I love the nail shop and they did my nails good. They rarely accept walk-ins and they do not close at 7pm. The close at 6:15pm which should be corrected on google and they door. I arrived at 6:15pm, They doors were locked! And the receptionist came to the door and said they were closed.

I have been getting my nails done here for a year. Great service for the prices. I always take advantage of the Wednesday discount for healthcare workers. They have other discounts for different professions also.🥳 They also have one of those reward systems where are you get points towards future services For every dollar spent. Recently got $15 off of my pedicure :-)❤️ 💍 Sorry for the shameless ring photo. But this is where I went to get my nails done right after he proposed So I could take photos! LOL

Bring your own implements! Tech used badly worn “used” nail file. I asked for a new file and to use all sanitized instruments. Chairs had appearance of being dirty. Pedicure was average.

My experience in this nail shop was not good the lady that did my nails by the name of lilly was so aggressive when doing my nails. She cut me, dug her nails in my skins and when she was done she just walked off. I complained to her and she acted as if she didn’t understand me. I complained to the lady in the front but she did nothing. I will never be coming back to this over priced place.

Honestly one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. You usually don’t have to wait very long to be helped and if they’re not busy you can get your hands and feet done at the same time.The establishment is extremely clean, they have lots of chairs and many nail stylists available. Everyone is super kind and attentive. They offer wine and have a wonderful and up to date selection of trendy colors. Price is also reasonable for location.

I went at opening hoping for better care. Never been here before likely wont go back.I called a day before for an appt for full set.1) I was told they dont do many acrylics2) tech snippy with me because she doesnt know what sculpted means3) clubby poorly sculpted kept flattening them4) kind of over priced at $55 for the sloppy job and snippiness.Definitely not a 5 star. 3 mediocre. 2 for snippiness.

This has been my go to nail salon for the past couple of years. They do really great work and the prices are reasonable, particularly considering all of the added amenities they have for their manicures and pedicures. Generally, I have great customer service there and really enjoy my experience. However, I would say it’s been a bit of a struggle since the pandemic which is completely understandable. Sometimes they aren’t always adequately staffed at off hours or some of the staff that was really good isn’t there anymore. Again, it’s been a major transition for all of us so I understand. I’m hoping they get back to normal as things start calming down and they return to their weekday specials and some of the great staff I knew.

Amazing!!! I’ve been looking for a “nail home” and they exceeded my expectations. My whole experience was wonderful. Tisha the concierge was so pleasant and helpful and Annie did my shellac manicure and my nails look wonderful. I’m coming here from now on.

Preface- I come to this place every two weeks, I bring my friends here, and I tip well. I am very saddened to have to write this review because Liz does such a fantastic job with my nails, but I will never come back or recommend this place again. I called to make my appointment with Liz, as I always request her, every 2 weeks... I arrive to my appointment, I sit with my nails in acetone and notice some nail ladies leave, one of them looked very similar to Liz. Long story short, no one told Liz she had an appointment at 10, so while my hands shriveled in acetone for 15 minutes, Liz was at Starbucks. I waited with my hands in acetone for Liz to return with her coffee... After my appointment, I told the receptionist that I hope this doesn’t happen again. She continued to argue with me and tell me that I never asked for Liz, and that she wasn’t on the phone in the first place, and that I should have reiterated my appointment details. When I said this is not my fault, she said “it’s not my fault, so BYE.” So bye forever, very rude and unprofessional receptionist. I hope this is the last time you dismiss a regular client because of your poor management. PS, I didn’t appreciate you whispering about me to your employees during my appointment. You’re not very sneaky talking about your clients.

My nails looked great and he was even able to do a quick repair on a broken nail!I just wish he didn’t leave me sitting there so many times. I had to ask for him to come back a few times. Other than that I will for sure be returning when they aren’t super busy!

I got a dip manicure and a pedicure. Both Amy and Kathy were fantastic, I am so happy with my nails!! Amy is a wonderful masseuse as well! They also were very mindful of the guidelines for sanitation. & I loved all the purple. Thank you!!

If you find yourself needing any nail services, try this place out. Went for my sisters birthday to treat ourselves to some pedicures and boy was this a great choice! Not only do you get a foot massage with your pedi, but a brief back one as well and mimosas are included, which was another plus. Overall a cute and relaxing place to have a girls date! So I absolutely love this nail salon! Most of the nail techs go above and beyond each time to make sure that I am satisfied. The only reason I deducted one star is because I brought a friend here who drove 35 minutes away and Kathy did a very poor job with her dip set. After being asked to fix it, she actually made them worse by leaving them chunky, uneven, and left dried dip on the skin around the nails. Kathy did not seem to care one bit so the receptionist decided to help fix them herself. The receptionist was very professional and showed empathy towards my friends concerns which we are grateful for. I was ultimately embarrassed, having referred someone to this salon... however I will continue going back with others as long as Kathy stays off our nails! I know there’s probably always going to be one bad apple in the bunch!

