I came here for the first time on Saturday August 7th, it was definitely the nicest looking nail salon I have ever visited so you would think the work would be far better than the shoddy work I received. a lady named lynn worked on my nails, I showed her a picture and she said that she could do it. The design is fairly simple; 4 black stiletto nails and one black swirl design on a white accent nail. (as pictured below) The lady then proceeded to tell me it would be $70 for a full set which I happily agreed with assuming I would get exactly what I asked for. But (as you can see below) what I got was two poorly executed swirls (one that isnt even comparable to a swirl), and rounded stilettos formed from dollar store nail tips & glue that completely popped off within four days of getting my nails done while I was flipping through racks of clothing. Unfortunately, I live far away from Houston, otherwise, I would go back and demand a refund. Ive paid $45 for a way more complex set that stayed on for weeks. I would never recommend this place.

It was my first time and Ella was great. Very sweet young lady and my nails and toes came out great for my birthday.

Ive been coming to this salon for over 10 years.... Before it was revamped and the name was changed. The ladies here are amazing and the prices are great, especially for the amazing wprk they do.

The the lady doing my pedicure filed my own nail so bad that it was so thin and pink seeing the meat!Told her about it and she did not listen and told me it was ok.Then she continued to cut my toenails and not paying attention looking to the next seat over being nosy, not looking at what she is doing to me! I ask the manager if I can have another nail tech and told her what happened. She said ok, but had me waiting while 3 of them talk and laught by the bathroom. Totally unprofessional.This is the 2nd time they were unprofessional. Will never go back. Just want to warn new comer. Poor service...

Everytime I go I request Ruby. Shes great!! Does a great job every time. I show her a picture of what I want and its done.

The place looks so fancy and and clean but the service is bad I got my nails done I few days ago and they already coming out I pay 45 dollars just for color I will never pay that much for just color. The pedicure was very good as it for now I don’t think I am going to go anymore

Violet has been doing my nails for over 5 years. I drove 30mins from Upper Kirby to this location to see her. She is SO good. I am very picky but she spent time to make my nails the way I like them. This location is nice and has many color options. I don’t like the music they play but overall is a good salon.

They were kind of rude I mean they did my nails fine but still it wasn’t really ok to be mean to the customer. The salon is clean and everything and it’s fine just my experience of one lady being rude.

I usually like this place but I just left after paying 80 dollars with my feet looking a mess. My feet were burned. When cleaning my feet the manicurist put my dead skin and used tools in the water and then attempted to put my feet back in the water with dirty tools. Just a bad experience overall

Today was my first time trying this spot. My daughter comes all the time. I absolutely love this place. I had a manicure and pedicure with shellac....i was treated like a queen. The service was amazing. The place is super clean and neatly kept. I now have a new nail salon. This ppace is amazing

I’ve been coming here since they first opened. The place is beautiful and as their aesthetically pleasing, however, after COVID, the one who did my nails (Jenny) was nice but the quality of nails were not long lasting. Very thin application of powder. I had 2 nails break within 4 days of getting it done and i had not participated in any high level activities . Cute nails , but they break easily. I will be relocating my services.

I came to this nail salon based on the reviews and how it was opened on a Sunday.. nail tech did and amazing job !!! What I liked the most, was that with everything going with covid-19 they have a completely clean 🧼 work area and the guy who is in the front checks your temperature before coming and they take safety precautions like keeping distance.. I forgot his name but he was also welcoming and his customer services is ON POINT!!! He offered complementary drink while waiting and made conversation with me(not like other salon that make it awkward while waiting). Couldn’t ask for a better place for pedicure, super attentive staff and honest prices for what you get... DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE🙂

I usually have a great experience getting my pedi done here but this morning 1-29-21 ..10:30am . Seems like a few of my toes hurt more after getting my pedi then before I got here . I kept telling the lady she left a piece of nail in between my nail bed and she acted like she didn’t know what I was saying when she obviously had no problem communicating with me before ! Super annoyed that I have to walk off like this .

I called to ask about an appointment and to find out about the covid safety.....Ms. Trish was so helpful and friendly I decided to come in... Ms. Stephanie took care of me and didnt hurt me @ all! I had never been to another pedicurist in 5 years! My previous 1 fell and will b out 3 to 4 months....but I think I found my new 1! Great job!

1st time coming here, it looks pretty rough out in the parking area(dirty, trashy)because next door is vacant. But once you go in it looks very nice and clean. I came in to get a refill with shellac. I like how Amanda did my nails she was very sweet, nice, prudent and efficient in my opinion. I will definitely come back for a mani and pedi.

Overall it was a good experience, I got a pedi and can’t really complain although the smell of fumes were so strong I left with a headache

Beautiful salon, well thought out decorations. My first time here was exceptional! I think the boss lady was there, she greeted me at the door and even help picking out the colors for fall. Which I thought that was nice.I did the dips $40 and $35 pedicure, both technicians accommodated to my request and could not be happier. Will definitely return!

Great service, impeccable job

I went to get my nails and lashes done at this place. I assumed and brought into account that I’d probably have to pay a little bit extra due to the coronavirus but when I went in to get my nails and lashes I left with 168 dollars less in my pocket. I initially told the person who did lash extensions that I wanted clusters which are 35 dollars. She told me ok and I went into the room to get my lashes done. It took about one hour and when I was finished and went to pay my service I was charged 100 dollars for my lashes because the tech put on individuals instead of clusters. I expressed to them clearly that I did not want individuals and have never gotten individuals before and they blamed me for a lack of communication. I ended up paying the fee to avoid confrontation but I will never go back there again. (And the 100 dollars I paid for these lashes arent worth it because they are thin and sparse. They arent full at all and dont look better than clusters. I put on falsies at home and they would look better than what I paid for.)

Nicely decorated, no smell of acrylics or any nail polish fumes. Set up is okay. I was one of maybe three in there the entire time. Simple, quick service. The man who did my nails was extremely attentive and nice. The nail polish wrinkled and has started to come off already after only two or so days. So overall, nice place, but lacking in quality.

I am so disappointed by going there. As soon as I left the place I looked at my nails closely n they look so ugly whatever I asked the to do they did totally opposite of the nails. The nails were to long I asked the lady to make them shorter for me, she charged me extra $5. When u try to tell them something like the color not the same they will try to convince u that no this is the exactly color, and then they will try to tall their own language:like they r cursing u or something. Will never ever go to that place again. I better pay more money somewhere else n get good service than coming to this place.

They sat me down, and ask what kind of service I wanted, after that I waited for 25 min, without getting any assistance. While some people who came after me were being help. I assume the service I requested wasnt expensive enough, so I decided to leave.I talked to the person in charge on my way out, and she told me she had asked me to wait, which she never did. I was very disappointed with their service, and needless to say Im never going back there again.

This was my second time here and it was horrible! I had such s good experience the first time, but today changed my mind. They lady who did my nails rushed me the whole time she had to take the top coat off my nails like 3 times because it was coming out all messed up and she was going to leave it like that if I didn’t say anything! They were super busy and they we not even making the costumers happy. The guy with the glasses that did my pedi didn’t apply my polish good at all I could of did it my self! I will never go here again!
