**Update 2 - I went back up to 4 stars because the company has been amazing in reaching out to resolve this issue. (I didnt take them up on it, but I give them 10 stars for resolutions)***Update -- 6 days after initial visit and I lost all the polish on one nail which peeled off in two pieces and you can see my other nails are chipping. This is supposed to be shellac. I downgraded my review. It was already one of the highest priced salons Ive been too, but now the quality isnt so great.Went here for the first time today. I had a mani and pedi with shellac and my daughter got acrylic nails. My pedi was amazing! If you go ask for Logan. The mani was meh. One nail is jagged and another is filed crooked. There were more people there so maybe he felt rushed. My daughter thought the dipping was weird and she ended up with an ombre which is okay but not what she wanted. The total trip was $126 without tip and no itemized receipt was provided (their website shows a pedi special at 20% off and a spend $60 get a free nail design which neither of us were offered). Overall experience was okay, it was gorgeous inside, they offered us free water, it was amazingly clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. We would consider going back.

I have gotten a powder set from a different place and came here for a refill. They didn’t have the same color so I picked a similar color not knowing that the colors wouldn’t blend well because they didn’t explain that to me. Anyway, this is what a color powder refill gets you here...I didn’t notice that much of a color difference until I got home and my husband mentioned it. Embarrassing! Happy Mother’s Day to me. I spent 100 dollars on a refill and pedicure with regular polish and tip.

Lynn was really nice and helpful however the other employees weren’t that great. I know I came in at 4 and they close in an hour but literally rushed everything. They reused the water from my feet for my hands... that’s so disgusting. And they put the tools back in sterile bags without cleaning them as well. Overall was not a pleasant experience I do not recommend. Just feel bad because Lynn was very nice at the end and tried her best to make up for it but the others who had done my pedicure and manicure were the worst.

The worst salon experience I have ever been through. They started me off to take off my full set and left me 40 minutes smelling the acetone I have a horrible headache because of that so I wanted to leave they wanted to charge me for a full payment when I refused to pay full price they started being rude and eventually kicked us out after I paid. I want to mention that I called in for an appointment for 3. The guy said to come in 40 minutes and he was free, he lied and he only wants to stack up customers. I was there for two hours and came out looking like the picture attached.

I fully enjoyed my 1st experience. I will be back.

It was my first time there and wow!! Lynn greeted me with a big smile asked what service I wanted and offered me a coffee. Lynn did my nails, they are fabulous. I got a full set, dipped nails. They have so many beautiful colors to choose from, the shape was perfect. Tina did my pedicure and she did a fabulous job, the massage was great, she was also super nice and talkative. I found my go to place after months of searching! I highly recommend this nail salon! Great atmosphere, customer service and overall great experience!

The employees here are so sweet! Lots of powder colors to choose from. I just moved to this area and I thought I would have to try a few different places to find -the one- but I will definitely come back to this store.

Everything was good, my pedicure was by far the best one I have ever had ever! But my nail just fell off last night as I was turning my house alarm on for the night. I’ve only had them a week .. very good customer service, and pay attention to detail, if it’s not good they will do it the right way.

Why do you tell customer to come at a certain time and that you won’t have to wait and then when you get there you have to wait... that’s very very bad!! I will not be coming to this nail salon for that reason integrity means a lot... if I call you at 5:39pm and you say if you come now you have to wait but if you come at 6:30 you will not, and to get there at 6:20 and told you’ll have to wait about 15-20 mins... Thank you but no thanks what else will you lie about!!!

I freaking love coming here to get my nails done. I no longer come with colors in mind. I trust Cindy so much I just tell her to do what ever she wants to do and my nails always come out perfect. I get compliments every day because of my nails. And Tommy will make your stay fun. I promise. Dont take my word for it just go and see for yourself. You will feel the love as well.

Lynn was wonderful! She did my nails EXACTLY how I showed her in the picture. She took her time and did quality work. If you’re getting a full set ask for her!!!! All the other ladies are wonderful as well!

I’m so happy I discovered this small nail salon! I’m usually never a regular at any nail salon. I used to jump around to different spas. Because my experiences always varied. However with Pro Nailspa Lash, I have had an exceptional experience for the last three visits!I love how the staff never rushes to finish your nails. They take their time, and make sure all the details are just right and you leave happy. They also give you as many drinks as you request. They let you sit and relax as long as you want after the service is done. And you leave whenever you please.Cindy gives the best massages! She could tell I was tired, and told me to just sit back and relax. She played relaxing music off her phone and massaged my legs until I fell asleep. She goes above and beyond to make her customers happy.Can’t wait for my next manicure/pedicure!

