Always a great experience. All the techs are good and it is spotless and relaxing.

I really like this nail salon. I came in randomly on a Friday and had no problems getting a quick manicure. One of the employees helped me pick a color which was really sweet! The salon is calm and quiet, and doesnt have that nail polish/acetone scent like so many salons do. I would definitley return here.

My toe nails are chipped already and I just left minutes ago with open toe shoes! She charged me for shellac so how is it chipping? They charged me $10 more because my sister had quote longer nail beds smh never again. They talk bad about you right in front of you. 5/23/2020 update: 5/5. Ann is by far the best. Jasmine Nail’s was closed during the virus time so I went to another place and could tell a huge difference. I am so absolutely in love with my nails and toenails. The massage is the best by far that I have ever had in my life in any nail salon!Update: 4/5 from 5/5. Last time I went I asked for a square shape and did not get anything close to square. I also had to get my thumbnail redone three times. The nail tech was sitting next to the supervisor and told me to shhh because she was right next to her. I thought that was insanely unprofessional and crazy. I understand, but either the relationship between the supervisor and the nail techs has to improve or the professionalism. I definitely will be making appointments from now on. I would recommend Ann or Jennie. Ann was working on someone else so from now on I will wait for her or make an appointment with her.Caption for the picture below taken about a year ago:Fast service. I’ve been coming here for years. It’s a secret gem of good prices for a really well done mani/pedi.

First time getting a pedicure since February 2020 and I came with my significant other. It was AMAZING they took their time, they made us hand sanitize and offered free mask and gloves for precaution. It’s small but not crowded. We both did deluxe pedicures and my man will be going back for a manicure! Only downside was that my boyfriend’s chair wasn’t working but it happens.

Just ok. Nice basic mani. Not the range of colors in powder that Im used to. If ur looking for powder, dip or a cocktail with ur manicure this isnt the place. But a standard shellac mani/ pedi they did a decent job.

I have been using Jasmine Nails ever since my manicurist, Debbie Wong, came there. Very nice shop and very good prices. Everyone is very accommodating and the chairs are very comfortable. Best part is that they put hot towels over your hands and arms at the end before putting on the polish

I love to try salons around Houston and this is one of the very few that I love returning to. The women here are so skilled and with a lot of care and patience they treat your nails to perfection. The salon is so neat and peaceful as well.

One of the cleanest salons Ive ever visited, which have been alot. Tiffany was wonderful. Took her time and did a fantastic job on my nails.

Been going to them for years and even though I have since moved to the Memorial area, I still go to Jasmine Nails. I get regular polish on hands and feet and it lasts longer than any place Ive ever gone. Very happy.

These ladies are the best. They use the highest quality shellac polish, which ensures my nails always look great, even when I take a break from that type of polish. And you cant beat the prices, even including a hot stone massage with the pedicure. I wont go anywhere else in town!

The KINDEST people. Got stuck in this area during a flash flood and couldn’t get home because the water was so high, so decided to get my nails done while I waited. I was soaking wet and they immediately wrapped me in towels and had me take off my clothes (a first for me in a nail salon) while they put them in the dryer. They gave me a great mani/pedi and let me stay until the water receded. Will be coming back, next time without the emergency situation 😊

I got my eyebrows waxed here because my regular place was closed and they didnt do a good job :-(. One eyebrow came out smaller than the other and I addressed it with the girl all she did was brush it. Ive been growing out my eyebrows for 3 months and I told her not to do them thin.....And here I am with thin eyebrows!!! Ugh the worst. Also the receptionist was incredibly rude and the place was very hot. Im pretty sure they save money on a/c . Wish Id have waited for my regular place to open.

Got a last minute pedicure here before my flight home and it was a great experience. We got the $25 pedicure and they took their time, it was sooo relaxing! They even used hot stones to massage our legs! Highly recommend!

