I love this place. No matter when I visit or who services me, my nails are picture perfect.

I was a walk in and had barely any wait, even though they were pretty busy. Happy with the service and results!

Good technically; very efficient. I’ve been coming here for years. Walk in the door, they ask what service and you pick colors. They promptly seat you at a station and someone comes over to help. Prices are somewhat reasonable. Less frills than some other places I go (that provide wine and maybe a warm should compress) but solid service year after year.

Very professional. Sooooo many nail colors to choose from! I got dip and ombre dip nails. Honestly, Rose was in my top 3 pedicures of my life! She somehow got me to not be ticklish when she worked on my feet!! I felt pampered and beyond cute when I left!

I Love Coming to Q Nail & Spa. Its very convenient since its close to my job. The staff is so friendly. Its been over a month since I did my nails and still looking nice! Ill be visiting soon

Save your time, money, and find a more professional establishment. Amy establishment can have the artwork and grand lighting, but if the professionalism is lacking and prejudice is displayed, then you are not worth the investment.

Service was POOR and my nails are NOT ok. Although I was sat immediately, the entire process was rushed and did not feel like pampering, at all. Other customers were being offered water and shoulder rubs. My technicians were trying to get me out of there, even though there were plenty of empty seats available. I was rushed through picking a color and I had to ask for water, several times (including through a coughing spell). I had to stop my technician on occasion to correct the shape or thickness of the nail until I just gave up. Additionally, the technician next to me messed up the customer’s nails and instead of being honest she told the customer to pick another color, without explanation! As the client attempted to understand the situation, another technician stepped in and halfassed explained what the issue was. Regardless, the customer had to get her nails redone. (And she was there before me.) 😯 my nails do NOT look good. While one nail goes to the left, the other goes right. Some don’t even face forward. Lol.It’s PRICEY!!!deluxe pedi (regular polish)+full shellac set +cuticle trim (that literally looks like I bit them)=$80 (+ tip).I’ve had the same done at other places for WAY less.TIME CONSUMING!!!The services ran extra long! I went in on a Saturday around 1140am and was out of there at 2pm. No nail designs, no French manicure, no added extras and a pedi + full set ran almost 2.5hrs. 😶I did LIKE the shape samples they have like they do for colors. You can just point to the shape. No room for miscommunication there. Just make sure the technician knows what they’re doing.Overall, I do not recommend this nail shop. 👎🏼

Great pedicure especially for my tired feet after standing at a convention all week. Milla was great. Spa pedicure with the wax, hot rocks and massage.

I have always gone to Q Nails for the past 2 years. I have had a few bad experiences since there are so many different workers, but for the most time good. Today I went in around 11, right when they were opening. I was sitting there waiting and all of the ladies were talking about me, staring at me, and pointing at me. Finally someone came over and did not greet me and was immediately rude. She was glaring at me and looked extremely unhappy to be there. Her name was Eva. And then, finally they gave me a lady to do my manicure. She was a bit more friendly and greeted me. Eva was extremely rude and acted as if she was in a rush to finish, even though it was the beginning of the day. They did a horrible job and my manicure looks awful (done by Helen not Eva). Eva did a better job with my pedicure, but remained incredibly rude. Both seemed extremely rushed and not happy to be there. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I have generally liked Q Nails. Never will I ever go back to Q Nails, nor do I recommend that you go back.

My nails came out horrible, the lady first put the wrong color, then she forgot to put the top coat on my shellac and tried to fix it which just made it worse. Never coming here again.

Great place and service. Clean and mask required. One will be provided if you forget yours. They also offer bottled water.

My go to place for nail care for over 3 years. Im always greeted with a smile and by my name. Amazing ladies that offer great service... Loan hands down is the best. They offer from your regular manicure to powder dip, acrylic, pedicure, massages, and waxing. Ive always left this establishment satisfied. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this salon since it first opened and it is now under new and excellent management and continues to be terrific. The technicians are topnotch.They are polite, friendly and very professional and do a wonderful job. I have all of my manicures and pedicures done here and will continue to do so. The atmosphere is excellent. The salon is clean. All instruments are sterilized and the pedicure tubs are always lined with fresh plastic for each customer. I highly recommend this terrific place.

