Honestly when you need a relaxing place to come to this is the spot. The atmosphere is so soothing I recommend the milk/honey pedicure. Jenny does a great job with my nails and Trang for my feet! I am very satisfied when i come here. The owner is very upbeat and positive!!!!!

The customer service is amazing! The man in front is nice and the staff is very friendly. I personally liked Tina and ansley. I told Tina who did my pedicure about one of my feet being sensitive than the other and she was super gentle and did an amazing job. Ansley was very communicative about what I wanted and the pricing. I had Honey Milk Pedicure (55 minutes) - $49 with $5 off today (Saturday). I have this place 4 stars because I felt my service being rushed. It took only 45 min. I wish they will do the timer, so I can receive the right service. I really needed a feet massage.

I came here with high expectations. My first time at this place. I walk in, was greeted by the front desk staff (I believe he is the owner) and picked out colors. He was very personable and welcoming which I thought I made the right choice to give this place a try.I was really excited to get my nails done. The nail tech I was assigned with seemed like she didnt want to work there. She barely spoke English and it was hard to communicate. She started off with the designs and the ones I wanted were super simple, heart, spades etc. I guess I was frustrated when she didnt know how to draw those. She did try several times but it just didnt workout and honestly I was super bummed. And then onto the stickers I brought and that also didnt work the way I wanted it to be.I had to change up and just go with one solid color.But the owner apologized and he just handled the situation very well. I am big on customer service so I guess he made me feel better. I am thinking of giving another try next time. The inside is really pretty and well-decorated.

Sandy is the best!!!! It was my first time at the salon and I’ve been to multiple ones in the Katy Houston area for a nail artist who can do designs. Every place I went did not have anyone skilled enough to do the designs I asked for. When I walked into King Nails and showed Sandy the picture of the design I I wanted she looked at it and told me how easy it was. I was soo happy to hear that!!! She handled everything, matched the colors the shape and design perfectly. It ended up looking better than the picture I showed and I’ve gotten non stop compliments. If you want someone experienced and professional ask for Sandy!!!

I have been going to this shop for about 2 years. I was referred to Sandy by someone else and she has been amazing! I travel over 45 minutes to get my nails done. No matter how busy her schedule is she always squeezes me in somewhere. The shop is very clean and well maintained. The staff is professional and are always fun to be around. I am someone that rarely knows what color or design I want but I never have to worry because Sandy ALWAYS comes up with something astonishing! I have friends that wait to see the masterpiece when I am leaving. I have met strangers that see my nails and have started going to Sandy. My boyfriend and I chose the Organic Coconut Spa Pedicure 55 min and added a French tip $5 (for me) and clear polish for him. We also were offered complimentary Mimosas, which there are a drink list you can choose from if you don’t want alcohol. My nail tech was name Tim & he is SUPER FRIENDLY & professional! I loved his service he made sure I was taken care of! They have many pedicure chairs as in the photo and nail desks that you can come with groups and parties! Very beautiful and well lit place! I absolutely adore the chandeliers and the organization of the place. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but when you step inside, WOW! Truly an amazing and relaxing experience. The owner is very nice and respectful as well. Thank you to take the time to talk to us on the side even if they are busy! I’d definitely come back again and bring my mother in law to enjoy their services. Thank you!

The first time I came here I complained about my last nail experience. Sophia said I understand and did her thing and I left very happy. Today I showed up without an appointment and was given Lee. She was nice but not for me. She cut my cuticles, struggled with shaping my nails, and I had to ask her to make certain modifications. I left the salon with a new set, but it looked like I used new set with blotches of my nail underneath showing. However, while I was there I noticed other technicians actually doing a pretty good job, so I’ll return. But this time with an appointment with either Sophia and my newly observed tech, Sandy.

Almost two weeks ago I went to get a pedicure by Jin and a full set gel by Haley. The full set by Haley popped up after a week and when I went back they didn’t care and blamed me so I had to pay for a full set again. Jin completely infected my right big toe. I can barely walk. She dug too deep under my nail bed and caused me to bleed and then not tell me. The only way I knew is because when I got home I seen my toe with blood on it. It has become extremely painful and is infected. I will never come back to this establishment for a pedicure again.

Sandy (has a mole/birth mark) is AMAZING. I have traveled to have my nails done by her for about 4-5 years now. she will do her absolute best to create any design you want or even give you a good freestyle with her own twist! totally recommend her for each and every full set, fancy bling or plain and simple!

BEWARE they speak negatively of customers who can not understand Vietnamese and poor quality left with infection on my toe! Told her to clean the skin around my toe instead she cut the side of the toe nail creating an ingrown. Its painful, red and infected with pus.Tried to call back today to speak to the Owner and who ever picked up the phone was talking negatively about me to another lady in Vietnamese. (I speak Vietnamese too) Then hung up the phone on me. WOW! Rudeness to the fullest!!!!

This place is really over priced. I paid 44 dollars for a refill. She said it was 33 for the fill and then 10 for the length. My nails were medium. The work was subpar. I had shellac on my feet and they charge to take it off. 71 dollars for a fill and basic pedicure. To each it’s own but I will not be returning.

I have been coming to King nails from the time of their grand opening, during that time service and professionalism was exceptional. I have a been a loyal customer since, because I appreciate the service that they provided, up until now. This business has become UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and an UNPLEASANT environment to be in. The staff is DISMISSIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL with LACK of customer service. I had to come back multiple times within a week to repair nails. Even with an appointment the wait time is still two hours plus. I guess they do not honor loyal valued customers. Due to the HORRIBLE experiences and MISTREATMENT I’ve at KING NAILS I decided to take my business somewhere else. If you or a customer looking for quality service and professionalism KING NAILS is NOT that establishment.

