I got my toes done at this place and i really liked how it came out! forgot the name of the lady but she was super kind. i went with the pamper me package and it was awesome - came with massages on my shoulders and neck. their massage chair was actually working and the shop was clean and organized. i think the pricing was a bit expensive because i did shellac on my toes and it came out $68. Didnt question the price then but now that I think about it, its a bit more than I thought.

My fourth time there today but had the rudest nail tech today. The place was empty for a Friday afternoon. Expressed what I wanted but when I wouldnt accept up charge for added service she started to rush me. Id to ask her to skip the polish part because Im not about to walk out of there with nails like a 5 year old did them the rate she was going..... tipped hope she uses it for some ice to chill!

The service was good. However, Mimi who did my manicure cut me 3 times while cutting my cuticles. Normally that happens once or twice so I dont throw a big fit but the third time it bled quite a lot and I still have a scab a day later. Though she was apologetic once she noticed I was in pain I do not recommend going to her to get a manicure.

Great service. Clean nail salon. This is a place where I can get my nails to last for a very long time. I had a poor experience my second time here and they fixed it perfect without any issues. Prices a little over average, but totally worthy. The best pedicure I have had so far in the states. The lady actually clean my toe nails and took the time to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain.Great options to choose from. Good products.I would recommend it for sure.🙌🏼😉

I really like this nail place. Brought my friend the day before her wedding and she was very satisfied. I really like April she always does a great job with my odd request from tribal nails to ombre French. See pics. The best part (pardon the pun) hands down is the speed. They always have plenty of techs and I have NEVER waited. Even though they are fast they are good. Nothing worse than spending 4 hours every two weeks to get your nails done and have a nail fall off a day later. Very clean. Really happy I checked the mail and found a coupon. PS they discount a little bit if you pay cash so bring cash and save a little bit!

I came here and I thought this place was fine. But it’s NOT! After they did my nails I got fungus infection and all my nails are hurting and super weak, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Cindy + staff are wonderful! Every single nail technician at this location is incredible. My gel manicure lasts at minimum two weeks without lifting or chipping. Truly great quality products and service. Best salon I’ve found in Houston.

I love it here!. Cindy is just such a sweet person. Very good quality work, she did a powder pink manicure and really liked the results. The place is clean and super chic. Ill definitely return to try the pedicure and facials. It is perfect to go with a girlfriend for a Me Time!.

Unfortunately, I havent had a technician be able to recreate/match a nail design that I find online which is why I stopped getting them done here. Aside from that, the pedicures, manicures, staff & facility are great. Ive never encountered any rude employees or felt rushed (despite me arriving near closing time). Tim is by far my favorite; he is attentive, polite, and makes sure youre happy with your visit.

Beautiful Nail Salon with ample staff and chairs. I came in with a terrible acrylic job from another salon and the owner made them look amazing she filed them to an appropriate shape and introduced me to dip powder. My pedicure was also great $27 includes massage and deep callus removal. Will return!!!❤️❤️❤️

Never had my nails filed down so thin as they did. I had cracks form on my dip just two days after having it done here. Have been getting dip on my nails for 2 years and never had this happen before.

As another reviewer said, there are so many places to go to and I wouldnt recommend this place. The staff is disorganized, they do not listen to what you want and are low key rude. The color we chose was no where near what we wanted. When I called attention to that I got basically I dont know what to tell you. Dont be fooled by the fancy decor as it masks the reality. We wont stray from our other location ever again.

Is 20 min away from my house, the drive is definitely WORTH IT!!! Cindy is my person, she takes care of my nails so much, she really care and listen to me of what I want and is best for my nails. 100% recommend if you never being here.

I needed a quick eyebrow wax and this place was close so I stopped by, the place is beautiful and there was no wait time. She left my eyebrows so thin and one eyebrow was thinner than the other, one has a rounded arch and the other one has a pointy arch. That’s what I get for cheating on my eyebrow lady.

Took my wife there and she loved the way they treated her. She was so convincing about how good they were that I even got a pedicure for myself. My first time ever getting one but it was pretty good.

If you want superb customer service, Nails of America is the best place to go in the Memorial area. I have made this my go-to nail place for the past 9 months now, and ALL of the staff that I’ve encountered are extremely helpful and organized. In fact, I even made a late appointment for my sister-in-law and I to get a mani/pedi 30 minutes before they closed, and they STILL took us. They even took their time giving us wonderful service despite it being well past closing time. The ladies didn’t have to do that, especially since it was starting to get dark out. I really appreciate that they care about their clients so much.Thank you!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

This is definitely my favorite nail spa and the only one I go to! The salon is very clean and well maintained. The decor here is absolutely gorgeous and the staff here is always so sweet and friendly. The owner here knows everyone by name and treats everyone like family. My shellac and dip powder can stay on for up to 3 WEEKS with no chipping or lifting at all what so ever. Im always very pleased with the service here. And highly recommend this nail spa to anyone that is looking to unwind after a busy day. You can also host parties here, from little girls birthdays to a bridal mani-pedi party. They also offer complimentary wine here too!

I’ve gone in a few times and had overall good experiences, but the last time I went I had a lady that was awful. Maybe she was in a bad mood as she seemed to be in a huge rush to get it all over with, but my pedi was painful as she cut my cuticles and each toe bled, then she put my hands in scalding water and I said it was too hot for me (and I have mom hands that can deal with hot water!) she laughed. Didn’t do anything about it just kept telling me to put my hands in. I’m not even a week out with my gel manicure and it’s peeling up on several fingers :( sad that it’s so close and I need to find another place.

My go to nails salon, I live about 30 minutes away and still make the drive because it’s just that good. Cindy and her staff are always attentive and sweet and I can’t seem to resist the variety of services and polishes they offer!

Let me first start off by saying that I have never written a negative review. I am very easy to please and was looking forward to a relaxing hour at this nail salon. While the salon is clean and my nails do look very nice, the rating is for the staff. I get my nails done every so often and understand basic knowledge, but I was mocked and told we need to get you up to speed on the nail world when I didnt say the correct nail lingo. One staff member walked away from me because I was told that he and the others dont like doing French nails. They made it very clear they thought myself and my mother were idiots. In short, Houston is a big place with many salons and I would suggest going elsewhere.

Ive come here several times, its either fantastic or awful. Today was awful. They stick you at a chair with lukewarm water and get an attitude for no reason. Im always friendly and tip well but its all lost on the ladies here. Theyre rude, unprofessional, and seem to be bothered that people come in for pedicures, interrupting their cell phone conversations. Which they continue even while youre there. Its a real shame because you can tell the owner works hard to have a nice shop. Unfortunately she wasnt there today. We wont be back. Not worth the money or the headache.

Surprised to see that others have had a good experience at this nail salon. I have gone twice and will not go back and would not recommend to anyone. The nail polish is shoved in a dark corner where you can barely see to pick out your color, the store was dirty both times I have been in, and was not impressed with my pedicure. My sister has gone with me to get Shelac and has left disappointed as well where the polish was on the edges of her fingers and started peeling almost immediately. Also more expensive compared to other nail salons in the area.

As I am new to this area, I visited this place only to be disappointed. They were not very busy and were not rude but just not friendly at all. Its very unusual for a nail salon. Not going back!
