Ive been coming here for a couple of months now and i really like this place. the ladies and one gentleman are nice and friendly. communication isnt an issue here. for my nails i go with Chee and she does an amazing job! she knows how sensitive and brittle my nails are so she works around it for me.parking is super easy and the waiting time isnt too bad. its always good to make an appointment.

My nails came out nothing like i asked the lady kept saying doing powder nails is hard but thats her job i kept telling her that it was not cute but she kept telling me dont worry she will fix them and she didnt , it was my first time coming here and i will never be back please save your money and dont waste your time ! ive had my nails 1 day and they look so bad they look 1 week old

I recently moved to this side of town and didn’t want to continue driving back and forth to the north side. I randomly stopped in and was greeted by the technician Yen. She is the sweetest person and she took such great care of my needs. She even showed me a few new things on caring for my natural nails. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks.

Very accommodating to your needs as far as mani & pedi. My pedicure today was simply amazing and I felt half asleep while she was doing my nails. I wished that I remembered her name but I definitely can’t forget a face. It’s always a pleasure when I come and have some me time for myself. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love going to this nail salon, the location is convenient, the spa is clean and the manicurists are friendly and remember me each time I visit. My last manicurist was Maggie and she did a great job on my dipped nail manicure. She was also very professional and kind. If you want a good set you should ask for Maggie.

The worst pedi mani I have ever had in my life. The ladies were in a hurry to get me out of there. the lady did not bother to file my nails right. the dont even look even!!! the shellac starts to come off and I had them done literary two days ago and today is Tuesday. even my pedi is coming off.never going there again, thanks for the terrible business

Lisa did a wonderful job on my Pedicure. I come here and get my feet done only. My only thing that made me uncomfortable is that they kept talking about the length of my nails and staring at themIdk if they just never seen anyone with extremely long nails like mines..but try not stare so hard and make comments in English and foreign language.

She is amazing! Since she started school, Maggie is my new girlll! She is so personable and wants to engage in conversation. She is very talented. I Highly recommend Maggie. She was the sweetest person every. She helped me pick a design and even got me into overlays. She held great conversation and she did an AMAZING job on my nails.

I just left there, and Im so furious right now! The pedicure was great, but once I got my gel manicure done, I was given a different person who did not put enough polish on my fingers to match my toes, which by the way were the same colors. I sat there and watched her barely dip the brush back into the polish when she put the second and third coats on. I expressed to her (didnt get her name) that they didnt match, and she simply stated that the colors would be a little off because one is gel and one was regular polish, BUT again, they were in the same box. Ive NEVER heard of that or experienced my gel and regular polishes not matching at any salon Ive been to. The pinks are way off! It looks like there is barely any polish on my fingers! Never will I go there again while in Houston; I could have waited until I got back to Louisiana for this mess!

Paid $25 for a powder refill. I usually pay $18 elswhere and it looks better. Mediocre service. Ladies were nice though.

This place is my go to! Magie did my Nails exactly how I like them as she was so sweet too. She paid very close attention to the detail and her prices were very good for the work she does! If you are picky about shape and small detail like I am go for Maggie !! She ‘ll get you right!

$35 for a regular, acrylic full set! That is too much for the mediocre service of the nails. The polish wasnt even and it is overall not worth it. The pedicure was good. I wouldnt reccomend the margarita. It is all mixer and a cap full of liquor. I will never come back though.

I hadnt been here in a really long time and although the management has changed, I was happy to recieved the same pleasant welcome from the owner and staff. I came in 30mins before closing and asked for a mani/pedi. They suggested the Express pedicure which worked out great! The tech did an excellent job and I will definitely return.

Quality work, workers talk trash about you in their Language thinking you dont understand or Google translate exists.

My friend told me about nails place on Westheimer Rd. @ Wilcrest Dr. but she didn’t remember the name, and I got ended up in this salon instead of Caesars Nails & Spa right around the corner, never think about coming back, the fastest pedicure & manicure I ever had.

I got my eyebrows and my toes done, I just got polish Lisa did not do a good job. I was very upset I paid 30$ for that and it didn’t come out right. The polish was messed up and I didn’t notice until I was out of the nail shop. I still don’t understand what I paid 30$ for. Period.

Very professional nail technicians!! Some of my nails started to lift so I called and they told me come in and they will fix it. I went in and the fixed them with a great attitude! Thank you guys for your hard work and for understanding your customers!

Got my nails done on the 18 the guy took forever !!! Then I got a pedicure lady did it very rushedI only had my nails on for 6 days and they started coming off . Very cheap quality and expensive prices. I do not recommend.

My appointment was for 1:30 I didn’t sit down until 45 mins afterward. An older Asian guy was suppose to be doing my full set however he was constantly getting up going into the back room for 5 mins at a time. I would not recommend this nail shop.

Ask for Yen, she is nice, patient & attentive to exactly how I want my nails I get tips with shellac. I have tried there pedicures they are ok mainly because some of the old techs are still there from the previous owner Kim. I had been getting pedicure here since 2006 referred all my friends hands down Kim offered the best pedicures in Houston. The new decor is nice & new owners seem nice . The only HUGE mistake they made was changing the pedicures . Because Kim’s pedicures were the BEST & the new pedicure menu u can get these services at any nail shop doesn’t make u want to drive across town to get a pedicure.. Please change it back to the old menu for pedicures. I will continue to go there to see Yen cause she is Awesome at doing my nails..but pedicures are average

Ive been coming here for over 5 years and I really love the service. Great manicures and pedicures. The staff is so incredibly friendly and always makes you feel very welcome. I have highly recommended this place to all my friends and theyve enjoyed it as well.

Big misunderstanding with what i wanted done even though i had a appointment schedule already. The male who did my nails cut my fingers bad and also kept calling me very sensitive . My pointer finger nail was literally turning inwards which hurt my finger,i had went back the very next day so they can fix it. They told me wait 15mins i did . I waited a hour and no one ever came to speak to me. I spent 55$ for trash. The lady who did my pedi was genuinely great though. This happened February 13.2020.

Update 4.14.2019: Ms. Kim is gone, she sold the shop!!! The new owners are keeping the name but the herbal pedicure is no more that part makes me sad. They use different polish and were out of 3 different colors that I asked for. They do have fancy massage chairs and put real fruit[sliced oranges ]into your pedicure water.Ms. Kim and her staff are great. This is a professional pedicure salon. They do not rush the job. You may have to wait as they are busy but that speaks to the amazing experience. I drive across town for this place and highly reccomend the herbal pedicure. If you need the job done right definitely go here to pamper your feet.
