Super clean and very nice ladies

The 1 star is because the pedicure was nice.I came in on a Thursday and got a full set color powder. The tech Lynn said, if I want coffin shaped nails then it is better to have them long. I got them long as she suggested. The entire process took 3 hours. One nail was chipped on the surface of the acrylic but she painted over it and said come back the next day and she would fix it. I couldnt come back the next day because I didnt work and this shop is close to my job, not my home. So in between Thursday night and Tuesday, 4 nails have split horizontally. Im at the shop now and so far I have been waiting 20 minutes.If you zoom in you can see where the nail split and I had to super glue it back together.

In and out great service!

This place was around the corner, so I decided to try them on a Saturday morning. Showed up a little after 10 for a pedicure with no appointment. No wait, kind reception, and was quickly given a seat. Great value and wonderful service. Even decided to get eyebrows done and they are fabulous.

This is the only place I go for the treatment, the ladies are amazing and I can count on leaving here feeling refreshed and energized. My 20 digits look well groomed for not a lot of digits out of my pocket. Give them a visit!

Ive been coming here for almost 5 yrs. They are always so nice and greet you by name. Annie does my acrylics and Kelly does my pedicure, they are amazing! Love them!

Where do I begin. I’m not one to leave reviews... but my goodness. When I was getting my nails done “Annie” paid 50% of her time looking around and worrying about other customers coming in instead of focusing on the awful job she was doing. I noticed at one point where she got up and didn’t even buff my other hand. Lumpy, thick with air bubbles. I had to cut the dang things myself afterwards because they were so freaking long I couldn’t even pull my pants up. The pictures really don’t justify how bad it was. At least my pedicure was mediocre. Never again. “Pictures are the green nails”

The lady did my finger nails nice. But another lady just washed and paint my toe nails for 40. Not a great price for that type of work on my feet. I spent a total of 85.

Passed by here on the way to galleria. Super reasonable prices! Customer service was great and there’s a lady named Lori that gives back massages while you’re getting your pedicure and she’s amazing! Very pleased, I’ll be back with my daughter. They have these cute little pink chairs in the area for little girls to get pampered as well 😊

I have been scouring Houston to find a good nail salon. Seems like I have gone to 100 different places. No more. This is by far the best nail salon in all of Houston. CLEAN, EXCELLENT SERVICE and SKILLED PROFESSIONAL. My nails have never looked this good. Also did I mention reasonable prices?

Annie is the BEST nail technician in Houston. The entire staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and the prices are the most affordable in the area. Smile.

Ive always been one to jump around with nails salons. Mainly because none were just great enough to go back. Well this one is! They pay attention to detail and take their time to make sure your nails look good. Plus its reasonably priced. I feel I get more than what I paid for!

Very bad service here. Was quoted one price when we arrived then they upped the price while my girlfriend was getting the nails done. They do not have a menu that provides details outside of “manicure for $30” and could not explain their markup.They threatened to leave the nails half done if we did not pay then took my card which was laying on the counter and swiped it.The nails look decent though

I used to really like coming to this nail salon. Unfortunately, the quality of services has changed a lot since it opened up about 4 years ago. The employees don’t really seem to care much for the customer, and do a poor job. I tried to give them multiples chances thinking that maybe it was just a certain technician but it was not the case.

Extremely fast service

Hanna is the best! I have been her twice now and love Hanna. SHe did the best flower design on my toes and the price was still good. I would go back for sure for a pedi.

Disappointed in how my nails turned out. Got an acrylic fill and they look terrible. Extremely thick with multiple air bubbles. I wanted square shape but they did square round which is not what I wanted. Never will go back. Was excited because they were close to school and I saw good reviews but it was not worth it. Regretting going here.

The Staff mocked and talked about me in their native language. A client that came in after me was taken ahead of me without the staff even asking me if that would be okay even though I was receiving two Services. Not all customers are being required to wear a mask and the staff does not wash their hands between customers. Beware.

Well ladies and gentlemen, sadly this was an awful experience. A lady named Hellen gave me my pedicure. First, the water was SCORCHING HOT, and she said no its fine. Second, she was so rough on my feet I asked her twice to be gentle and slow down. It feel like this woman was moving 112mph on my toes. Third, the hot stones were SO hot they basically burned off my leg hairs. FOURTH, when she finally finishes, she bumps her arm into my foot and messes up 3 toes. Last but definitely not least, her finished product included a terribly low cut on my nails, 110% uneven and crooked, and down right UGLY. Im so disappointed in this place as its about my 4th time. Honestly I think it was Hellen, but her customer service and skill set was a no for me. Good luck.

The quality of the service provided here is excellent! The prices are less expensive and the service is better here than nail salons in the surrounding area.

NONSENSE MY NAILS LOOK HORRIBLE. I got them done today by Tina or whoever and my nails are LUMP and chipping! This is less than 8 hours later. RIDICULOUS

Whom ever the lady was who did my eyebrows, didn’t do good at all, wasn’t trying to clean them up until after I said something , then she didn’t even put anything on them after wards. My eyebrows look the same as when I came in. Horrible service , just let anybody do whatever around that place
