First of all, I just got this set last Thursday. I waited an hour before someone helped me. They dont have much variety to choose from. Paid $40. All I wanted was for this set to be square. They dont look square at all. & to top it off, one nail already broke. So not worth it, I had heard good things about this place, therefore I had high expectations. Sadly, my visit wasnt that great. Time management sucks here, & the shape of the nails as well. Will not be returning.

The ladies and gentleman here are awesome. They treat you like family and do an amazing job.

I love the atmosphere and the staff the only issue I have is it’s only been one week with my shellac and it already peeled and started lifting not worth $25

Great service. Good.prices clean. Friendly staff who speak English and engage you. There is ample parking . Reasonably priced fast good service . Ask for Kathy for manicure and Maya for pedicure both very nice and very good at what they do a pleasant experience.

Cathy, Maya, Tim and Lynn do a nice job and are polite. The problem is the disorganization regarding cleaning equipment, appointments and wait times. If you make an appointment you can still end up waiting 45 minutes. Mimi, the owner, will say “yes come, we are free” but in reality they are quite busy. She will never say this to a customer, so plan to spend two hours before drying time. If you do not make an appointment you may experience the same wait time. It is not upscale, it is pedestrian, so waiting that long is annoying. Other reviewers also note the ridiculous wait times so I probably should have read the reviews more closely.

Lynn is the best at doing nails I have been going here for over 15 years.

What a great day when you can find a type of normalcy like getting your hair cut. Heights Salon (Mark) does that. He immediately put things in place to make me feel safe. It’s was already super clean but now he has put in place and added what is recommended by CDC and more but what really takes it to another level is what he does on a personal level. If you have a fear even with implantations in place he suggests coming with hair already wet, he will cut outside with a fan going and you can leave from there. He wants to be safe and do what it takes to make you feel safe. Can you ask for anything more? In a crazy world, thank you Mark for giving me some normalcy and spiffing me up a bit. See you next month.

I was told a 5 minute wait instead was left sitting in the water for almost 40 minutes before someone tried to come do my nails and no one bothered to even apologize i had to ask for a towel to dry off so i could leave

I have been coming to this salon on and off for years. Ive had my hair, nails, and eyebrows done here on various occasions. It all has been great. However, last week, when I had my eyebrows done, I was burned with the wax right below my left eyebrow. I definitely felt it, but didnt see the burn until I actually came home hours later. Its now a very noticeable scar. I will no longer come to this place. Now, when I look in the mirror, all I see is the scar. I hope one day, it will be less visible. If you are coming for eyebrows, please proceed with caution.

Tim did my nails (Gel)... my nails last for 3 weeks and Im a clinician that lives a very active lifestyle.

Had a good experience. Mimi did my eyebrows and my feet. She was very nice and easy to talk to. The only negative was that I had to tell her to use a new pumice stone on my feet because she was about to use an old one. Secondly, it doesnt look like they clean their tools very well. I was fortunate enough that she also used a new one on my feet as well. I am very picky so these are things that I look at. My feet turned out really nice despite that. For sure I WILL return for my eyebrows she did a BOMB job!!

Tim was amazing! I was promptly acknowledged and taken care of, Tim was very attentive to my needs! He was meticulous in his work, and did a great job on my shellac! The prices were wonderful, and everybody is friendly. I will definitely be coming back here.

I come here for haircuts - Mimi does a great job with long layers, blow out/style are included for one low price. Pack your patience, she is skilled and very reasonably priced so she has a lot of clients. The entire staff are very nice and Mimi is a delight!

I just had the best experience getting my hair colored and cut by Mimi at Heights Salon!Ive been looking for someone to do my highlights in Houston for a while now, and this is the third place Ive tried. Not only did it end up costing just a little more than HALF of what Im usually charged (I have long and very thick hair so I usually get charged significantly extra for it...), she meticulously went through ALL of my hair, even on the bottom (many places Ive tried, they get tired or lazy and the highlights underneath look choppy/sparse) and my two hour appointment ended up being four. While I dont love sitting for that long, I so so so appreciate that she took the time to be thoughtful and thorough with my hair.Anyway, I love it and have officially found my Houston hair home! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

A decent haircut for a reasonable price. My only issue was the whole place smelled like nail polish; but that was to be expected. I was just happy they offered mens haircuts.

My nails ended up being incredibly droopy, lumpy, rough and uneven. They did not paint the whole nails and left the edges unpainted. I had noticed earlier I would not have paid for such a bad job.

Mimi is always such a sweet lady! She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy!

A co-worker recommended this place when I asked about a good nail salon in the area. She said she gets both her hair and nails done here so I decided to give it shot. I called ahead because I was going to go on my lunch break and I was pleased to see she was able to complete my fill/set on time. I didnt have time for a polish but she said I could come back after work and she would paint them for me! She did a great job with my overlay, most places but the acrylic/solar powder on too thick and the nails look bulky but mine look very natural now. Hopefully the polish job is just as great. I will definitely be back. Great quality work for a decent price.

No good..you could tell just by walking in..its really shabby..the stylist pulled my hair savagely as she syled it. kept telling her she was pulling too hard..nightmare

I will never get my nails done here again! First when I walked in the salon it took about 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. I told them I needed a shallac mani and pedi (which I wanted done at the same time) she told me to wait 10 minutes so I did. About 10 to 15 minutes later a lady walked in from her break and they put me in the chair to do just my nails. She asked me if I wanted a pedicure too and I explained to her I originally did but if it couldnt be done at the same time then no. Thankfully I didnt waste my money on a pedicure because my shallac manicure chipped the very next day!! Mind you I am 8 and a half months pregnant so I dont do much but eat and light housework so there is no reason my manicure should mess up so quickly!!
