Tommy and Cici were unbelievably. Tommy is the best for acrylic nails, and Cici is phenomenal with pedicures. Must come and try out.

Went in today as a walk in. it wasn’t busy so they took me pretty fast. I got a pedicure with shellac & full set, everything came out pretty decent. service was okay but i feel like i was overcharged🙄 $105 for both services, my nails were short to medium length NO extra design or stones (basic square shaped) came out $50White shellac on my toes with two toes add on acrylic powder for length. Shellac Pedicure $45 plus (extra $10 for acrylic)I tipped $5 for nail lady and $5 pedicure lady out of appreciation for taking there time to do the services.I guess it’s an okay place if your desperate or like me with a special event coming up, but prepare to be overcharged for basic nails.I asked for #1 quality nails & got #2🥴

This nail shop has no clue what customer service is!! Extremely rude!! EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! I left one comment on their Instagram page which is @texasnailsandspa and he blocked me. They go by appointment only but there is nothing special about the shop, they don’t even offer water/wine. It’s not very well put together and it’s always one Asian guy in there that thinks he knows everything and doesn’t take time to listen to what design or style you actually want on your nails. He can do a neat job but a set that you think will cost $60 MAX, will actually cost $120. I kid you not! He overcharges for the most plain and simple styles no matter what you request. Nails only last 2 weeks, people have real bills to pay and 100 something dollars for a set is a joke. He also charges everyone differently and makes up random prices in his head every single time so that’s why you have to text/call and schedule appointments. Very sneaky!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. But go see for yourself if you’d like. I DARE YOU lol.

I’ve gone here for almost 2 years now if I’m not mistaken. I’m never disappointed when I leave, Keith the owner and the other nail technician shaping and skills are amazing.They dedicate there quality of work into each set and you can tell. The best part of all is, that they treat you like family and make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Always incredible work by Texas Nails and Spa! I got shellac done on my nails and toes many times, and they still look perfect over a month afterwards every time!! Such a wide range of colors, too— they have something for everyone. Keith, Hailey, and everyone else at Texas Nails and Spa are always so friendly and welcoming. I ALWAYS get so many compliments on my nails whenever I come here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I cannot stress how much i love this place!! Every time i come here Kieth always delivers. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now and I haven’t been to any other nail salon. Keith did an amazing job on my nails! I’ve never had a fat coffin shape done this well, or any set shaped this well. On top of that, he talked about loving what he does, which is VERY important to me. I’m an artist and a professional - I take my crafts and my work very seriously and I respect the work that was done on my hands and feet because I saw the hard work and dedication. Will definitely come back and refer others. Worth every penny! I’m not sure what the lady’s name was that did my feet but she did an amazing job as well.

I’ve been a couple times but I’ve definitely noticed they pick and choose who nails they want to do the best. I ask for specific colors and shapes and if you’re not paying attention they will do what they want. I won’t be returning ! It’s not worth the drive anymore

The nail artists here are very talented. I schedule an appointment with Keith after seeing his talent on Instagram a few days before my wedding. I wanted my nails perfect for my wedding and they were better than I could imagine.

I love this place the price point is amazing the work is amazing and Keith is my personal favorite. I’m always in and out and I always love my nails. I even drive 40 minutes across town and I’ve be. Faithfully coming here for 2 years

This nail shop is great. Inexpensive great work and friendly staff. Usually pretty packed on weekends and the wait is usually long. They say they take appointments but when you show up for your appointment on time they are not available and you have to wait at least an hour.

The two men did a great job on me and my friends nails but the woman that did my toes didn’t do a good job and tried to charge me for a deluxe pedicure when she gave me a regular pedicure. Overall i love my nails and they are reasonably priced.

Ive seen amazing work from the location, however its just a ploy in order to have you visit. To say that all the nail techs provide the same service couldnt be further from the truth. Kane is a fast smooth talker, simply to distract you from the poor service to be provided.I made an appointment with Kane only to be given another nail tech. Everything I asked for turned into an argument. I asked to remove my previous set of nails, the nail tech proceed to file off my previous set instead of soaking off as requested ensuring me that it would not harm my nails. LIE. In addition, I have 2 crooked nails, along with 3 uneven. Total waste of $60.Safe to say I will not be returning.

I am so disappointed I found this place on Instagram. I came in for a full set the man who seems nice kept reassuring me that I would be seen quickly that turned into 2 hours. I get it he is trying to take as many customers as he can but its inconsiderate of my time I had them take my nails off and I left 2 hours !! Im pissed! He must be the only one who can shape and style nails. Be considerate of peoples time and let them know up front how long a service will be ! Total waist of time!!

I read the reviews and still decided to give them a try. Smh never again. Never been so disappointed in a nail shop it’s ridiculous. 1:45-5:15 take off previous nails and then a full set. On top of that i have 3 crooked nails. Waste of $65.

