Worst place to get your nails done! I went yesterday for the very first time and I was highly disappointed! The nail tech left my nails crooked and uneven. My nails don’t even look fresh! I think I could’ve done a better job than her. I do not recommend it at all! I also did my eyebrows and the owner kept noticing I was looking at my nails all funny and she asked if I liked them and I told her I didn’t and showed her my nails and she straight up ignored me! I don’t like to argue and make people feel stupid so I just paid and left. I always tip good but this time I left and did not tipped the lady, she didn’t deserved it.

Always have enjoyed the ladies there! They treat everyone well 😌

First off the customer service is basically favoritism! They’re rude and they talk about you! The work is horrible and sloppy because the nail techs rush and are too busy gossiping and taking person phone calls!

I personally loved my experience. They have good customer service if youre not crazy or rude to them because it should be common sense to not be angry at the people who are doing your nails. But regardless, if you want your nails done, ask for the lady in the glasses (i believe she is the owner and did such a good job!) They did my nails really well. My pinky nail is crooked so it fell out in 4 days so I went back and the lady redid my pinky nail free of charge!

Mary takes care of my nails and Janet does my pedicures. Both are good technicians. Atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.Establishment is always clean and equipment sanitized. Techniciansare friendly and courteous.

I have been going to this place for a couple of years now and I can say that the people there are great. They have great customer service and make you feel welcome.

Walk in and requested to have a manicure done shellac nail polish. The nail tech who did my manicure did a very bad bad job. Whatever you do please do not go to this nail shop. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Seemed nice & friendly. But after getting my nails done 2 days later they started peeling off, by the end of week all the shellac was gone. Waste of money.

First time I went I was satisfied ,was happy that I did not have to drive way to pearland to my usual spot. The second time, I was so displeased. . The lady who did my feet did not understand what in was telling her but she was nice, then the lady Im not sure if she is the head lady or what but she kept not listening to me when I was trying to tell her what I wanted. I asked for a white tip full set with a small pink line underneath the white I asked her could she do this and she said yes, when it was done it was messy and just not pretty, and she tells me well I dunno.. Im like seriously ok..wont be back. Also another point my mom got toes fungus there .. I did not know until I told her about my not so pleasing experience

They do okay nails but its not worth the fraud that goes on here. I paid for my nails and later I go home to discover they retype my credit card information in and charged me for someone elses nails! In no shape or form is that okay ANYWHERE Im upset, angry, and have filed a fraud report on this establishment. Dont be a victim of scam avoid going here.

If I could rate this a zero I could worst place ever to go to ! They are super rude and they don’t do what you ask for .... they scam you and recharge you more after you leave I guess they retype your card info. PLEASE AVOID GOING HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO BE RE PUNCHED AND OVER CHARGED WORST PLACE IN HOUSTON TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE WONT EVER GO BACK...

Ive taken my daughter here since she was just a little girl, so Im a bit biased. Here are the facts, whenever I get my nails done here everyone thinks its my real nails. Secret...just ask to get the tips done with powder... French Manicure yassss, my nails are everything!

These people are rude, and do HORRIBLE nails. Then will try and get an attitude when you ask the to fix your nails. The same day got my nails done, it looked as if I had my nails on for a whole week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

Was there for 2 hours. Several customers had pedicures. Nerve saw any sanitation done to tubs. Only wiped tubs out between customers.

Been to so many nail salons and by far this one is my favorite. Friendly staff, and the product used on my acrylics last a very long time.

I give it a three because although it wasnt many people just me waiting, it took 40 min before they was able to get to meI just needed a cut down and a design on my nails.

Not my regular go to nail salon, but its close to home. On a scale of 1-10, I give it 8.
