This salon is wonderful! Jenny is absolutely amazing and the sweetest. My first time I came, I showed her a picture (pink ombré) of what I was wanting and she nailed everything, shape and colors. She took her time and always asked if I was pleased with her work. The second time I came in, I needed to just do polish since I’m about to have a baby! She did a great job with my short nails and always took her time. I loved how if she wasn’t satisfied with a nail, she would redo it on her own ❤️ Thank you for making manis and pedis a relaxing and very enjoyable experience! Highly recommend this place! 🥰💗

Been here 3 times now and every time Ive enjoyed my nails. Usually a gel/shellac only lasts me two weeks, but every time Ive gotten that here, its lasted nearly a month. Mostly recently, Jenny did my nails and she talked me into getting the dip instead of gel/shellac, which I ended up loving! Clean salon and friendly staff.

I went on November 18,2020 to herbal nail salon for shellac manicure and pedicure. I had the worst experience I ever had in any nail salon. The guy who did my manicure had very long nails, he kept stretching my fingers all time. I told him many time that he is actually hurting me. I went to pamper myself for my birthday. It ended to be a total torture for the entire visit. I even refused to have lotion after he was done with the manicure to prevent any further damage to my hands. I left the place with cut on my fingers ( photos attached). Having such long nail is really a safety hazard in nail salons. These employees worked directly on customers skins, and long nails, beside could cut skin as happened to me, could also be a great incubator for bacterias.Update in November 19,2020: with all the pain that I had during my manicure, I paid the fee, didn’t make any scene or noise at the salon, and left peacefully that at least I had my nails done to find out that the polish started peeling the next morning!

I worked in spas for 12 years. Im an esthetician. I know high quality work. They make a great deal of effort to keep things sanitary. They also arent stingy on products and dont short you on massage. They definitely know what they are doing and try to make sure you have a good experience. I get their pedicures every chance I can get.

I got a manicure by a guy. Women (no offense, please) but men are great at doing manicure and they dont have to be gay. You can find straight men doing from manicure, pedicure, even acrylic nails and they great work. I came to this place because is on the way of my work and home and I had the surprise that they have more guys compare with other salons. I feel great with the fact that I can be treated well and get a well done work. Believe me he did a great work and if you want to know I advice you to try them out. They are very welcoming.

I recently moved and was looking for a new place to do my nails on the way home from work. This place is designed to be efficient. It handled my walk-in perfectly and the technicians were all excellent and professional. Ill be going again!

My sister introduce me to this place. I love it!!!! They helped with my ingrown toenail and one that everyone always over looked. My ring toe is one I neglect often in favor of my big toe. Which has been insisted that I go to a podiatrist for. When both the podiatrist and my primary agree that regular pedicures at clean places will help. I had a very nice lady named Han, she is going to working her way through college. The owner was also very nice and welcoming, I went with my sister and little niece. She gave Emery some cookies while my sister and her waited till my nails were done. Pricing wise its fair and not too expensive. Emery was able to get a child Mani and pedi for $10 and they worked really well for her first time getting her nails done professionally. I did not get a design on my nails this time, but next time I will.

Boyfriend and I went. He got stung by a sea urchin, less then a week ago on vacation. They took them out for him. His foot feels night a day difference. Loved it. Great place. Our first time. But... not last!!!

Been going to this nail salon consistently for 4 years now. Always clean and great customer service. They do amazing pedicures which I’m big on. 10/10 recommend! Hang is the best.

I did my French nails today. The person did not clean my dead skins on my feet also very poor quality nails done! Never ever going back to this place! I wasted my time! Not symmetrical while doing the tips!

This was a great place!! Love it. They are affordable, lots of nice employees around waiting to help you, and cute floral wallpaper everywhere. It’s very clean and organized. I will definitely come back and recommend others.

If you want a nail salon where everybody knows your name, this is the place. They are so sweet. My father was in the hospital for 3 weeks and the owner came to visit him. I always get dip and a mid level pedicure (hot towel wrap, massage). There are some very good nail technicians, if you like to stick to one person. I never remember to make an appointment so I go with who is available.

Lots of staff on hand so the wait isn’t long. they are fast but still get it right. my nails look beautiful! will definitely be going back :)

I was able to get a pedicure with no wait about 4pm on a Wed. Efficient. Basic cost $23. Had a pedicure menu, 3 choices. Big shop.

This salon is amazing! The atmosphere and service are FANTASTIC. Ive been here twice and have been blown away both times! Tracy is AMAZING! Shes fun, funny, and always willing to do new designs on my nails. I will be coming back month after month to get my nails done here.

