This was the best manicure and pedicure I ever received. I spent an afternoon at the mall after a flight and the service was amazing. I have never had a manicure or pedicure last and look good as long as the ones I got from them. I wish I could fly back just for them!

One of the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. I had Martha. Manicure was good. I got a fill with all white and matte top coat. White is difficult to do especially because I had white tips underneath but she did pretty good.

This is my go to nail salon! Everyone is super friendly and theyre all great techs but my favorite person is Lee (or Le). Shes freaking amazing! They have a variety of color choices from, shellac, powder, to regular nail polish! I normally get the shellac polish and it lasts me a long time. Ive never had any issues with chipping. If youre ever in the Galleria, check them out. Theyre one of the best. Its worth every penny!

Ive been coming here for 2 years and it appears they have changed staff members. The lady that helped me was rude! I changed my mind about a color 2 nails in and the lady got upset and said I shouldve told her before! I have a customer waiting! As if my 100.00 was worthless! I politely asked her to forget about the design but of course, being an extra cost she pretended she was apologetic to continue. Never coming to this place again! Never experienced such terrible customer service!

This used to be my GO TO place. Since Covid, prices have gone up; one extra dollar on every service, which is understandable, however the quality has significantly gone down. Last weekend I got a shellac manicure like always. I only received two coats of polish and no top coat. As you can guess, by today, 8 days later, all of them have peeled off already. Not to mention, they are only pushing my cuticles back rather than removing the dead skin. Doesn’t look fresh or new. Not worth $35.

There work is AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL. They are super nice/ professional and have a very clean work environment/space l. I love my nails very much💅. 100% would recommend

Love their customer service. I got an acrylic set + pedicure by Lee and she was amazing. She gave me exactly what I asked for and was funny as heck. I broke my mask and they offered me another. They also took great measures to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines. Place was clean and sanitary. I will definitely be coming back!

The jelly pedicures are amazing!! Not only do they massage your legs, feet and knees!! But they also massage your neck and shoulders. My daughter and I have decided to make a monthly trip from Lufkin to Houston to get our pedicures done.

My acrylic refill with gel polish was very disappointing. My polish changed color in 5 days and became patchy even though I didnt cook or clean or use any chemicals. In years and years of using gel Polish , this is the first time this has happened. The manicurist didnt put the polish all the way on my nails as well and they look grown out even though it has only been 5 days. For a 45$ manicure, this was so not worth it.

I had a wonderful experience at La Palm! Martha did my pedicure and not only did she do an excellent job, she also gave me an extra 10 minute massage for free! Another perk is that they’re open until 9 pm, so I had plenty of time to make it after work before they closed.

Great Customer Service. Only a 5 minute wait, competitive pricing. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because of location and limited shellac colors.

Don’t go to this place ever. The quality of the nails based upon the prices are not equivalent. My nails broke after one day. The customer service is ridiculous .nails actually turned colors and broke after one turned from a pure white to beige . (And I did not put make up on ) will never return if I could give no stars I would.

I asked for colour removal and then gel on top. The girl spent so long removing the it, filing it down so much that my nails were super thin. She then didn’t know what she was doing next and there was so much confusion in what I wanted. Eventually we sort of got there and she ended up doing dipping powder. I was charged $50 which to me is pretty steep. An hour after leaving there were bubbles in my nails, however I was flying out that evening so had no time to go back. Now 6 days later one has chipped. Very disappointed.

I have always been seen right away each time I have been here. They provide a beverage as soon as I sit and are very professional. I get a pedicure each time and the technicians do outstanding work every time! Color lasts for weeks and I could not have asked for better. It is nice to find a place that will give you great service every time you walk in the door!

The service here was excellent! My mom and I went to go get our manicures and pedicures done here and they served us immediately. They were professional and very friendly. Yvonne and Mina were the technicians for mom and they made her very comfortable. Van is the one who did my nails and she was excellent as well. The lady who did my pedicure, I did not get her name, but she was also fantastic! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for nails done right and for a wonderful staff at an affordable price

I love this place! It is so relaxing and every time I go whether there is a lot of people or not they do their best to get you in and out. The wine is strong and the quality of service is excellent! I would recommend this place to any and everyone! They are even great with kids from what I can tell and I will bringing my daughter back for sure! Everyone there is lovely especially yvone !

I won’t ever get my nails done here again. Very rude! I got cut with the nail file twice and she didn’t even stop what she was doing. I had to ask her to spray some alcohol on it. Paid 45$ for my nails and three days later they start cracking! I went back to let them know and see if they could fix them, this witch gonna tell me to my face my nails aren’t cracked! Very poor service and customer service! Nails popped off after a week. They won’t get another penny from me

Love La Palm! They’re very kind and every time I’ve been there, they’ve had booths open and I’ve been seen right away. They are reasonably priced and even offer teacher, student and medical professional discounts on certain days. Highly recommend!

This nail salon saved my entire Trip to Houston. After leaving North Carolina with a terrible mani and pedicure. My nail tech educated me on what would be best for thin nails. La palms came to the rescue. I’m extremely particular about my nails. They listened and delivered. I will recommend them to anyone traveling from out of state, thats in need of great service. I went a few weeks ago & sansan did my full set of powder acrylics as well as a color change on my toes. my acrylics were the PERFECT almond shape! i love the service & atmosphere here, everyone is so friendly. the prices are reasonable. i definitely recommend this place and i will be returning!