Fast good quality work staff is nice

While the service was nice, she kept pushing me to take extras in very broken English. I was very relaxed, and all I heard was, that okay? I wasnt really sure what she said, so I just nodded and said, thats good. Lesson learned. I appreciate the places where they have a written menu with the services and prices so that you can point.I will return to the place where the salon worker handed me a laminated menu of services every time she asked if I wanted an additional service, allowing me to read a description in English, along with the price.

The ladies are very nice and try their best to make you happy.

It’s hard to believe that I’ve been going to do my nails here since I moved to Houston in 2010. Wow! Great trustworthy place to do your mani and pedi and even waxing. New manager Yen is a lot better than the previous. She pays close attention to detail, has a positive attitude and an amazing selection of nail polish. I recommend Oahn. She is amazing at waxing too! Thank you guys, I feel like we’re family now :-) P.S: prices are a little high, not extremely.

Very poor service. Went in for simple color change. Thuy nail tech is horrible she filed my toes. And polished my toes not my nails. Had an attitude when I asked her to fix it. Then I told the lady at the front desk and she was like what am I supposed to do.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Very nice place. Plenty of staff on hand meant they had no trouble accomadating my walk in visit. Comfortable chair, and offered a beverage. Oanh and Suzi did a nice job on my feet and hands, which was a nice trick since I hadnt gotten a proper pedicure or manicure in at least 6 months. Really liked the sea salt massage and wax for my feet.

Looks are deceiving. I wanted a basic manicure. As she seated me the towels to rest my hands on were dirty. She said sorry and turned it over. That side was dirty too! The station was dirty aswell no room to sit my purse aside. I just walked out. What a waste of trying to pamper myself. Now its time for bible study. Im going to start a food and spa blog. We all love to eat and pamper ourselves. I will be honest about all I experience.

Such a great nail salon with very decent price.I asked for both deluxe manicure and pedicure but I only had to spend $30. The technicians did their job professionally and they were friendly too. I always fely free to ask for any service that I wanted. A comfortable feeling at this salon makes me satisfied each time coming.

I got Shellac done here 3 weeks ago by Thien, and no chips yet!! Plus I got a lovely 15-min shoulder massage and my total was only $40. Definitely coming back here again.

I have been going here for years. Today I went in and got a spa manicure and spa pedicure with shellac. Ha did my manicure and Chau did my pedicure. What an awesome team! They were phenomenal! I would have to say that Ha did the best job on my nails that I have ever had! Not only are they shaped perfect, but edging around my cuticles are sleek and perfect! I didnt think my nails could look this good. I usually do not make appointments nor ask for anyone in particular when I get my nails done, but I made sure to book an appointment with them for next time before I left the salon. Absolutely would recommend them!! Great job!

Im a dude and always go there. Since they decided to not service a lady with her service dog my family and I will never go there again. Not one to care for other people but that was wrong of them to turn her away for a medical reason. Have fun in court.

Great nail salon! I love that I can take the little ones with me to get their nails done too! A nice relaxing section for me... and a fun section with princess chairs for the little ones.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wanted a full set of nails with chrome powder. Debbie was the one who did my nails. This was my first time here. I told her about 4 times I wanted the coffin nail shape, she looked up at me minutes later and asked if I wanted round or squared nails. The other nail tech Helen told her what I had asked for. This lady seemed to be in such a hurry and anxious. She did not take her time, did not make conversation. By the time she was done filing my nails I saw my thumb nail was shaped too short and thin. She wasnt understanding and kept filing AGAIN Helen had to correct her. She had to soak my nail off and redo it again. She then started applying the chrome powder with a sponge eyeshadow brush. She rubbed into my nails so hard that the plastic broke through and scratches 6 of my nails. I tried to tell her they were scratched and she shook it off saying the gel polish would smooth it out. It did not. Again...HELEN fixed it but my nails are still extremely uneven and I have powder all on my cuticles. For $60 Im going back today asking them for my money back and have them remove them.

