My dip nails did not last a week. They popped off and cracked within hours. The ladies were really nice abd the service was impeccable, but the quality for dip is not there.

My first time there. Was crowded but that means people like this place. I had a regular pedicure for $22. The service was great and the price was fair. Ill be going back.

I’ve had good and bad experiences here. There’s one technician my husband and I both got on separate occasions that ruined this spot for us. My number one pet peeve when getting a pedicure is having to tell the nail technician how to do it. I don’t like telling people how to do their jobs. Everybody can do things different but there’s certain things you were just expect when you get your toes done that they don’t do. Not all of the technicians just the one. I’m not too sure her name and I’m not coming back here again ever. They literally tore up my husbands hands. And they didn’t even do my toes right.

First time here & was the best nail experience I’ve ever had today. I got a fill + repair on a bad job from a previous shop. Not only did she do an incredible job, but completely improved the nails overall. No gap between cuticle & acrylic, she truly got it filled to edge. Most through experience I’ve ever had! Very happy customer!

This is my first time here, and I love the services that they performed on my husband and I. He went to sleep while getting a manicure. and the lady who did my pedicure was very awesome.

This is my go-to for manicure and pedicure in Houston. Their flat rate is great and the service is always friendly and welcoming. The extra hygiene and care through the current pandemic is excellent too. I’ve tried many other places as they pop up but this place is unbeatable in terms of value and service.

I have been here several times due to proximity and because I believe in giving multiple chances. The first time I happened to be off during a weekday so the experience was fast, decent, and cheap so I was pretty happy. But it was time for a refill, I went back on a weekend for a walk in and was informed that out of all of their employees only 2 did acrylic and they were booked so to come back the next day. I went somewhere else. Tried them again next time I was due and I heard the same speech so again I went somewhere else. Third time was the charm. I had one chipped nail and she aggressively and painfully tore the rest of it a long with 3 other ones that she felt needed to be replaced. I was never asked if I was ok with the decision of ripping them off and starting new ones. Each new nail was extra without my consent. I was also getting a pedicure. The mobile feet tub was not lined in plastic like it should be and that is highly unsanitary. The massage was kind of hard but she was attentive. When the pedicure is finished, I finally get to sit fully facing the nail technician that is doing my refill. So i start to turn around and not only does she have her feet stretched all the way to under my seat making it uncomfortable for me to adjust but she complains about me straightening (my back hurt from sitting with the upper torso facing one way for her and my legs facing somewhere else for the lady doing the pedicure). But the worst, and I mean WORST part, is the STATE OF HER FEET!!!! They looked like straight from a scary movie and she had them stretched all under my legs. I was utterly disgusted and wanted to leave immediately. I have attached the picture of my feet and her foot. On top of everything, she seemed unhappy with the tip amount. I do not plan to come back

Very nice, friendly nail techs, amazing value - you can get a mani/pedi for $30! Downside is, not a cute location or interior and I don’t often see new colors being offered so I usually just bring my own polish in.

Their color selection is weak, but their prices are okay.They were nice and all but my gel nails began chipping less than a week after getting them done.

Such a great place! You will not find better prices and the nail artist are kind and amazing at their jobs. The manager knows the names of most costumers and really makes an effort to remember new ones. Dont look any further, this is the place!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for more than 5 years. If you’re looking for a fancy salon that raises their prices for you to have wine in their high rent location, this isn’t the salon for you. However, if you want a consistent salon where you can get in and out in an hour, quality nail products, a reasonable price and only experienced techs that are pleasant and thoughtful then this might be the nail salon for you. I love this salon! It’s also conveniently located near major shopping, a nice coffee shop and the best kolache shop. My favorite Saturday morning spot.

Unsanitary. For many reasons, but primary concern is nail technicians have contagious viral conditions on their own hands, and do not wear gloves to prevent spreading to customers. Would never go here again, and am surprised the health department hasn’t addressed this with them.

First time trying this place out. I work across the street and wanted my nails done for my date to the rodeo tonight. Went in on my lunch hour and was back to work in time. Van did my nails and was wonderful. Filed and shaped them just the way I wanted, she was very attentive to detail and any flaws. Nails turned out beautifully and natural looking. As natural as acrylic nails can look. My nails were chewed down to the wire and my cuticles were disgusting. The cuticle trim was extra but I walked out with beautiful nails. Very small location and by no means a luxury salon but very good work and reasonable prices. Next time I will try a pedicure out.

Definitely a place where you get your moneys worth...Pros: The only reason I gave two stars was because the nail shape was good and they do a good job at cuticle removal with your pedicure.Cons: There was relatively no scrubbing on the underside of the feet. I also walked out of there with paint all over the skin on my toes and feet - the paint job was super shoddy. Because the paint was all over the place, it ended up flaking off within a few days (that usually doesnt happen on my feet).My recommendation: Spend the extra $10 at another place, that way you dont have to pay for another pedicure less than a week later.

TERRIBLE , I visited this place twice but, I will NEVER come back.I ask for dip mani and pedicure , I stay in the same chair for almost two hours to just my nails. Worst experience ever, the lady cut me several time and no apologies.Also the lady when I went to wash my hands , she start arch another lady eyebrows (so I need to wait more). At this point nothing with my pedicure, hour and 50 minutes later the lady ask me to sit in a pedi chair .. hour and fifty minutes later.

