I LOVE coming here! All the staff is so awesome and friendly.,but my girl Hallie...shes the truth! I almost dont wanna say how incredible she is because then itll be harder to get an appointment with her, but she is so worth the wait! Every time I bring in a picture she is able to duplicate it, she has an amazing talent that I cant wait to watch grow! Coming here feels like going to my best friends house to get my nails done. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this place. The interior is cute and the staff was really friendly. However, I got my nails done a week ago before leaving on a two week vacation and within about 3 days, I began losing nails. After two days, the shellac design on top started peeling from a few nails. Now I’m at my second destination missing a total of 3 nails and only a few have the full design. It’s embarrassing, and I wish they’d all fall off at this point. I won’t be back.

I had a fantastic and relaxing time here. I highly recommend them for both dip manicures and classic pedicures. My nails came out great and they were very helpful and kind throughout the experience, answering all my questions. This would make for a wonderful gift/spa experience too. Thank you!!

First time coming here and this truly a hidden gem if you didnt know about this place. I came in for a deluxe pedicure and let me tell you, amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail was great and my technician was great and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. My feet felt alive again lol. Will definitely be coming back.Update: 5/10/2021Came here for a full set(dip powder), pedicure and childrens mani pedi as a treat for me and my daughter for mothers day. Once again excellent service, all our technicians were so friendly and made me and my daughter feel comfortable and pampered. It was my first time getting a full set and I felt at ease asking questions and having my tech guide me on choosing a length and shape. Overall amazing experience with all services

Very clean very modern but my nail art started falling off the next day, they offer repairs up to a week. Which is amazing but if you and everyone else knows a certain product doesnt last then dont take my money instead educate me and Ill pick something else that does last. My nail tech was so sweet but had just gotten her nails done which caused her to struggle with my nails.

A friend and I came in not knowing what to expect to be honest. The techs that helped us, Lynda and Hallie, were so accommodating to what we wanted, working with what we visioned and also were just really enjoyable to talk to. They were super knowledgable about nails and even learned a couple of things here and there too. Very top notched, professional, and hella friendly place. I had my manicure done by Alyssa and she had such a disrespectful attitude towards me for no reason. She asked me if I thought my nails looked okay, but once I stated that one nail looked slanted, she grabbed my hands aggressively while saying that they will never look “straight” to my eyes. I mentioned two of my nails looked crooked and if she could even them out but she took it as an offense while proceeding to file them in a clearly angry manner. Some of my nails still looked slanted, but I didn’t say anything because the nail tech, Alyssa was clearly in a bad mood and I was ready to leave. Also, I asked for the spa manicure which is supposed to include a treatment of hand massage and other things, but she never did the treatment on me and I was still charged $60 for the dipped nails.

Got a pedicure by Lynda and let me tell you, my feet are smooth as butter. Baby feet I tell you. Attention to detail was legit, made me feel relax. Would recommend anyone that’s in need of some work done on their feet to check them out and ask for Lynda if she’s available.

I love this place so much! They are so clean and are maintaining the precautionary COVID measures. I have gone to other salons during COVID and they are no where near maintaining the safety of other customers even when it seems clean. They provide amazing work I always go for the dipped for my nails. They have a vast selection of colors to choose from and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Lynda but go through their Instagram to look at the artwork of the other nail technicians.

The Elysian Boutique was such a pleasant experience! I came by for my girlfriend to have her pedicure. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff, a bald man named John, I believe. He thoroughly went over our options, and convinced me to get a pedicure as well. Boy, was I glad he did because it felt great! The whole staff was very friendly and informative. The overall atmosphere was great with a very modern vibe. They also offer wine, water, mimosas, and other beverages. This was my first pedicure, and definitely will not be my last.

I had an excellent experience. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff paid attention to detail but still worked quickly. I love the relaxing spa feel. I live in Midtown so there are closer places but I would rather drive to the Heights for what I know will be great service in a clean and relaxing environment. Thank you Stacey and Alyssa.

A few friends of mine had mentioned this new nail salon to me, and I had stumbled across their Instagram. Browsing away on their posts, I was pleased at the kind of work and designs they have to offer. This instantly caught my interest and I was excited that they offer dip as well. To my surprised, I liked how modern it looks and not your average nail salon. I decided to check it out after reading a number of great reviews!Upon arrival, I was greeted at the front desk by Lynda. She asked what was I interested in getting done, and I had asked her if she could help explained the different manicures she offers. She was honest and said that she offers dip, but she had a limited of colors, however she had a good selection of gel colors I could choose from. I had then mentioned that gel typically thins my nails out and causes them to be flimsy and break. Lynda had then suggested the Express manicure with gel add on. Essentially its a protective coat of hardening gel that helps give a bit of durability, and color is placed on top.I went with what Lynda had suggested, and I am happy to say that I am very pleased with her work. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied with the length and shape. I have naturally long nails and requested for a slight trim. She was more than happy to accommodate to my needs and request. I am also happy I went with a gel color due to my only complaint with dip is that the color does not remain shiny... with gel, the shine will last forever. I am excited to come back and get other services done!On another note, I really like the set up that they have! Its almost like getting your nails done at a bar, with comfortable bar stool/chairs! LOVE the cute couches and coffee table set up they have! Very modern and chic if I may add. Again, not your typical nail salon! I didnt get to check out their pedicure section, but Im excited to visit again and schedule my next appointment!