Came here to get my nails done at 4, I figured 2 hours is way more than enough time to do a full set, the technician I got was a little short and it seemed she didnt know what I was asking I kept having to show her a picture... mind you I didnt ask for a design or anything out of the ordinary. The two times I asked her to correct something she rolled her eyes. By 5:45 shes done and my nails look decent.. whatever right?.. I can live with it. Then I asked for an eyebrow wax, I asked her to thin them out she spends 5 minutes on my eyebrows pulls out the tweezers pinches my skin two or three times, then we she goes to show me they hardly looked any different she cleaned the little hairs thats all.. I could have done that myself like are you kidding me, I asked her to thin them out a little more she said it wont suit my face. Did I ask if it would suit my face...no! I asked her to thin them out a little more she said I can come back tomorrow because it was 6:00 and they were closed. Really?? So she already knows Im unhappy and then when I go to pay she charges.me $65 dollars, then expects a tip so I put $5. Then she looks at me like Im some kind of monster for only tipping $5... are you kidding me, this was horrible. For the price Im paying I would expect to have had better service, and great looking nails. The technicians name was Oahn, nothing against her personally but I would not recommend her as a technician due to the poor service and attitude provided and I would not recommend q nails anymore considering they couldnt spare another 5 minutes to make corrections on my nails or eyebrows. My nails have lumps and air bubbles and my eyebrows look untouched.

Clean and does a really great job. Usually a manicure only lasts a few days, but I got a full week. Upgrading to a deluxe pedi is 100% worth it!

Getting a pedicure by Phi is the absolute worst. She cut to much of my cuticle, didnt apologize even after I told her it really hurt. She only rubbed lotion on my legs for 30 seconds & the same for scrubbing my feet. I wear high heels all the time so I had to ask her twice to scrub the ball of my feet & heels. She was busy looking around and not paying attention to my feet. Ive been here several times & service has been good, but this Vista definitely changed my opinion.

This was my first time here and it was a terrible experience. My daughter and I got mani-pedi combos. They had two people working on us at all times, racing through their jobs. Youre packed into a small space with two people working on the people sitting next to you as well. So the entire time it was shuffling and moving around. They had to move my purse about 6 times because there wasnt any room for it. My daughters manicure was decent however mine already needs to be redone...from yesterday. She didnt get the polish all the way to the top, edges and bottom of most of my nails because she was racing to finish and move on to the next customer. It was stressful and after $118 including tip, I have to go somewhere else to pay to have my nails redone. I will NOT be back!

9 hours after having the special polish for my pedicure the paint came off when I put on some slippers. I was told it would last longer than reg polish. I will call first thing tomorrow and see what their remedy is.Mrs. Beach

First time here today and Helena did a awesome job on my eyebrows, It was a very nice place cant wait to return!

Nice manicurists and fast service at a reasonable price.

They used a drill on my shallac to remove it, which I hated. It makes my nails terribly thin. I was not impressed by their collection of shellac nail colors, so I opted for bubble bath, thinking there was no way they could screw that up. My nails look patchy and uneven. Won’t be returning.

Great place to get a pedicure.

I went there for one service back in the early spring and I was so satisfied with the results I went back for another later. The team is made of very attentive people and the owner is an incredible warm and loving person and one whos definitely earned my respect and my business.

Just moved to Houston, wanted a manicure, but got a chunk of my finger cut off!!! Was there around lunch time AND my finger IS STILL BLEEDING! I do hope my finger doesnt get infected!!! BTW, it was a young gentleman that was tryn to give me my manicure!!!! He did apologize, but none of the other workers said anything to me,, I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THERE,,,THEY COULDNT ASK IF I WAS OK?? OR OFFER FREE SERVICE,,,LIKE I WOULD TAKE IT!!!

Wonderful staff! They are nice and engage you as you wish.Its great quality and very affordable!I went with my sister-in-law and got a shellac mani, regular mani, regular pedi, mini neck and foot massages and paraffin wax on hands and feet - all for $68!!This is now my go-to place.

Walked in on a Saturday and sat down right away. One of the best pedicures Ive ever had!

Michelle did my pedicure she did an awesome job

Terrible job. Nail technician removed the toe spacer before my nails were dry, one of my toes curves in toward the next, I said something about that but she insisted they werent going to touch. She also put so much polish on my big toe that it didnt dry solid until several hours later and got completely scraped up within minutes of leaving the shop. I will not be back.

Went in for a manicure and came out looking like my fingers went through a wood chipper.