I got a pedicure, full set, and my eye brows waxed. The customer service was great! It was my first time to this salon after going to many trying to find one that I can make my regular salon. I found it for sure. Prices are also very reasonable! Shout out to Brian for slaying my nails!!!

Courteous, very talkative and nice people and gorgeous place. Pedicure was decent but Nails were not so good. She filed my personal mailed down to the meat literally then the shellac polish seems watered down, if that makes sense, it was see through almost.

I been going to this place for a over a year now the service is decent and the employees are very friendly I decided to stop by today to get a fill in and a some lashes removed .. I was Happy with my lashes but the price was a bit high a normal fill in is $40.00 and a full set is $60.00 but I only want one side removed because the lashes was bent on my right eyelash $40.00. Now I have a Swollen eye and that the main reason I left amazing lashes...Reply to your comment below you took off the lashes you done from my last appointment and if you heard me correctly I told you to only take off the right eye lashes because they were bend badly but you too them all off I made a appointment for a fill in not a new set of lashes , Secondly you had my eye burning for 5 whole days I could not even place my contact in my eyes. I really didn’t have a problem with the price until I seen you too going back and forward with excuse on why a fill in and a partial removal was 80 buck... One person blames it on Covid 19 and the other says it was the removal 😂😂😂. I been your client for over a year now since I move to Katy Tx but if you going to do service and give a client excuse with up front pricing for a removal of one eye and turn around and hit them with a high fee then No I just don’t do business on that level at .... The back and forwards you all did trying to validate the price of $80 made you like you were Price gouging and blaming it on Covid 19... Next time I send you all a new client please charge the same in pricing your price to knowledge is 60 for a full set which I paid before the fill in and you charge her 80 buck and I informed her it was 60 dollars from the beginning, you all need to let customers know if you prices change on service and not hit people at the end of service with a different price... The water was so HOT!! I have never been so rushed for a pedicure. It took the lady less than 20 minutes to give me a pedicure but it wasnt good. Didnt even paint my whole nail.The Man and one of the women are ALWAYS getting into arguments. SMH Not very professional here..

I love the place! They are ALL very professional and sweet. They make you feel comfortable. They offer you something to drink as soon as you sit down for service. Lynn does and excited job on my eyebrows, nails and eyelashes. Tina does a great job on pedicures.

Ive only been here twice in a row. And each time my nail tech was in a hurry. I havent been back since my last pedicure and when I figure out how to upload a picture of it you will quickly see why. Keep in mind the photo was taken the moment I left the nail salon. I dont remember the woman who did my toes. I really wish I should have spoken up, my toes were still trying under the blue light when she told me bye and rushed out of the door. I was able to successfully upload the photo. You can see how sloppy that job was done. Never again will I go somewhere just cuz its close to my house. Money completely wasted!

They are truly AMAZING. They were so sweet and the price i asked for was the price i got. I got the dip powder and my eyebrows done. My only little thing was my eyebrows they couldve been a LITTLE better. But i went for nails. My boyfriend got a pedicure and he says he LOVES the way they treated his feet. Mind you, hes had his feet done twice now lol. But i LOVE the way my nails turned out. I just PRAY they last a few weeks because quality is everything for me. I will be returning by thanksgiving, if not before then shortly after! Thank you guys!

The worst salon experience I have ever been through. My nail and my lashes not even last 1 day and when I went back they didn’t fix it and the lady her name was kim she was so rude . Omgsh I cant believe that she told me my nail is oily thats why Gel didn’t last on my nail hahah . Dont go to this salon , you will waste your time and money. Such rude people..

Oh Em Gee!! I love this place! My nails and lashes have weird idiosyncrasies. My nails naturally grow up, so they break easily. So I could never have pretty or fun nails. The nail techs there have so much experience they explained what was best and now I am growing my nails, and having fun designs. I have short curly lashes, most lashticans can’t give me the “glamorous” look, just a normal look. Not Here, I have been enjoying long lashes. Highly recommend.

