Vina is incredible! She’s been doing my nails since before the pandemic and I took a break bc of that! I missed her and came back recently, with such joy as I see she’s grown in the pandemic process!! She’s incredible as a mail artist and is the sweetest gal too.

I will NEVER go back to this place. I’ve been coming here for the last two years and pay my deposit atleast a week in advance. Well today I had an appointment with Vina AND arrived on time may I add. When I walked in she didn’t even know I had an appointment and told me she still had two people in front of me and she FORGOT to text me. She asked me to come back in atleast two hours which would have been around 6 or 7 pm, but I had another appointment for 6:30 while I was in Houston. I drove two hours for this appointment one way and NEEDED THIS TO HAPPEN. I felt I was treated as if I didn’t matter and she was completely unapologetic and could careless. The fact I was going to book a bridal party of 12 for the following month. Now it’s good riddance. If you value your time this will NOT BE THE PLACE TO GO. For the prices she charge, I would expect better customer service and appreciation for every single customer that enters those doors. And for her prices you would think a booking system would be put in place. Never again and I really hope that she goes somewhere that she gets the same treatment she has given me today and it will be at that point she will understand the frustration and inconvenience this has truly caused especially if I’m driving 2 hours one way to have service’s rendered to be thrown away like a washed up rag doll

This is my favorite nail shop. I’ve been coming here a little over a year. Every time I come I love my nails, and Vina always does my nails very well. Sometimes when I come I don’t know exactly what to get on my nails but Vina always helps me pick out a cute design for my nails. She always using her creativity to make my nails come out beautiful. I also get a pedicure there and I love the work they do. This will always be my go to nail shop!!!

Vina was very rude . we was waiting for 20 minutes. Someone else walks in and they immediately take her . yet we still waiting . A 2nd lady walks in still not getting seen but the 2 young ladies get seen. Very rude customer service. I was about to spend 150. But she told me spend my money else where if i dont like what shes doing. And shes right i wouldnt dare spend my money there after that . drove all the way from sugarland just to get disappointed

Ann did a great job of fixing the coffin shape I had previously gotten at a different shop and hated. She did a great job on my no chip as well. Youd be surprised how sloppy some people polish. Definitely will be back .

Tiffany was extremely rude, I told her several times what I wanted and when I expressed dissatisfaction with what she was giving me she was loud. Instead of starting over to provide a quality service she caked on more powder and was rough. I’ve never been to a nail salon where the service and quality of work was so poor.

After finding her page on instagram, i absolutely had to check out Vinas salon. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of her work is amazing! From intricate designs to classic, elegant sets, she is able to do anything. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience at Vinas salon.

Places not clean tools are reused on multiple people I got staph infection from here. Within the day my fingers swelled up and pus was leaking out of the sides. I really wanted to love this place the ladies were nice and the prices were great and the work was great but the tools just need to be cleaned that is not sanitary

TERRIBLE!!This place is good to new customers only, they are LIARS and SCAM ARTISTS, very disrespectful! Even confirming with VINA BEFORE and telling her the price I want to spend on my service she over charged me AFTERWARDS without informing me and calls the police and tells me I should’ve known the prices as if I work there, and her friend filed my skin off of my fingers and my nails get caught onto everything!!

My last experience here was no good. Two of my nails were ripped when lady removed my nails. Although Vina does good work, I felt like my nails were over-priced I paid 70 dollars for a full set with one accent nail per hand and the accent nail was not what I wanted. Its too far from home for the price and experience.

