The nail tech I like to go to wasn’t booking for the week I needed and I came here many years ago, so I decided to go to VNH nails to get nails done for a trip I was going on. Pedicure was great but the manicure..The picture of the hand with rings was the inspiration, my hand with the design is what I was given, and the light purple was the result after getting it fixed. I do appreciate them fixing it the next day early in the morning without charging me but paying $65-$70 for this…just wasn’t it.Art is subjective when it comes to beauty but if someone knows they didn’t do a good job with their service…they should fix it even if it takes longer. That’s my opinion.

Very clean and great work

VAN IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Walk in only. I was told to show up in 2 hour and 40 minutes which would have been about 4pm. Then they tell me someone cancelled so to come in even though I told them I was 30 minutes away. I had trouble getting an Uber ride but I communicated that with them and they were okay with it. Finally I am 10 minutes away when van tells me that she can’t do my nails anymore and this was at 3:20pm. I told her I was told to show up in 2 hour and 40 minutes and that it wasn’t my fault someone cancelled so I tried to get there as soon as I could and she said no!! I was 10 minutes away and she wouldn’t wait!! They do not value your time here I left and got my nails somewhere else!! DO NOT GO HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They don’t even close until 6pm and she had no reason to turn me away!!! She said I could wait for someone else even though I requested her personally. UNPROFESSIONALSee text attached for proof

They attend to my wife really quick. She loved the service she got. This is her second visit here. There are really strick about using your cell phone and having kids around here. The signs are everywhere but overall they have a smooth music tone inside, comfy sofas, and coffe avaialbe. Makes me feel relax and I am just waiting for my wife. I have so-so reactions to this place. I did go as a walk-in about 30 min before close just for a simple shellac mani/pedi and I appreciate them taking me. However, I could have done this myself. It already looks like I need a refill and I just got them done on Friday and its only Monday (they looked exactly the same from walk out). I liked the atmosphere and how everything was set up and everyone was so nice but Im pretty sad I paid for something I could have done myself. If they really didnt want to take me on for the last client I wish they would have just said that.

I went here for the first time after getting a recommendation from a friend. Tom did my nails and he was so gentle with them! Thats usually my number one worry when I get them done is the person being too rough or scratching up my cuticles but he took great care not to hurt me and did a good and quick job. Went in just to get my nails painted and it only cost $20. Will def be going back!

First off let me start by saying I was impressed! first time a Nail Salon meets all my standards; they opened at 8am I arrived at 7:30 and they took care of me no questions asked I was out of there by 8am before they even opened. Friendly Staff, Courteous, reasonable price, Clean, takes their time doing your nails, and best of all gives you what you asked for. The lady who did my hands and nails was great. Everyone was nice and professional. I liked the privacy of the pedicure, mostly due to covid but it was nice to be shielded from everyone else. The lady was considerate of my being ticklish and was careful but got the job done.

Pedicure Tech wasnt pleasant and was upset that I brought my own things, attitude on 20, im ok I was treated poorly glad Im going back to New Orleans where they treat well when spending money....

INCREDIBLE work. The prices may be a little bit higher than other salons that I have been to, but quality costs money ladies!I have had every single nail tech that works here do my nails and I had YET to complain about pain, felt rushed (no matter HOW busy they are, and believe me, Van & Helen run such a great business I CAN NOT BELIEVE there isnt a line out of the door!), or felt like I am just another $45 to anyone that works here...The picture that I posted is 2 nail polishes that came in a gift they were giving out to their clients around Christmas time... The bag also included an ash tray (which I found to be VERY USEFUL), some various lotions and some face masks.My favorite part about walking in is being greated by name by every single person that works there, it really makes you feel like royalty when Helen remembers one thing about your conversation from 3 weeks ago... LET ALONE WHEN SHE REMEMBERS THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION.

My nail was uneven and way too close to the cuticle, the nail I had before was taken off in a very unhealthy way ripping some of my natural nail. I was hurt a couple time during the process. First time and last time coming here. First impressions are very important. I will say the safety precautions they are taking are great. And very clean before you come in and in the waiting area.

Only nail salon I will go to. They are not in my neighborhood, I live in the suburbs and I drive in to this salon over the last 12 years.