Came here looking for a new nail place and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, and I’m impressed by how neat my nails came out. I love that they pay such close attention to detail! Would recommend 100%.Update to my previous review: I asked for Shellac on both my nails and my toenails. The yellow shade I used has started to develop a green tint to it, which could, of course, be the result of the color of my socks transferring, but I’m not too sure. Anyway, I’ve had my fair share of nail places to know Shellac usually rubs right off with acetone/being soaked in acetone; however, I’ve been trying to take the nail polish off my toes for 20 minutes and it will not budge. Doing my research, several nail technicians have said that a hand full of nail places use cheaper gel alternatives and use it claiming its Shellac and the only way to take it off is to have the original technician file it off because Shellac is SUPPOSED to come right off with nail polish remover. I’ve never had this problem in the past with previous places. I did ask for and pay for Shellac, but now I’m stuck with green tinted yellow toenails that won’t come off! Will not be returning here. Completely disappointed with this.

By far the best nail place I’ve been to in Houston! My pedicures are always so relaxing and they aren’t stingy on massaging! Most nail techs give you a quick rub and move on to other steps, but here each pedicure has been lengthy massage time plus the other perks of the pedi! Loved the fresh herb in my water, I chose spearmint and the mint felt so fresh on my skin. I have had many different nail techs do my dip manicure and each one has done an amazing job with the shape. Love the hot towel on my hands too!Customer service is amazing. So friendly, always checking in on you, and offering something to drink. My favorite part is I got $6 off today as points for frequenting them. I was a member at another salon for a year and a half and checked in every visit and never got any coupon or discount! This place is worth it and I’m so happy I found my new place!

Not the best but not the worst. One of nails has fuzz or black gunk stuck in them and my toes are cut waaay too short but I like the atmosphere and the rest of my nails look ok. Some weird filing not like I asked and I could have painted neater than they did.

Ive been going to Herbal Nails for several years. The staff has always been very friendly! Very clean salon, comfortable chairs for pedicures. I love upgrading my pedicure to include a massage. You should try the one with hot stones, I recently did and it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Check out is a snap with your phone number or email address and you can accumulate points towards your next visit. The salon even text me to say they were back open for business and were accepting walk-ins. I didnt hastate to come right over. Thanks Herbal Nails for continuing to do a great job and help with keeping people safe by making customers wear masks and use hand sanitizer before coming in the salon. See you again when its time to redo the nails.

I spend a good amount of money for services at this spa. Lately, this spa has been increasing their decor to reflect their religious views. I see crosses everywhere and their music is constantly on a religious station. The managers/owners are alienating and offending their loyal costumers who are not religious or are from a different faith. Worship should not flow into the personal lives of others. Us who do not believe should not have to see such symbols and music in public settings. I will take my business else where.

I went to Herbal Nails today with my 3 year old daughter and my husband. Everyone there was amazing! I have tried a lot of nail places all over this area and have found a few that were good but none that stood out like this one! Everything was very reasonably priced. I am very impressed and can finally stop looking for the right place to get my nails done!DH is a welder and mechanic and gets grease all in and around his nails thats impossible to get off. The lady did his nails quickly and did an outstanding job! My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures. Most places tolerate you bringing a child but make it obvious that it is an inconvenience. This place made her feel so special! They have a pedicure chair just for little princesses. She got special hearts added to her nails AND tiny Olaf snowmen on her thumbs to match her shirt and tiny bunnies on her big toes. Meanwhile I got pampered and could actually relax knowing she was being well taken care of. DH went next door to watch a game which kept us from being rushed. They use a mix of herbs that smells amazing and is very relaxing. The pedicure wasnt rushed at all and they take their time massaging your legs and feet.

Nice place and great job on my nails. The only thing I dont like is how crowded it is to try and get back to the sinks to wash your hands. I almost tripped over one of the ladies doing a pedicures box. Then almost impossible to stand in front of the sinks to wash.

Great location and great service. Tracy is the best! Really sweet and personable, extremely talented with keeping up on the latest designs, and wants to get to know all of her customers. I wish I had all my nail pics to show them off! Beautiful and clean on the inside.

Good pedicures

Im a busy mom and when I think of going to have me time or a spa day, I feel stress free and relaxed. This visit will sadly be my last visit as it was a stressful and uncomfotable experience. I use to love coming here. The nail technician that did my manicure barely spoke to me. When I told him how I would like my nails to be shaped he became very aggressive. During the shaping process after I explained what I wanted the technician cut the cuticle on 3 of my fingers. He was being so rough that I bled. I had to stop him every time it hurt my cuticle.This salon use to be about its name and cared for the health of your real nails and skin. I have had to asked several different technicians to not use a lot of acetone as this chemical is very potent and you do not need to use much if you are using it properly.If youre going to pay for a service or product you should feel happy and satisfied.This place is not happy if you ask and some will express a negative vibe or attitude. Beware of the aggressive technicians as they may inflict pain on you.The Christian music they have playing in the salon is nice but dont let that fool you. My family is half Vietnamese and they were speaking negatively about customers and about each other in their language. The shirts they wear state I love my job and Im having a hard time believing that.