I go to Vinas all the time. She is very great; however her attitude has been more on edge; prices are increasing and I find myself dreading to go and only going because she does a good job. Luckily her work out does the poor customer service on some days.Overall I like it here and the nails are ON POINT

Her work is excellent, but her time management is HORRIBLE. 3 times I have been there and with each visit I was not seen at my appointment time. I travel 1.5 hours to this location, and just as her time is valuable as a business owner, my time is value as a PAYING customer. Her policy: if late she will charge you a late fee, if she is late. What is it that you offer the customer? An apology? The best apology is changed behavior. The first time, ok no problem... that was my response the each time after that. This last time she was so behind that she did a super basic job on my nails, to be ready for her next client, that has been a customer longer than me. What makes her time more value than my time? I asked her to give me something creative, something no one else has, my hands are your canvas, my only request was an ANKH and EYE OF RA....she does just those two and begins to place the gel coating on my nails. Wait a minute Vina, I asked for your artistry to come out, let me be proud to spend over $50 dollars and 4 hours of my time (of which I could be working and making money) to be here. It truly sucks, because he work and quality is great, but she doesnt value your time as a client and doesnt offer a discount or even a drink while you wait, NOTHING...no compensation. I know the loss of one client doesnt mean much to her, which is even more upsetting, but I will no longer drive 1.5 hours to be ON TIME every time, just to wait 45 mins for her to start me, then rush me for the next person. I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed in her business ethics.Sincerely,A truly disheartened former client

I loved my nails from Valentines Day

I had an appointment with Vina (1st time), figured out that they lied and someone else did my nails, very poor quality and after telling Vina that Id been lied to and I was unhappy with my nails, she attempted to argue instead of finding a solution. My appointment was at 12 noon, waited 2 hours for service. Theyre subpar at best. Please go somewhere else. 🤢😡

To be honest, I wish I read reviews before going there, it’s my first time and I totally hate my nail, I was given an apprentice she doest know what to do at all, I had to tell her what to do and my nails is so ugly... don’t go there, don’t waste your money.

The is worst nail place. They were rude and didnt want to do the nails the way we want and had a attitude when was told that she was doing it wrong and wanted to charge extra to fix it when they messed up. Since she didnt want to do like we wanted we got up and said we were paying for what was done and they wanted to charge the full the police was called and told them that they should for what was done and they wanted us to pay up front and the cops told them that usually people pay after the service. Finally they were tryimg to record us and took picture of my my car plates so if something happen to me or my car I know you did it. We pay for the service so need for the extra.

Shop is small- if youre there for Vina be prepare to wait.

My nails looked really nice but didnt last upto 1week. The pole there have issues with English so communication was war. The girl who shaved my browz did a horrible job.

So today I went into vinas nails expecting quality service and reasonably priced nails. A friend from school told me that this shop would be perfect for me. So today My girlfriend & I came into the store and I showed the beautician a photo from their instagram and she told me $45 originally.. while working on my nails she didnt understand the designs and took off two of the acrylic nails to re-du them and then their manager told me my nails would be $85 dollars for ones of the powders they were using for 1 individual nail she explained to me 3 nails would be $30 ans 2 would be $10 ans the rest were just plain blue but theyd equal out to $85. So I told the manager I wanted a simpler design All my nails to be 1 color nude and Id just have a design on 2 fingers and she told me the pricing would amount to $70 I said thy was fine. Until the beautician thY was doing my nails tried to charge me $10 for taking off nails she had alreDy messed up on. At that point I was ready to walk out the store. But by then she wanted to cooperate with me. So she did my nails and I paid her the money... but I didnt feel misused until my girlfriend finished her nail and we basically got the same nails expect her total came out to $55. If I could show you pictures I would. This place is disorganized and the staff is rude!

Wish I had the choice of giving 0 stars. They half do things and change prices with no warning my mother just got her nails done and the whole nail fell off already the woman that did her nails must be new it took literally a hour for a full set I got my full set feet and lashes done and my mom still wasnt done. They lashes started coming off the same day she almost put my eye out with weave glue I asked her to fix it she had a attitude. My boyfriend waited in the shop with me since he was paying they kept staring and being rude as if he couldnt sit in there so he waited in the truck. Vina is very argumentative and was disrespectful in the way she talked to my mom after over charging her whatever happened to fixing a customers problem and apologising smh we will NEVER come there again and I will be sharing my experience via Facebook instagram and word of mouth people work too hard to spend looks of money for cheap work and bad attitudes