I travel from humble to Katy just to get my nails done because of great customer service and great job they do. Employees are so nice to their customers as soon as they walk thru door. Im from out of town and was nervous to find a place to get my nails done, but i desperately needed them done. These folks offered to set an appt or take me as a walk in, and I got a full acrylic set put on in under an hour. My nails look beautiful, and the people were great to work with, even cracking jokes with me while I waited for my ride to circle back and pick me up. And they have a rewards program I believe, which is not something any salon in my home town offers.

The lady that did my nails just rushed through everything. Didn’t take her time with my eyebrows or nails. They look poorly done. Was here over 2 hours. When I got here, there was no wait and the staff seemed friendly. I asked for french ombre and a pedicure. Pedicure went smoothly but my nails were horrific. Another employee had to fix the inconsistencies of the job. Shape and length was noticeably off. Also there wasnt a smooth transition into the ombre technique. Also another customer came back with complaints of the price of her nails being altered after she signed for another price. She was also ridiculed and laughed at during her service. Completely unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Went on Sunday last minute appointment for pedicure. The gentleman who answered was so nice and when me and my daughter went in we were impressed with the decor and cleanliness. The ladies who did our cucumber pedicures were so nice and did a great job. We were even given mimosas and lived the stone massage. Will definitely go back.

Id consider myself a regular, I visit once a month since I moved to this area 8 months ago (sadly I will move again in 5 months). My nails grow real slow so I visit every 3 weeks for a refill, brow wax and pedicure - the usual. I havent been in the last 2 months as life gets busy but when I walked in, the Manager as always is great! Hes friendly, humorous and always offers a drink for comfort. Last time I visited, they didnt have this option but now they upgraded to a new sign in system. Its very techy and I love that!I went in over the weekend and Brian removed a broken nail tip for me as I didnt want to rip it off. They offered me to stay and do my refill but it was Sunday 4:15PM and they closed at 5. Obviously they have great customer service but I didnt want to delay their closing time so I decided to show up the next day. I had Brian again and he was friendly and great! Thanks for my million dollar refill, haha (; Love them!

PRO NAILSPA LASH GAVE ME 1ST DEGREE BURN!!!!I had to give one star to post this reviewIf I could give this company NO STAR I Would. I got my eyebrows waxed a day prior to Mothers Day! When I walked in Lynn(owner) had just finished with a clients nails! She appointed another lady to do my waxing, a lady that I was unfamiliar with to be exact. She put the wax on my left eye and it was so hot that I jumped. I told her that the wax was entirely too hot. She apologized and before she proceeded with the Right eye, she blew it 4 to 5 times before applying it. Even with the 4 to 5 blows it was not enough to cool the wax down. When she applied the wax to the right eye. I jumped and told her that was enough. Lynn (the owner) was walking by the door and I called her back I told her what had happened and she spoke to the lady in their language and the lady quickly left the room. Lynn(owner) came in and finished up. Using more wax, not as hot of course. After she was done, she applied cooling gel on my eyebrows. Which intensified the burning even more. I explained to her that my eyebrows feel like they were on fire🔥. When I woke up the next morning my eyelids were purple, and I could barely open my eyes! I attempted to wash my face with plain water. Again, even water made my eyebrows feel like they were on fire! I went to show Lynn the burns ABOVE each eye. I had a extra eyebrow under each of my real eyebrows. Only the 2nd one was 1st degree burns. Her response was sorry! The tech that originally did the waxing came to look at the disaster she created and told me to have a seat. I asked why? She said she was going to get some ointment. At this time Im furious, because they are acting like it was no big deal!!. I go back the next day. The conversation Started out good while I was talking to Lynn. I was asking her how would she like to handle this situation! I told her we could agree on somethings or we could handle it legally!When I said that word legally her husband became belligerent. Its like a switch went off in his head and he began yelling and throwing up his hands acting as if he wanted to fight me. At that moment I became terrified, His wife had to tell him to go to the back. This was UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ITS FINEST!!MY SISTER AND I WERE SOME OF YOUR 1ST CUSTOMERS AFTER THE HURRICANE HARVEY.....I HATE WE HAD TO PART WAYS LIKE THIS LYNN.Lynn wants to be understanding, but her husband is a ticking #TIMEBOMB💣I really like Lynns work. Thats why I made every attempt to try and resolve this the easy way.....but her husband has made things very difficult!!COULDNT POST PICS BUT CHECK MY REVIEW OUT UNDER YELP...SEE PICS THERE!!GO AT UR OWN RISK...OR IF YOU DONT MIND GETTING YOUR SKIN SNATCHED OFF AND BURNED....BE MY GUEST