I have been to this salon twice. Today was my second and last time going here.I went to get my nails done (Manicure), same as the first time around.Experience 1 - got an Ombre with acrylic extensions by Kim at the salon. She was very nice, did my nails carefully. She had to take my previous extensions out and had to charge me $5 for it, which I said was okay. Then, she mentioned that since I am getting my nails done there, they will not charge me for removing the extensions off the next time. Pleasant-ish experience. So I thought, I should go back there. Paid $55Experience 2 - Today, I went back to get my nail extensions with an Ombre again. First, the lady told me she will refresh it, then she said she will remove and put new extensions, then, finally, she did not even give me acrylic extensions. She just used the powder on my bare nails. On top of this, she charged me to remove the previous extensions *which I was told will not happen), she injured me on five different places on my fingers, and I still paid $55!! No extensions, injured fingers, bad quality, and still $55. My nails look super uneven. I would suggest not going here. I feel like they think they can cheat anyone they feel like.While swiping off my card afterwards, (even after i protested the rate a little), the cashier was going to charge me $60. If i would not have seen it, I would have paid $5 more than the already exorbitant price.

I was looking for a new nail salon close to where I moved and tried Jasmine because of the reviews I had read. I’m so glad I did, it is a great place and good prices. I got the shellac nail polish done the last time I was there and it was only $15 extra which is an awesome price for that and stayed longer than any of the other places I have had it done. I will be a regular customer here from now on.

I love love love Ann. She is the best nail tech ever. I like the fact that they dont use gel, but Shellac polish which is guaranteed to last longer. All of the women are friendly with the exception of the supervisor. If youre late for your appointment, youre guaranteed to get chewed up and spat out by her and I get it...but she probably needs to learn how to do that in a professional manner and not in front of other customers and nail techs. Its creates a uneasiness in the salon. Overall, this place is the best in Houston as far as quality.

Ive been going there for the last 4 years and they never disappoint. I usually get shellac on both hands and feet and I use a specific girl for my hands since she knows how I like my nails done. I dont have a preference for my feet and have always had a good job done on them. The girls are nice. I would definitely call get an appointment first since theyre always busy. I pay 75 plus tip for shellac mani and pedi, which includes a hot stone foot massage and also hand massage, in case youre wondering about the price. BYOB welcome.

Ive been coming here every 3-4 weeks for the last 9 months, and Ive been waiting to review it because I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I needed to make sure it remained worthy of 5 stars.All of the nail techs are extremely friendly...I rarely get the same technician, and Ive been pleased with each one of them. It seems like most of the nail techs know their clients by name. The place is clean, and they always do a good job on my nails.They have hundreds of nail polishes to choose from, with brands ranging from OPI to Essie to Zoya. I never have trouble finding a color I like.On busy days (Fridays and weekends), I would recommend making an appointment. I tend to go on the weekdays and have never had trouble just walking in.

My nail place for several years. Debbie and her staff are always welcoming, the salon is clean, prices are reasonable and the quality of service is excellent.

Finally a place that does exactly how I want my nails....perfection and precision!

They treated my girlfriend as a second class customer to put it mildly. Not sure but it seems skin color was a factor.

I was not from Houston Tx but I was here on business over the weekend and decided to get my nails done at the salon. As soon as I walked through the door the receptionist yelled there will be a 30 min wait before I could open my mouth as if I wasnt welcome. I promptly left because I was digusted with poor customer service and what felt stereotyping. I drove down the street to Elegant nail salon where it was classy and tasteful perfect for out of towners .

My sister went to do her nails today, the WORST experience ever, I was hoping for it to go good, since all the people commenting nice things, but no, they gave me a price for the nails on the phone, than when I went there, they charge me 25$ more, bullshit honestly, they didnt even know how to do them good, Ive been too better nail spa, and costed less, they gave us a really bad attitude, a lady got all upp on my face and started raising her voice at me, my sister said she was only paying 25$ because they were rude. Than the lady just took them off, she hurt my sister finger when she was taking the fake nails off, than they kept on looking at us, rolling there eyes, why would I pay 35$ for bad service, and bad attitude? Naaah, they didnt even had good experience, the rudest lady was the one with that bigg aaaasss mole on her forehead, WORST NAIL Spa EVEEEER.