Id like to start by saying that it only gets two stars because my end product looks good. However service was terrible. I had 2 appointments set for my sister and I at 10am. it took an hour for someone to start our pedicures, and 2 hours for someone to start our hands. They left us soaking in acetone for 45 minutes and continuously stopped working on us to attended to walk ins. overall we spent 4 hours there and while my nails came out good, my sisters looked nothing like she asked for. As a professional business appointments should be handled first and then walk-ins can be attended to. I also noticed they were reusing files and not cleaning all of their tools.

BEWARE AND TAKE HEED!If I could leave 0 stars I would.This is most fraudulent nail shop ive ever been to in my life! Keith does not do your nails. He shapes them! If you were on their Instagram page and coming to this nail shop to see what the hype was like myself, do yourself a favor and dont.You will get passed around the nail shop and end up leaving with a bad experience. If you like beyond sub-par services and overly priced nails then this is perfect for you. Keith does not actually apply anything to your nails except the gel, and cuticle oil. If you call and expect an appointment with him because of some comments and posts on instagram, BEWARE TO GET BAMBOOZLED. I drove 1 hour from north Houston to this shop, because I loved all their work on the instagram page, only to make a trip and was under the impression that Keith would be doing my nails. Seeming as how his name is all over their instagram posts which is a lie! If he doesnt do nails then just say that! I myself am an addict to getting my nails done, and you guys have us out here thinking were about to get the best looking set of nails etc etc, and you dont deliver what you promise! The second time I went to get my nails done, I called ahead of time, was told there was no wait, I show up, ended up waiting 30 minutes or so. When it was my turn, (of course Keith wasnt doing my nails) I was sat with some lady, (again, after being told Keith would be doing my nails) and she looked at my nails, asked about the color and about my refill (my nails were done somewhere else), went to the back, while Im sitting here thinking maybe she went to get the powder and some other equipment, not even exaggerating, 12 minutes passed by and I asked where did she go , and if she took a break? And the other tech was likeoh she was hungry and went to eat -_- SHE SAID NOTHING ABOUT HER GETTING UP FOR A BREAK OR EATING, (which I wouldve understood if she mentioned it or asked if I minded that she grab a quick bite. Were all human and gotta eat. I get it ) but no, I just got up and walked out. They seriously are so unprofessional and are quick to take peoples hard earned money.You should be reported to the BBB for false practices and false advertising in my opinion.On top of that, you DELETE comments and BLOCK people off your pages when they tell the truth about your shop. A girl on instagram was on a post on their page, and asked a question similar to everyone elses about Keith, and I got BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY!Do yourself a favor and do not. I repeat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I posted a photo of me @mzyawnee being blocked after trying to reply the said girls comment who asked a question. Truth hurts apparently. Good luck

If only i could leave 0 star on this i would. First of all, i dont know how this nail salon managed to get a 4.4 star, which is what led me to go there to do my nails. I went to get a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. The old lady who did the pedicure did a good job. The only problem i had with her work was that she kept digging into my toe nail trying to get rid of only God knows what, to the point where my two big two nails hurt really bad, and she seemed to rush through the whole process. It didnt feel like i was getting a deluxe pedicure. Other than that, she did a good job applying nail polish to my toenails.Now, this is why im really upset. The big Asian guy who did my fingernails, i believe his name is Keith, did an awful job. First of all, he charged me $25 for shellac manicure and ended up only cleaning off my previous gel nail polish with E-file and applying new ones. To make things worse, he rough handled my fingers. Im not sure if he was trying to break my fingers or apply nail polish on my fingernails. He kept applying gel nail polish only in the middle of my fingers and left the sides unpolished. When i asked him to fix this, he just ignored me, then few seconds later he said Ill take a look at it later. After applying the gel nail polish, he didnt clean the polish patches around my fingernails, he asked me to leave my nails under the UV gel lamp, and after 60 seconds he just told me youre done, you can go. What happened to Ill take a look at it later, polishing my whole fingernails? At this point i was just irritated, so i paid and left peacefully. Tell me why few minutes after i got home the gel nail polish started chipping off. In my whole 3 years of doing shellac nails, i have never seen this happen. It was quite obvious to me that this nail salon uses cheap gel nail polish. So i literally just paid this man $25 for nothing. He didnt do the manicure, and the gel nail polish couldnt even last for an hour.Please, this is my candid advice to anyone who is looking for a place to get a manicure and pedicure, run far away from Texas Nails & Spa (15150 Bissonnet St, Houston, TX 77083). These people are fraudsters. They use cheap nail polish products, and are rude and impatient as heck. I am never going there again!

Worst experience, they are scammers definitely do not put your card info on their website. I would suggest paying in person if you were to pay otherwise you will loose money.

Keith worked on my nails and he does a great job, but I developed a nail infection and had to go to the emergency room and the old man that own the shop refuse to give me the insurance information to pay for my medical bills. Make sure they are using clean tools.

They do okay fake nails,but I had the lady over cut my cuticles now I’m stuck panicking that I got an infection from a not so clean salon she Made me bleed and out some weird blue thing on it I’m a nurse and never in my life will I come back I even ripped her she should have said $7 bc the $19 manicure was so not worth the pain I’m enduring
