First time customer here today and I can only say the best things about this salon! It’s clean, brightly lit, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and they play a lot of throwback tunes. My technicians Lisa and Amy were attentive, respectful, caring, & knowledgeable of nail care, color, & had top tier customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

Love this place! Me and my roommates go here all the time. I love that they have complimentary valet. Love that I can book appointments online and when I get to the place they sit me almost immediately. Never have to wait longer than 5mins when I make an appointment. They are so efficient and get me in and out quickly while providing excellent service. The quality of the work is good as well. Very polite and engaging. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

I got what I asked for and beyond.The service was quick (but not rushed), clean and super efficient. I got a whole new acrylic set in less than 2 hours, including the soak off and hand drawn design.I believe I paid a fair price for a professional job, and now I know this is a reliable salon, where I don’t have to worry what I’ll be walking out with.Thanks Daniel, you were amazing!! So 1 week ago, when I got my nails done, I left a 5 star review. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and cute. I always get dip mani and it always last me several weeks. Within 3 days I had nails cracking. At 5 days I have several huge chips. Today is 7 days since I came and several nails have chipped completely off. I am so disappointed! That was my first time here because I just moved to the area and I will never go back.

Found this salon through Instagram and fell in love with their work done on the page. Went in the next day to see Amy. There was a design that she had done on Instagram that I love and wanted done. As we were in the process of doing my nails we decided together to change the design a little bit so that my nails were different than other designs. Amy is very professional and talented at what she does. Still get compliments after having them for two weeks. Definitely recommending this location to friends and family.

My nails always come out amazing! The staff is super professional and nice. They also offer champagne during your time there. It is a bit pricey though, but they always do a great job and my nails stay shiny for a few weeks ☺️

I’m only giving it one star based off the terrible customer service. The nails were okay the nail stylist didn’t listen to the design I wanted and I kept trying to create a welcoming atmosphere for him and I left stressed out. He really upset me with the passive aggression and negative vibes.

I booked an online appointment & was seen right on time. The interior design, ambiance, and music are amazing! I was in awe at how modern and beautiful the entire nail salon was. My nail tech Jenny was amazing! I emphasized how much I wanted my shape to be sharp and she made sure it was perfect! I definitely enjoyed the coffee machine at the front and will try mimosas next time. I’ve found my official nail salon home.

Let me start off by saying this place is glamorous and the staff make you feel fantastic. They are wonderful and very friendly. It’s best to make an appointment because they are at 100% capacity at all times.The one thing that really turned me off and will probably never have me go back there again due to concerns about bacteria / fungus is using the callus rasp or “cheese grater.” This was my first attempt at having my nails done at a salon in over five years and it was my last. I wanted to vomit.

I went today in the morning as a walk-in & didn’t have to wait that long for someone to assist me👍🏽 April did my nails & i honestly fell in love with her attention to details & her patience.thank you gloss for making my day so much better :)❤️

I made my appointment a few weeks in advance because I wanted to get my nails done for my wedding. I was called 1 day before my appointment because they weren’t sure if they had “enough time” to complete my nails. I was told I had to select “design” as an appointment (I was charged an extra $50). After talking to the manager, the situation was somewhat resolved.My nail artist was very professional and clean. She made my design exactly how I wanted it and she took her time to make sure it was perfect.The reason I gave a low rating is because I was charged over $115 for my acrylics and the crystals fell off and I also lost one nail after only 3 days.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now. Place is always super clean, and the covid measures taken have made me feel safe. I always like going to Tony, Hannah, or Danny for dip powder. They always take their time and make sure you like the end result. Love this place!

I love how my nails turned out, Wendy is very fast without sacrificing quality, and I can say this is the best set I have ever gotten. Front desk worked with me on getting me a late appointment, because I work into the late afternoon and and unable to make an appointment in advance. The furniture is gorgeous, and I could tell that the keep the whole facility clean! I will more than likely come back and ask for Wendy again!

Very happy with my experience. I felt very comfortable and welcome unlike most nail salons I never feel as if the workers are laughing and talking about you right in front of you. They are always a pleasure to talk to and very nice and accommodating.

