Trying to be quick to make a fast buck and injuring people.

They always greet with a smile. Ive had everything from ombre to glow in the dark. Ive never had problems expressing what I want and getting a good job every time.

This place is always so busy. So I would recommend that you make an appt. I didnt make an appt. last time and I got this Tech that kept pushing and pushing things, such as a Design, Crystals, do I want the pedigree for $59.99 instead of the basic. Ugh. How can anyone relax with someone trying to convince to get things that you do not want

A client for about 3 months until today. Technician would not place black powered on my nails claiming the red would see though from my previous set. ??? I’m sorry I think you’re supposed to take off the red first not build on top. All to my non surprise she did not want to do it because they were getting busy. My mother and three other clients complained of the rush job they were doing today because multiple clients walked in the door. As a consumer/ client not okay to rush. Quick money isn’t always better, in the end you lost two clients. In the end they never apologized or even seemed concerned so take my advise and others, go somewhere else they are only after your money and not actually in tune with proper nail care or customer service.

Today a friend and I went for a mani and pedi. In all the years of getting mani and pedi, we have never had such horrible service. Thanks Bebe and Mind I first a horrible experience. Work on your customer service skills.

I love the way the do nails its a hit and miss sometimes some do them so good some dont shape them right have to keep an eye out ! But I just had a bad experience with eyebrow waxing the lady who did em left me a bald spot on my brow and still had the authacity to ask for a tip like umm no? Prices are not stable ever I get charged 50 for a set of acrylics and gel polish that is with new acrylic nails then when I go for refill and same polish I get still charge 50 or sometimes 30 so it always variesOn price.

Ive had many, many pedicures at different nail salons and spas, but this one truly is a spa. Youre not rushed through like cattle and they are friendly and accommodating. I just love the attention they give their customers. Sanitation is primary! This is my new mani-pedi place!

I try to come to this one because it’s close but they always messing up my nails. This time I waited for 20 mins and this lady walked in as I was waiting and they put her in the chair😟what’s going on I was here first than they put me in the chair and still had me waiting meaning they service her first🤔 and come to me with and Attitude. I just had my nails done here, 6/23/2018, to get a full set of ombre with white and nude. I clearly and politely explained how I always get it (I also showed her a picture) and she said it will look how I asked once she files it down. I said ok. As she was filing I politely reminded her again and she said yes. However, once she was finishing I asked again to correct it as I wanted and she actually began yelling at me 😕😕😕. She then tried to tell me that my pinky on my left hand is smaller.... 😂😂😂 ok. I will not return. My nails look a thick, uneven, hott mess btw.

My second time coming here was IT for me. Although they do a good job on nails, the service was unacceptable and the manager has her favorites. I came to get a mani and pedi and she put the wrong color on my toes. She didnt even clean under my powder nails. When I asked for a discount in the absolute nicest way possible, because of HER mistake, she told me they dont do discounts but shell re-do them for free. After I agreed, I changed my mind because she made a big deal about me wanting to change my color and she continued to talk about me even after I told her no and that it was ok for my feet to stay unsatisfyingly the way they were. So I paid but did not tip her. The manager did not even tell me bye as I was leaving even after I said thank you...and she said bye to all the other customers before me. I was very polite but they were very rude and for that, I wont be returning.

Worst nail shop. Make sure their tools ARE CLEAN, Ive gone here a few times and everytime I get GREEN FUNGUS on my nails Id notice after the polish comes off. Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and Ive never experienced anything like it! The staff is rude, they will upcharge you every visit & rush through the job.So i stopped going here and started going to SHADOW CREEK NAILS in PEARLAND, way better staff, service, and drinks complimentary.Its further out but my nails last 3wks

Went in for a full set with polish, and seen that on the sign it read “Students 10% off with full set. When I asked about it, they lied and said its for little kids like in elementary school. Idk what little child would get a full set done, but the fact they lied shows their professionalism.

Horrible customer service. I went two weeks ago and should have took a picture of my ugly thick messed up nails. No detailed work on my full set nails for the amount of money I was paying. I had to tell my nail tech to clean up and fix alot of things and yet she still didnt listen. They always rushed me to hurry and pick out a color, I saw it happen to another lady while I was there and they told her to go sit down like 5 times and she told them to hold on. Then they continue to pressure you to get other things done after continually telling them no for 10 minutes. Horrible horrible!! I would not recommend this place my mom had a bad experience the last time she went to.
