My technician Hailey was amazing. She was very professional, so sweet, and did a phenomenal job on my manicure. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and only had to wait about 5 minutes. The place is beautiful, clean, and spacious. And they have a bar. Would definitely be back!

First time got my nails done here and the service was wonderful. We got complimentary drinks here. My nail tech Hanna did an awesome job, she’s so professional and detailed. She made sure that I like it and asked me every time she does a design on my nail. Definitely gonna come back here!

I had gone in on a Sunday and got my nails done here, I was able to get taken care of right away. The girl was sweet, she laid the acrylic nicely and the shape and length were perfect. Unfortunately, the color I picked was a little see through for just 2 coats and the french tip was a too far down on the nail so you could my natural nail :( I went in 2 days later to see if they could fix it. The manager Lynsey kindly redid them for me and they look awesome! They offered me a complimentary tea which was yummy and the service was great. Will be back!

The new management is AMAZING. I will follow them anywhere! I went with my husband, sister, and cousin. We were all very impressed and glad that we were able to find Tom and Tan and everyone! Tom did my ombre glitter nails and they are perfect. Tammy did my sisters purple and flower nails and she loves them! It was a very relaxing day for all of us here and nothing felt rushed. This new management will take care of you! Definitely coming back again! Management is great, nails are great, and the iced coffee is always on point 🙌🏻

This shop is pretty and spacious, reasonable prices, and they offer you drinks (non alcoholic and alcoholic). Very nice vibe in there and nice people. They can do designs for your nails but the woman I had was not able to do exactly what I wanted so it took 2.5 hours for my manicure. The set is ok but it wasnt what I wanted. When I was paying and I was asked about my experience I told them. I was told who to deal with next time so I know who can do what I want correctly. Hopefully the next time I go will get what I want. I just suggest if you want designs or something specific ask WHO can do it to meet your satisfaction.

DO NOT GOT HERE FOR EYEBROW WAX ONLY IF YOU HAVE NEVER WENT BEFORE. I have been going to the same place a while so to go here was already out of my comfort zone and I got my daughters eyebrows done a few weeks ago but hers a very thick and just a clean up really. When I went in my eyebrows have not been waxed in well over two weeks so they were thick when she finish half of the thickness of my eyebrows were gone and nothing like my eyebrows were before and the two of my eyebrows look different when I asked why she took so much off she said my eyebrows were already thin. She never even apologized and completely acted like she did nothing wrong

Its a very nice place. The girls are nice, but rough. Went to get a fill and she over drill a nail and cut me with the drill and hand file. Which I warned her the first time but didnt listen. Then she takes the nail buffer and runs it all over your hand. I didnt like that. Its been a few days and my nails are looking rough.

I went to the nail salon yesterday and it was also my first time but they are all worth it. My first impression is the space was really clean and organized. The receptionist greeted me immediately when I stepped in then she asked me checking in with a monitor which I think that really necessary so they wouldnt miss or mess up the waiting lists. I chose to have manicure and pedicure both shellac and totally satisfied,you will know when you choose them.

Walked in and had an amazing experience at this salon. I just stopped by because its on the way to where I go weekly. So glad I stopped here. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The nail tech Summer was professional and considered my satisfaction to be the most important. Then I found out they also do lash extensions and I needed a refill. Annie did a fantastic job with my lash refill! Try their Vietnamese coffee...it was sooooo good! They have a new customer!!! Give them a try.

Great Service. But Very Expensive but Im a regular $120 pedicure with Shellac &powder overlay on my own short nails. Every 2 week Refill nails & shellac polish Chang on toes. $65 these prices do not include tip.😏

I enjoy their new management vibe, it’s very relaxing and quiet. My nails come out just how I wanted it to be, the front desks are super nice and always make sure I am happy with the services. Next time I’ll try lash extension and facial! Will be back and recommend to my friends.

The staff was so friendly & kind! Also love how folks take their time here regardless of how packed it gets and I so appreciate that! So often nail shops will be rushing to get you out, but when you come here actually prepare to be here a while relaxing because it is such a wonderful experience ! My nails weren’t as nice as I would’ve like them, but my friend’s came out perfect, so I have hope that next time mines will be just as perfect!

