We were sat as soon as we came in. They did a good job on my toes and nails. My massage was barely a massage which is why I don’t give this a 5 star rating. Otherwise, really dash and quick service. $57 for both hands and feet. I got shellac.

The lady here did a horrible job, my 10 year old niece did a better job with my nails. This is the finally product after getting the dip nails, it came out thicker than it was supposed to be and also he rhinestones looked awful. Most of them fell overnight!!I WASTED $55 here just to go to a nail salon the following day to get them redone.

I have been going to this salon for close to 15+ years. My daughter practically grew up in here. In all the years and multiple times I have gone not once have been dissatisfied. I highly highly reccomend. Satisfaction guaranteed!!!

This has my go to nail salon since I moved into the area last year. I always switch it up; Ive gotten full sets, shellac mani pedis, normal mani pedis, dip, etc. Ive always been more than happy with the outcome. Ladies are really nice and I always love my nails. Decided to go with a classic French full set this time.

This is my favorite nail salon in Houston. I go here regularly, about every two weeks. It’s spotless clean, very sanitized, up on all the latest health regulations, and on top of that, the staff are always kind and friendly. I get regular pedicures and gel manicures, and their professionalism is unrivaled. Also, they have a nice color selection. Couldn’t be a happier customer.

This place is very well kept and they take good precautions when it comes to servicing while a pandemic is going on. I went in for a dip mani, the lady who did it was nice and took her time with my nails. Now when I left my nails were looking great! But I came to notice one of my nails had already chipped. Not even a full 24 hrs with my dip on, maybe it was the brand of the product, or maybe she skipped a step? I also did notice she inly dipped my nails twice (which at my regular salon they do 4 times plus the top coat dip to finish) Kind of disappointed that this happened :/ it would of been 5 stars otherwise!

Ive been getting pedicures here for 10 years and have always been a satisfied customer. I usually dont have to wait and every technician has been great. They are very clean and will do a good job massaging and giving you a relaxing experience. I usually just go for the basic since Im short on time with small kids.

The cashier was polite! My pedicure was amazing! My powder color refill isn’t the best and the price for the powder color refill was higher than advertised.

Lovely place to get your nails done. Very sweet technicians. They remember you when you come back. Very reasonable prices. Great selection of regular colors and shellac. Will continue to come here in the future.

This was my first visit. I have recently had hip surgery and i walked in using a cane.The ladies in this place went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and were very careful doing my pedicure. I will definately be back. A very friendly place. And very clean.

I entered with a certain way my nails r going to b colored and ended up with something else ... M not sure they understood what I said n I tried my best to understand them. The staff seemed friendly but I was not too satisfied with my manicure.

I got my nails done & a pedicure & they did it at the same time which was fantastic. Also the ladies who did my nails & toes were SO nice & made my visit extremely enjoyable. Im alwags scared to try new nail places but I LOVED this place, Ive never been more pleased with how my nails turned out. 5 stars isnt enough!

I took a chance and went to the nail salon. It is a very clean nail salon. The chairs are very nice for when you get a pedicure. They also have really good pricing. This was a pleasant surprise.

I love this place! Theyre very fast and friendly. And you cant beat the prices! I started going here when I lived at the apartments near by. Even though I moved out of the area, I still make the effort to come here. You will not be disappointed with their service.

Wouldn’t really recommend this place for manicure. I found my finger bleeding when she removed my cuticle in 3/10 fingers. It was more like She just wanted to get over with me. Could have been much better. Not sure about other stuff but not a place to go for manicure. I m giving three stars because of the friendly staff.

Got my dip powder done here and it has been chipping horribly! I have never had dip powder last less than a week! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they did a great job with my pedicure. Will not be coming back.

Went with my best friend for my polish change and pedicure and her pedicure and dip powder nails ($40!). Super relaxed, everyone smiling. Will make this my regular place!

I have been coming here for many years and the service and quality of work has, with few exceptions, been fantastic. I moved across town from the Heights 6 years ago, but still go to Parkview. Of course, Ive tried other nail salons more convenient to where I live, but the last three just didnt compare. At one, which came highly recommended, even though I was put in a chair, 30 minutes passed so I got up to leave. To keep my business, the male owner, who had been watching TV, began removing the nail polish on my toes. He smeared the polish all over the surrounding skin. It was awful. The Parkview techs, would never do such a thing.

The service here is wonderful I got a pedi with my uncle and a hand massage. The women who work here are really nice and take the time to relax you completely. The only thing I miss was hot rocks!

This place is not good at dipping , I don’t recommend. Unless you want bulky, uneven nails however, shellac or regular nail polish is better.

I will NOT go there anymore! This morning, i went there and nicely asked them how much is a refill and they said $35. Remind you its $40 to take off nails and put a new set. Not a Powder color, just polish. I was gonna pay it , but she walked off on me after i said thats high. You have to give your customer a chance, but they lost me as a client.

Great nail salon around the corner. The service is great and the girls are very quick. They staff up more when it is busy times of days.I do mani/pedi and get my eyebrows waxed. Next I want to try a facial here.

Normally dont bad-review a business but this is the 2nd time Ive been here and the 2nd time Ive walked out in the middle of getting my nails done without finishing. Worst nail salon in the entire world ever and ever. EVER. Bloody cuticles and uneven powder. And this was after they switched me to a different person because the first person couldnt understand my complaints. Both women were awful. Spent an hour at home filing them down so I can get them soaked off in a couple days AFTER my cuticles heal.

Horrible lazy workers, I asked for long nails and one of the workers there started arguing with me to go somewhere else because she didnt want to do my nails. LAZY LAZY LAZY!!! if I could give them ZERO stars I would! Never going again .

Cant beat the prices. Quality overall is ok. I didnt notice any packaging when they pulled out their tools, but maybe I didnt notice since I was talking to the tech about my nail polish.

I came here for pedicure and the service is excellent.

My sister and I went in for a gel manicure and I was so excited for some sister bonding. As my manicurist was painting my nails I noticed she had painted all over my skin and cuticles, but I assumed she would clean them up before she was done. When she started putting her supplies away I pointed out how sloppy the edges were and asked her if she could clean them up. In an attempt to remove the nail polish, she used her cuticle scissors to cut my skin. When she said she was done my nails were still a mess and my cuticles were bleeding. I did not want to leave paying for nails that looked like I did them in the dark with my left hand. I told her I wasnt happy with how they looked and asked her to remove them. As she began to soak my nails she told me she wouldnt charge me for the gel nails but I would have to pay for a manicure. I was completely dumbfounded. She did a terrible job painting my nails, mutilated my fingers, and wasted my time. When I told her I wasnt paying for a manicure she stopped taking off my nails and let me leave the salon looking like this. It was an incredibly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I see that other customers have posted similar stories, so how this place has any stars is a mystery to me. Please, save your time, money, and cuticles and go ANYWHERE else.

Mediocre manicure and the designs are not very good. Ill be suprised if it lasts long.