I came here for the first time today after a few of my friends recommended them. All I can say is wow!! By far the best nail salon experience and best nails I have ever gotten!! May did my nails and she did an AMAZING job! every step of the way she was meticulous and made sure my nails came out great. I had an unpleasant experience today at this salon that I feel needed to be addressed.[I want to preface this with saying this is my second time ever at this salon. The first time I was quite shocked when what I thought would be a $65 full set nail service (based on online price list when you book services), I left paying over $110 including $8 for matte top coat. I didnt say anything then because it was my fault for not confirming price before I received services. I liked the work so I came back knowing I would get more transparency when it came to itemized services and pricing before.]When I sat down with my nail technician, Tony, I asked him to provide detailed pricing as services were being rendered. I also brought my own gel matte polish because I thought it was crazy that I had to pay $8 for a topcoat last time. I told Tony that I wanted to get a design on my nails. He initially said the acrylic refill I was getting was $40. He even told me that he didnt know how much to quote on the design until I showed him something I liked. I picked a color and he painted MY matte polish on my nails. I wasnt really thrilled with the streaky appearance of the topcoat (maybe that was from my matte polish, I hadnt used it before so Im not sure). Rather than come up with solutions, Tony seemed confused and not very helpful. It seemed like he was upset that I brought my own polish. I still wanted a design but he tried talking me out of it. When I asked if he had suggestions on nails designs or photos he said no. It felt like he was done, so I decided to just leave, streaky nails, no design, $40, right?Tony starts to write down, $40+$15+$8=$63. Obviously, I was very confused because all he said earlier was $40 for the refill. He starts to explain that the refill is $40, the shape and length is $15, and using MY OWN matte polish was $8 (the same price it would be if I used their matte which as you can recall earlier, if my matte was streaky why not just use yours if Im paying the same amount?!).Nowhere in previous conversations was length, shape, or paying to use MY OWN MATTE polish discussed. I spoke to the owner who (although, found me another tech to fix the streaky polish) seemed to be pretty belittling in the process. He said if I had a problem with cost, I should go somewhere cheaper. That seemed to be pretty insulting in front of a waiting area filled with patrons.The thing is, I DIDNT have a problem with cost, I had a problem with the deception. Had Tony been transparent initially, I would have had no issues. Other than the streaks, his work is pretty good. The salon has plenty of technicians and a pleasant ambiance overall. Honestly, I dont know if I would return because of the price deception and less than friendly management. Unfortunate experience.

Gloss Nail Bar is my preferred nail shop here in Houston. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Parking at times can be hard to find, however, they offer valet parking on the weekends which helps a lot. They keep the shop extremely clean and the decor is trendy and chic which is great for nail photos. They have all the latest nail colors and the techs stay up on the nail trends/designs. The nail techs are all talented and I walk out having a great experience. Gloss Nail Bar is my go to nail shop!!

Omg this nail shop is absolutely amazing. From customer service to interior design! Parking may be limited but you can park on side of the road. Pay attention bc its easy to pass up but you also cant miss this hidden gem. The nail artist spend time on your request and give you quality. They also offer drinks and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is great. It is a very beautiful salon, however the quality is lacking. I got dip on my nails and regular polish on my toes. Within a week my toes had started chipping and my dip had completely cracked on my thumb. I also noticed small cracks in several of my other nails along with lifting at the corners. For all the money I’m paying I expect the service to last. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Had a nice time! I dont get nails done often but decided to get a mani/pedi with some nail art as a birthday treat to myself. Service was good overall, I like the shape of my nails and the polish was put on meticulously for both hands and feet. Nail art was... so-so. Ive seen great stuff coming out of here though, so I guess you just need to find the right tech for what you need.

I have been coming to Gloss since they first opened to the public pre COVID. The service is excellent! The exterior is well maintained, the interior decor is beautiful, they recently added VALET park services too. The team members truly make the experience 100x better by going above and beyond. I always come for my pedicures but have seen the work on nails/acrylics & I always refer my friends & family to them for any service.I havent set foot in any other salon for my pedicures since I’ve been coming here :) Thank you GLOSS team!

First and last time going. My appointment was at 1 took me until 1:30 and were taking more appointments. Got nail art $5 per sticker and the technician could not put it in the middle of the nail just quickly pasted it. Super squared when I wanted squared round. I had to ask for an extra coat for the glitter part. Too expensive for the type of work.

I usually have a good experience at this place but today I did not like the nail artist JD she was rude very impersonal and act like she was afraid to touch my hand. She put my hand in a very uncomfortable position to do them. I was noticing all the other nail artists were trying to accommodate their clients. I will request not to use her again.

Love the hustle and bustle of Gloss. Perfect location with the added valet on the weekends. My nails always come out perfect and i love earning points and the THOUSANDS of colors to select from. Thanks always GLOSS.

