I’ve been going to get my lash extensions done for about 3 or more months with Crystal. She does an amazing job and never have an issue with them. I’m always satisfied when i leave there. I’m literally in and out in a timely matter and never have to worry about her running behind or anything. Also she has such a gentle hand and she makes sure you don’t leave without not loving your lashes.

I decided to try this place out to get some lashes. I paid100 for some lash extensions which was reasonable. My lash tech was very nice and professional that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. When she finished lashes looked nice. When I got home I noticed some lashes had fell out as expected. I then noticed that I was not gives individual lashes but instead cluster lashes and not INDIVIDUALS! . If I wanted cluster lashes I would have just did them myself. I had to contact another lash tech to remove the clusters and give me individuals like I asked. WASTE OF MONEY!

So I took my beautiful for mother to get her lashes I made an appointment with crystal and let me tell u as a men my mother came out looking like actress I really recommend her work good work ethic

I am a client of Kristian and have been for 2 years. I refuse to go to anyone else for my waxing and lash needs! Kristian is very professional and does quality work. She literally has SAVED my eyebrows! After every appointment I feel completely beautiful.The salon it’s self is very clean and everyone who works there is friendly. I very much like the fact you are able to book your appointments online. I love that it’s an appointment only salon because I don’t have to worry about walk-in services cutting into my appointment time. I am very impressed with Nail’D their COVID procedure. Totally feel comfortable and safe in their salon.

Let me start off by saying Alondra was amazing. I am very picky and I do not mind driving a ways to get good service and driving from Katy was well worth it. I was recommend to Alondra and let me tell you she does not disappoint. She was able to offer me a timely appointment. The salon was very clean and I love the fact that she had a conversation with me and made me feel so comfortable like we had been friends for a long time. Very reasonable pricing for the work that she does. She is seriously talented. She has gained a loyal customer.

PDont waste your time or money. This is how my gel mani looks after 4 days of getting it done. I work in an office, so I dont do any rough work with my hands. Ridiculous. Over priced as well, I dont know what I paid $40 for?

At first I did the Natural lashes but decided to try hybrid since she suggested I try it to see if it liked it and I was so happy with them I now get hybrid. Pamela is is awesome and knows her stuff, Mrs. AhLaysha is just amazing at prayer... And while I have not had the pleasure of having had Mrs. Paula work on my nails I have seen her work and she also has awesome end results. And they are very reasonably priced.

They are very rude. They need to learn that having a business dosent give you the right to be rude to people. The owner of this establishment is not prepared to be a business owner. They need to go to leadership training. And they need to clean more.

This nail salon is pretty top notch when it comes to cleanliness and friendliness. :) Their work on artistic nails is superb! Pick any of those fancy nail designs on Instagram, and they can do it. The price is decent for the type of work they do too, so youll get your moneys worth here. Im definitely bought as a regular customer!

I was visiting Houston from San Antonio and found this place on Safari app. Friendly & professional young ladies. Great work ethic and extremely talented. The salon was clean and I had a great experience. Price & quality bar none!

3rd time coming to the salon and although they do good work, they are over priced! They charge for everything. They even charge if you get a cut down with your refill which is typically included.Today I paid $38 for a refill which I think is way too high for what I received.If you are going to go here please be sure and ask totals before you start.

My nails and lashes are always beautiful. Ive been coming here since the beginning of the year faithfully every two weeks. Lately they have been scheduling my appointments wrong for the last two visit leaving me to reschedule like I do not have other things planned. Both times I eneded up having to leave their establishment and go else where. Sad but this was my last disappointment. Bad business...

