Amazing!! I would highly recommend this nail shop. The name says it all you definitely feel like a VIP here. The salon is beautiful, relaxing and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Service was above and beyond. They have a huge selection of color selections. Hands down the best nail salon in the area. Location is perfect, simply cannot give enough compliments or reviews! I started going to this nail spa back in May 2020 when I moved to the apartment behind the strip center, admittedly only due to proximity. BUT I have been going to this location exclusively since! I have had just about every nail technician and I get a good manicure EVERY SINGLE TIME - appointment or walk-in! This is the only place I have ever been where my cuticles have NEVER been maimed and Ive never been disappointed by color or quality. I plan to use this nail spa as long as I live in the Houston area. Would definitely recommend!

VIP Nails & Spa on Louetta Rd is phenomenal! They are very professional and inviting. Not to mention the tasty complimentary egg rolls they offer every Saturday and Sunday. I enjoyed my experience so much on Saturday, I brought my daughter back on Sunday! Special thanks to Lillian & Hal!!

Literally will never go somewhere else now. I tend to feel very out of place in nail salons since Ive had only 2 other manicures in my life. I dont know what options there are and always feel pressured to upgrade or add on. I also feel awkward asking for something different like a certain shape and it almost makes you feel like you are a burden. Not here!!!!Jenny, my nail tech, was a doll. She was kind and gentle and so helpful and Ill certainly mention she massages your arm like a freaking dream 😍 I went with my sisters, one of whom is getting married in a few days, at her nail tech, Tina, was also so genuine and sweet. And her nail art was *MUAH* stunning!! They also gave us full attention which I think is hard to find in nail salons with the techs usually picking up the phone constantly or talking to eachother and ignoring you unless they have a question. At VIP, you actually feel VIP and I couldnt get enough.Side note, I tend to bite my cuticles which is why I would love to get my nails done more often but previous mail techs have darn near nail shamed me for it or have been really rough with them. Jeny was easy going around the more tender areas and didnt even mention them which made me feel very comfortable and thankful. 💅Thank you ladies for such a fantastic job and experience!

I had been referred to this place by a friend of mine & so I passed here on a Sunday, before I even went I called in & asked if they had some availability she said yes come in come in so I told her okay I’ll be there at 12:30pm she said ok. I get there and it’s only 8 minutes after my appointment and there’s is a wait I said no problem I’ll wait (even with my appointment..)Finally the lady calls me over into a pedicure chair and sits me down. I sit there for almost 40 minutes soaking my feet in cold water.. & nobody even cares to attend me or ask do you need anything or something they just sat me down so I can sit and stare at a wall / to maybe get me out the way. But nobody ever came back to check on the lady who was sitting down on a spa chair with water not even all the way up on the pedicure tub and cold water. So I got up WITH my soaking feet and I left They were very unprofessional I would not recommend I honestly had high hopes for this place but they don’t seem to care or are just negligent. I was going to get my nails done my pedicure and wax lip and eyebrows but I don’t think they deserve my business considering the way they treated me. Poor management.UPDATE: The owner cannot take criticism, she actually did not ask me if I needed a drink so I think SHE forgot, apparently.I am fully competent and remember what happened that day for the owner to make it seem like I don’t know what I’m speaking of, she definitely did not ask me a “couple times” as she states if she did I probably wouldn’t even put up a review, so on top of her statement being completely false it does not make sense if that was the case for me to complain on there poor service & like I said I understood that there was a wait I’m not dis-acknowledging that what I said if she could read is that nobody tended to me while in the spa chair, I was a sitting duck & was very unprofessional on their end. As you can see this owner is trying to make a point that is un-true, I see she’s trying to make herself look differently because these are public reviews but I will not let her be further negligent with my case or lie to make herself look good.will not be coming back here.

Went in for a pedicure with my daughter and husband, everything was fantastic! They even serve cocktails and offer homemade egg rolls on the weekends, we found our new spot.