The place is clean and pretty and the staff is nice. I’ve gone so many times and every time I leave with something I love! It’s been the last 2 times I’ve gone and had the same nail tech (Kathy) and I left crying cause I didn’t get what I asked for. I’m sorry but if I pay $60 for nails that I don’t like I will cry because it’s my money being spent. I won’t be coming back since it’s already been twice since I’ve had a really bad nail experience.

I will never go back. I expected that if I’m paying $50 for such short nails, then they will be what I asked for. After showing a picture of what I wanted, I was told it would be achieved. this is what I received. I explained to Sunny that the nails looked too thick on the sides. He ignored me the first time and proceeded to grabbed the polish. I thought maybe he didn’t hear me, so I repeated myself. Once again, I politely explained that the didn’t look like what I wanted and that I didn’t like the shape. he had cut them so short that he couldn’t even shape them. A nail file wasn’t used on my nails UNTIL the front clerk had to shape them for me. Below are picture of what she fixed to the best of her ability. She even said herself that it looked rushed.When I explaining to Sunny that I wanted them slimmer on the side, he looked at me and proceeded to polish them because he was ready to leave. At this point, I just grabbed my things to pay for unpolished nails. That is how ready I was to leave for the rude demeanor. I will not go back I rather drive across town even though I live super close to here.

I was serviced by Sunny for my Sheliac manicure. He was very professional. However, he did not give the full massage to my hands, only massage thumb and pinky. Was a little rough when removing skin from around cuticle, where it caused a cut. Manicure was over in 20 minutes for $45. Yen did my pedicure, horrible service. Only massaged one side of both my legs, did not completely scrub my feet because Sunny was polishing. Yen really went through the motions without effort For $54, I really wanted a relaxing pedicure. This was my first visit, and I will not be returning. I passed this location every morning going to work, and thought I would give them a try.

EDIT: I will not go back here. They are $10-15 more expensive than other places in the area. I had a gel manicure with them that lasted 3 days. I called and they said they would fix it. I showed up and they said they were too busy to fix it even though that’s the time they told me to come. I came back the next day, they fixed it and it only lasted 3 days again. I have been coming to this place the past 4 months when they were running their special and never had this problem. In fact, I had initially reviewed them as a 5-Star. But their service and price do not match.

Just had a great experience at Sweet Moment Nail. The owner is super nice and my nail technician was great. I had a bad experience with another technician Last week, but when I came back today they fixed everything and I left very happy with the work they did. I will definitely keep coming back.

Very *fast* service. No frills; no water or refreshments offered and imperfect work. Very straightforward pedicure, I would recommend skipping the petals & fruit slices in the water in exchange for more attention to my nail shape, the polish application and overall detail work. I have been working in my garden and left with dirt still under my nails. One can only draw a technicians attention to make corrections so many times before it feels awkward. :) Shellac manicure & “classic” spa pedicure at $70.00 —$35 for each service so the cost is probably appropriate. In and out in 35 minutes, so a great place to go if you’re in a hurry!

Why google doesn’t have a zero rating? I went here and got a wax. The lady who gave me a wax spoke no English at all, which is ok but it ended up bad. Where I was waxed at has now broken out with sooooo many bumps & possibly will leave scars. It’s itchy & and irritated to where I can only put Aloe Vera on it rn. The lady never cleaned me up correctly & only wanted to use baby oil to clean me. She also caused me to fall! I fell off the wax bed because she decided to pick me up on her on as if I’m disabled but instead of helping me up, she swung me up & I fell off the wax bed. She laughed with her coworkers & didn’t show any urgency to help me up.

I received amazing treatment from “Sweet Moment Nail & Pedi Spa” Thanks so much for keeping everything sanitized during this time of uncertainty. They really made sure everything was cleaned and that each customer was taken care of. I highly recommend this business and can’t wait for my next treatment. Best Nail Salon EVER! I went today for my first time ever, it was recommended to me by my best friend. I did not wait whatsoever, but prior to this I scheduled an appointment. From the moment I got there I was served with AMAZING customer service. I believe Kelly worked on my nails and she was amazing! She made sure I loved the shape and color of my nails! I will SURELY be coming here more often!