Well, let me first start by saying I was referred by a co-worker who wanted to start her b-day off at this nail shop. I was so impressed by the service to where I wanted to become a regular customer (I drove all the way from Missouri City). Since I went the first time I kept my same nails and only got refills. When I realized that I was being charged a full set; I brought it to the owners attention. She gave some ridiculous excuse as to why it was done this way. Through her argumentative point she stated it was a two dollar difference (Really.. when I spend almost 200.00 every time I go and she argues two dollars).I guess she got really upset about the two dollars because when I sent over a referral and was told Id get a referral fee. (10.00; thats what my co-worker got for referring me) And I also got a 10.00 new customer discount The owner said that I did not qualify for a referral because the appt. was made under my name. But my co-worker made my appt. under her name. Then she tells me Id only get 5.00 for a referral. Needless to say Id be very embarrassed to send anyone else to this place. (And no, the person I referred did not get her 10.00 new customer discount) The owner needs to show better customer service skills and stay consistent with ALL Clients across the board. Another word of advise is to have the prices listed so that there will be no discrepancy between the company and the clients. The better you treat your clients, the better the relationship..you treat your clients like they dont matter, then clients spend their money at other places who will appreciate their business. Im not saying Customers are always right, but in this case, I dont think I was wrong. Needless to say, Ill find another nail shop, there are plenty to choose from that do the same if not better work, with the care of the customer in mind.

I thought I loved this place and today was so disappointing. I made an appointment with Alondra on May 15 for today May 31 @ 5:30 PM. Yes I made my appointment with 2 weeks notice...Also I did NOT make the appointment with a receptionist. I made it directly with Alondra!!! She agreed it worked for her schedule. However today while I am driving to my appointment (I was about 8min late due to train) she sends me the following message on IG:im just waiting on you i need u to be on timei wont be able todo this late nomore the latest will be 5First off .... hello to you too (thats rude ass hell))Secondly, you made the appointment. You should know your own schedule. If the time doesnt work dont book the appointment.BUT... to send me a message telling me what I need to do and how you cant do this and that... is 10000% rude & uncalled for. Very poor customer service.I arrive and she immediately tells me how she cant do this late, etc, etc... I am now annoyed. I have driven from Spring for this appointment and I dont appreciate getting rude/poor customer service.Today she had PERSONAL problems with her schedule and made it my issue with her stank attitude. Also LOST a paying and (gracious tipping) customer.I do not deal with people who are rude and I definitely dont give them my money.She proceeds to tell me her messages were not rude because she verified with her manager that they werent....wow! The fact that you had to ask someone if you were rude should be the tell-tell sign that you are rude.So of course she doesnt realize what a funky attitude she has... she then asks me are you going to give me attitude....Me: GIRL, BYE! I wont give you attitude OR MONEY!!! (Get my purse and get in my car and head to a nail salon and get my nails done with someone who is pleasant!!!!) 😝😝😝👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾And here is the true confirmation that she is immature with 0% professionalism!!!!@alonails_ ....blocks me on IG!!! 🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂💀💀💀This is how business goes down. Once you get a lot of customers you start to think customer service isnt important. WRONG! There are thousands and thousands of nail salons that will do just what you do...😉Also checked Yelp and others complained about her specifically. I wont say dont go to Naild It but if you do not book with Alondra! 😒

Naild It and the nail artists there bring joy to so many people.Children and adults and men and women are amazed at the technical difficulty involved in creating the crystal-covered artwork I like.The Naild It artists have successfully given me elaborate beach scenes, all the characters of The Wizard of Oz, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, spinning jewels, etc.Most of my nail requests take between four-and-five hours to complete.Paola, Pamela, and Alondra are calm, focused on their work, and very nurturing.Their gentle touch always provides relaxation, and their artistic abilities give me the confidence to trust their artistic choices.Alondra has put at least 100 jewels on my toes, and not one has ever come off.When Paola is not available, Alondra and Pamela always find a way to give me 10 beautiful nails that make people smile, ask for the Naild It telephone number, and feel excited that such unusual nail artists exist in Houston.Many times, I have asked these productive business women to open a shop near my home, which is located near Lakewood Church.Their work is exciting, technically perfect, and always delivered with sweetness and a gentle touch.Im so proud to know Pamela, Alondra, and Paola.