So I live in Tomball and usually go to Gossip & Co but on Sundays they dont open around 9/10. So I used Google Maps and found this place which is conveniently located near HEB where I had to go to pick up cupcakes for my party. So I was excited to check the place out. I liked how I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I wanted a drink as I sat down. They were helpful with picking and grabbing matching colors for me. But the cons are: #1. I was persuaded by 3 different people to do acrylic after I adamantly requested dip powder and already picked out my colors. Its better for you. Only $5 more I swear I heard that Angela Johnson comedian skit in my head when she said that. I finally gave in and they were quick to look for the same colors in shellac to put on top of the acrylic. #2 the woman doing my nails was DRILLING my natural nails while trying to take my shellac polish off! Even after I told her clearly 3 times that my long nails are real and natural with nothing on top but shellac polish. I felt like I was being ignored or not taken seriously, brushed off without a care. It wasnt even a language barrier because she spoke English just fine. She needs to be more attentive and respect customers requests. After telling her again she apologized but the damage had already been done. My nail beds felt so sore afterwards. Ladies dont let them drill your nail beds. To remove shellac you simply need acetone to remove it, just wrap it with foil. #3 After the nails were done I washed me hands and was done and noticed I didnt really get a manicure even though I asked for one. No cuticle cutting, no hand massage. When I brought it up to the front desk she said theyre acrylic set doesnt include a manicure that its an extra cost. So $45 for acrylic $5 to drill off my shellac=no manicure. Good to know this info beforehand. #4 all of my nails had tiny lil circle bubbles and she tried to fix them by buffing the first layer off and reapplying a new bottle of top coat. I guess something was wrong with the first polish Very inconvenient because it made me run late to my party so I was supposed to go back the next day to fix them. But its hard going on the weekday after work. So I havent gone . #5 she didnt clean underneath the nails when i pointed them out to her she brushed it off and said its ok more protection but its not cute to have chunks of shellac hardened drips or acrylic underneath your nails. #6 its super thick and not cute Im not satisfied at all. Ill post my nails prior (lavender almond shape)to my visit and the photos of them after visiting this salon (squared shape -blue/grey/white) Overall I will not return or recommend this place to any one base on my personal experience.

I used to love this place. I hadnt been in about a year because I had a baby. I went back for the first time since then and I received horrible service. They were rushing to get out of there and had horrible customer service. I paid $40 for an orange pedicure and have tons of dry skin left on my feet after. The lady seemed annoyed to even do the pedicure in the first place and had an attitude. Then I got a full set (the black nails). It was the WORST manicure Ive ever had. They were slanted and the gel polish wasnt cured correctly so they were dull and uneven. I called the next day and asked for either a refund or another set put on. They redid the full set but I just dont feel like it was worth the $40. They are breaking and coming off. Ive never had a set do this and sadly I will no longer be a customer at VIP Nails due to the poor quality and lack of consistency.

I had tons of cuticles- never hurt me, did manicure very good and professional. I can say I’m a spoiled client. This place is worth to visit. Will be back many times!

This nail spa is amazing with not just customer service but also with keeping us safe and sanitation.

Have been going to this location since November 2019. Was very happy until the last time I went. I had taken a break from acrylics and let my nails completely regrow after 2 years solid of wearing them. I went to this location to get a red set. The lady I was familiar with and did a good job. However, when I went back a month later to get a bright orange refill, I got a tech I had never seen before and 2 things happened. First, she filed my nails down too much. Second, she used the poor quality products which eat at your nails and make them brittle. I didn’t realize this about the products at the time, but only 2 weeks after I got the nails, my thumbnail broke, splitting my actual nail off halfway horizontally. I have never had this happen in 5+ years of wearing acrylics. It also happened on my first refill after a fresh full set after letting my nails regrow completely so they were strong. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Not sure why their quality has lowered. Previously I had recommended this business to other friends but I will no longer do so as I have told them about my experience.

Didn’t really like my experience there, I wanted the nails with my initial (which I think she did a good job) and the flame on my pointer finger but instead I only got my initial, not really what I asked for. I showed her the picture and left in on the counter for her to see but she completely ignored it. One of the more simple designs I’ve gotten on my nail and one of the most expensive too.

First time so maybe a fluke, but Im not impressed at all. I got French tips on my hands and feet. Basic mani/pedi, cost $53 before tip. The filing is uneven, the polish has bubbles all through it, and the white strips are messy. There were bits of white polish all over my hands. My friend and I were heading somewhere else after that, so I didnt want to make a fuss. The massages were incredibly minimal, and the experience overall was not at all worth what it cost. I wont be back.

I want to get my my fake nails off and get my nails dipped. Peter came over where I was getting my pedicure and he looked at my nails. He then ask me to choose a color I did blue. He started to take the fake nails off one hand. He asked if I got my nails done there; I informed him I didnt. He filed down one hand and put cotton and foil around the nail. When he didnt do the same to the other hand I asked him why. He stated that my hand is not long enough to get my nails dipped. I said okay but why not take the other nails of the other hand. He said it can be taken off the next time that I go back and my nails have grown. He put the color on and he had to do three layers but you still can see the red color that is on the fake nails that he refused to take off. This was my first time and it will be my last time. The person I will miss is Donna, she did a awesome good on my pedicure.

I will always love this place! There is little to no wait during the week which is exactly what you need after a long days work. Everyone is good and always super friendly! I tried multiple places in the area and never found consistent GOOD work. The ambiance is great and they serve wine. This place RARELY disappoints (I’ve been 100+ times) and I will be very sad if I move and do not have this place within driving distance.