I wanted it to be a good experienced. Unfortunately it was not. I went in to get a shellac pedicure. The lady was super fast and my nails were unevenly painted and she did not even do a good job. I also saw people drinking all sorts of drinks and I was not even offer water from the sink!!!! Super disappointed with the place I really wanted to like it.After I spoke to the owner she clearly said she would give me a refund for the bad work they did. But apparently she seemed to have changed her mind. I strongly suggest to read reviews before you get any services done to get an idea of what you might be dealing with.

I have been coming here since they first opened. Lately anytime I come there is always an issue. I went in today and I left so dissatisfied. I didn’t put up a fuss as I usually would because this is the last time I will go there. My nails were too thick on one hand and when I mentioned it to her she didn’t fix it but she filed the nails on the other hand thinner and the shape of my nails are also filed unevenly, one side of the nail is straight and the other side is slanted. I’m disgusted!!!!

This place is super clean and the stuff is friendly. I have been coming here for a few months and have as always been happy with the service. Free smoothies is a plus. The bar service is great

Went there for lashes, pedi and fill in. The vibe was so chill and quiet, I got bahama mama drink it was so good. The receptionist were so nice and patient with me, they greet you right away when you walk in. My lash and nails come out perfect just how I wanted it to be! Great place to go for exceptional nail care. I paid more this time when Im use to spending 100 tip included, this time it was 114. Its time for me to find another place to go for my mani and pedi.

Love the work, just dont like the ladies attitude. I just try to be quiet while they are working and just move when they need me to. Other than that, good work. Ive been there 5 time, always with a different lady. This time around I was with the same one from 4 weeks ago and she is just constantly in a bad mood.

I will never spend my money here & don’t recommend them to ANYONE! I came in,did a deluxe pedicure,acrylic nails and facial & left with 3rd degree burns on my face from improper use of chemicals that left awful marks. Contacted the facility and immediately,the owner was on defense mode. She was rude and not concerned one bit! That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve been going to Executive Nails but figured I would check out Paradise since they were closer to my house. I got these dipped nails done about a week and half ago, and both chipped today. The thumb chipped while putting on wipers, so I wasn’t going to fault them because maybe the clip was stronger than the nail but no idea how the middle finger chipped. I had dipped nails done by Executive for 4 weeks and hit them so hard that I was shocked my nail didn’t break in half, but probably would have if they weren’t my real nail. I’ll never go back to Paradise and will pay the comparative prices at Executive. Also, at Executive I had better customer service. Everyone else received complimentary drinks, but for some reason I didn’t. They do amazing pedicures at Paradise, which has lasted longer than the pedicure I received at Executive.

So I have natural long nails, nothing fake at all. I had a confirmed apt which the nail tech Tammy was late getting to. BTW this is my first time here and it was a very poor experience. When I sat down I mentioned one of my nails was broke and to be careful! Tammy comes over as push down on the very same nail I told her to be cautious with! I was like seriously these are my nails! She was shocked I’m assuming. Tammy then told me she can only do a pink and white refill with cutting my real nails down. Really? My nails which I grew and Tammy wants to cut them because there are too long? Not happening and this unprofessional statement was silly. The manager Ming or however you spell it told me as well no one can do my nails. How unprofessional was this I stayed calm and confused! By the way the referral I got to come here wasted my damn time! Tammy and Ming, are not worth it. I guess it I was getting nails put on it would be better!

Clean and organised nice nail salon. Very professional and friendly staff.

It all started out fine until they kept pushing me to get powder when i wanted shellac on my nails, then every single color i picked out they were out of, they glued my finger to a towel then proceeded to try and yank the towel off i literally have a blister on middle finger on my right hand it was very painful and i believe it was a chemical burn from the glue and then the acetone. The employees stood around and talked mid service. It was all very unpleasant and unprofessional. The only reason Im even giving 2 stars is bc they gave me my refill for free due to the chemical burn. Would not recommend.

Amy did a great job with my nails and my eyebrows.

The service was good all the way up until the end of the day with two employees were fussing at each other loudlyy for 20 minutes but other than that I love my nails.