I found Elysian through Google and trusted the reviews. 3+ months and I have not been disappointed. Every staff member does excellent work and I’ve never had a chipped nail polish shortly after leaving the salon, which is usually the case at other places. Professional, fun to chat with, and overall exceptional customer service. Manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing have been the services I’ve used and not once have I been disappointed. It’s difficult to find a good eyebrow person who isn’t going to rip off everything. Lynda is absolutely perfect. This place is where it’s at. Highly recommend.

Ive tried a lot of nail salons in the Heights, and this is by far the best. Extremely clean, modern and spacious without being too big. The nail technicians are all very expert. They take time to do the job right, with lots of detail and extra steps. Each person Ive encountered has been bright, charming and work hard to make it a luxury experience. I always make an appointment before I go, but sometimes very last minute. You dont feel like you are on an assembly line.Ive been here probably a dozen times, and never had a bad experience. Prices are average for nail salons in the Heights.

Been to this place a few times and have liked the staff overall and they have always been quick to fix any issues, but am currently looking for a new salon now. They have a policy that says they will fix any nail issue for free within three days of service for regular polish. The owner made a comment about me coming in to get my nails fixed a lot as if I am the issue and implied I am taking advantage of the policy. If it is an issue, they should not have the policy. Your polish should be decent enough to last for a couple of days, so it is not my issue that I keep having to come back in. Another way to look at it is I have been gracious enough to come back and let you fix it versus not coming back and leaving a bad review.

Miss Mai is the person to see, two years today I continue all of my beauty me time needs. You can tell she genuinely cares. The attention to detail, the conversation, the love she pours into each session time after time. I would only see this beautiful woman. No one else will loooove your skin the way she does.

Very clean! I dont get my nails done professionally very often at all, but when I do, I have to make sure that the place is clean and they sterilize their tools. Im also a bit picky and will give constructive feedback to the nail tech if I feel that something is off and they have always been happy to fix any issues I have. Oh and they also offer CBD infused pedicures! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this salon! From the relaxing decor to the customer service, I know I’ve found my new favorite salon. It was also quick and easy to make my appointment. Lynda was extremely knowledgeable and made the health of my nails top priority. She made sure I was comfortable during my entire service and offered me an amazing tasting mimosa! Thehad great color choices and they use a new file and buffer for each and every client! My favorite part of the experience were the awesome smelling, hand made bath bombs! Chose this location based on other reviews. I had a classic manicure and my mom did a classic pedicure, Express manicure with gel add on. The salon is brand new, clean, and staffed with really friendly individuals. The women were really accommodating and consistently asked about our comfort, if we liked the shape, color, etc. I enjoyed the music selection as well.

My nail tech was Lynda. She was super friendly and did a wonderful job! I will definitely return. I have only one request... please invest in pedicure massage chairs. To me having the chair massage when getting a pedi is soooooo relaxing.

Talk about a five star experience! I came here today to transform my nails from ugly swamp thing to a proper lady for my Aruba trip tomorrow.It was located in the heights area and was very easy to find with plenty of parking. At first impression, the shop looked very elegant, spacious and clean. I was greeted upon entry and offered water or an alcoholic beverage. How awesome is that?!After choosing my nail colors, I received a mani and pedi beautifully done by Lynda. She was incredibly skilled and so much fun chatting with. She did some exfoliating on my legs (made me wonder if I shouldve shaved again before coming) and the lotions smelled sooo good.Very happy with the service and will definitely be back! I came in here last week for shellac mani and classic pedi and immediately was really impressed by this salon; everything is new and clean, and almost doesn’t feel like you’re in a nail salon because of how nice it is. It was a birthday treat from my boyfriend and I really felt like I was pampered here. I worked with Jenny who did a really great job with my nails! It’s been about a week and they’re looking just as good as they did then. I loved the lux touches with the pedicure and having rose pedals in the water, along with the scrub I was able to choose. Jenny was so sweet to talk to and made sure she was meticulous through it all. Also, this salon has a TON of color to choose from and no problem matching shellac to regular nail polish. Overall this place was really lovely to go to! Definitely great if you’re looking to treatyoself.

I really wanted to love this place. I came in looking for a dip manicure since I was visiting town and needed them done. The service was super clean and nice, but after having my mani for only a week, 3 of my nails have already broken off and actually broke off my actual nail off to. They also tried to charge me $15 for removal of my previous mani, since it was not done by Elysian and were done from a diffrent shop, which I found unfair and expensive since I was visting town and typically removal of nails is included in the service. So my $50 manicure turned to $65. The lady who did my manicure was super sweet and funny, which is why Im so disappointed in the poor quality. My top coat of my nails began to fade the next day as well. Overall everyone is super lovely and nice but the quality doesnt meet up.

Really nice and clean space with comfortable seating and drinks. I had the Spa pedicure that was really amazing.

Found a cute, clean and comfortable nail salon in the area .. Today I got to experience the coconut jasmine pedicure. Even though it was a gloomy day (all day err day for the last 2 weeks), my feet went home happy.
