I recently moved to Houston and decided to try Isle Pedi Spa. I arrived thirty minutes after they opened, and was told I would have to wait fifteen minutes before I could be seen though no other customers were there. The woman at the front desk told me she would give me a call when it was my time. I waited in my car for thirty minutes and still got no call. I left. I was disappointed as this place looked really clean and put together. Do better.

It is more expensive but worth it. Once I started going here (West U location) over 10 yrs ago, it has spoiled me for any other salon. They do not skip steps and the technicians have the expertise and knowledge to advise you how to take care of your hands and feet in between services. The technicians all have a positive attitude. I am a big fan of the silk mani and pedi.

My pedicure was worth every penny spent! Ive been dealing with dry skin and they took time to make sure my feet were soft and smooth when I left!

I enjoy coming here as the service is excellent. I like Tam who is exceptional

The pedicure was nice (although overpriced). These are my nails after I had to file them to straighten them. They were very rounded, misshaped, and uneven. I really expected a better result from how nice the salon is. ):

$29 for a five minute manicure. No nail polish, no finger soak and no hot towel. $6 for a nail repair and $78 for a pedicure. The chair is built into the wall and you must contort your body if you want both a manicure and pedicure at the same time since the nail tech is way off to one side. Very uncomfortable position. Overall, not worth the price for what you get. You are paying for the location and decor.

The shellac here is perfect & so is the experience. You have what feels like a private stall with fluffy cushions and the option to view your own television. Wine, tea, coffee, and water is complimentary. Theres even a private room for two!

Space is nice and clean. Quality of service is hit or miss. I cant seem to find my person after several years of getting service at this location.

I came here on an emergency basis. This will be my 1st and last visit to this salon.Id broken a nail and needed it repaired and painted over. I decided to do a isle manicure which is stated to be 29$. Some how I managed to pay $45. This place is by far the worst when it comes to value.The tech I used was Sandra she was also horrendous. She did not mention to me the up-charge AT ALL bc if she had I would not have added them. Im so upset and it isnt like you can change the prices once your at the front even when you do explain to the cashier that the up-charges werent explained to you.The manager and cashier girl was nice and the salon is very pretty but overall this was the worst experience ever.

Love this place, especially since they have such stringent COVID safety policies, I really appreciate it. All the nail techs are fantastic.

I love this place! They offer a better version of a manicure for those who like to keep their natural nails healthy. They are also very careful when removing artificial nails, so they dont do additional damage to your nail. They arent afraid to tell you that you might need to take a break and let your nails breathe. The girls are always super sweet, they do a great job, and I always smell so good when I leave there. I like the coconut pedicure and the silk or restorative manicure. They have so many polish colors to choose from and are very organized. They have water, sodas, hot tea, coffee to offer you. Its always very clean as well! It is a slightly higher price point than your normal run in/run out nail shop, but the quality of work and the quality of the products they use speak for themselves. Im on a repeat schedule with them now, trying to bring my natural nails back to life!

What a great place to go and pamper yourself! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. When I visit with my friends the entire staff makes sure that we are well taken care of!

Took my gf and her mom here as a treat for them both. Decided to get a pedicure myself because it sounded relaxing. The complementary drinks are awesome. The mimosa was the best I had ever had. (Okay Ive only had them 2 other times but still).They make you feel very relaxed and I almost fell asleep as my feet were soaking. Was awesome and I will probably go again!

First visit here and the ladies absolutely took car of ya boy.....ion do this often but I will def be a regular!!!

Ive been coming here for a few years and love this place. I think Ive had about half the staff there and theyve always done a great job. I realize its a bit more expensive than some other places, but in my opinion its completely worth it. The massages that come with the pedicure are so relaxing. Top it off with a free drink and a warm neck wrap for a perfect start to any Saturday.

Always so pleasant! Clean and easy to schedule. Makes my husband comfortable enough to instigate getting our toes done. ;-)

Ive been here a few times and it has always been a good experience. The women who work here are great and friendly and seem to care about the job they do. It does get very busy bc its popular but I dont think its fair for them to get penalized that they cant do a lot of simultaneous service or accommodate walk ins.