This has been my nail salon for the past 3 years now. Brought my mom and sister here and they love it! I can’t wait for my daughter to be old enough so We can start coming here for our nail and pedi treats. The salon is always so clean, everyone is so nice and professional. Their nail and pedicure services comes with a shoulder massage and it feels amazing. They will always offer you drinks and yes it’s complimentary! I wouldn’t go anywhere else I love my nail tech and Carrie makes this place nothing but welcoming and lovely.

New to Houston and I must say I found my go to place for nails after one visit! absolutely amazing service, amenities are so relaxing (lavender walls and beautiful decor), staff is exceptional- efficient but very detailed, always smiling and personable. dip nails are super nice and the milk and honey pedicure is a must! comes with 5 min neck and shoulder massage. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This is one of my favorite nail shops in Houston. I love that they go above and beyond with service for the same price as other Houston nail shops. The staff is very friendly and everyone does really good work here. I do wish they still had the 10 percent student discount though.

I’ve been here twice and both times a few nails were lifting. So when I went back today to get it fixed the lady at the desk offered me some glue and then asked if my nails were done by them. It’s a shame I won’t be returning because I love my pedicures.

This is my normal nail salon due to proximity but this is honestly one of the worst places to go to. It’s very clean and relaxing in appearance but, the service is abysmal. Please don’t go if you have time constraints at all, it takes two hours to get a pedi, and that’s after the nail techs have messed up your nails multiple times. It seems that Very FEW nail techs know How to do nails. If their nail techs do a poor job(which is frequent) there is no discount and if you don’t pay with a tip they will call the police on you.

I normally hate getting my nails done but it was SO enjoyable here. The salon is beautiful and very nicely decorated, super clean, and really comfortable. They also gave me a shoulder massage, a hot pack on my neck, and offered drinks. I got the best dip powder manicure I have ever gotten - I sent pictures to all of my friends. Super reasonably priced. Then out of my own stupidity I jammed my thumb the next week and chipped part of my nail - they fixed it for free for me!

I went to Sweet Moment Nail & Pedi Spa off of Kirby and I had a wonderful time yesterday. I enjoyed their sweet moment pedicure for $35. The orange peels and rose petals were a nice touch. The technician took her time and was gentle. I enjoyed the wine. I will come back to try the Jelly pedi.

Really beautiful decor and very clean. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I decided to come here because of all the good reviews and because they are offering 30% off all their services (part of their grand opening special). I went in with my sister on a Saturday, it was not busy at all, very relaxing. We both opted to get full sets, the nail tech that I had was not good to say the least. She did not take off my cuticle and also put way too much glue on my nails (she was in a hurry to get another client). It has not even been 3 weeks and my nails look old, i can see the glue on the side and bottom of my nail, and the color of my nail polish is peeling. Customer service was terrible, I did not appreciate her rushing just to get to another client. They should take their time with ALL of their customers.

Went with my mum for an early birthday and Mother’s Day treat. We really enjoyed our time and liked our technicians. My technician’s name was Nancy and I think she did a really good job. It is nice to be pampered once in a while.*update* Kind of disappointed that the nail polish is already chipping. It started chipping only 2 days after getting them done. I’ll admit that I do a lot with my hands so I didn’t expect them to last that long but it’s unfortunate that I paid $25 for them to last 2 days.

They straight up ripped the skin around my eyebrows during my waxing appointment and then tried to act like nothing happened. I was absolutely appalled with the service and will never return.

My mother and I went in and they told us to come back in 40 mins and we came back waited MORE than 20 mins and they kept telling us ”it was almost time”. After a while the front lady ended up telling us that there is only one tech who knew how to do acrylic nails.... but two girls who just were walk-ins got started on their nails (nasty unsanitary dip) right away. Apparently thats all they were able to do. We end up leaving upset and nailless. 🤦‍♀️

My nails are sore from over filling with a nail drill on my natural nail There was no need to do that since nail techs are taught to hand file. And thats because I got dip powder with no tips. My nails will now be damaged. The file, buffer and nail drill file were all dirty. They are not required to use a new one on each client but they do have to cleaned them off. And for the price, I would have liked new ones. Ill keeps tabs to see if I get an infection.

I had the best experience here! The staff was welcoming, polite and accommodating. The ambiance is so soothing and plush/chic. The chairs are comfy and I was given a warm rice bag over my shoulders and gave me a neck massage with my manicure. I also got a Brazilian wax, which was done in a comfortable and calming setting by mindy! I felt so cared for. I will definley be back.