Experience from Wednesday, August 7th, 2019. I had an incredible experience here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by the receptionist who figured out what I wanted quickly. I signed up for the rewards program, and after doing that a manicurist was already ready for me. I showed her an image, and she helped me find the exact color to match. Once we sat down, she cut down my nails and immediately began to work on my nails. T (my manicurist) was making small talk with me the whole time, so I didnt even notice the time going by. She was very detailed with my nails, informed me of the costs for the length and shape, and after I had chosen she filed my nails down meticulously to the exact style I wanted. She wouldnt let me get up until my nails were dry, which I actually appreciated. She was very sweet the entire time, as were all of the associates working that day. Lucky (the manager) took my payment and told me about the points that I would receive that day, and made sure that I was completely satisfied. The worst pedicure I’ve ever had . Regular price for this “special “ pedicure was 56$ and it was discounted to 47$ I got no massage on my feet whatsoever. The lady wasn’t efficient, gentle and they were chatting/ laughing in Vietnamese so much it was extremely rude. Needless to say I won’t be returning

Today was my first visit at King Nails and I was honestly impressed with the service I received. I hesitated going bc of the on going crisis but was in desperate need of a pedicure and full set. As soon as I walked in, a gentleman gave me a handful of hand sanitizer & took my temperature with a touchless thermometer to ensure the risk of having anyone spreading or be in risk of having COVID. They had me pick color of my choice from two walls that had so many options and selections (a little overwhelming but trust you can find anything you are looking for) Ansley helped me pick out my colors to match the set I was looking to get for my pedicure. Throughout my pedicure she checked with me to make sure she wasnt hurting me & that i was comfortable. Jenny exceeded my expectations for my full set by taking a glimpse of a photo I showed her. The nail salon is decorated beautifully and the manager was super attentive to everyone to make sure their experience was up to par. I definitely recommend this place; without a doubt my new go to place.

Got my nails done on Saturday. It is now Thursday and the nail art I paid for is chipping off. I feel like time and care was not taken in treating my nails so that they would last. The place is super clean and they take precautions when it comes to COVID. Just wish the quality of work was better.

Only giving 1 star because the lady did a great job on my nails but rip my nails taking off my old nails and was very rough. Another problem was I brought my daughters to get their nails and toes done and took forever to ask if they still wanted to get their nails done after waiting 30 minutes and skip over them. The guy the receptionist ask a white woman kids if they wanted something to drink but looked my kids and rolled his eyes. He also got in my 7 year old face and told her if she didn’t sit down he was putting her out but she hadn’t got up not one time. Will not ever be returning to this business.

Jin did my moms pedicure terribly. After instructing her to take the gel off before painting her toes, she only used the electric tool and did not completely take the gel off. She lied and said that she did. Jin was not nice and insulted my mom, saying that her nails were ugly. If anything Jin has a very ugly and lazy attitude.

Loc is a great greeter into one of the best Nail Shops Ive ever been to in Houston after being here for 17 yrs! All COVID 19 disciplines are in place and is very clean. Every tech does a great job, they provide details of service YOU want, not just whatever. Ms. Jenny, Ms. Lee, and Tim are AWESOME, experienced staff! Ill start by saying they are very friendly and welcoming but i paid a total of 150 all together for pedi and full set and about 2 days later nails started breaking and pulling most of me real Nail off with it witch caused bleeding and hurts. I called and they repaired the 2 nails..so 2 days later 2 more nails broke off i literally scratched my head and one broke..so now 2 more is off.i am gentle on my nails so they was just thin.. I wasted lots of money..yes they are beautiful but just work is rushed and very thin..i paid 150 bucks and nails only last not even a week and it is upsetting. 2 nails being gon once again is not worth it .but they are friendly and welcoming.

After moving to Houston a few months ago, one of the first places I looked for was a new nail salon. I google nearby nail salons and King Nails - Royal Oaks. I walked in and was impressed by how nice and clean the salon was as well as how friendly the staff is. The nail quality and neatness of the nail techs work was amazing. I knew right then that this would be my go to nail salon. It’s a full functioning nail salon... Manicure, Pedicure, eye lash extensions, eyebrow wax etc. I definitely highly recommend anyone to come and check it out. 5 stars for me.

I’ve attended a couple of nail shops in the Houston southwest area since I’ve decided to ever get into the whole nail thing lol. Anyways, this lovely establishment is the best in my opinion. Once entering the building there isn’t any confusion, the Owner is very attentive, he checks upon his customers frequently. Also, choosing a color isn’t a problem at all, there’s numerous of options. The staff are always friendly and very great at working with you to make sure you’re satisfied. I recommend anyone choosing King Nails Royal Oaks, if you’re looking for a nail shop home to get in and out of without no wait, while also getting bomb customer service.

They do a great job on my nails every time. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they have high base prices. Then every little thing is an extra $5 which can really add up lol. They don’t even tell you when things are an extra fee they just pressure you to do it and then get mad if u say no thanks.

Needed to find a new nail place and I think I found it! The decor is really beautiful and the entire place was very clean. The staff was very attentive, sweet, and did NOT rush me when choosing my color. As soon as I walked in they had me type my name and number in an iPad, creating a quick account as they have a point system, which is really cool. I sadly had to do short/medium basic nails because of work this time, but I did notice that they are open to doing diverse styles/shapes/styles/designs! They do offer drinks like water and spirited beverages. I forgot the name of the technician who did my set, but she took her time and did not rush her work so my set came out really pretty and clean. She also did not cut me or leave my nails sore from filing, which I really appreciate LMAO Also I heard the staff singing happy birthday to one of the customers which was really cute and sweet! As I was checking out, other customers were also agreeing on how great their service(s) are! I will definitely be coming back!