They responded my comment and we scheduled a followup appointment! They were very fast and nice about fixing it! 🙏🏽- My expectations were very high after checking their instagram. I really liked the pedicure and half-satisfied with my gel manicure. Long story short, less than in a week my gel nails started to peel. I wouldn’t have complained if at least my nails could last a week.

I had the most perfect pedicure Ive ever had in my life. Clean, great staff, efficient, tons of colors. They even show you on the color wall if they have polish for your toes to match your dip powder. Highly recommend

I always come here and I love this salon. It’s extremely clean, EVERYONE is so kind, everyone does a wonderful job and they’re very knowledgeable. The only thing I can’t stand is their hidden fees like $5 for length, $5 for trimming nails for a REFILL, $5 for changing colors for a REFILL and thats just all I remember from the top of my head. Like it all adds up. Their menu says $40 or maybe $45 for a refill but I end up paying almost $60 because they charge these unfair fees. I literally get a nude color every single time, same shape and a trim because of the obvious: growth. These are not things I’ve ever been charged extra for, OR it’s included in their price as written. They really need to add those hidden fees to the menu because it’s literally a shock once it comes to paying every time. Even when you’re booking online it doesn’t mention anything. I’ll keep coming back here because it’s the best place near me but I always cringe every time I think about getting my nails done here because I know I’m getting ripped off. Oh well, pain is beauty and beauty is pain. Emotionally and physically....Right? 🥲

Dont have somewhere to be right after your appointment, they were super busy when I went, my nail tech was over 20 minutes behind and the girl next to me was kept waiting even longer. Others were shown to a station right on time so to be safe make sure your not in a rush.Also parking is tight, the parking lot is small but there is valet and you can park at Barnabys next door but it can fill up so you might need to park on the street.All that aside, the place is nice, they have partitions between each station and my tech did a great job on my nails.

The service was fast but quality and prices are comparable. I really enjoyed my pedicure, the products smelled so good and my skin was very soft afterward. I booked an appointment and that definitely seems like the way to go instead of walk ins.

Mimi was very nice but I feel like she may need some practice. The marble nail is GREAT but the rest of my nails are Lumpy and she cut me. It wouldnt be so bad if I didnt pay $70 for this... Thats a mixture of jagged skin and dip powder

I think I’m over this place.Since I decided to start getting mani/pedis again (thanks, pandemic) I had to find a new place now that Q Nails is closed. I searched and found this place right up the street. I’ve been twice now. The studio is clean and has really nice decor. Great valet parking. The front desk staff is wonderful, and they have a great selection of colors. But that’s where it ends for me. Both times I felt like the staff’s attention to detail and professionalism was lacking. The last time really set me over. The guy who did my gel manicure told me that he was hungover and then spent the entire time complaining about how he usually works on more complicated designs. Then, two days later my manicure started to lift. If he’s that talented, then he should be able to get the simple things correct. I have a lot of respect for the technicians, but you at minimum have to get a manicure right - no matter how “simple” you think it might be.

Loved my nails but ,my toes not so much when I got home their was some issues my nail polish never dried after a hr and it chipped. I sat in the salon for 30 min and 40 min drive home and it was still not dried when I got off car noticed nailpolish smeared. My only complain was my toes I did love my nails. For what I spend the job on my feet were not great the heel still dry and also the nail is crooked. I did not return because I had already been their 3 hrs and the last tried fixing it 2 times, also I lived 40 min away.

The ambience is great. The lady cut my nails weird.. Theyre kind of painful.. Like maybe they were cut at an angle and are digging into the skin. Probably wont come here again, Ive paid less for a pedi spa and had a better job.

I am not even certain what just happened. I made an appointment and when I arrived the person who was supposed to do my nails was unavailable. So, I agreed for someone else to do it. I wanted gel nails but had dip done before. I do not like dip, but for the style I last wore, dip was the only option. Anyway, for gel they made it seem as if it would be this long drawn out process to accomplish. So, since this isnt rocket science, I decided to leave and go somewhere else.

My friend had booked me for a pedicure here so it was a surprise to me and i am so glad to say i have a new nail place i can go to! i love the atmosphere and the options they have. ann was my tech and she was amazing! highly recommend this place for anyone in search of a nail salon,

I came in for matte dip and really wanted to like this place. The dip came out super thick and uneven, and the matte add on that cost $8 extra was just a matte polish that was painted on top of my dip, not actually a part of the dip. It chipped immediately and started peeling off the dip. I went to Sammy.

