I was a walk-in for a mani-pedi and they were able to accommodate me quickly. From start to finish, they were very sweet and my hands and feet feel brand new. My techs were the MOST careful when it came time for the paraffin wax treatment. I’ll be back for sure!Some COVID measures they have:-Sanitize at the front desk-Services are separated and have to be done one at a time. (No more manicures in the pedicure chair is a plus for me, it may impair your schedule if you’re under a time constraint.)-Plexiglass shields were made so you can take your mask off while seated.

Only go here if you’re white, I clearly came in before (10 minutes) the white patron. She requested the same service as me, regular pedicure and gel nails. They started on our pedicures at the same time. Neither one of us had an appointment. They decided to start her gel nails so she would be done first, accommodate her I guess while I had to wait—there was only one person doing gel nails. I ended up leaving 1 hour after her. I’ll find somewhere else to go. I could’ve left a $200 tip if I wanted to—I was feeling good that day (until this happened). Be careful how you treat others based off their looks. Never again.

I havent had a chance to write a review on Google until now. So I was here about 3 weeks ago and I asked for acrylics and twice they tried to put dip on my nails. Excuse my language but my nails really looked like sh_it! Never again! 👎👎👎

I got a pedicure with my daughter this past week and was amazed on how detailed they were. This was my first time getting a pedicure and felt like my teenage self again when my feet were done. Highly recommend!

Jannie did an AMAZING job on my nails! From the shape, to the length, and just the overall quality; Jannie really did exactly what I was looking for. The fill went right down to my cuticles and the French ombré gradient was awesome. My nails were so good my boyfriend proposed to me ;) Thank you!!

The place is very clean and sanitize. I haven’t been out for so long and my nails looking horrible. I came and got the shellac manicure and thanks to Jonathan now they look so pretty. Also they have 30% discount on all the services too until 11/19 which is great. I will come back for sure before the promotion ends. Love it!!!!

I love House of Nails! I would follow Lisa anywhere - and I did follow her here from another salon. No one has ever been able to give me the shape I was looking for and Lisa finally did. I have been coming here for several months after using a couple salons in the area.This is by far THE BEST. I get the dip nails and they look natural, not thick. Kim is meticulous!! The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend!

They were so nice and respectful although, we changed our minds variety of times . very nice setting as well . not to forget i loved my nails 😍 offering us beverages was just the cherry on top. Prices could be a little steeper but overrall .recommended

House of Nails has the Best Massage Chairs in Houston! I have been to a lot of nail salons and this place has the best massage chairs. The service is okay. I was a walk-in on a weekday, and was the only customer. The lady in charge was fast and efficient on my hands, but started yelling at the girl doing my pedicure. After the girl doing my pedicure used the wand with several sand papers, the lady in charge started yelling at her, saying she was too slow, then took over and used the cheese grater on the bottom of my feet. Although they were nice to me, I probably won’t go back.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. I am an 18 year old girl, granite, I have been told I look younger. I get into the salon and I wait for the artist to come. They give me a book of what type of pedicure I would like. I selected the spa treatment. The $35 option. The lady finally comes and starts trimming my nails. After about 5 minutes, she gets up and goes to the front. I didn’t think much about it, but after about 10 minutes I start to wonder where she went. I look over and realize she has started someones manicure... “thats odd,” I thought. After 25-30 min, she finally heads back over to me. She sits down and hurriedly slaps one clear coat of polish on my toenails. Then she leaves. I was shocked. A total of about 5 min were spent on my pedicure. Then they have the audacity to charge me $20 for that service. It was truly the worst service I have ever received from a nail salon. Do not go here unless you want to be neglected for another customer.

Loooooove this place. The technicians are always so nice. Literally stumbled upon this jewel after work one early evening last year and was so impressed with my nails that I keep coming back. Janni is the best and I am always satisfied with the quality.

I was a walkin and they took me right away. I also asked them if they could finish a refill and shellac in an hour because I had somewhere to be. Kenny did my nails and finished them up in time and they were absolutely perfectly. I will definitely be coming back here. Especially to Kenny

Worst experience.. needed a full set and she “couldn’t” help me cause someone else was coming. I’m confused if they only take appointments or if they welcome walk-ins. WONT BE GOING BACK. I’ll take my money else where.

I went here previously when it was ran under a different name. At first the new ownership still had the same people but now the technicians are all new people to the location and I had 2 bad rounds of shallac manicure and wont go back.

I was working here and I dont recommend this place to anyone,also the owner keep the clients tips and she wont give it to employees,she didnt give me my tips.I wish I could give them negative 5 star.
