First time coming here and I had a good experience. I got a shellac manicure and Tiffany did an amazing job. The facility is clean and they offer complimentary drinks. Will be coming back when I’m around the area.

I originally came to the area for the Sally beauty store next door. I decided to peep inside this nail salon. The ladies here are super friendly and kind. I absolutely love my my nails and feet. I wish I had more to tip today the ladies but I shall return soon. Thank you for adding some sunshine and peace to my day! If you want a calm beautiful nail salon I recommend and the work is impeccable.

Very clean and great service. The products they use are really good. This is my go to salon. They stay very busy and its quant so you might have to wait but its worth it. So please be mindful if you chose to go during peak times. Check them out. They have lots of color selections.

This was my first time. I had seen it many times as I frequent the area when shopping. I recently changed my manicure style to Shellac nails versus other options. I have tried 5 other locations. Immaculate Nail Salon is at the top. The service is good. The patrons are welcomed and immediately tended to with desired services. The lady that assisted me was very nice and paid attention to detail. She was professional as were the other employees.

I have been coming to this nail spa for over a years and I love it. Since the new owner Kelly cleaned up, upgrade the place and made it so nice and new I have been recently getting my pedicure done here to. Everybody should come try out this amazing nail spa.

They said 20 minutes wait but I ended up waiting over an hour and a half. Very unprofessional. If you are running behind or you are busy then just say that you are busy so I can go elsewhere instead of wasting my time.

Charge to expensive for simple gel nails for my daughters nail werent even long just a sticker they glue their and didnt even polish them right they put the excuse because her fingers where to big so they would look pretty thats why they only polish there $50 for some basic ugly nails

I was a bit concerned about the low rating of this place. I had an awkward experience at another nail salon in the area, and was needing a new place. I only get a gel manicure and a pedicure. I love this place! The pricing is cheaper than most places. Its really cute and cozy inside, and they get down to business. I recommend!

Love their new management. The owner is very friendly. The staffs always spend a good amount time to take care of my nails every time I come and make sure that I like it. They also offer free beverages and wine. Highly recommend this place.

Great customer service and loved my nails!

Always very clean and friendly; accepts walk-ins; professional and well-trained technicians. They do a very thorough job. I never feel like they are rushing through a treatment or procedure. Very nice decor w-well appointed and maintained equipment and massage chairs. After going to numerous salons in the 20 mos Ive been back in Houston this is now my go-to salon for the past 8 mos.

Very very good service and Sophia was just a doll. Very sweet and accommodating to my special request and was very gentle with the files. I have been cut before by other salons but Sophia took special care to be gentle.Thank you for wonderful service.

Took my wife here couple times already. The place is very clean and relaxing compared to other places around. The ladies take their time to make sure all the work is nice

Destroyed my nails

I get my manicure and pedicure done once a week, and I tried this place for the first time and absolutely loved it! The staff is so nice, and the owner is very kind to her customers. I got gel manicure and usually it lasts 1.5-2 weeks because I work with my hands a lot, and this one lasted over a month! I am SOOO content with the service and results from this place. I have been a regular customer since, and definitely recommend this place to everyone. I am a pretty hard critic in general, and I would gladly give this place 5/5.

So I decided to try this nails shop about a month ago for refill. I had pretty strong long nails when I got there. A girl did refill looked ok but after couple days one nail was broken. I went back to get it fixed and I was told that she would make it thicker for me in next visit and that was the reason its broken. Agan after a day another nail was broken. I went to a nails shop next to my place and got that one nail fixed. But a day after another came off. So I went to nails shop and asked for refill since she said she was going to make it thicker next time. Again I paid $30 And same story. A day after one nail was broken and this time my underneath nail was broken as well. So I said thats it no more chance. Went back there and removed them all. And I was told this time that this is previews owners powered and thats why its broken! Long story short she removed all that and I ended up with week thin broke nails. When I asked about refund she said shed give me $20 back cause she removed it for me. I didnt keep the nails even two days and you lady removed your own mess. I let her keep that $20 as well. I would not go back there again would not recommend this place at all.

Still sitting in the chair as I write this. The place is clean, the people are nice. However, they wanted to charge $45 for a refill. I declined but got a pedi. They use one hot towel for both feet🤷🏽‍♀️.

THEY MESSED UP MY NAILS AND TOES!!!!!! I do not recommend coming here because they do not know what they are doing. My toes look messy and my fingers are not done correctly. They applied 2 nails crooked and I have acrylic all over my fingers. I am very upset and will never come here again.

I asked for short square round nails and the nail tech(older woman) had a very hard time. I showed her multiple pictures to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She tried to get the shape right but it honestly was not coming together. When she believed the job was done my nails were completely crooked. She got angry with me when I said I dont like them and clipped the tip of the acrylic nails off splitting my natural nail. I know what I like and that was not it. The customer service was horrible but the place does look nice.

Went to Immaculate Nail Salon for a mani pedi. The staff was very kind, although lacking in service. For the pedicure, very little was done in the way of filing or buffing away dead skin, and my nail did not stop bleeding until the end. In addition, the polish chipped on the very first day of wear. The finger nails wear filed unevenly, and the polish did not fully cover all of my nails.

Very cozy, great .and professional staffI come here every 2 weeks, and highly satisfied . They take their time 😉

If you want good nail job this is the best place.

I was told to wait half an hour for a mani-pedi, so I did, giving the simple fact that I’m 8 months pregnant and was in desperate need to pamper myself before my due date. After 30 minutes I was finally told to sit in THE chair. I was left there forgotten for other 45 minutes even though I let them know that I was still in fact waiting. Eventually I just got fed up with the waiting and thanked them for the free massage. They’re clearly understaffed and have no regards for their customers. I won’t be returning here.

The owner always is there during operating hours and makes sure that the quality of the work and the facility exceeds expectations. Making for a great customer experience. Part of me selfishly does not want to leave this review in fear that this River Oaks/ Montrose secret will get out and make it harder for me to get it! The facuility is clean and relaxing, playing a great modern mix of music and offering wine to custumers 21+ I feel relaxed and at home with the great company of the highly skilled and trained technicians.

Worst two hour experience ever! I asked for Dip Powder service, and ended up with bleeding, swollen and sore nail beds (I was serviced on Friday, today is Monday and they still hurt pretty bad) Top coat of polish chipped off within first hour of service, by next morning it was chipping off every nail. Had to attend a funeral over the weekend, so I could not return until Monday. Some nails, the entire top coat bubbled and peeled. when I went back in on Monday to explain and demand refund, receptionist/tech told me a refund would not be fair and that she could just file them down and put clear polish on again. I told her that my nail beds were too sore to be manipulated again, that a refund would suit me best. Supposedly, she called the manager on the phone who told her to give me a gift certificate for $23, half the original service, which was $45.I will never go back or recommend anyone else to grace their doors!!!

The staff was nice but as far as the service the two people doing my hands and feet did not know what they were doing. Had to correct or tell them to change things too much and then it still wasnt right, eventually just let them do what they were going to do just so i could leave. Upset I paid $70 for a mani and pedi that wasnt enjoyable nor good work but once again they were very friendly which was why i gave them 2 stars but im not paying for friendliness im paying to get my nails done so yeah I wouldnt recommend this place.

Very clean salon, techs are nice and not pushy like other more expensive places near here. They took their time with my shellac and pedi! Phone charger oulets available at each pedi chair. Will be my new go to place.