So incredibly disappointed with this place. The salon is beautiful but the nail techs are just not up to standards. I got dip powder on my natural nails and they look terrible. The powder is lumpy on my nails and they are filed at a slant. When I first booked, I did so online and booked the service for their $45 published rate. However, when I went to checkout, the clerk told me it was $50. Naturally, I questioned this as I booked it at $45. She asked me if I had gotten anything else done and I said no - I had gotten exactly what I booked online. Then she tells me, “oh did you get your nails filed?”. I told her I hadn’t gotten a new shape at all. It was the same shape I went in with. The clerk tell me because she filed my nails at all with the new dip it’s an extra $5. What a literal load of BS! Of course she filed my nails after the dip?! If she hadn’t it wouldn’t have been the service? It was just a cop out for them to get $5 out of me. Needless to say, based on their incompetent nails tech and their untruthfulness when it comes to charging - I definitely won’t be back.

Gloss is very hit and miss. I’ve been here several times over the last year and usually book with any tech. Based on the tech you get, that’s the quality of service. Will was incredible when he did colored powder for me. But I made the mistake of returning and not requesting him for my service. I got my nails done yesterday by Keana and they’re already chipping and peeling. In addition, she cut me and made me bleed and was laughing about it. I’m giving them four stars since I have come here and seen many other techs and had good service. Certainly won’t book an appointment with any available tech again.

I have heard SO many good things about this nail place and was so excited to go for my first time. I do not get my nails done often, but when I do, I like something nice. After scrolling through their Instagram portfolio, I found the “galaxy nails” that they promote. I sent them a DM at 10AM (as specified on their booking process) to make sure I could get these done at my 4:30 PM appointment. I even let them know that if a technician was not available, I could pick something else. They insisted it was okay. I arrived to my appointment and ASKED again if this was possible. Again, the guy at the from the front insisted my nail technician would be able to do this specific job. 30-minutes into my appointment, my nail technician calls another lady and she now starts working on my nails. To make the story short, the result was NOTHING like the picture they advertise. After wasting an hour and a half, the nail technician had to remove everything and we started from zero. At this point, I was so annoyed and disappointed that I asked her to simply put a white gel coat. When I went to pay, the cashier at the front had the audacity to tell me TWICE that they were booked and I SHOULD HAVE ASKED. Excuse me what? I did, TWICE. After I said that, he kindly told me that he would give me a discount. Instead of $32 it was $25 for the manicure. At this point, I was even more disappointed because they just not only wasted my time, but also the lack of customer service was the tip of the ice berg. If I have to be honest, I will not be coming back to this nail salon. I could have gotten over the nail issue but I will not support bad customer service. To Nancy and JJ, you guys did your job and it was not your fault that your manager put you in that situation.

First time going to Gloss Nail. I schedule my appointment online. I didn’t select a nail tech when I made the appointment, because I didn’t know any and it was my first time going. When I arrived and checked in I found out TEE was my nail technician. TEE looked over at the nail design I wanted, asked what shape I wanted, etc. She delivered! She did such an AMAZING job! In love with my nails! Definitely going back!

Gross. Paid $45 an extensive callus removal and as you can see from the pictures they did not meet that claim even remotely. What really bothered me was the gross hygiene process. After they did the callus removal they emptied all the dead skin into the water and then washed my legs with that same dirty dead skin swirling around and did not even rinse! Technician just did the massage with all that dirty dead skin on my legs. Never, did she rinse my legs or feet. Also keep using the same dirty towel.

This was my first time at this salon and I went during my lunch break. I had Jack do my tips and dip nails. Showed him a pic of what I had in mind and he ran with it. Love the way they turned out! He was fast and efficient and I actually had no worries that he was going to cut me while filing. THAT WAS A FIRST! The salon appeared clean and well managed. I will be back!

