I told the lady a specific style and she was trying to not finish it I was leaving then she said for the design it was an extra $20. I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes for them to start,they don’t even greet you when you come in.

I was in the market for a new nail salon and I picked a great spot! The salon was clean and the ladies were nice and took their time. The prices are very reasonable!

Brought my grandma here for a pedicure and mani and we had the best experience. The ladies here were gentle and took their time. Loved my pedicure and my grandmas nails look amazing. They also have lots of selection of dip powders. And place was very clean we were so happy we picked this place. Very well priced and great service. The ladies were more than sweet to us.

Very disappointed in the last few months I’ve noticed there customer service getting worse. The last time I got my nails done and a pedicure the prices have went up dramatically. Also while there I witnessed a lady getting her eyelashes done and the tech did them wrong she trying to tell her and show the lady yelled and told her to go. So I been going here for a pretty long time they don’t remember you and don’t offer drinks. During the summer it’s hot no AC. The techs rush threw and shape nails horribly they charge for it but won’t tell you it’s extra. I recently went in Monday to do the whole works. While trying pick out my colors another lady came in after me. I was told at first to sit down at the table then told me to go do pedicure then they sit the lady down and start on her. I go to the chair was totally ignored I had to figure out how to let myself into the chair I took a seat. They never came to get the chair and water ready for me. So I said that’s the last time I be here and walked out and will not be going back. I will stick to Atlantis Nail Bar for now on where they treat you so much better and make drinks for you and do an excellent job. This was during the WEEK and it wasn’t very busy.

Lee is the man! Hes quick and careful. Does a great job. Prices always vary depending what I am having done but overall great. Pedicures could be a little better. Not my favorite place to get a Pedicure.

They are NOT HONEST about prices. They said 33$ for powder and charged 47$. The manager or owner attended us and she was really rude I’m sure she charged that much because she did the work herself. The work was not the best and rushed

Worst manicure I have ever received! I paid extra money for shellac only to have my nails start chipping less than a week later. I returned to get them redone and the lady accuses me of messing with chemicals. Im pregnant and completely stay away from anything that could hurt my baby, yet the lady acts like its all my fault that my nails are ruined! And I paid EXTRA money so I could get shellac! She agrees to redo my nails, and now THREE DAYS LATER, theyre chipping again!!! Ive gotten my nails done at different places and never have I seen such bad work AND service. Dont even get me started on the shape of my cuticle and the rough treatment it got. I definitely will not be going back here

Horrible!!! They all suck! I was cut 3 times by the lady with all the makeup on her face...yea know she looks like Miss Piggy with Ramen noodle for her hair. They have decent prices, but Id rather pay the $55 at Sky Nails then ever go back here again. Dont waste your money!! Toodle-loo!

Every time I come here they never greet you wait till youve been siting down for 10/20 minutes to tell you they have a 30 minute wait just to get your eyebrows done..Like I havent been sitting here for 20 already they are very rude also I do not recommend Ive gave them so many chances cause they do nice work

The lady did amazing on my nails but was way too rough on my cuticles,they are bruised and were bleeding.She had a flask behind her workspace in plain view and talked on her cell phone the majority of the time.I would go back simply for the price,not looking to have my cuticles beat up when Im attempting to spoil myself.

My rating is due to a few reasons:I went in the nail shop one day and had been going there since I moved to Houston to get my nails and eyebrows done, and it was being done fine until one day I went there. The woman that started off doing my nails, and eyebrows thats who I wanted to keep doing them because she does a very good job. But, one day I went in there to get the stuff done, and I wanted her to do them but I didnt see her at first so another was about to do them, but then the woman that does them came out from the back. So I told the other lady thats the one that always do my nails, and I wanted her to do them now since I see shes here. Well I guess she didnt feel like being bothered with doing something at the moment, and she screwed up my nails, and my eyebrows intentionally on purpose. So when she was done f-ing me over I tipped her to show her kindness even though she messed up my nails, and eyebrows to make her feel like shyt, and I left the shop saying that I wouldnt go back there ever again. To much money to just throw away because someone at work had their head up their azz. You can good there off you like, but dont let the men do your nails because theyre not really good like the women on doing someones nails.

Not pleased at all...in seven days had to go back five times already! How can I be treated as if its my fault??? Nails still popping up and left number for Tammie to call me; I have not heard from her yet...

The lady was in a rush so she was pretty rough worth my hands and cut my cuticles a couple of times, and the shapes of my nails are inconsistent. I told her one was crooked and filed it a little to fix it but still left to crooked. Also I told her I wanted my nails shorter and she still left them long. I wouldnt go back.