First time here. Love that they are open until 9 as all other nail places close at 7. Got a full set with Sang Sang, absolutely recommend her! She pays close attention to detail and takes her time, very sweet lady. I believe it was around $45 for powder matte coffin set.

In town to visit family and decided to get mani/pedis for me and my teenage daughter. Also brought my 10month old with us. The ladies were so sweet with my baby and did a wonderful job on our nails. My only regret is upgrading to shellac, which in turn took away from their tip! We will definitely be back next year!!

They close at 9PM on according to their website & google. ive been there before countless of times where ive seen them take in clients after 8pm. Yesterday my child and I was turned down about 8:05pm & no one would give me an explanation on why I was being turned away even when they were not close. the nail tech literally shood me away. I went upstairs to California nails where they took me in & the experience was great. if you have a certain policy stick with it every time not just when you pick and choose who you want to take by the way that they look. all well.

Needed to get my nails done, walked in while they were super busy, Nancy #9 rushed to my rescue. Her artwork is spectacular! She even did 2 coats of my polish. French tips and all. In and out quickly. My next visit to Houston, I will ask for Nancy #9 at La Palm Nails!

Ive been going to La Palm Nails Spa since it opened. Sooo good!I arrived 10 minutes early, the staff smiled and gave me with a bottle of water.I asked to layer two colors for my manicure and they did very well.I didn’t see the old owner but the new owner was also a very humorous person. The ambiance here is perfectly clean.I wish I could give more stars. Ill be back!

I was a little skeptical about this place when they told me the wait was going to be 10 minutes......30 minutes later a man started my nails. He was pretty quick and Im very picky and difficult, so when he kept asking me to look at them to tell him what I wanted fixed I thought he was being sarcastic lol; but he still kept asking to make sure I was happy. In the end I was very happy I think this will be my new nail place.

Would not recommend. My nail polish lasted 4 days. I believe it was the quality of nail polish. Another thing I didnt like was the fact that the lady who did my nails used a dirty towel. Big no no for me. She was also kind of rude maybe she was having a bad day.

I walked in at 8pm and they asked me to come back tomorrow. Mind they close at 9pm. Then when I didn’t leave they said if I wanted my nails done I had to wait because someone has an appointment at 8 and by that time it was 8:10. So I waited and wasn’t offered anything to drink. Half way into my nails they asked me to pay before they finished because it was 9. Customer service towards certain people are not okay because sometimes the people you think that doesn’t have much could be the most generous. And they are pretty pricy for regular work.

I have really tried to like this place for over a year because I work in a building connected to the Galleria, and its convenient, but I will not go back. The service is horrible. Every person Ive dealt with has been rude or has given me a problem, except for Nancy, but she recently moved. I had my nails done last week with someone else, and one broke 2 days later. I went to get it fixed today, and they charged me to fix it. Even the most high-end places dont charge you to fix their bad work, especially if youre a long-time customer.

This establishment has hired a new eyelash specialist that has ZERO clue as to what she is doing!!! Ive been coming here for lash refills for about a year and have always been pleased with the services by Vickie. Last week, Vickie all of a sudden disappeared!!! The new lady completely ruined my lashes. after much complaining, my money was returned, but the manager wanted to hear NOTHING about my horrible experience. She didnt even want to look at the terrible lash job! So disappointing bc now Im looking for someone else as good as Vickie.

WHOA BUDDY! Ive been here twice. 10 years apart and I cant even begin to tell you how awful these people are. On lunch. I walked in. I had just removed my gel nails done at a salon closer to my house. I filled my nails to my liking, oiled my cuticles and simply needed a my gel polishes reapplied. First, it was $25. Hmm ok. To buff and apply polish. Right. Ok. So I sit down and she tries to file my nails. I say, no thank you. Id just liked them buffed and polished. She pulled out my color selection. Ok. No problem. I chose a color (though ive already stated I only wanted clear gel) she literally slips the color on each finger. I can see holes where she didnt bother actually painting the nail correctly (a basic technique in cosmetology) then she pulled out an OPI color. I say, thats ok. I work upstairs, I can use one of the polishes I sell. Clear is fine, but thank you. She says oh you just want to see your nail. I reply, yes please. She then slops on the top coat. Dents and holes galore but Im not going to let this lady ruin my day. Were get to the register, I give her MY company card in her hand and she says OH, YOURE GOING TO ADD A TIP? I say no... she stares at me. How much tip you add? I said zero dollars. She runs the card, tosses it across the counter, says your card is there. I signed the receipt and said your receipt is there. Have a great day. Picked up my card and went and fixed my nails with chanel gel polish. If you dont want to serve blacks, just say so. Im cool with that. And I see many of you were offered a drink. I wasnt. Then come to find out, my coworker gets charged $15 for her nails. She lacks melanin. Isnt that ironic?! Ill happily go back to Helen in friendswood whos full manicure with gel was $33.00 and tip her a $20 per usual. Never judge a book by its cover. Its bad for business

I have been coming here for four years and have always seen Amanda. She is amazing. Yesterday she was not there so I saw someone else and she burned my skin while waxing my eyebrows. Usually my skin is little red after but it clears up within 15mins when I woke up this morning it looked horrible. I called them and asked to speak to the owner or to have him call me and she said he wont call you he doesnt want to talk to you. What she doesnt know is I work in the mall so will be making complaint in person.

I wish I can put less than 1 star. The service I received was absolutely horrible! The lady (Kelly) cut off my nails after I had been growing them for weeks!!! Not only that - she cut them so badly they were cracked and chipped. The application of the nail polish was also bad. I left extremely dissatisfied.