I had a great time and a great set done by Rose at Gloss! The set I requested was a modern version of the classic French tip with some nail art. Not only did Rose absolutely get it right, she did so with such attention to detail.I am a hairstylist and she finished my service with a top coat that would protect my nails from staining. She cross checked everything like the shape, her application, ect. She was super gentle throughout the process. I appreciate her professionalism and the suggestions she made / her checking in with me about my nails every step of the way (even though I totally trusted her and told her to just go for watever colors she thought looked best). As someone who also works in the beauty industry, I appreciate the little details during my service because it shows she truly cares about her work and client satisfaction.What impressed me the most was how precise she is with her craft—she even free handed the french tips and got them super symmetrical and pretty in one try which is a testament to how amazing she is! I would trust her with anything hahaAs far as the salon, I loved the aesthetic and how welcoming the front desk staff was! They checked me in and made me feel welcomed immediately. There was also plenty of hand sanitizer available which I appreciated. It seems like they have a lot of regulars which just shows how awesome they are at what they do. :)

ANN IS THE BEST! I have used Ann multiple times for my dip manicure. She is EXTREMELY patient with me and makes sure I get exactly what I want with my nails - length, color, shape, etc. With the current safety precautions, you can only view colors on their Instagram, which makes it hard to know what the color looks like versus the in-person samples salons normally have. Ann will grab a few colors for me that I like and show them to me on a fake nail before I choose, which is so accommodating and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Last time I went my nails ended up breaking after a week. I reached out to them and they brought me back in to fix them. Vivian did such an AMAZING job and I couldn’t be happier! Their customer service is top notch and I highly recommend.

I came in for a fill with pink acrylic and a pedicure with white gel. The pedicure water was cold, I could barely feel the techs hands on my feet. To top that off she cut my nails crooked. I was over the pedicure. The guy doing my hands tried to force me to use the ONLY pink acrylic they had in the entire place which did not match what I already had on. I informed them of my color choices before we began and they knew they didn’t have the pink color acrylic that was already on my nails. I wear my nails natural looking, I have an overlay with pink acrylic. These people do not have good customer service and still charged me for messing up my hands and feet. I walked out without my nails or toenails being finished. Just sad, the place is cute but the quality of work is lacking skill and experience.

Scheduled an appointment online and planned my business around the appointment. Arrived on time and the establishment was closed. Though I am new to the neighborhood and this is my second time at Gloss, this is disappointing.During this time, we all were impacted by the cold weather in Houston; however, basic business etiquette would be to adjust your hours online so customers would not be put off by this type of error.Needless to say, I have had to find another location to try out.

This place by far gave me the worst nail experience of my entire life. I never write negative reviews but I had to make an exception for this. A male with a shaved head took 60 minutes to remove gel from just 1 of my hands. I was quiet the entire time. Then he randomly got up and told someone he wasn’t going to finish my nails. For absolutely no reason. Not to mention he first told me I couldn’t sit next to my boyfriend and someone else said I could. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and an unknowable male nail tech.

Let me start by saying this is not a bashing review. I just feel this nail bar is overrated. Lets start with parking. I was 20 minutes early for my appt but I didnt walk in until my exact appt time... because I couldnt find parking on a Sunday afternoon. The staff at the front desk were professional but no wow service. I made an appt for myself and daughter, there as no appt for my daughter. I was told theyll see if they can get to her since they were busy. We picked out colors and sat down to wait. The decor is nice, maybe thats why the high reviews? After about 3 minutes of waiting, a lady walked in with no appt. She was told the wait may be about 30 min. About 2 minutes later, I was called. At the same time, the walk-in was called to come back as well. This caught my attention because they just made it seem like my daughter might not get serviced yet this walk-in was being called back and waited less time than I did for a scheduled appointment. ***Side eye***I was offered an alcoholic beverage...nice...my daughter wasnt offered anything. I had to tip 5 ppl because the person doing my pedicure changed 3x. ***Side eye***My dip set was subpar. The nails were shaped very well, exactly as requested, he was fast, I believe his name was Tony, its been a few weeks, but he came highly recommended. However, the set was bumpy and looked like a matte finish. And the nails were weak...the set didnt last a full 2 weeks and they looked straight dingy after a few days. I asked for my cuticles to be cut. He waited he was finished with the set. Im used to that.... what Im NOT used to is someone attempting to cut my cuticles while they are DRY ***MAJOR Side eye***I had to ask for him to soak them prior and he had the nerve to give attitude on his way...to get the water. On top of this, I had a cold pedi...not hot water...they were boiling water in the back but it wasnt enough. That should have been disclosed prior to me booking my appt. Mind you, I understood because this was like a week after the Houston WINTER FREEZE🥶...so I was empathic, however..., It was ROUGH. I bared with it. Tony didnt even bother to attempt to bring warm water. He but my fingers in stark cold water with no warning whatsoever...just mean. But ok. At least I had some water. They did end up finding someone for my daughter. Simple service..she was happy.When they finished, they just walked away. They did ask if there was anything else I needed and if I was happy. I said yes and they left. Didnt realize I was done for a couple minutes. No bye ...have a nice day.. just left. I found my way to the front to pay. On the way I noticed several things that State Board would not approve of... ***Side eye***I had to ask someone where the sinks were to wash my hands. And otw I had to ask a tech that was in service with a client for some oil for my freshly cold cut cuticles.I paid $125 for a full set dip, cuticles trimmed, pedicure, and polish chg. A little pricey but I feel thats because if the location and decor. It feels glitzy but its just ok. They werent a lively bunch. I cant get over not being escorted to wash my hands or cuticle cut, plus the set looked good...until a few COVID handwashes.I honestly wanted to see what the hype was about. Its just that hype. My experience wasnt great...and only memorable because it was so bad to have such good reviews. I left underwhelmed...and this place was rated highly in a Houston lifestyle magazine...they must have been paid for the article🧐. I am a nail connoisseur. I was licensed before I graduated high school. I know this business. And there were a lot a sanitary corners cut, no capacity limits, no parking, ok service, and sloppy work.Keep looking.. unless your into the smoke and mirrors.