I will not be a returning customer. , the Customer service isn’t great, they switched 2 techs to complete my service, as if no one wanted to be bothered (4-5 nail techs were on their phones in the pedicure chairs). The facility is clean and updated, maybe someone else will have a better experience. I didn’t feel very welcomed (even though the place was empty when I arrived).They should probably ASK how the service was BEFORE asking you to tip for horrible service. ONLY GOOD SEEVICE DESERVES A TIP.UPDATE: Definitely just coming back to update on this service, I had a slight infection on my toe from this place. I definitely will not be returning, yuck.

**Loyal 6 year customer taking my business elsewhere**My spouse has been getting her nails done here since they opened. She came home last night in completely distraught because she was overcharged $55 for a simple nail polish. Then when she inquired about the charge, she was told that if she didnt like it she can take her business elsewhere (which of course we shall), but to be told this after 6 years of continued loyalty is a huge slap in the face. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with these people to reconsider after how we were treated.

I went to this place because of its high ratings. My sister had a decent experience, me in the other hand, I had a lady that was extremely rude. She gave me attitude and didn’t fix the problems she made with my nails. I continued to ask to fix the unevenness, but she denied to do so. I left feeling unhappy with my nails and the service she gave me. I do not recommend this nail salon, especially not because of the lack of customer service (rude lady). I would give them no stars if I could.

Clean and Beautiful. They have a lot of different shades of Nail Polish color. I liked it here because they dont pressure you into another service, they simply ask and continue. I had to take my 2 year old with me since sitter cancelled and they did not mind. Super happy.

My go to nail place just because its so close by. They do amazing nails, and the place just looks beautiful inside. Never a wait when you just walk in. However every time I go, I check the menu for the prices, or I call. And somehow after I get my nails done, they are always more than I was told. I dont know why and I never ask, but I think Ill explore some more nail places, and come back to this one.

I came in at 6:30 on a Saturday and they close at 7 I asked if I could get a pedicure and they were happy to assist me. I went to the nail place across the street I will not mention which one because they dont deserve any publicity and they told me they didnt have enough time for a pedi even though they close at 8pm. These ladies at VIP are all really nice they all greeted me. I definitely will be back.

Awful. Went in for a simple manicure, they said ok, seated me, dipped my hands in the water and sat down to start. Then, someone walked in, she said oh sorry I cant help you my appointment is here, youll have to wait. Why even get started, or say ok, when you know your appointment is coming in? I left and went around the corner to Venetian Nail Spa, and it was waaay nicer and not at all expensive.

Extremely expensive!!!!! They will try to get every dollar they can out of you. Including charging you fees for the most petty services. I got a simple pink and white REFILL that cost $43. The refill was $38 then they charged me an extra $5 for cutting my nails a hair shorter! I was shocked! I asked the woman Well how much is a new set?. She told me a new set was $40. How can a refill be more expensive than a new set????? Absolutely insane. So if you do get your nails done here, hold on to your wallet because they will try to steal it straight out of your pocket!

I used to like coming here, but that won’t be the case now! I went to them for my shalac and pedi, I told them I want red both hands and feet. Well when I left I noticed in the day sun light my nails looked orange red. My own family thought it was orange. After 15 min of leaving from there I called to ask if I could change it (meaning get the right color as my toes) the lady said yeah come we can change it but it will be $23. She goes you picked that color and you want a change. Definitely not happy with their service. I recommend people to go to QUEEN NAILS that’s down the street. They at least give you days to come back if you don’t like the color without any charge! Paid $60 to basically paint my own nails over.

I never get polish, I always get powder, and I am a well known client and they knew that. When I confronted the up charge, the lady that knows me said If you do not want to come here anymore, thats fine. I was so disappointed because I loved this nail salon. It was my favorite. And I always tipped very well. Now being treated so pourly, I dont want someone else to pay 55 dollars for just polish, and get rudely insulted. Do not waste your time here. They are not loyal, even though I have been loyal to them.

I was a walk in on this day. I was told it would be 10 min wait so I signed in, left to get a donut and came back. Still not ready. Sat there and ate my dunkin donut holes and still not ready. I get that Im a walk in but if its gonna be 45 min just say that. Trying not to lose a sale by holding me hostage with promises is not cool and a waist of my time!However, they were pretty nice to me in the proses and allowed me to at least sit in an open massage chair after 20 of the 40min wait.The pedicure was just ok. I could only give them 30 min at that point. I like a good rub down from my technician and a good foot scrub for dead skin. Got neither and the chair massage was ok.

Got my nails done on Friday. The nail polish (shellac) is already chipping. It is only Tuesday. The guy who did my feet did very poorly and cut my foot with no apology. The girl at front desk was very rude. Will not visit again. Waste of my money.

Made a 2:30 appointment for 2 people. They were ready when we arrived. Put 2 people on my wife one for mani and one for pedi. She was done before me and she had shellac. I had a mani and pedi, they were wonderful. Will come back.