Im switching to this nail salon. I had Ruby & Ashley both did an amazing job & took their time. They use a higher quality nail polish that is better for your nails (CND) but they have Opi, etc. and the color selection choices are vasr! Honestly best shallac mani & pedi I’ve had in a year. The salon is a no frills salon. No beautiful art, nail art in glass displays, etc but to me that’s not important. Prices are reasonable & my nails look amazing. I usually listen to music w/ headphones but the technicians were pleasant to talk to. I’m really glad I found this place**also I noticed someone on here took a pic of a nail tech’s foot. I think that says more about the person that posted it. In a perfect world everyone would have beautiful feet. & if you felt she was is in your space... I bet letting her know would‘ve most likely taken care of the problem.

$30 mani/pedi. I was serviced by Vicki. She was nice but I didnt really care for her work. Two days later, my nails are chipped (all I did was attend church). She did not remove the dead skin from the bottom of my feet- I went home and did it. However, she does a good massage. Tip: make an appointment because they are busy and its very cramped on the inside.

I always go to costco, and never looked at this strip across the street. Im going to San Francisco to celebrate my 3 year anniversary with my boyfriend tomorrow, so I decided to get my nails done. I looked up a convenient spot close to home with good reviews. I chose to come here because I am familiar with the area. I called around 5pm to get a 6pm appointment.Parking situation was kind of tough, since it is a Friday evening. There were only 2 parking spots in front of the store that was theirs, and everywhere was full. I ended up parking behind the structure (parallel parking).When I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I had an appointment (mani and pedi). Then, I go choose my nail color. They had a variety of colors, so it took me a few min to look through it all. I got seated and the technicians started immediately. They were very nice, and made small talk with me. One tech working on my feet, another working on my hands. They were really fast, but they did a superb job! No feelings of rush or sloppiness. While the tech is putting nail polish on my feet, the tech that did my hands asked if I can pay first (guessing so it doesnt ruin my hands later trying to get my card out. The total was only $30! What a great value!! Nothing beats fast, clean, great service and at $30!After everything, I was directed to a spot where I dried my nails. It was a light, instead of fans. It dried a lot faster compared to the standard fans.Overall, a great deal and freaking great service! Id definitely come back when I need my next mani/pedi!!

I have been going to Leon nails for about the last 8 years at least monthly. I have tried other places in and around Upper Kirby/River Oaks and recently moved to the Oak Forest area and exploring options here but find myself making an appointment today for me, step-daughter and a friend.I can safely say I have never had a less than really good mani/pedi at Leons. Im not sure if the technicians are specifically trained by Nancy (manager/owner?) but the skilled work is consistent across the staff. Priced well at $35, the work holds too; its takes more then a few weeks for the polish to wear or chip and cuticles to get unruly. LOTS OF VALUE HERE!The women working there are hard working, friendly, personable and some employed there longer than Ive been a customer.Nestled in the middle of a strip center, parking has never been a problem. Although modestly decorated, even dated somewhat, the shop and tools appear clean and I have never had a problem. Always a fresh selection of seasonal, updated nail polish to choose from, they stay busy so best to make an appointment. Average appointment time is 30-45 minutes that includes a hand/arm/foot/calf massage. When Ive been pressed for time, I still walk out with a rockin mani-pedi. Simply stated, Leons is a gem among the posh. Stop by and see the ladies at Leons.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO i hated it .. Okay so i go in and ask for a full set french tip and asked how much it was a lady told me $30 i said ok .. when they sit me at the desk to get my nails done i ask once again (this was a diffrent lady) and she said $40 i said what? The lady over there said $30 she started to argue i said ok whatever ill pay $40 as she was done glueing the white tips she starts to cut them to my desired legth with A PAIR OF SISSORS !! She then asked me what shape nd i cleary said square she then started to cut both ends of my white tips and i asked what she was doing nd she said that i will see ... keep in mind a pair of sicssors does not cut straight she then shaped them round nd i said thats not what i asked for she then got mad nd left for 10 min when she came back i told her to remove them that i dont want anything anymore she then got an attitude and started talking in a diffrent language and left my nails a MESS and did not even apologize .. this is my worst experience ever at a nail salon .. not only was she rude but she did not respect what i asked for wich was square shaped nails

My experience was rather negative, the person who did my manicure started doing someone elses pedicure before finishing mine ( and there were 4 + other free staff members who could have done it at the time). Therefore it took forever. Also, due to poor quality nail polish, I couldnt get the french manicure that I had paid for, and had to end up getting something completely different that what I had wanted. Never comming back there.

Leon nails is the only place I go to get my nails done because of the great value. Their price for a simple mani/pedi is the best Ive seen, and they are fast and friendly. Usually two ladies will work on you at a time. Thats why I love this place. Who has time to spend 2+ hours at the spa after work? Im usually out in 30-45 minutes. Speaking of spa, dont expect a hostess greeting you with tea over tranquility music. The place is no frills. Still, the place is inviting, I am always welcomed as soon as I walk in. Plus they do have nice, new pedi massage chairs and theres a tv overhead to keep you occupied. I like to go here and then wait for traffic to die down. I grab sushi at Sushi Wabi a few doors down and gas across the street at Costco.

I had a pedicure done but it was subpar. I disliked the layout of the facility since it was cramped. Also the chairs were very 😣 uncomfortable.

I went there for shellac and pedicure. I went there 3 times in a week just to fix it. I was there 4 hours ago, and one nail peels off already.
