This was my first time coming here but it wont be my last. I believe Ive found a new nail shop. They are open later and I was so happy with my work. The pedicure was AMAZING... that woman rubbed me into oblivion and my feet felt like I was walking on air. My full set is still looking fresh after a week. I love this place!

I would give them 5 stars because my nails look really nice but I didn’t get what I paid for. So I originally went In for a full set w/ powder but I changed my mind I decided I wanted to try a solar set. So normally I would look it up because it would’ve been my first solar set and I wanted to make sure I got it right. I didn’t have my phone so I couldn’t. I asked the guy what a solar full set is and he told me what it was... so I said okay. I got home and looked it up . He didn’t do it right at all. He used a fake nail when he wasn’t suppose to. it’s just suppose to be like a acrylic overlay. So basically they gave me a full set w/ acrylic and over charged me $10..

Beware I have been going here for at least 11 months but they definitely DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. The mans work is great but has a nasty attitude. Last time I went He tried to over charge me by 15 for the same exact thing I got last time. Plus 5 of it was for a take off not a soak. They are price gouging people. After almosta year ill find another place

They have the worst customer service. I went in for pedi easy... my nail polish is just ugly and no clean up of their mistakes. The lady kept yelling because I didnt understand her. Maam yelling will not get you no where. First and last time ever going there.

The worst as far as customer service and atmosphere. I must admit I really do like my nails, but not enough to go back. I will take my money elsewhere. They also ask for you DL# if you dont pay with cash. They are rude and extremely unprofessional and thats an understatement! Dont waste your time coming here.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Unfortunately I can’t give a -1 star. Poorly and expensive job. They were RUDE, and the lady made me get up to pay for it in the middle of the process otherwise she wouldn’t paint my nails (????) I asked why, and she said something that I didn’t understand because her English was so bad, then she got mad because I said that I didn’t understand, then she started yelling at me in Chinese, Vietnamese, I don’t know wft that language was. I was so frustrated. Really disappointed and will NEVER return.

Worst experience ever. Tall skinny woman, glasses, walked with a limp. VERY RUDE!!! The man was rude as well. She rushed me the whole time, & as you can see, my nails are not straight & instead of completely fixing my nail, she just put powder ontop because she was lazy. With all the other nail salons in the area, im surprised that they are still in business.

BEWARE ONE OF THE WORST NAIL TECHS EVER!!!!! Worst service ever ok so I made an appt with CHRISTINA I heard that she was a good nail tech one of my friends referred me to her the very 1st appt that she made she was late Im talking like 30 mints late than had the audacity to get made with me that she made an appt that she was late to she was putting all sorts of negative things on her fb page I just deleted her so I wouldnt get out of character. She did my nails once guys, so a couple weeks ago she was suppose to be doing my nails again she played like she was sick and had her make believe sister inbox me saying that she was sick and wouldnt be able to do my nails I understood and went to another nail shopFriday 3/17/17 she set up StyleSeat thats where you go so your clients can make appts I really wasnt familiar with it so I told her that I wanted to come Friday 3/24 appt that she acknowledge to come the day of my appt I sent her a confirmation my appt she sent me a message via fb saying that shes sick again Im like girl bye Im done she is not professional and very unpredictable Im never going back there and she has lost my business forever! Shes the type of nail tech she dont follow up with her appts and if you go there you have to wait like 3 ppl in front of you baby please this is houston you can go anywhere and get nails done ✌🏽

Came here with my sister on August 26th , she was getting a soak off because of a few nails being broke , the y’all dude who works here was assisting her , at one point he was hurting her fingers , she asked if he can be a little more gentle on her nails , he shrugged his shoulders multiple times saying something but she couldn’t understand him , he continued to be rough but she still sat there to finish .. once that process was done she asked if one of her nails that had broken would burn he stated with an attitude “ I DON’T KNOW , I DON’T KNOW” then got up to walk away , will never come here again , we both also live in the neighborhood was the closest one open on a Sunday .. SAVE YOUR MONEY, very bad customer service