I wish I could give the nail tech 5 stars and the front desk staff 1 star. I called the salon days before my refill appointment to let them know that I would be coming in and wanting to use my $5 off coupon that I never got to use for visiting the salon my first time. When I spoke with them on the phone, they said they would take care of me when I came in. Saturday morning when I came for my refill, my nail tech Dave, was amazing as usual. However, when I got to the counter to pay, and receive my discount, the lady at the desk said it mustve expired and theres nothing she can do. After asking her a few times, and letting her know that no one informed me of an expiration date, she still would not honor the $5 off. Now, this is upsetting because I have spent hundreds at this salon and never asked for a thing. The one time I try and use a coupon that was issued only because I spent $50 in the salon, I cant. I know its just $5, but customer service is everything to me and they should have honored it to keep a valued, returning customer. I get my nails don religiously every 2-3 weeks, and I did not feel like my business was valued. This makes me sad, because the nail techs are amazing, but you lose business with poor customer service. This makes me want to find a new salon as my home.

I love getting my nails done at Gloss. The staff is super friendly. I have tried several nail salons and finally found the perfect one. During this crazy time they have been extra clean and taking all necessary precautions. If there is ever an issue they are quick to fix it. I highly recommend them!

As someone who dreads taking time to have their nails done, Gloss has changed that for me. I have been going to Gloss since it opened, and appreciate their efficiency, quality and service. I have been going to Vi for my nails before she came to Gloss and was so happy when I found her there! Her attention to detail is the best! I also, have used other techs. Everyone Is so nice and happy, I’ve never had anyone who did not go over and beyond to make sure I was happy. I am so impressed with their cleanliness and the steps they have taken to prevent the spread of Covid19 in their salon. I feel for them having to wear face shields all day long, but they have adapted and continue to pay close attention to detail and never rush to get to the next person. The owners and techs truly care about the clients and the experience they have.

I went here because the nail shop i frequent is far away. I needed 2 nails fixed. Tee fixed my nails so pretty that my other nails look like trash! Needless to say I have a new nailshop

First of all, I loved the end product. And the people that worked with me were great.But, calling Gloss is not high on my list of things to do ever again. I was trying to make appointments for not only myself, but others in my bridal party. There were 4 of us in total. The person that answered the phone got an attitude with me and asked “how do you know what I have available?”...It’s literally posted on the website.When we arrived, the person at the front desk wasn’t friendly or kind. It was my first time there and she treated us like it was a bother just to talk with us.The people that worked with me were kind, though I did get a slight reaction on my legs because they used citrus.

First time here and I had such a wonderful experience! Helen did my pedi and Vanessa did my nails. I highly recommend Gloss Nail Bar, the place is clean, the staff is friendly and I love that they do such a great job and they are not rushing.

So this is an update since my last review... so this was my go to salon. Loved loved it. Now since they have become more popular and more busy they are not as focused or pride in their talent anymore. I got gel two weeks ago. And this is how they look now. The day after the second nail started to peel already. The way she put on the gel was not smooth was well. It looked bumpy. I’m not one to gripe and complain to the nail artists bc I know they try. But now I’m complaining since my nails didn’t even make it a week. Sorry gloss salon. I will be going somewhere else. Not going to waste 100 dollars here anymore.