My friend told me to go and get my manicure done here since I had free time today. I got to say really impress with this salon. Inside its very clean and spacious. The techs working here are very friendly and sociable. Didnt encounter a rude tech at all! When it was my turn to get my manicure done, I was very impress with how focus the nail tech was and how professional she was throughout the process. Not once did she pierce my skin while removing the cuticles from my nails. when she was done, I was in love with how beautiful my nails looked! All the ladies here were really sweet and knew what they were doing. They took their time and did excellent works. The place was nice designed and clean with some good condition chairs. Price was such a great deal since they provided me very good customer services and works. I would love to come back again.

I love this place. They have a lot of natural and organic products, no chemical, really good for skin and health. Moreover, they a have a huge collection of gel and polish colors to choose from. Tracy nailed it at Herbal Nail Spa. After trying three other salons in the Pasadena area, I went here and Tracy stepped up to the challenge and did an awesome job on my nails. Wonderful, local nail salon. They are always very accommodating and do a great job on manicures and pedicures. They play ksbj on the radio as well, which is so relaxing. They do have a points system for regular visitors.

When I walked in I was asked what I needed and I indicated that I needed a pedicure. I took a seat to wait and was told that someone would be right with me. I was not even asked to pick a color or nothing. While waiting I noticed someone else waiting as well. Then two more people walked in, no appointment, the nail technician was very courteous to them and they were asked to go on back and pick their color. So in short I left and spent my $72 dollars elsewhere. Well worth it!!!

I love this nail salon, my mom brought me here a while back and I’m never disappointed when I leave! They know exactly what they’re doing, and everyone is always super sweet and welcoming when you walk in! Definitely 5 stars in my book!!

I found this place by chance. I called and the woman that answered assured me they take walk ins. I have now been twice for gel nails and very glad that found this salon. There are several technicians so that you dont wait a long time for your service, they offer drinks, and the space is clean and not too loud. They do great work with friendly service, are gentle, and both spa manicures I had were done quickly, but they were not rushed. Ive had nail design and just color and have been happy with the results. I will be going on a regular basis and I look forward to trying other services here.

Rude and disrespectful service. When we told them we had to leave before we sat down to get our nails done, they asked “but why” in a rude tone. We needed to leave immediately due to other priorities that we were not aware of until arriving and the employees would not let us leave. They tried to pressure us into making another appointment by yelling out times they wanted us to come in at. They kept us there for an extra 5 minutes (after telling them we had to leave immediately). We finally just walked out, frustrated and annoyed that they wouldn’t let us simply leave. Never coming back. And the color options are not good.

Our experience of our Spa Package was just wonderful!! The service was great.

The 1st time I came in I got my nails done and they did a great job with my and I will be going back to maintain them. The 2nd visit I decided to get a facial and though the young lady was sweet and seem to be doing a good job, my skin didnt look better than when I came in once she was all done.It was $80, but didnt include an extraction so thats why I think my skin didnt look any better.All in all the staff was nice, the facility was clean and they did a great job with my nails, but I wont be getting a facial there again.

Yesterday was my first time ever visiting this salon. I used to go to another salon in Pearland where I was with the same technician for the last 10 years, and then her work became sloppy. And I decided that I didn’t want to spend my money with her anymore. I live closer now, and I’m in the Webster area, so it only takes me 15 mins to get to Herbal Nail & Spa!Literally when I walked in the door, I loved the decor, I loved the way the place was set up. I was instantly greeted and asked what services I needed. I actually had an appointment with Tracy the owner and she did an outstanding job on my nails! I did the shellac, and I didn’t know what colors I wanted, so she tried all of the colors and told me I could pick with one I wanted! She is very patient, takes her time, and is very detailed oriented. I love that! I will be returning! Thank you Tracy! ❤️

I have to say this. I have never been treated this well at a nail salon in my life. I literally feel like a queenI had the sweetest nail techs today Tony and Two(i apologize for any misspelling). Yall, if you are look for a place where you can sit back and relax, drink a cool glass of wine or soda AND be treated like royalty then Come to herbal nails. Some of the sweetest smiling faces greet you and speak to you like yall have known eachother for years. Girl, best believe this place is a 10/10.
