Danielle did a good job he is nice, But the lady she did my manicure made them so thick and she was mean and she didnt even put lotion in my hands😤

I don’t leave many reviews but I feel compelled to leave this AMAZING place a 5 star review! I called ahead to schedule a pedicure. They were able to see me early and I choose the “Resort pedicure” price was only $50 so I didn’t know exactly what to expect since I’m used to paying $75-$100 for a regular pedicure. It comes with a neck massage which I’ve never had that included in a pedicure before either but was interested to see exactly how that worked! The man who did my treatments was impeccable and I will 1000% go back!! This is truly a gem find and I highly highly recommend going if you are anywhere in the vicinity! The neck massage was great as well, however, I was happy I was wearing a t-shirt instead of nice clothes since with all of the oils and such I would hate to be wearing something nice!

This salon is fantastic - they are quick, friendly, accommodating, and take their time to do a good job vs. most salons that rush through your manicure or pedicure and don’t listen to how you want your nails. My dip was perfect and when I told her I like them thin and natural, she did exactly what I asked for. Great service and quality manicure/pedicures

Been coming here for 20+ years thru different owners. Theyve changed again and service not as good. Plus they are not adhering to covid safety guidelines. Sign says they require mask but they didnt enforce it. Also allowed people to sit who werent receiving services. This is reckless during the worst of this pandemic.

The staff is nice. Its relaxing during less busy hours. My shellac was done poorly by a young man there but Kylie fixed it to my complete satisfaction a few days later. Prices are very reasonable. Ill return!

Great location for me, I work across the highway. Glad I looked up nearby nail salons or I would have never noticed it. I am in that shopping center several times a week for the Mexican restaurant, the coffee shop, the donut shop and the gas station and have never noticed it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a great pedicure and manicure. Plenty of colors and brands to choose from. Lots of choices for pedicures. Not a large place but I was able to sneak in on my lunch break. I will return.

Nails turned out just okay. I didn’t want tips but they didn’t have materials to properly mold a nail so I had to get them.Pedicure was bad. She barely scrubbed my feet and when I told her she said she’d do it later. Nail polish on toes chipped after 3 days & feet started peeling which clearly shows the low quality of either the pedicure or sanitary materialsResponse to company Reply:I always take care of my nails when I get them done. Yes I decided to move forward to get the tips, because that was my only option. I said they turned out “okay”. My 2 star review is more so about the pedicure. I don’t do any strenuous labor and my feet are not exposed very often so for an entire toe to chip after 3 days is not my fault, it is the employee’s. I even told her the polish didn’t look right & she ignored me & kept it moving. I have never had my feet peel more after leaving a nail salon, & they don’t even peel on a regular basis. Thank you for your response, but you didn’t even address the pedicure issue and my review still stands.

They are all very friendly and talkative! Anything you ask them to do they will happily do for you and they have a huge selection of nail polish, gel, and powder colors. They always check with you to ensure you’re comfortable and are very easy to book appointments with. Affordable too!!

One Broke 2 Days Later And I Bled So Badly It Pull Meat Out Of My Finger, I Stress To Her My Fear Of How Than They Seem But She Assured Me That It Was Good. I Went Back A Second Time Because She Text me And I Thought Wow, This Is Nice, When Me And My Daughter Arrive She Said That She Had Time To Give Us What We Requested, We Stayed Waiting To Get Our Nails Done Over Five Hours, It Is Only One Person Who Do Nail And She Kept Helping Other People Who Came In The Shop After Waiting Over Five Hours I Ask Her Okay For Get The Nail Please Just Give Me A Nice Manicure, And She Decided Not To Do My Nails At All Period. She took Off My Nails That I Paid For And Wanted a new Set But Left Me Hanging With No Apology. She Was Rude And Mean For No Reason. She Told My Daughter She Would Get a New set Instead She Cut Her nails Down And Gave Her A Refilled After We Stress That She Really Need A New Set, So She Charge My Daughter $55 For Her Nails The Way She Wanted To Do It Instead Of What My Daughter Asked. Very Sad And Disappointed With The Service, I Will Not Be Returning.

I desperately needed to take my old set off and just go natural. I came in 45 minutes before they closed and they were happy to help.I think my techs name was Huy, and he was great! Engaged in conversation and was just really fun to talk to. He took his time and was very kind and made sure I was comfortable, offered me something to drink, although I declined.I kinda liked the option to sign up for texts and I wasnt asked about it until I was paying.I will definitely be back. I love my nails!

Okay, so the place isn’t bad, I was a walk-in and they were able to do my nails. I was in the area while my car was in the shop, so I looked online and I picked this place because of the great reviews. I was a little confused when I arrived because this place looks like a typical nail salon, (some reviews made it sound extra glamorous I guess?). I asked for a refill. The problem is they stand over you and ask you to leave positive reviews and they have you sign up for their text alerts. They do this before your nails are even finished. I wasn’t feeling that approach while I was there, and now it makes sense why so many people left reviews for this place. I’m sure there are regulars, but my nails were just okay when they were all done.

My nails turned out perfect , I didn’t get the woman who took such great care of me but she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or rushed loved the salon and the results! First time going here and will for sure be coming back as a regular!

I got a pedicure and eye brows waxed. This was my 2nd time there. They did a fantastic job both times and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Today was my first day going to Family Nails, I read the reviews from the Yelp community and decided to give them a try. I called this morning (Labor Day), to make an appointment and was able to come in 30 minutes later. This place is totally a hidden gem, Ive pasted it everyday and never noticed it was there and its vliterally 5 minutes from my house, which is a plus.. Okay so I go in and was immediately greeted, I was in the chair at my appointment time (no waiting), this alone was majorly impressive. I booked with Nancy, her, her husband, and cute little girl were the only ones in the shop today. Nancy is great at what she do, from her personality to her gift in nails. Every step of the way, she made sure I was comfortable and satisfied, never rushing. They are very clean here (they dont reuse the file and buffer.. Its given to you for you to bring with you at your nail appt), how awesome is that. The name of the salon really fits this place, because they make you feel like family.. And their daughter Vy, even made my the cutest picture to take with my,so sweet!! I will definitely be coming here for now on..So glad I found this place and it so close to home. Thanks yelp
