Ive never been before and I found them on Google. I got a gel full set and a regular pedicure. Alan and everyone are also nice and sweet. I had wonderful customer service and felt comfortable and clean the whole time.

Allen was amazing. He removed my 1 week old acrylic set in less than 10 minutes with no soaking my nails. Very clean bowls, pedicure chairs, and floors. Mail did a really nice manicure as well. I bought my sister a gift certificate they are offering a 10% off and 20% off for first services!! Go get your nails done!!

Horrible Horrible service and disrespectful customers services . One of the staff who doesn’t know how to do dipping power which is essential in their business refused to do my pedicure after my feet got soaked just because I was taking my time to choose the color. I asked to talk to the manager to solve the issue since I already drove for 40 minutes and I have to travel a day after and don’t have time and I booked for my appointment a week before , so instead of being a professional he said that he can not enforce his staff to do it !! Very low level of skill and manners. One other thing no ENGLISH!!! No way to communicate. I Do Not advise any one to go there and wast money for nothing. Bad place to go.

Wonderful customer service, I have been coming here since the start of the pandemic there near by my residence and very convenient and great service. Very good treatment and they take there time and make you feel special while you relax.

This review is LONG overdue but I had a laser removal of a small growth on my upper eyelid and Susan did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job!! She was calming, very professional and confident. The treatment was in a sensitive area but she did an excellent job. This procedure could have costed hundreds in a dermatology office but Susan is very qualified to do laser removals. I highly, highly recommend her!!

They do amazing work I took my girl for her manicure while I got my pedicure to join her and they are amazing very relaxing and there new management is very friendly and nice. Good energy

I am not a happy customer!!! The staff is nice but the quality of work is not good. This is three days after the visit and the photos can tell the story. The acrylic is thick, there is lifting on the nail already, huge gaps on the edges and I had a cut on my thumb. Again, customer service was fine but not satisfied with the final product.

This was my first time here and I was very satisfied. I will be back and I will recommend.

Customer Service is okay but the service was horrible a waste of money. This is the polish...now tell me what nail polish does this the next day you get your nails done. What are yall doing to the polish? Why does the whole polish come off the nail like that? Never again

I was given Cindy’s Nail Salon card at a gas station and I stopped going to my old nail salon. They do a marvelous job and my nails always look great! They are also inexpensive.

I went there to do regular nail polish (French style) at the front I told the lady what I want... sat down show her the picture she said YES started removing my REGULAR red nail polish that I had on after she finished she said oh it want work u have to do shellac or acrylic!!!!!!!!!! I was no thank u I have strong healthy nails I don’t want to rewind.She was unable to do what she said yes for it in the first place. Then she wants to change me $15.00That was the worst customer service that I ever had.Even though the remove shellac and acrylic nail polish for $10.00 ONLY but me I have to pay $15 they were not nice.I refused to pay that amount and my friend paid it instead.I don’t recommend this place at all they don’t care about the customer all they want is money.So sad

Got a pedicure with 2 acrylic big toe nails with French tip. The lady that did my pedicure did very well and took her time. The only thing I didn’t like is she gave me a completely different price before it was finished. She quoted me $30 then after wanted $35 saying it was extra for this and that

They’re rare these days, but Cindy’s Salon is deserving of this rating.The beautiful ladies were pleasant- atmosphere soothing - results impressive. I got to enjoy wine while my daughter was offered a snack because we were running late for dinner. Who does that, right?Best part...my nails were finished and I realized I wanted something else. They were changed FOR FREE! Go...NOW and enjoy a loving experience. 🤗

Paid 60$ for a pair of cheap nails ,gel came off the next day also nails broke 1week after getting them done I Don’t recommend this place.

First time I came here and I was satisfied with my nails. I had a dipping powder and designed by Jenny. She was sweet and friendly as well as helped me chose the nice color for the Fall seasons. The price is average plus I received excellent services. Definitely will return and bring friends to try out new spot

This place opened 31 minutes late today. I was the first person to be serviced and my service took me until 12:15 almost three hours. Then as Im checking out there is a sign that has 20% off Mon-Wed. The lady said that promotion ended September. Ummm its the end of November. She said that they dont have anyone to take it down. But why not honor it. I waited all this time and missed hours working. I will not be back. My last time.

This place did a TERRIBLE job! I asked for nude ombré and they did a horrid job! I spent two hours there with a lady who obviously had no idea what she was doing and instead of telling me that, which I would’ve greatly appreciated and taken myself happily down the road, she took a whack at it anyway and epically failed!Even the owner said this doesn’t look like ombré to me. She offered to take it off and start over but I did not have an additional 2.5 hours. I had to leave with my hands looking atrocious and find a better equipped shop down the road.If you’re older and want something simpler that requires little skill this may be the place for you. But they definitely cannot accommodate the latest trends or color powder services

Went here today and as usual, Peter and his wife Lin are great.. Mom kept on messing up her nails and Peter keep on fixing it. I like it better here, the place is bigger and spacious, not noisy. You dont have to deal with Walmarts restroom.

I hate that I had to come all the way to TX to have such a nail shop experience. I give Lucy 5-stara by herself. She had nothing but my comfort and experience as her main focus.

It was my first time going to this nail salon and having acrylics for my nails in general but they made it comfortable. I thought it was gonna be awkward but the ladies there made it aight. I also really like my nails. I could be like one of those sassy assistant that taps on the desk when annoyed lol.

I got acrylics done at this place, considering that they are supposed to be professional I don’t agree with that. They used a pair of scissors to cut my nails. The service is also very very slow.