Visited them today for the first time, I followed their work on Instagram for almost a year before I paid a visit. Just want to say their job is amazing, don’t get fooled by the appearance of the salon the techs are by far one of the best, my nails are on point! I drove 30 minutes and it was worth the drive and worth the wait.

I got there at 5:20 and signed in and picked the color of my nails. AFTER I got there, two other girls got there as well. However, both of them were attended BEFORE me. None of us were there for a pedicure, we were all there for manicure, so there was absolutely NO REASON for them to attend them before me. I waited over an hour before I walked out and left. I’ve came here before and they’ve done a good job with the nails (if you get the right person), but that was completely unprofessional and offensive, I will never come back.

VNH was my favorite place to go get my nails done but definitely not going back after this!! It has not even been 3 days when I went to get my nail done by TOM and they already started to fall off! I called and asked if I could go in so he could fix them and told me yes. Once I get there THERE WAS NOBODY WAITING!! So I was expecting for them to take me right away but they had me waiting for more than 45 minutes.. Definitely not coming back!!!

Nice place would go here again.Only Con is the parking area. Not much space being a residence, also note the place is not really visible from the road, the sign is concealed by the brick fence so its very easy to pass up.

I think Helen did my nails. I think she is the owner. Nice place, and VERY NICE people. But my nails were terrible!. They looked good from a distance, but up close everything was wrong. Some of my nails were slanted from when she filed them. I cant even begin to explain to you how bad they came out. And she did them like in 10 minutes. Dont know if she just rushed me, or she was just tired. Have no idea, but it was my first time going and my LAST. I dont pay them to be nice, I pay them to do my nails, and do them good!

She literally took only 30 minutes to do my full set did not take her time at all she also filed the side of my finger nail too much and cut it.She wasn’t rude but the fact that she didn’t take her time shows in the nails I have two days later they look like I got them done weeks ago will not be coming here again .

Such a lovely little place. I normally drive across town to get my nails done at a place near where I used to live but I recently moved over here, and found this place on Google.No one greeted but theres a sign in sheet and a large waiting area unlike a lot of nail places with only 4 or 5 seats. People are complaining that no children are allowed but Im pretty happy they dont let children come.THEY HAVE SO MANY NAIL COLOR OPTIONS . I was thoroughly impressed and went with something I feel I couldnt find normally.Hannah did an amazing job! She was super sweet and pretty gentle. She paid attention to the little details and my mani/pedi turned out very cute. My feet are typically pretty calloused because of sports and such but she left them very smooth. Sometimes they still feel a bit rough whenever I leave other places.Customer service is great all AROUND, the girls seemed really sweet and attentive. The complimentary drinks are delicious too!!Will definitely be coming back.

I love VnH Nail Spa! Ive been going to this nail salon forever and love the service ever time. There is a sign in system they use to serve each guest in the time they walk in. Depending on the day and time it can get very busy but I dont mind waiting because I know my nails will come out great. The no kid rule doesnt bother me it creates a more relaxed environment while getting my nails done.

Tried this place after a recommendation. Susan did as good a job as I would have done on myself, not great for a service I’m paying for. My color is uneven, ran into my cuticles and now 3 days later it’s starting to pull away and getting caught on everything. She didn’t file my nails evenly, the hand massage was as pitifully, the so-called back massage was brief beating on my back. The place smells terribly strong so that’s probably why they have the no children policy, I personally won’t go back just to avoid the fumes. To remove shellac they dip ur finger tips in bowl of acetate which is left open and set aside after used, probably reused, but I don’t think they ever cover it or dispose it afterwards. I don’t think Susan was very experienced but I was charged for a professional job, she did my mani in someone else’s station so can’t be 100% sure she’s licensed. Kudos for having people that speak good English and understanding what you want done. The one star is for that reason. Going back to Zen Cookie nail salon, great people, doesn’t smell and the quality service is priced right. I wasted my money at VNH.

Im so pist off!!! Ive been coming to this nail salon a few times and i have never had trouble before, i showed the lady a pic of the nails i wanted which btw they were matte.... she added gloss to them and i did not want gloss at all! Some of them are slanting i told her but either she did not understand or she just wanted to get it over with, $35 for a job i didnt even like i am so disappointed! I have to add Im a good tipper if the job is done right! I really hope if i decide to go back they would do a good job and actually do it how the customer wants. I guess i have to deal with these nails until i have to go again. 😒😤😤😡
