Horrible experience! I went to get my nails done and they came out hideous. The lady there did very bad shaping and even cut my finger. She won’t apologize for it and refuses to give me my money back or let me talk to her manager. I’ve never had such bad service and I’m very upset on how they are managing their store. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Tammy did a poor job this time. She looked like she wasn’t focused and was trying to rush getting me out of the way. My nails didn’t even last for 2 weeks. They are way over priced now! Tammy’s excuse was high demand/low supply. There weren’t really enough nail polish colors to choose from for my pedicure. $40 for powder nails that didn’t even last? I’ll go somewhere else where they charge $30 and last a whole month.

Okay first off got there at 7:09 and didn’t leave until 10:00 only got a mani and pedi with coffin shape nails the lady told me they would charge 3 DOLLARS EXTRA because I wanted WHITE POLISH on my toes (I said NO) then she did my nails and HERE IS A PICTURE OF THEM my 2l layers of NEON PINK paint is uneven and my acrylic is uneven went FRIDAY JUNE 1/2018 picture taken SATURDAY JUNE 2/2018

Do not waste your time or money. I paid$78 for both my daughter and myself. We left this place my daughter took a shower and her nails were in her hair, the same night? I complained all they could tell me is they will change the color for free. Im like lady there no nails to change the color on.... You have been WARNED!!! Wish I had read the reviews before... I work hard for my money...thieves

Tammy Always Does An Amazing Job!!

They do such a good job here ...I never feel compelled to give out a tip at the nailshop because I usually get sucky service but they were so pleasant here and the wait wasnt long at all. They take their time and make sure their work is nothing but great quality the lady also held a great conversation with me ! My favorite part of the whole experience was the hot towels that she placed on my leg while she massaged my feet it felt so heavenly I really wish I still lived across the street from that place like I used to

They dont have enough ppl working and its always something here tried to continue to give them business but I cant anymore.

I REFUSED TO PAY . SHE DIDNT HAVE ANY CONSIDERATION FOR ME ALL OF MY FINGERS WERE BLEEDING AMD BURNING. I AM WARNING YOU NOW DO NOT GIVE THIS NAIL SALON YOUR MONEY. ALSO SHE RUSHED THROUGH MY NAILS I ASKED FOR COFFIN AND SHE GAVE ME SQUARE NAILS! I TOLD HER ABOUT IT BUT SHE SAID SHELL FIX IT LATER.DONT VISIT THEM!!!!