This place is overpriced. They have 30 different types of pedicures pricing $47-$150...The most basic quickest pedicure is $47

Totally over priced for the poor quality of services. A friend gave me an $80 gift certificate. Somehow I ended up coming out with a $37 bill of extras. To technicians did not explain that they were adding extra services and they rushed through everything. Even with the added services the entire pedicure- manicure took just 35 minutes. They were not very friendly and the pedicure lady was even cleaning underneath my feet as a manicure lady was trying to finish. The check out lady was rude and nobody offered me Anything, not even water. Very disappointing.

A bit pricey but oh so worth it. Tam is outstanding.

Walked in off of Kirby with no reservation, looking to kill some time while waiting for my car up the street at Firestone. Thinking that Id surely be turned away, after seeing how opulent & beautiful the inside of this pedispa was, the wonderful ladies at the desk politely took my impromptu request for a Shellac mani/pedi & an eyebrow wax. I appreciated that they let me know ahead of time that they needed to see if they could accommodate me, to which I had no problem waiting. Within 5 minutes of walking in, I was being escorted to a station with a setup & seating arrangement like Ive never seen before.My jaw dangling, I slip off my shoes & into this cozy throne-like booth with oversized plush cushions, happily accepting the St. Arnold Christmas Ale that was an available refreshment amongst a wide selection of beverages. Each station is separated by sleek towers that *actually* hold mini, PERSONAL TV screens & counters! Yall, I was shook. The sturdy counter folded down enabled the manicure tech to work freely without being in the way of the pedicure tech--smart, functional, fun concept all around. The nail technicians did a stellar job on my aubergine green Shellac that, as I sit & write out this review, are still on my fingernails, untarnished, undamaged, absolutely beautiful. The eyebrow specialist saw me afterwards, & she was extremely skilled, also. Everything was skillfully done, without feeling rushed to turn the chair (as many places often do to get to the next customer).Without a doubt, this concept provides a luxurious experience with attention to your individual needs, comfort & specifications. They have a variety of services that can fit, suit the needs of both men & women clients alike. Didnt wear the right shoes for a pedi? They have a selection of stylish, super comfy flip flops at the front (I love my pair!).So, whether you want alone/me time, a self-care date with your significant other, or youre looking for a hip, chic place to chill out with your friends, this is the place. An all around 10/10; when in Houston, I will definitely be back again!

GREAT atmosphere and quality service. This was my first manicure there and I absolutely loved it. The only drawback is that its super expensive. For example, I usually pay $35-40 for a manicure and gel polish. The same thing at this salon costed $55.

Visit on Mothers Day! They have two locations on Kirby went to the wrong location was 10 minutes late behind schedule appointment. In spite of it all had a wonderful service by the three ladies that service me and my daughter on Mothers Day will be back again

Walked in at 7pm when they close at 8. Was told that the girl who normally stays til 8 was out of town so they didn’t have anyone after 7pm. What?? Why are you open but not staffed?

I love Isle PediSpa. The technicians are great, the establishment is immaculate, and having a beer during my Rock pedicure is extremely relaxing. A definite recommend!

My wife loves this place. The workers are professional, friendly, and good at what they do. There is free parking.

The only place I trust with my nails! Ive been going to this salon for the past 6 years and Im never disappointed. The quality of the work the technicians here complete far surpasses that of other salons and spas in the Houston & Dallas area. Theyve got a great private rooms in the back of the salon that I request when I get a mani-pedi with my mom or a friend.

Liz was great I loved how she did my powdered dip nails and always offered me drinks def should go check them out and they give great massages

Front desk lady was nice but after going over nail service stated booked for the day. That information could have been expressed at the beginning of conversation.

I am VERY discriminating and have tried several salons over the years - this is the only place I go now - amazing!

I expected much better surface than I received. For my manager, they never pushed up the cuticles so the manicure look told even before the first day. For my pedicure, I asked for a design a flower, and the girl actually tried to talk me out of it! I insisted that I wanted it so she did it. The pedicure looked good, but the service was horrible. I had four things that I was carrying all large and bulky, and with nails wet, I had to carry all four things to the front nobody help me. And nobody told me that I could dry my nails in the machine at the front. The one girl at the front was very nice however which is why Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

The best place for a mani/pedi. Its a little pricey, but my toes look amazing for 2 weeks.

I have been to two of their locations and both times they DID NOT CLEAN and gave me an ingrown I found a podiatrist office that has an attached spa near galleria and I use them do not trust this place or their locations i have heard bad reveiws tbh the podiatrist is on site and the girls there are certified these are not i checked do your research!
