Ive been 3 times and I wont be returning. Im a teacher so I had a gift card the first time they talked me into dip nail but the dip nail look like pixels and wasnt filled in, nor did it glow in the dark as I requested. I kind of got a vibe that they didnt deal with a lot of black customers &they didnt care to. The 2nd full set was done by a guy Liam he was perfect. I ended up breaking a nail and went to replace it and the nail that was replaced looks nothing like the rest of the set of the nails. I also left my sunglasses and told them I would return to get them but when I came to get them they let somebody walk off with them.

I have been coming here 10 years! Tiffany and her team do an amazing job. They do powder perfectly, they are thin and not bulky. Very clean facilities, brand new pedicure chairs, and soon they are having IV therapy and freezing off belly fat. Highly recommend, in and out fast and level 10 service every time. Tell her Sarah sent you!

Horrible experience. Took my daughter there on her birthday and they kindly told me about the dip service they offer but decided not to mention the difference in price. On top of that they took waaayy to much off of my daughters nails. She was so disappointed! Shady business practices. Avoid at all cost!!

I came in asking for a pedicure and a gel manicure. They pushed me into trying dip on my nails instead of gel but decided not to tell me that there was a $20 difference in price which I was not made aware of during my decision process. I said no multiple times, but they kept insisting. I was never shown a price sheet for my manicure so I chose a service that was a lot more expensive and I was not prepared to pay for that service. They should’ve informed me about the drastic price difference in services before trying to convince me and upsell me. They push their services and try to upsell you on every single treatment. I’ve gotten pedicures there for 10+ years but I will sadly not return after that.

Claudia is very detail oriented. You can tell she genuinely has consideration for the health of your nails. Her precision and professionalism is something I’ve never experienced before and worth the extra expense. It’s quality not quantity!

UPDATE::: Hate this nail shop. I’ve been growing my own nails out for over two years now and tonight 2/22 one of the workers decided to not only not ask me but just decided to cute ALL of my nails off. Not a trim, and full on cut. $120 of my heard earned money wasted. I will not be seeing the inside of this place ever again, I’m beyond disappointed with this place. Don’t waste your time here or money, you leave beyond disappointed. Oh also enjoy the gnats flying around, favorite part of the entire experience.My current nails on the left, my nails the last time I got them done on the right. Major difference in length obviously.

Second time here and the ladies are nice. The chubby guy is very rough and very rude. Will not be letting him do my nails again.

I started coming here over one year ago and towards the fall of 2019 I started to receive sub par service. I decided to try again today and I am very unhappy with the service I received. My nails are not filed the same (2 rounded and 8 square), the powder is uneven, 3 nails are already lifting and several nails are uneven on top (one looks like a raised hill). I voiced my concern to the nail tech and to other nail techs so it could be fixed during the process but nothing was done. Upon leaving I voiced my unhappiness and Tiffany gave me a gift certificate for when I return but I told her I would not be back. I appreciate that she tried but it was too late. After 1 hour and 45 minutes then I needed to return to work.

I just left MT Nails for a regular mani/pedi. I had Yen doing my nails. She was so nice, clean, and very thorough. I will definitely be coming back for her!! The prices are very reasonable. My sister got a full set of dip powder and look gorgeous thanks to Lin.

This place is very unprofessional. Since the beginning of the summer, I have called about 3 times asking for my regular nail tech, but every time I asked, they would say she was out of town. Finally, today I decided to call and ask for her again and they told me that, yes, she was available. HOWEVER, I showed up to my appointment and all of the workers were very confused when I asked for her. I kept asking if she was there or not, and they did not want to tell me that she no longer works there. They still tried getting me to sit in another nail tech’s chair and I politely declined. They then went to get the owner. I was getting pretty annoyed standing there getting stared at, so when she came out I asked her if my regular nail tech worked there or not and she FINALLY responded no. SO WHY WOULD SHE SAY I COULD COME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER?! So then she and the other workers laugh it off and try to get me to sit down again and tell me that another nail tech is going to do it. I said “no thanks im good” and walked out. I also want to point out that my mom and i used to be regulars before this. never returning.

This place is amazing. I’ve been going here for two years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Manicure, pedicure, waxing, you name it, they do it and do it very well.

The BEST nails (solar or shellac) and perfect pedicures. They are pros at what they do. My husband even loves the pedicures. Be sure to get the hot wax and sea salt treatment.

They used to be good. Now its dirty, no one cleans, gross chairs, no background music, no order, takes forever, etc. I just saw a gentleman get up and leave. I almost followed. Looks like Ill be finding a new nail spot.

The girls here are great - the prices are low, but the girls do a good job so I feel I can tip them better than other salons that charge higher prices. If the salon isnt too busy, theyll do your mani / pedi at the same time and youre in and out in a jiffy. When it is busy, the wait usually isnt too long for a chair since they have so many.

I literally drive 45 min to come to this place, there was a line at the door. 2 white ladys and then there was I. The lady at the cash register asked the ladys inform of me what they needed and both said a manicure and pedicure, then she asked me what I needed and I told her I just wanted a French manicure and she said ok. An other nail lady approached me and told me to leave and come back in an hour 😡😡😡 it was so embarrassing and unprofessional when there were chairs available for me to sit and wait until someone became available. I figured since Im Hispanic and its a white neighborhood they didnt wanna help me out. Ill take my money somewhere else. Not coming back ever again..

My pedicure was so well done here. I really like their chairs and the foot massage. I didnt feel rushed here at all and it was very crowded.

Ive been going to this place for a long time, about 2 years, and it really upsets me that my opinion of them went from a 5 to a 2-star rating. My past few visits have been disappointing to say the least, and my final one being today. I should not have to pay for a terrible/botched service or go home and fix my nails and clean shellac off my $135 shoes because they couldnt give me the attention my service deserved. Another salon bites the dust.. moving down the list.

Ive tried other places for shellac with my girlfriends because they swear that their nail shop is the best but i regret it. I ALWAYS come back to here.