Very disappointed with this place. I walked in the door and loved the ambiance. It did not take them long to start on my daughter’s full set but they rushed on her and that resulted in sloppy polishing. He accidentally got glitter in her polish, and smeared the polish with the top coat but didn’t even try to repaint them without having to be asked. Unlike all other customers, my daughter was never offered a drink. They also have a billboard right down the street advertising 20% off but they don’t honor it. At first they lied and said it wasn’t their sign, then they said it was supposed to be taken down because the special is over. Asking about the sign brought on immediate defensiveness, which said to me that they have had this problem before but failed to get it corrected.

First time here. More than I expected. Full bar and smoothies available upon request. I just got a pedi and enjoyed a smoothie. Lashes,Waxing, massages and permanent make up services available. Very clean. The staff welcome you take your request then have you wash your hands . mask must be worn at all times... except when enjoying you drink 😉. definitely will stop by again for service.

I asked for something I wanted and they didn’t do it right they charged me 60 for something simple & it should of been less than that & the person who did my toes cut my skin and I was bleeding and she didn’t even ask if I was okay or nothing .I’m never coming back here and it was my first time going it was horrible never AGAIN!

After going to the same nail salon for more than 15 years i had to find a new salon.. I tried over 10 different salons and have finally found a salon worth driving to! I drive from downtown to paradise nails every two weeks! I love how clean it is and the customer service is amazing! Minh and Julie are my go to techs! A must visit if you are looking for a great nail salon!

The staff that I encountered was nice and professional and the complimentary mix drinks is a plus. However, being that their prices are a little higher than some shops. I was disappointed in the quality of nails. I had my nails done by Vi and two days later one of the nails snapped off even at the tip. Fast forward within a week three nails broke, all even at the tip. I went back thinking maybe I did something to cause it. I actually got another refill by Lilly because the original nail tech didnt put the powder all the way back to my nail bed and I had the three broke nails replaced. Here it is one week later and I currently have over half my nails broken, all even at the tip. I will say Lily workmanship on my nails was great, but the cheap nail tips get a thumbs down...will not be returning

My first time here and I loved it. My full set came out real pretty And I had the love me pedicure. I like that they have many different options on pedicures and it was very clean. They have good cost ranges if you want to save or go all out on the pedicures. Rosalie did my toes and I believe Julie did my full set. And you also get complimentary drinks. This will definitely be my new nail salon.

The pedi was nothing special plus everything was done In a hurry. Also, when I finally decided on the color she tells me to pick another one because it’s not enough for my nails. So I ended up picking a color I wasn’t really Happy with, I just sort of picked it rushingly. I was bummed about that. I wanted my nails short and round and I got them square anyway. I kept telling her to make them more round .. still, Square shaped. Lastly, the tips of my nails Have color missing so it looks like they faded! I love the look and feel of the place but as far as quality service goes.. nope.

I got my eyebrows done here and the chick totally botched them i even gave her 2 chances to clean it up but she couldnt. To make matters worst I only had my card ($10 min) so i had to tip her. I wont be back.

This is a very clean, relaxing and luxurious spa. The prices are not outrageous and the staff is very professional and friendly. My sister gave me a surprise birthday gathering there and it was awesome. The private room is very nice. And the drink are good

The service is usually good except for one male technician who thought it was relaxing to pop my toes and rub my shin bone! He couldn’t paint toes well either. The thing I don’t like on every single visit is that it feels more like a day care center. There’s no relaxing with bratty noisy kids slamming toys and running around the salon. I really only still go here because it’s close and it’s clean.

Beautiful place and sweet people. The owner was SUPER nice and friendly. I love that they took my daughter and set her up to get her nails done. While I was getting mine done. BUT they need to hire more people that have EXPERIENCE you can tell they are fresh at it. My nails are TOO thick and when I sat down to get my pedicure the lady was barely trying to do my feet. I got a half wack job done on my feet to the point that I asked to get the cheapest one. Everything felt so rush I couldn’t even relax. I expected a better experience and Quality. At the end I paid $85 feeling robbed and upset. I will NOT be going back. Giving 2 stars because of the owner and shop.
